본 연구는 전통놀이 참여자들의 재미요인과 재참여의사 간의 관계에서 도전정신의 조절효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구대상은 2021년 제주특별자치도에서 개최한 전통놀이 한마당 대회 참여자 164명이다. 이들은 재미요인, 도전정신, 재참여의사를 측정하였다. 수집된 측정지를 분석하기 위해 SPSS18.0, PROCESS Macro(V.2.13), Interaction프로그램을 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건강도모와 도전정신의 상호작용은 높은, 중간수준에서 재참여의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회성 함양과 도전정신의 상호작용은 재참여 의사에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성취감 경험과 도전정신의 상호작용은 높은, 중간수준에서 재참여 의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 중소벤처기업부 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업이 팁스 창업기업의 기업가정신에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 연구대상에 해당하는 팁스 창업기업은 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업에 선정되어 사업화자금, 보육시설, 역량강화 프로그램에 모두 참가하였고, 민간투자 유치까지 받은 기업으로 선정하였다. 팁스 창업기업 13개사를 대상으로 2022년 1월 14일부터 2022년 3월 11일까지 약 8주간 1:1 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 본 연구를 위해 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업을 세분화하여 사업화자금, 보육시설, 역량강화 프로그램 그리고 민간투자 유치 총 4가지로 분류하였으며, 기업가정신 요인은 혁신성, 도전정신, 리더십, 위험감수 총 4가지로 구분하였다. 심층 인터뷰 결과, 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업이 기업가 정신 요소에 미치는 영향력은 도전정신, 혁신성, 위험감수, 리더십 순으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 사업화자금은 혁신성과 위험감수, 보육시설은 도전정신과 위험감수, 역량강화 프로그램은 도전정신과 리더십, 민간투자 유치는 혁신성과 도전정신에 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 민간투자 주도형 기술창업지원 프로그램인 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업이 2013년 도입 후 2022년 3월 말 기준으로 약 10년 차를 맞이하였으며, 그간 민간투자실적, 고용률 등 가시적인 성과 중심으로 보고서가 작성되었다. 또한, 본 연구를 통해 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업이 팁스 창업기업에게 기업가정신 함양에 기여했는지를 분석해봄으로써 양적 성장뿐 아니라 질적 성장에도 긍정적인 영향력을 미치고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

소셜네트워크게임(Social Network Game, 이하 SNG)의 가장 큰 특징은 SNS의 사회관계망을 바탕으로 실제로 알고 있는 지인들과의 경쟁과 협력을 통해 게임플레이가 진행된다는 점에 있다. 그러나 기존 게임분야 연구에서 경쟁과 도전감이 게임 몰입 등에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로써 중요하게 다루어져 왔음에도 불구하고 SNG에서 이루어지는 지인 간 순위경쟁의 특성을 고려한 깊이 있는 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 더불어 SNG에서는 지인들이 경쟁의 대상인 동시에 도전의 대상이 될 수 있다는 점을 고려하지 못하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 SNS의 사회관계망을 기반으로 하는 모바일 퍼즐 SNG의 지인 간 순위경쟁 특성을 사회비교이론의 자기평가유지모형 선행연구를 통해 분석하여 경쟁심과 도전감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로써 비교대상의 성취정도 (큰 순위차이, 작은 순위차이), 비교대상과의 친밀감 (강한 유대관계, 약한 유대관계)의 두 요인을 규명하고 이러한 요인 및 요인 간 상호작용이 순위경쟁상황에서 플레이어의 경쟁심과 도전감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 결과적으로 순위차이가 큰 경쟁대상보다 순위차이가 비교적 작은 경쟁대상을 우선적으로 노출시킬 때, 더불어 유대관계가 약한 경쟁대상보다 유대관계가 강한 경쟁대상을 우선적으로 노출시킬 때 플레이어의 경쟁심을 자극하여 도전감을 향상시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 SNG 순위표 콘텐츠 디자인의 실무에 있어 그 활용 가치가 클 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

MSNG은 모바일 커뮤니케이션을 통해 게임공간이 사회적 공간으로 확장될 수 있다는 가능성을 보여주며, 이용자간 네트워크를 더욱 돈독하게 함으로써 SNS의 장점과 게임의 재미가 한층 더 강화되는 경향을 나타내 주고 있다. 본 연구는 MSNG 측면에서의 주요 특성을 그래픽, 도전감, 보상으로 구분하고, 모바일 소셜 네트워크 서비스 측면에서의 주요 특성을 사회적 상호작용과 기술적 상호작용으로 구분한 후, MSNG의 특성이 상호작용과 사용자 만족에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증적으로 검정하였다. 연구 결과 MSNG의 주요 특성인 그래픽과 도전감, 보상은 사회적 상호작용과 기술적 상호작용에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, MSNG의 사회적 상호작용과 기술적 상호작용 역시 사용자 만족에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 본 연구의 가설은 모두 채택되었다. MSNG의 특성이 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 것은 MSNG의 실행과정에서 그래픽과 게임의 실행 과제, 그에 따른 보상 등을 통해서 피드백을 주고받기 때문인 것으로 판단되며, 이러한 상호작용은 다양한 사람들의 수평적이거나 순환적인 소통이 가능하게 함으로써 사용자의 만족은 증대되는 것이다.

The Spiritual culture education is not only the nucleus of campus culture but also the ultimate aim of the construct ion of campus culture. Currently the construction of campus culture is understood and implemented in the view of pragmatism and utilitarian, but the value- oriented role of college spirit is belittled, which leads to the absence of specific purpose and direction. If universities and colleges want to remain invincible, they must attach the importance to the spirit culture, the systematic culture, the material culture and the behavioral culture, and in all, the college spirit. Based on the current ideological educational situation of women's vocational colleges, a research has been conducted on how to play the educational functions of campus culture, seeking for the integration of campus culture and spiritual culture and, achieving talents cultivation objectives on the campus. This paper analyses and compares the influencing factors in Spiritual culture education between China and Korea women university from the following parts: The campus environment, campus material, campus system, campus behavior and diversified thinking challenge. Backed with the findings of the research, it offers some suggestions on the developing ideas and models of characteristic campus culture construction for women's colleges between China and Korea.

The purpose of this paper is to establish a methodology useful for identifying links between the postwar novels of Spain and Korea. We analyze the lives and actions of the characters from Nada by Carmen Laforet, and Writing on blank paper by Oh Sang Won. The characters in these novels demonstrate the challenge of adapting to the harsh reality of life because of the psychological or physical scars of war: characters such as Jungsub and Jungseo in Writing on blank paper and Juan and Andrea in Nada finally overcome their difficulties thanks to a shared sense of existential conscience and a steadfast fighting spirit; others, like Jungyun and Roman, surrender to the struggle and commit suicide, tragically succumbing to the bitter harshness of reality. Through the analysis of these novels' characters, we can empathize with the common tragedy of war-time life and death; we gain perspective on the destruction of both society and people caused by war.

본 연구는 청년 실업 문제의 해결방안 중 하나인 청년 창업에 대해 경영성과 요인을 분석하고 청년 창업자의 개인특성과 역량, 창업 환경요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 연구대상은 전국 전통시장 및 상점가에서 영업중인 청년상인을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 조사한 159명의 표본자료를 SPSS 25.0와 Smart PLS 2.0을 활용, 통계처리하여 빈도분석과 신뢰성, 타당성 분석을 실시하였다. 창업자의 개인적 특성인 도전정신과 창업역량, 시장특성은 흡수역량과, 조직네트워크에 영향을 미치며, 흡수역량과 조직네트워크는 재무적 경영성과와 비재무적 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 청년상인의 경영성과를 높이기 위해서는 청년상인의 개인특성과 창업역량, 조직네트워크를 강화시켜야 한다는 중요성을 알 수 있었다. 이 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

It was only 2010 when start-up education spread to undergraduate education in South Korea. Start-up education was conducted so late that there are insufficient studies of evaluation and feedback on the effectiveness of start-up education. Education is a complex concept of teaching people in a desirable direction and developing their inherent abilities. Based on this, start-up education can be defined as cultivating students' entrepreneurial spirit internally and making them exhibit start-up competence externally by teaching them the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for business start-up and developing abilities such as creativity, challenge spirit and problem-solving skills. This study conducted pre and post survey to check if the education camp for the technology start-up, which is a practice-oriented start-up education, has an effect on the change of the participating students' perceptions about the business start-up. This study would analyze various factors of college students' business start-up through a factorial analysis so that the quantitative accumulation of start-up education can lead to a qualitative change and propose measures for the management of the quality of the education.

본 논문은 창업자의 내적 요인과 외적 요인 대한 분석을 통하여 스타트업 창업성공에 유의한 영향을 미치는 독립변수들을 확인하여 창업생존율을 높이는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과, 내적 요인(자금조달능력, 위험감수성)과 외적요인(창업환경, 창업지원정책)이 창업성공에 직접적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 자금조달능력과 위험감수성, 창업환경과 창업지원정책은 비즈니스 모델에 대한 자기 효능감을 부분매개로 창업성공에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 창업 전문역량과 도전정신은 비즈니스 모델에 대한 자기 효능감을 완전매개로 창업성공에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로, 창업전문역량, 위험감수성, 창업지원정책은 비즈니스 모델에 대한 신뢰를 부분매개로 창업성공에 영향을 미쳤으며, 도전정신과 창업환경은 비즈니스 모델에 대한 신뢰를 완전매개로 창업성공에 영향을 미쳤다.

Gilles Deleuze highly evaluated Baroque as the expression body that implements the fold theory, a philosophical thinking about the nature of beings. This can be seen as a meaning that Baroque implements the essence of the world, or the power constituting that essence. In addition, the beauty of Baroque focuses on 'New Harmony' the sum of partial forms caused by each element, and not Platonic harmony. he evaluated the aesthetic of Baroque costume as 'acquisition of liberation and autonomy', 'derived force from infinite spiritual forces'. This study analyzed the contents of the Aesthetic of Baroque costume based on the reviewed Deleuze's folding theory, Baroque aesthetics, and views of Baroque costume. As a result, it inferred the aesthetic of Baroque costume into four types, which are as follows: open structural openness, overlapping structural dynamics, integrated structural diversity, and relationship structural integrity. This study analyzed the aesthetic of Baroque costume based on Deleuze's philosophical thinking. The analysis showed that its aesthetics, which focused on "New Harmony", created energy of life and a venue for expression of power, as the aesthetics eliminated the prejudice of complexity and excessive decoration. In addition, Baroque costume is not the simple historical costume of the past. Instead, it is one of power and spirit, still existing in modern fashion. Baroque costume's formativeness and Paradigm can be said to provide the creative principle important for modern fashion because the aesthetics implemented in Baroque costume accepts free spirit, new challenge, difference and diversity, and is similar to the spirit pursued by modern art and fashion.
