This Study aims to present the guidelines for the activation of the domestic GS certification market through the assessment of the characteristics of the demands of the domestic SW companies pursuing to acquire GS certification. As the results of the factor analysis of the guidelines for the activation of the domestic GS certification market, (1) strictness of the certification standards, (2) level of satisfaction on the certification services and (3) certification effects were deduced as the specific variables. This study is highly significant in that the fact that the certification market is more effectively activated when the 3 factors, namely, strictness of the certification standards, level of satisfaction on the certification services and certification effects, have been intensively reinforced although there exist countless number of specific variables including certification system, certification cost, certification expertise and certification marketing, etc. in order to activate GS certification market has been statistically verified.

Reliability of fatigue strength on Aircraft Composites(GFRP) Structures was assessed in this paper. Fatigue strength of GFRP was used through the existing fatigue test data with Monte Carlo method. The S_a-N_f curve of composites fatigue strength was assumed as normal distribution and reliability was analyzed using SSIT model. Fatigue stress was designed IAW ASTM F3114-15 with special safety factor of S_sf=1.2~2.0. Reliability was calculated by analytic method and FORM. Sensitivity for the effect of mean and standard deviation of fatigue strength as well as fatigue stability was evaluated. This result can be usefully applied to reliability and fatigue design for composite structures of light weight aircraft.

This study examines the effect of cosmetic certification marks on consumer behavior. The underlying objectives of this study are threefold. First, it explores whether the certification mark inserted into the cosmetic package-such as marks denoting quality assurances, ethical practices (specifically, pertaining to animal testing), and recycling packaging-affects consumer responses. Second, it investigates whether a higher number of certification marks leads to heightened positive consumer responses. Third, it analyzes the potential moderating effect of consumers' certification mark knowledge on the relationship between certification marks and consumer responses. In the pretest, certification marks with higher recognition were selected as stimuli, and a survey involving a total of 550 male and female consumers was conducted. The collected data were analyzed through ANOVA and post-hoc tests. The findings of this study confirm a significant difference in consumer responses to products based on the certification marks inserted in the cosmetic packaging. Compared to clusters without a certification mark, groups with two or more certifications (recycling certification + ethics certification, recycling certification + quality certification, recycling certification + ethics certification + quality certification) exhibit significant consumer responses. Second, more certification marks did not result in an increase in positive consumer responses. Third, a moderating effect of consumers' cosmetic certification knowledge on the certification mark-consumer response relationship was not found. The findings of this study have implications for developing product promotion strategies that leverage cosmetic certification marks as a marketing tool.

This is a research report about the method of how to maintain qualification of certification flight test crews. KCA(Korea Certification Agency) have completed the KC-100 airplane certification flight tests which is the first time experienced flight tests operation. After the certification flight test, it has been found that annual flying time requirement of 100 hours to the certification flight test pilot is too strict, and other several requirements to maintain the qualification of the certification test crew such as aircraft certification introduction training, initial flight test pilot and flight test engineer certification training, crew resource management training, aviation physiology training, and survival training was difficult to implement in Korean civil aviation environments. In this study, it was suggested that 30 hours of flying time for maintaining certification flight test pilot qualification could be applied to contribute for safe operation of certification flight test and the other training requirements of the certification flight test crew could be fulfilled using self made training courses, existing FAA training courses and Korean Air Force training resources. Therefore, it is recommended that the regulation of maintaining the certification flight test crew qualification should be refined to implement the requirement practically.

The Certification system will be able to expect that effect of marketing and the corporate image rising, if the certification body guarantees the contents of certification against industrial technical advance and safety, environment and efficiency, quality when it is suitable in the standard which is provided. The certification system where the private organization operates but recently on the legal notarization outside is disordering and the trust regarding the certification falls and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. But recently the trust of certification has fallen and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. Because the non-government certifications are disordering. Also the damage of the consumers majority occurs but it is insufficient the investigation analysis against the present condition regarding a non-government certification system and the operation actual condition. So it is necessary the actual condition where the countermeasure against hereupon is urgent. In this study, we present the operation direction of efficient against non-government certification system through investigation and the analysis.

Most of all countries have a governmental system for regulating the certification of nursing. In Korea, certification of advanced practice nurse(APN) is statuary regulation under supervision of government. In this article, the writers discuss the legal characters and effects of certification and regulatory body for certification and suggest the new regulatory system. The advanced practitioner may be recognize "new" health provider in the future. The nursing specialist have right to use title and practice expanded role. It's different things with physicians certification. The regulatory body is important because certification protected the title and empower APN authorize of expanded role. The certification of nursing is closely connected with public interest. The Korea government delegate power of national examination to private institute. To improve utility and publicity of certification system, we suggest that statutory empower the certification authority to public institute which composed with nursing professionals.

In this study, a comparative research between KS certification system, which is Korea's quality certification system and new JIS certification system are conducted. Compared with the results and the issue of quality certification system to look for ways to improve the company can be helpful in the development plan was presented. The survey obtained from the representatives on the company which currenty maintains certification. Survey was distributed and collected via e-mail., Highlights of the survey, were composed of four categories such as opinions of KS certification, criteria, production test and follow up, etc., these categories were put together for final conclusion.

In this report US and Korea civil and military simulator certification system is researched, and a plan for improvement is proposed. Korean simulator certification system should adopt FAA's system and improve upon it. Certification criteria should have a basis on FAA certification criteria and add military operation characteristics selectively. Flight test data, used as comparison criteria in certification, should be acquired in package during aircraft development or overseas acquisition. The establishment of certification system is expected to improve external credibility and improve competitiveness in overseas market.

This paper investigated relationship among internal as well as external motive to receive the ISO 13485 certification, countermeasure to the certification examination, active reception/execution level of the certification, and operational as well as financial performance of the medical device related enterprises in South Korea which received and are maintaining the ISO 13485 certification. SEM (structural equation model) and related analyses using AMOS 21.0 and SPSS 21.0 have been applied to verify the hypotheses of the research. Result of the research showed that internal as well as external motive for certification positively(+) affects active reception/execution level of the certification as well as countermeasure to the certification examination. The reception/execution level of the certification also positively(+) affects on the operational as well as financial performance of the certified enterprises. However, countermeasure to the certification examination was found out to negatively(-) affects the active reception/execution level of the certification and we can interpret that relatively more countermeasure to the certification examination burdens the employees of the enterprise, causing them to be less active on the reception/execution level of the certification. This research found that an enterprise's operational/financial performance improves when an enterprise introduces the ISO 13485 certification standard spontaneously on the purpose of improving its system and the certification system is applied to the enterprise actively, not passively. This research emphasizes the need to recognize the difference of the level of active reception implication among members of an enterprise according to the motive of introduction of the certification system.

The objective of this study has two folds. The first is to investigate current global certification system and the second is to suggest some possible solutions for expanding global e-trade networks. Both research and industrial communities recognize the importance of global certification problems in connection with global e-trade payment because global e-trade volume continue to grow. But not many research results have been reported to the communities in identifying some barriers against active global certification systems. This paper intents to suggest some possible solutions for improved global certification system and the results are summarized as follows: First, strict certification structure has to be relaxed by considering diverse mutual certification methods in global e-trade practice. This paper provides some comparative results about mutual certification methods among different nations. Second, numerous business models have to be derived such that they can be applied to other global certification applications than global e-trade. Third, global certified networks have to be expanded beyond mutual certification level. Once the certified structure among different nations have been established then diverse certified authority channels have to be implemented. Finally, since Korea has already established very good public certification infrastructure within the nation this platform has to be positioned in the center of global e-trade networks. This paper has of course to accept a critique such as this study provided limited results to generalized global e-trade certification model, and therefore empirical study for assessing robust model should be pursued in the future.
