KPP 형식증명 인증계획 수립 (Development of Certification Plan for the Type Certification of KPP Aircraft)

  • This study is on the establishment process of Certification Plan of KPP small aircraft development, domestic BASA(Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement) shadow certification project. For the development of certification plan incorporations process understanding applicable regulations, selection of certification basis, definition of means of compliance and establishment of compliance checklist. On the basis of this process, we develop type certification procedure suitable for domestic small aircraft.

  • In this report US and Korea civil and military simulator certification system is researched, and a plan for improvement is proposed. Korean simulator certification system should adopt FAA's system and improve upon it. Certification criteria should have a basis on FAA certification criteria and add military operation characteristics selectively. Flight test data, used as comparison criteria in certification, should be acquired in package during aircraft development or overseas acquisition. The establishment of certification system is expected to improve external credibility and improve competitiveness in overseas market.

  • This is a study on the effective and efficient way of airworthiness certification for Korean indigenously developed military aircrafts. Investigating the policy, process, and capability for military aircraft airworthiness certification in USA end Europe, the approach for Korean military aircraft airworthiness certification is recommended. Using FAR as basis for military airworthiness criteria is much more beneficial in initial stage of establishing airworthiness certification system. And all the available resources regardless of civil or military institutes need to be cooperated to accomplish required level of indigenous airworthiness certification capability.

  • 정보보호 관리체계(ISMS)와 개인정보보호 관리체계(PIMS)는 인증제도의 준비를 위해 소요되는 시간과 비용을 줄여달라는 요구에 따라 정보보호 및 개인정보보호 관리체계(ISMS-P) 인증제도로 통합되었다. 인증제도 통합으로 제도 운영자는 ISMS-P 인증제도 관리의 용이성을, 인증 대상기관은 인증취득 및 유지의 간편함이라는 장점을 얻을 수 있게 되었으나, 모든 유형의 인증 대상기관에 동일한 인증기준을 적용하면서 생기는 인증 대상기관별 인증기준 적용기준의 모호성과 인증 대상기관에게 과도한 관리체계 운영을 요구하는 인증기준 통제항목의 모호성, 인증 대상기관에 적용해야 할 법적 근거가 모호한 문제점이 발생하였다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 사례연구를 통해 인증기준을 적용하는 인증 대상기관의 유형 구분, 인증 대상기관의 유형에 따라 인증심사 시 적용하는 통제항목의 변경, ISMS 인증만 취득하려는 기관에 대해서는 ISMS-P에서 적용하는 통제항목을 제외하는 세 가지 해결방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 효율적인 인증제도의 운영을 위한 방안을 제시하고 향후 ISMS-P의 인증제도에서 발생하는 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

건축물 에너지효율등급 인증현황분석을 통한 CO2 배출량 평가 베이스라인 연구 (Study of the Assessment Baseline of Carbon Dioxide Emissions based on the Analysis of Building Energy Efficiency Rating System)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the assessment baseline of $CO_2$ emissions from building operations in the view of GHG reduction policy in Korea. The assessment baseline of $CO_2$ emissions shall be used in GHG policy and Carbon Credits in building sectors, but the assessment baseline has not been studied enough or established yet. Also, $CO_2$ emissions from building operations will be variable according to the building occupancy. Therefore the baseline will be different and this study aimed at the establishment of the assessment baseline for residential apartments and office buildings firstly. After reviews of BEER and international standards for building $CO_2$ emissions such as ISO and UNEP-SBCI documents, the analysis of BEER certification data has been pursued for 292 residential apartment complexes and 65 office buildings in South Korea during 2004~2012. As analysis results, the assessment baseline was set to 23.03 $kg{\cdot}CO_2/m^2{\cdot}yr$ or 1.95 $t{\cdot}CO_2/unit{\cdot}yr$ for residential apartment complexes, and 95.91 $kg{\cdot}CO_2/m^2{\cdot}yr$ for office buildings according to the BEER certification basis. Additional assessment baselines were calculated according to year basis, region basis, public and private basis, and GHG policy basis. Finally, the established baseline for residential apartment complexes has been applied for the pilot project in M district, Seoul, and showed 24.97% reduction rate according to the BEER certification basis.

중국 유학생의 학업성취 및 중도탈락 분석에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Analysis of Chinese Foreign Students' Academic Achievement and Fallout)

  • In response to the recent decline in the school-age population, universities have made attracting foreign students a major policy task for universities. As a result, the number of foreign students increased rapidly in terms of quantity, but in terms of quality, the risk is inevitable. Accordingly, the government presented education and internationalization competency certification system indicators on the basis of which quality control of students was systematized. Based on the above certification system, this study focused on analyzing the multiple factors that are actually given to the academic adaptation (performance) of the 2200 students who entered a certain university. In addition, factors other than the certification system index were discovered to comprehensively track how they affect the academic performance of students studying abroad. The researcher found the multi-reciprocal model analysis showed that the difference between the learner and the moderator was significant, and whether or not they had the Korean proficiency test (TOPIK) was significant. It also said that it could have a direct impact on Chinese University Entrance Exams (高考) are significant. If a model that is very effective in selecting students is established by each university and used as an indicator through this study, it will serve as a basis for efficient selection of students.

KAS 23급 민간항공기 형식증명을 위한 적합성 입증절차 (Compliance procedure for type certification of civil aircraft under KAS 23)

  • 본 연구는 국내에서 개발되는 KAS 23급 민간항공기에 대해 형식증명을 취득하기 위한 절차와 방법에 대해 기술하였다. 인증기준을 수립하고 형식증명 계획서에 따라 시험평가를 통해 적합성을 입증하는 절차와 적합성 입증 방안을 제시함으로써 정해진 기간 내 형식증명을 취득하는 것이 가장 중요하다고 하겠다. 본 절차는 미 FAA Order 8110.4C, 'Type Certification'과 국내규정을 참고하였으며 적합성 입증방법(MOC)을 정의하여 적합성 점검표(CCL) 작성 사례를 보여주고 있다. 또한 적합성 입증방법에 따라 시험평가 항목을 분류 하였고 그 방안을 제시하였다.

호안구조 인증제도 도입에 관한 연구 (A Study for Introduction of Revetment Construction Certification System)

  • 최근 실규모 실험을 위한 국내 여건이 마련되어 수리특성을 규명하고 있는 시점에서, 다양한 호안공법, 호안재료 등에 대해 공식적으로 신뢰하기 위해 인증제도 도입을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 인증제도화 할 경우 고려하여야 할 인증제도의 구성요소를 기존의 여러 인증제도와 인증관련 국제기준(ISO)에서 도출하였으며, 이를 인증제도화 하기 위한 방향을 제시함으로써 새로운 인증제도 도입에 따른 시행착오를 최소화할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 호안구조 인증제도의 구성요소는 국제기준(ISO)에서 제시하는 적합성평가활동체계를 따른다. 둘째, 인증제도의 구분에서 법정임의인증제도로 인증기관은 제품인증시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 셋째, 제품인증을 위한 기준은 신뢰성 있는 규격으로 마련되어야 한다. 넷째, 인증제도화를 위해 이해관계자의 의견수렴을 전제로 법적인 근거가 뒷받침되어야 한다.

  • As more and more companies pursue ISO 9000 certification, the adaptation of ISO 9000 has brought about some significant positive effects to domestic quality systems However, somenegative results occurred in domestic industries rushing to fulfill the requirements of these new quality systems. The primary objective of this research is to provide the efficient implemen tation process of ISO 9000 certification on the basis of total quality management concerning with ISO/ DIS 9000:2000, ISO/ DIS 9001:2000, ISO/DIS 9004:2000. this study has been conducted using the data collected from 325 Korean small and medium manufacturing companies which registered ISO 9000 certification in March 2000. The first, the adoption of a quality manage ment system needs to be a strategic decision of the organization. The design period of the adoption of a quality management system is influenced by the size of the organization, the products process, KS certification, the rate of management.

정형성 기반 국방 안전/보안필수 소프트웨어 개발 및 인증 기준 - 안전/보안필수 소프트웨어 인증 프로세스에 대한 정형기법 적용 방안 연구 - (Formalism-Based Defense Safety/Security-Critical Software Development & Certification Criteria - Application of Formal Methods to Safety/Security-Critical Software Certification Process Activities -)

  • The paper provides the approach to apply formal methods to the development and certification criteria of defense safety/security-critical software. RTCA/DO-178B is recognized as a do facto international standard for airworthiness certification but lack of concrete activities and vagueness of verification/certification criteria have been criticized. In the case of MoD Def Stan 00-55, the guidelines based on formal methods are concrete enough and structured for the defense safety-related software. Also Common Criteria Evaluation Assurance Level includes the strict requirements of formal methods for the certification of high-level security software. By analyzing the problems of DO-178B and comparing it with MoD Def Stan 00-55 and Common Criteria, we identity the important issues In safety and security space. And considering the identified issues, we carry out merging of DO-178B and CC EAL7 on the basis of formal methods. Also the actual case studies for formal methods applications are shown with respect to the verification and reuse of software components.
