White and brown strains of Flammulina velutipes were inter-crossed. All $F_1$ showed light-brown fruitbody, suggesting that a gene for the brown fruitbody was incompletely dominant against the white one. And backcross experiment showed that more than two genes were involved in color determination. To isolate a molecular marker linked to fruitbody color, a set of primers was designed from a sequence of clones derived by a bulked segregant analysis. These markers showed a specific band which co-segregated with brown fruitbody forming strains.

본 연구에서는 대기압 플라즈마의 처리 조건에 따른 ITO 필름의 접착력 향상을 위한 접촉각 및 표면에너지의 변화를 관찰하였다. 대기압 플라즈마의 처리 변수로는 반응 가스, 처리 속도 방전 전압 및 시료와 플라즈마 헤드 사이의 방전 캡이며, 측정된 접촉각을 이용하여 ITO 필름의 표면을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 방전 전압이 증가할수록 접촉각은 낮아졌으며, 시료와 플라즈마 헤드 사이의 방전 간격은 2.5[mm]에서 접촉각이 낮게 나타나 ITO 필름의 접착력 향상을 위한 친수성 물질로 표면 개질됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

DMX-512 protocol is a lighting protocol which can control the various lighting fixtures by linking as networks. Recently many lighting fixtures corresponding to DMX-512 have been manufactured. The software which makes LED Control of lighting fixtures easy and simple, is proposed in this paper. The complicated interface and production method were improved and each mode was divided for simple production and reducing confusion of operator. The producing effects were confirmed by simulation results.

In this research, the bidirectional-communication-media-system which is not able to implement by using the existing coaxial cable was manufactured and the method applicable to Educational Environment was proposed. Also, it is implemented that we can use various media contents through narrow bandwidth by network-linking. The unified broadcasting system applicable to Educational Environment based on IPTV was implemented in the last.

본 논문에서는 반영구적인 세라믹 유전체를 이용하여 오존발생기를 제작하여, 유전체장벽 방전에 의한 방전관의 방전 및 오존생성특성을 검토하기위하여 원료가스의 유량 및 종류, 인가전압에 의한 방전전력에 따른 방전 특성 및 오존생성농도, 오존발생량 및 오존생성수율 특성의 기초연구를 하였다. 동일한 원료가스의 량에서 산소인 경우가 오존생성농도, 오존발생량 및 오존생성수율 특성이 우수하게 나타났다.

In this paper, the ozonizer is equipped with three electrodes ( two external electrodes, central electrode ), and AC high voltage which has 180[$180^{circ}C$] phase difference is applied to two H V. Ozone discharge and generation charactristics have been investigated in accordance with output voltage of power supply, flow-rate, discharge power. Ozone concentration, generation and yield were proportionally increased with increasing discharge area size.
