This paper deals with conformity assessments requirements for accreditation and certification bodies. This study also introduces conformity guidances of product certification and code of good practice. This paper presents general requirements for accreditation, recognition and registration bodies of environmental quality system and product certification.

Purpose: The study aimed to extract the space mentioned in the criteria for evaluation and certification of psychiatric institutions in which the most specific standards for medical services of psychiatric institutions are prepared, and to organize and analyze the requirements. Method: The implied space is derived by analyzing the evaluation and certification criteria. The derived space is re-classified by departments of the hospital, and the requirements are organized and analyzed. Results: First, a total of 41 spaces were derived. The derived spaces can be considered as spaces to be treated as important in psychiatric institutions. Second, as a result of reclassifying the derived space by department, 10 spaced for the hospital as a whole, 10 for wards, 12 for central/outpatient departments, 5 for pharmaceutical departments, 2 for catering facilities, and 2 for facilities. Third, if organized by psychiatric institution, there is a total of 40 spaces for psychiatric hospitals according to certification criteria, and according to evaluation criteria, there is 38 spaces for psychiatric hospitals and departments and 19 spaces for the clinics. The difference between the certification and evaluation criteria of psychiatric hospitals is insignificant. In order to promote the qualitative improvement of psychiatric institutions, it is necessary to gradually strengthen from the certification criteria. Fourth, the requirements reflecting the characteristics of a psychiatric institution were very limited to emergency exits and treatment rooms. It is necessary to prepare the space requirements for other rooms in consideration of the behavior of the mentally ill. Implications: The derived spaces and requirements can serve as practical reference materials for practitioners preparing to receive certification and evaluation of psychiatric institutions. In addition, it has meaning as a basic data for estimating the level of space and requirements of psychiatric institutions that are currently required in Korea.

연구목적: 기업문화를 매개로 ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는지를 연구하고자 하였다. 연구방법: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 기업 대상으로 설문조사 및 자료를 수집하여 연구목적에 적합한 통계프로그램 SPSS18와 AMOS18 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항중 BCP, BCM운영, 경영, 조직, 접근통제는 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였고 접근통제만이 기업문화를 매개로 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 결론: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항이 기업문화를 매개로 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하였다.

The DQMS (Defence Quality Management System) is a certification system that manages participating companies to improve the quality of munitions. Since Korean Defense Specification (KDS) for DQMS certification that was established by adding military requirements based on the ISO quality standard, many companies complain that they should pay too much effort into the preparation process. However, it is hard to find helpful information on the preparation process because we have been only interested in the effect of DQMS acquisition. The purpose of this paper is to provide helpful information to companies preparing for DQMS certification. We surveyed the degree of difficulty and importance of the DQMS requirements from the companies with certification experience, and performed IDA (Importance-Difficulty analysis) by dividing the companies into the main contractor and the subcontractor. The result of IDA shows that there is a different recognition to the DQMS certification between main-contracting and sub-contracting companies. Subcontractor has more difficulties than main contractor in preparing the DQMS certification. In addition, we are able to identify the difficult and important requirements in the preparation process to the DQMS certification. Both main contractor and subcontractor have difficulty to the requirements related to configuration or validation such as 'customer controls configuration', 'configuration review shall be implemented' and 'design and development validation documentation.' The requirements related to customers are important to main contractor but the subcontractor regards difficult requirements as important ones. The result of this paper would be helpful to both the company preparing for DQMS and the munitions quality assurance agency.

This study analyzed that the infant carrier standard affects the satisfaction of certification. Baby Carrier Safety requirements in the Republic of Korea is enforceable by court duty certification. Therefore, a test was conducted to compare with the safety requirements of the United States and Europe and the survey was conducted to know how much manufacturers and importers are satisfied with the certification. According to the test result, there is a difference between domestic and foreign safety requirements about flame retardancy. As a result of the survey, The satisfaction of the certification is proportionate to the one of product standard.

The interest about the installation and certification for miscellaneous non-required electrical equipment is being increased in the domestic aviation industries. In this paper, the minimum applicable requirements in Airworthiness Standard and the acceptable means of compliance which can be applied to installation and certification for miscellaneous non-required electrical equipment is being researched. As a case study, galley certification procedures are presented by electrical load analysis, installation of warning devices and installation requirements.

This is a research report about the method of how to maintain qualification of certification flight test crews. KCA(Korea Certification Agency) have completed the KC-100 airplane certification flight tests which is the first time experienced flight tests operation. After the certification flight test, it has been found that annual flying time requirement of 100 hours to the certification flight test pilot is too strict, and other several requirements to maintain the qualification of the certification test crew such as aircraft certification introduction training, initial flight test pilot and flight test engineer certification training, crew resource management training, aviation physiology training, and survival training was difficult to implement in Korean civil aviation environments. In this study, it was suggested that 30 hours of flying time for maintaining certification flight test pilot qualification could be applied to contribute for safe operation of certification flight test and the other training requirements of the certification flight test crew could be fulfilled using self made training courses, existing FAA training courses and Korean Air Force training resources. Therefore, it is recommended that the regulation of maintaining the certification flight test crew qualification should be refined to implement the requirement practically.

In this paper, a design process is established by integrating aviation safety requirements for the development of general aviation aircraft. An Airworthiness-Design Integration System, which integrates certification requirements with the entire design/analysis process, is developed and presented. For the proposed system, KAS 23/FAR 23/AC 23/CS 23 certification regulations are analyzed to determine design constraints and system compliance checks and to construct an ER&G (Engineering Requirement and Guide) and a Design-Certification Related Table (DCRT). Furthermore, through building a DB (Data Base), the management of design and certification related resources for developing a FAR 23 class aircraft are made. Certification tools and resources are also efficiently managed by the DB. The connection between the certification requirements and the detailed design process is proposed in this system. Tracking of this proposed method is validated by configuring a USE CASE and a system. The Airworthiness-Design Integration system will be constructed based on the system's design plan, certification system, and usage scenarios.

In spite of some similarities between KS(Korean Industrial Standards) certification audit criteria and ISO 9001 certification requirements, most of companies manage the two certification systems independently. In this study, we analyze two certification systems, find common points and propose a model or guideline of the integrated system management for small companies. This research compares KS criteria with ISO requirements in detail. A survey is carried out to check and review the situation of the manufacturers which obtain both KS and ISO 9001 certification. Survey results show that there is a small difference in certification management according to company's size, but some benefit points of the integration management regardless of company's size.

현행 우리나라에서의 기술사 자격취득요건은 기술계와 기능계의 미분리, 대학교육 특히 공학교육인증 대학교육과의 연계 미비 등의 문제점으로 인하여, 선진 각국의 기술사 자격취득요건에 비하여 상당부분 그 요건이 미약한 실정으로서, 이러한 문제는 결국 우리나라 기술사의 국제 통용성 확보를 근본적으로 불가능하게 만드는 il인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술사 자격취득요건과 관련한 국제적 동향을 살펴보고 국내 제도와 선진국 제도를 고찰하여, 우리나라의 기술사 자격이 국제 통용성을 확보할 수 있는 방향으로 기술사 자격취득요건을 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.
