The purpose of this study is to analyze the data repository certification scheme and to propose a strategy to promote Coretrustseal certification. The certification system to be analyzed includes Coretrustseal, RatSWD, CLARIN certificate B, DIN 31644, ISO 16363, TDR and nestor. Among them, Coretrustseal certification is a core certification system that meets the standards and requirements of other certifications. Therefore, in this study, the Coretrustseal certification promotion strategy was proposed step by step. The proposed certification promotion strategy includes a list of research data policies and guidelines and examples of certification applications for use by institutions that operate domestic data repositories. Through this CTS certification process, each institution can secure research data policies and guidelines, and when CTS certification is obtained, it is judged that international reliability of the data repository can be secured.

This study establishes a safe and healthy farm certification system for Korean farmers and presents the certification system and assessment items. Existing certification systems for safety and health were compared through a review of local and international studies as well as an examination of advanced examples. Then the certification system and assessment items were objectively verified through an expert evaluation process. As a result, four domains of certification participation, implementation, certification evaluation, and post management were identified as components of the certification system. For assessment measures, 6 categories, 21 factors, and 96 items were derived. The results are expected to be used as basic data in establishing a foundation for the implementation and operation of a certification system appropriate for distinct characteristics of the Korean agricultural sector.

The issue of using information system to ensure competitive power in the market is rising. The outsourcing methods that entrust activities of information system of companies to other expert agencies are increasing as the enterprises make a lot of efforts to put their resources to their heart of business in the process of adopting information system. Recently, ASP(Application Service Provider) as a new information technology outsourcing method appears due to the development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for the ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents service provider(service environment) certification as the part of the ASP certification program.

Japan launched its regulatory certification system for organic foods based on the amended JAS laws in June 2000, followed by the implementation of regulations on organic agricultural products and organic processed foods in January 2001 and with the implementation of the standards on organic animal husbandry and organic feed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries in 2005, organic foods have been under integrated and systematic supervision. Certification of organic foods can be undertaken by registered accredited bodies (private certification bodies) or legal entities conforming to the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries. However, with the amendment of the JAS laws in March 2006, only legal entities conforming to the regulations of the ISO/IEC GUIDE 65 are eligible as certification bodies. Foreign organic products imported to Japan must be certified organic under JAS regulations and must be manufactured or produced by foreign manufacturers certified by local or foreign registered accredited organizations and distributed with the Organic JAS Mark affixed or through importers certified by local registered accredited organizations and distributed with the Organic JAS Mark affixed on the products. It can be implied from the Japanese case study that it necessary to reform the diverse agricultural products certification systems to set up an integrated certification system, and the restructuring of government organizations, reforms of environmentally-friendly agricultural products certification system and the integration of the organic food certification systems are needed in order to integrate the control of the standards and certification systems.

This is the study to introduce the Japanese Type Certification System for Domestic Aircraft and current status of Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement. The study on the Japanese Type Certification System will contribute to understand our aircraft certification system and will be a reference in performing the Type Certification Project on KC-100 airplane in the Part 23 Normal Category.

To gain a national competitive advantage in Northeast Asia, Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy was undertaken by Korean Government. Korean Government had published Northeast Asian Logistics Hub Roadmap including the upbringing of total logistics providers to solve the high logistics cost which weakens the competitive advantage of Korean companies. To solve the high logistics cost, the Government had revised the Korean Physical Distribution Promotion Law for the introduction of certification system of the total logistics provider and enacted the Rules on the Certification of Total Logistics Provider and is going to introduce the certification system of total logistics provider. In this certification system, third party logistics related point is very high, the success in this certification system depends on the strategic alliances of the small and medium size logistics companies. The purpose of this paper is to study certification system of the total logistics provider and contribute to gain the competitive advantage of total logistics provider as global logistics provider.

Purpose: This study analyzes the strategical priority to improve eco-labelling certification system, focused on biodegradable resin. Methods: This study will come up with measures to operate the eco-Label certification system related to biodegradable products more effectively and efficiently by discovering various problems related to the system, using causal loop diagram and AHP analysis. Results: This study shows that the government should play more important role while firms could also serve their roles in the initial and stabilizing stages of the eco-labelling certification system, in order to vitalize the eco-Label certification system more effective. Conclusion: This study addresses strategic eco-labelling policies on governmental and firm's operation and providers guidance to practitioners in addressing strategic decision relating to eco-labelling certification system.

This study examines the background and necessity of the product certification (KS) and the system authentication (ISO 9000), and their characteristic so as to compare and analyze the possibility of interaction of product certification and system authentication. It tries to suggest an efficient operation system as an integrated management system and analyzes the certification case of K, a manufacturer of kitchen utensils. We believe that the study will help companies minimize their expenses and efforts to establish, operate, and maintain the corporate standard system. In addition, to effectively achieve our goal, we have also made a study of both literature and case and suggested technical guidance to get integrated management system certification. By these methods, we analyzed the effects and problems that come with the introduction and application of the integrated system of product certification and system authentication in order to set up a system to fit to the mechanism of Korean companies. Moreover, we have suggested the model of integrated operation and the benefits that come after acquiring certification.

This research introduces necessity to derive new certification criteria for the hospital considering healing environmental factors in G-SEED. The method of research is reference study to discuss concept of healing environment factors and case study to find ways for problem and improvement by comparison of G-SEED with foreign certification system. And the research conclusion is such as follows. First, it is necessary to develop certification criteria of the hospital for G-SEED which is lack of healing environmental assessment factors unlike foreign certification system. Second, The hospitals are certified by criteria of The Other Buildings in G-SEED which dose not take into account the characteristics of the hospital. Especially hospital waste and use of enormous water are the important factors required, which is already evaluated in foreign certification criteria.

For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop the certification methodology to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. The paper provides the safe and reliable certification methodology for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and the systematic certification methodology of application and service provider(service environment) domains of ASP are provided. A evaluation method for the developed certification methodology is also proposed.
