In this paper, we propose a robust indirect adaptive fuzzy state feedback regulator based on Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model. The proposed adaptive fuzzy regulator is less sensitive to singularity than the conventional one based on the feedback linearization method. Furthermore, the proposed control method is applicable to not only plants with a perfect model but also plants with an imperfect model, which causes uncertainties. We verify the global stability of the proposed method by using Lyapunov method. In order to support the achievement, the application of the proposed adaptive fuzzy regulator to the control of a nonlinear system under the external disturbance is presented and the performance was verified by some simulation result.

We suggest Bisection method, Fixed point method and Newton's method for finding the intersection point of a nonparametric surface and a line in $R^3$ and apply ray-tracing in Color Picture Tube or Color Display Tube.

This study focused on the decreased effect of the work load on using the lower extremity supporter in kneeling posture. Fatigue measures included subjective discomfort ratings through the use of the Borg's CR-10 scale based parameters. The resting period and work method were considered as independent variables. The break time conditions are grouped into 10 seconds after work for 1 min and not exist break time. The method of work conditions are divided into four types. There are kneeling with the lower extremity supporter, kneeling with the knee protector, just kneeling and squatting. The result of the ANOVA of the shift value of subjective discomfort showed the followings: 1) There were differences as regards to the method of the work, the break time and the part of body($p{\leq}0.05$). 2) The lower extremity supporter showed the least subjective discomfort in other part of body except the upper leg.

This paper deals with characteristic analysis of Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM). Parameters and characteristic variations are evaluated by using Finite Element Method (FEM) and Equivalent Magnetizing Current Method. PMLSM can be classified into the short primary type PMLSM and the short secondary type PMLSM according to their structural features. Especially, the short secondary type PMLSM is focused on because of good control characteristics. And this paper presents the difference of analysis results between the short primary type PMLSM and short secondary type PMLSM and investigates the end effect of two PMLSM's.

In this thesis, from the results of settlement measurement performed at the site where embankment earthwork was carried out on the ground consisting of highly plastic and silty soft soils interlayered with organic deposits, various methods of predicting the embankment settlement such as Hoshino's method, Asaoka's method, hyperbolic method, ${\sqrt{s}}$ method and Monden's method were used to investigate their applicability and the inverse method of finding the soil parameter related to consolidation was used to predict the consolidation behavior in the future. It was confirmed that reliable prediction of consolidation behavior under various conditions could be done to estimate soil parameter related to consolidation such as the consolidation index and consolidation coefficient by the inverse method of comparing the measured settlement with the predicted value by the settlement prediction methods.

Magnetic coupling is used where required high reliability. because magnetic coupling's durability is stronger than mechanical coupling's durability. This paper shows the force characteristics of halbach array magnetized tubular type magnetic coupling using Analytical method. Analytical method was used, to find force characteristics. Finite element method (FEM) is used to validate force characteristics.

In this paper we introduce an applicable RCM(Reliability centered maintenance) method for Track circuit equipment of AREX's Signalling System. AREX computerize all the process of FRACAS(Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System)) by the Facility Management System of Integrated Information System. These datum were analysed and reproduced as the RAMS index value which can be used by maintenance staff for optimizing the maintenance method of the System.

There have been many radiographic studies on age estimation that evaluate reduction in size of dental pulp cavity with secondary dentin formation. The Paewinsky method reported high accuracy in estimating ages by measuring the width of the pulp cavity in panoramic radiographs. The aim of this study was to evaluate the application of the Paewinsky method to digital periapical radiographs. This study was conducted on 103 cases that reported to the Section of Human Identification of the National Forensic Service. The age was calculated by applying the Paewinsky method that measures the root and pulp canal width at three points in a tooth. The estimation results were compared with those calculated by the Johanson method. When the Paewinsky models were applied to digital periapical radiographs, the errors were significantly greater as compared to the original study. The errors of the maxillary second premolar and mandibular lateral incisor were greater than those of the maxillary central incisor, lateral incisor, mandibular canine, and first premolar. Furthermore, errors of the age estimation models in level C were greater than those in levels A and B. This study could be a reference for the application of the Paewinsky method to digital periapical radiographs.

This report describes the results of analysis, synthesis and evaluation of antimony dithiocarbamates (SbDTC). Sb-DTC were synthesized by reacting antimony oxide with dithiocarbamates whish were prepared by reaction of dialkylamines and carbon disulfide. The chemical structures and properties of synthesized Sb-DTCs in lab. were discussed. The frictional properties of SbDTC were tested with Four-Ball Wear Scar Tester and Four-Ball Extreme Tester by ASTM method.
