다양한 웹 콘텐츠 제공 환경에서 네트워크에 공개된 서버의 정보 자원을 보호하기 위하여 XML 보안 기술 스펙인 XML-Signature 스키마를 확장하여 2단계 서버 로그인 인증 시스템을 제안하고, 이를 설계 및 구현한다. 제안할 인증 시스템은 XML 기반의 인증서를 온라인상에서 요청 및 발행하고 인증기관에서 제공한 인증서확장 정보를 XML 인증서 관리 서버(XCMS)에 등록 한 후 사용자의 인증서 패스워드로 인증기관에 의해서 1차 인증을 수행한다. 또한 인증서 패스워드 이외에 추가로 입력한 인증서확장 정보와 인증서 관리서버에 등록된 사용자의 인증서 확장 정보를 SOAP 메시지로 요청한 후 두 값을 비교하여 2차 인증을 수행하는 보안이 강화된 인증 시스템이다.

Certificate-based cryptography is a useful public key cryptographic primitive that combines the merits of traditional public key cryptography and identity-based cryptography. It not only solves the key escrow problem inherent in identity-based cryptography, but also simplifies the cumbersome certificate management problem in traditional public key cryptography. So far, four short certificate-based signature schemes have been proposed. However, three of them fail in achieving the existential unforgeability under adaptive chosen-message attacks and the remaining one was not constructed in the normal framework of certificate-based signature. In this paper, we put forward a new short certificate-based signature scheme. The proposed scheme is devised in the normal framework of certificate-based signature and overcomes the security weaknesses in the previous short certificate-based signature schemes. In the random oracle model, we formally prove that it achieves the existential unforgeability against adaptive chosen-message attacks. Performance comparison shows that it is efficient and practical.

공개키 인증서와 마찬가지로 속성 인증서 역시 신뢰되기 위해서는 인증서에 대한 유효성 여부를 검증 받아야 한다. 속성 인증서의 유효성 검증은 속성 인증서 체인과 그 체인에 존재하는 각 개체들의 공개키 인증서 체인에 대해 유효성 여부를 검사함으로써 이루어진다. 이렇듯 속성 인증서의 유효성 확인은 공개키 인증서보다 더 복잡하고 많은 처리 과정을 거치게 된다. 이러한 검증 과정은 서비스제공 서버에게는 많은 부담이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 속성인증서 검증을 효과적으로 대신 할 수 있도록 전문화된 검증 서버의 사용을 제안하고 검증 서버와 클라이언트간에 사용될 검증 프로토콜을 정의한다.

개인 인증 보안은 온라인 시스템에서 사용자 인증 서비스를 사용하기 위한 중요한 수단이다. 본 논문에서는 사이버테러 대응 목적으로 온라인 인증서를 효율적으로 활용하는 방법의 일환으로 이 논문에서 설계한 SOL이라 불리는 알고리즘을 온라인 전자거래 인증에 적용하기 위한 방법을 설계하고 구현해 보았다. 이 결과는 각종 인증서의 효율적인 관리와 활용을 통해서 정보화 시대의 근간을 이루고 있는 온라인 인증에 대한 서비스를 보다 효율적으로 이용할 수 있을 것이다. 특히 SOL은 특정 목적을 지니고 운영하는 소규모 단위의 온라인 시스템에 호환성을 가지도록 효율적으로 접목시켜 상호 호환하여 사용할 수 있음을 본 논문을 통해서 알 수 있게 된다.

속성 인증서를 이용한 역할기반 접근제어를 함에 있어서 역할 관리비용을 줄이기 위해 역할 할당 인증서와 역할 명세인증서를 활용하면 역할의 변경에 따른 갱신 오버헤드를 줄일 수 있다. 특히 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경과 같은 고도의 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 광범위한 통제 구조를 가질 수 없으므로 이를 고려한 속성 인증서 관리 기법이 요구된다. 역할 명세 인증서를 따로 두는 경우 역할 관리 비용이 줄어드는 바, 더 나은 성능향상을 위하여 본 논문에서는 역할 명세를 구조화하여 효율적 역할기반 접근제어를 위한 속성 인증서 관리 기법을 모색한다. 역할을 그룹화하여 역할 명세 인증서의 관계구조 트리를 구성하여 분산된 환경에서 안전하고 효율적인 역할의 갱신과 분배를 달성한다. 규모 확장성을 위해 멀티캐스팅 패킷을 사용한 역할 명세 인증서 분배를 하며, 그에 따른 네트워크 상의 패킷 손실율을 고려한 성능분석을 하여 역할 그룹을 두어 역할 명세 인증서를 구조화하는 것이 성능을 향상시킴을 정량적으로 보인다.

본 논문은 PKC(Public Key Certificate)를 이용하여 Privilege Management를 제공하는 모델에 대해 다룬다. 권한관리는 PKC와 AC(Attribute Certificate)를 이용한 PMI가 제시되고 있으나, PMI를 구축하기 위한 비용이 들게 된다. 본 논문에서는 현재 구성되고 있는 PMI 모델과 본 논문에서 제시한 PSL(Privilege Status List)를 이용한 권한 관리모델을 비교, 분석한다.

Including the Qualfication of Staffer required for Commuinication, the National Law of Professional qualification is a basic law for supply with manpower of high growth industry, and it is aiming at perfect the national Policy Concerned improvement for education and training of staff, carrying out of state examination for qualification and getting an occupation or application for special qualification. This law has established a management committee for qualification system in The Ministry of Science and Technique ROK, and authorized competence Minister according to kind of special qualification aiming at getting employment, practical use and courteous treatment in society and economy for national qualification, and also regulated their each official duty. A qualification of staffer required for communication is an administrative measure giving as occupational certificate after some examination for knowledge, technique and faculty in vocational ability to adapt to intrinsic of telecommunication. This certificate has the cause of an attribution of over the sphere of telecommunication, and so it has been originated in international situation, and then some of them is forced by international law, otherwise it be in common use between the nations. The Characteristic and orthodox of communication certificate has been succeded continually in company with development of telecommunication and the appliable field of them is specified, but the sovereign power of nation is approved by ITU that she can extent the applicable position for communication certificate and coordinate the utility of qualification for telecommunication value. Korean telecommunication law excepted the application of communication certificate in public communication field. It is unreasonable and even disobeyed against the theory of communication science and intrinsic of telecommuncation. Therefore it should be corrected immediately and then communication certificate have to accept in the public communication field at all, if so, the application field of communication certificate can have more than useful extenxion such as administration measure should be achieved by the management committee for qualification system in Ministry of Science and Technique and competemce Minister appointed according to special kind of certificate and the administration have to manage by the method and proccess caused by communication science or cooperative system between administration, industry, education and science. And, then, every acquisitor of qualification also has to try to perfect his vocational duty sincerely and to promote each self-realization.

The Korean resident registration number has been used since 1962 as a personal identification number. The Korean government assigns this number to each korean citizen and it is not able to be changed. In 2000s, as the Internet was rapidly spreaded out, personal information such as the Korean resident registration number, name, home address, and phone number was leaked. The companies provide diverse internet service while collecting personal information. However, personal information was sometimes leaked because of hacking, poor information management and so on. As s results, some of citizens asked government and court of Korea to change the Korean resident registration number because they suffered material damage and emotional distress. The constitutional court decided to be able to change the number from 2018. In this study, the Korean resident registration number which is possible to change, serial number, public certificate, I-PIN, and My-PIN were analyzed comparatively. In addition, considerations when the Korean resident registration number was changed were discussed. The public certificate and I-PIN were appropriate to the case of on-line Korean resident registration number. The Korean resident registration number, serial number, My-PIN were appropriate to the case of off-line Korean resident registration number. Lastly, it would be efficient to manage the Korean resident registration number separately such as on-line and off-line.
