The purpose of this study is to approach for the flow analysis of changing central-place functions and basic demands between the central city and the small town. Under the rural society progressed, this study examines how the small town changes in the relation to the central city. The subject of study is based on changes in demand for retail and hospitality. The small town is providing basic demands and urban services primary for the rural in the settlement system. Because of the rural depopulation and the aging of society, Retail and hospitality in the rural is reducing of the facility followed. But the majority of related researches are stocks approach. These studies are useful to find out the characteristic of small town, but is difficult to consider the influence of the central city. In this situation after this study using the function index is set up a concept model, it examines for the basis of changes in demand for the small town. The result of the analysis is that the changes of retail and hospitality are more severe in the more small town than in the central city. Whereas the small town with a population decline is consistent with the reduced number of branches, Population growth in the central city is reduced to the number of the Number of branches. The central-place function has been strengthened in the central city. While the younger generation, recreation, etc. related retail are disappearing rapidly, the mainstream of small town is grocery, home improvement, restaurants.

Which way should Sejong city focus, the original plan, "The Multipurpose Central City for Administration", or the modified one, "The Central City for Education and Science"? Which way will satisfy both the country and Choongchung region in the future of Sejong city? Let's discuss if the modified plan can be the solution for the inefficiencies and lack of self-sufficiency of the original plan.

본 연구의 목적은 미국 대도시지역들을 사례로 도심지역과 교외지역 성장간의 상관관계와 인과관계를 밝히는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 도시의 성장과 쇠퇴가 건설활동에서 반영된다는 점에 착안하여, 미국의 114개 대도시지역(MSAs)의 과거 11년간 건설 허가 자료를 가지고 분석하였다. 그 결과, 대도시 지역의 건설활동 동향에 있어 도심지역과 교외지역 간에는 정의 상관관계를 가지고 있으며, 특히 인구성장률이 높은 대도시지역일수록 상관관계가 높게 나타나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그러나, 이러한 도심과 교외지역 성장의 관계는 건설활동의 유형별로 상이한 인과관계 특성을 나타낸다 즉, 도심지역의 주택건설활동 추이에 따라 교외지역의 주택건설활동이 직접적인 영향을 받는다는 사실은 미국 대도시지역들의 공통적인 현상이나, 상업 및 업무시설의 건설활동에 있어서는 그 인과관계가 일관적인 패턴을 가지고 나타나지 않는다. 따라서, 도심지역의 성장과 쇠퇴의 영향이 교외지역에 직접적인 영향을 미친다고 단정하기는 어렵지만, 미국 대도시들의 도심지역 성장과 교외지역의 성장은 서로 밀접한 상관관계를 가지고 있다는 점은 명백하다고 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 중심도시로의 접근성 개념에 주목하면서 우리나라에서 낙후지역을 이해하는데 있어 그 중요성을 분석하고 낙후지역 발전을 위한 새로운 공간전략을 모색하고자 한다. 논문은 먼저 중심도시 접근성에 기초하여 낙후지역을 이해하는 EU의 연구사례를 분석하고 이를 토대로 연구방법론을 정립한다. 둘째, 우리나라에서 가장 낙후된 지역을 많이 보유한 전남과 경북을 대상으로 중심도시 접근성에 기초한 지역의 낙후성을 분석한다. 셋째, 낙후지역 발전을 위하여 중심도시 접근성 제고에 초점을 둔 새로운 공간전략을 검토하며, 끝으로 본 연구의 한계 및 의의를 제시함으로써 결론을 맺는다. 새로운 공간전략을 위해서는 본 연구는 필수적 공공서비스와 함께 경쟁력 공공서비스를 포함하는 농어촌 공공서비스의 창의적인 확대 및 합리적인 전달체계 구축, 중심도시로의 접근성 개선을 통한 공공 민간서비스 전달체계 제고, 지역 내 인적자본에 대한 투자 확대로 장기적인 성장잠재력 확보 등의 필요성을 고찰하였다.

Therefore about the city research the research will be necessary from historical time. With being like that, Space Syntax where uses from the research which sees makes the result which leads with objective the ground and the reporter comparison to analyze with social causes together does.

U-City 운영의 중심 역할을 담당하는 통합운영센터는 유무선 통신망, 센서망을 연결하여 각종 센서 및 장치들을 수용하고, 다양한 정보를 통합적으로 수집 분석을 통하여, 각종 인프라 요소들을 지능적으로 관제 운영한다. 이와 같은 통합운영센터의 역할을 반영하고 다양한 기능과 서비스를 수행하는 기반 플랫폼이 통합운영센터 플랫폼이다. 본 논문에서는 플랫폼이 가져야 할 기능을 세가지 영역(공통 어플리케이션 서비스, 운용관리 서비스, 플랫폼 게이트웨이 서비스)으로 구분한 참조 모델을 제시하고, 각 서비스 별 세부 기능을 정의한다.

Three dimensional database of building use in Central Obihiro City was created and displayed using three dimensional graphics and quicktime movies. Then intra structure of Central Obihiro City was analyzed based on this database using GIS and the results were also displayed using three dimensional graphics and quicklime movies.

본 연구는 벨지움의 Liege지방을 사례로 산업단지의 변화추세를 고찰하였다. 교외지역의 산업단지 입지는 고속도로와 도심지역에의 접근성, 우호적인 사회적 분위기와 쾌적한 자연환경을 중요시한다. 1970년대부터는 제조업과 서비스업이 공존하는 중소규모의 산업단지 개발이 일반적이며, 전략적 위치에는 사무업단지, 서비스업단지, 과학연구단지 등이 개발된다. 산업단지는 신설기업보다는 도심지역으로부터 이전하는 기업들로 충당되며 서비스업체들의 입지가 증가하여 산업구조가 다양화되고 있다 도심지역은 제조업체들의 전출로 실업증가, 인구감소, 산업폐허지 증가, 세원감소에 따른 재정악화 등 심각한 문제점이 발생하게 되었고, 이에 지방정부는 도심지역의 제조업 부활을 위한 정책을 실천하고 있지만 아직 그 효과는 미약하다.

Many people think, in common that An expansion toward outer city is a development, and it can be a general trends in a new development in a growing city. But We can see many case which moving of a public building are considerate as a core element to promote the new development towards outer city, and that is a negative element of slum in central area and community making. There are many aspects to pursue sustainable urban structure of in a city, and public building is a very important element to manage deteriorate central area from social slum in a old town. In this presentation, three project, Local Authority office of Chonnam province, Kwangju Station, and Hyper Urbanity, and it shows sustainable concept of the public building as a core in a city development. The effect of the projects are expected sustainable development and community in terms of social, cultural and historical aspects.

본 연구는 중국 철도망의 구조와 철도여객 및 화물 유동에 대한 분석을 통하여 중국 도시 네트워크의 특징과 변화를 밝히는 것을 주요 목적으로 하였다. 중국 도시의 접근성은 허난성을 중심으로 한 중부지역이 가장 높고 주변으로 향할수록 접근성이 떨어진다. 도시 네트워크의 중심은 중부지역에서 동부지역으로 이동하였으며, 3개의 남북방향 축과 주요 도시들의 지역 중심성은 여전하지만 그들의 영향권은 확대되고 중심성도 분산되었다. 도시 네트워크의 계층구조는 3단계로 구분할 수 있는데 1단계 계층에서 대부분의 영향권은 도시 성(자치구) 범위를 크게 벗어나지 않았고, 2단계 계층에서는 대부분의 지역에서 영향권 교차현상이 나타났으며 선형 패턴이 더욱 뚜렷하였다. 3단계에서는 5대 영향권으로 구분되었다.
