지식의 유형에 근거한 지리과 수업 방법의 실제 (Practices of Teaching Methods based on the Type of Knowledge in Geography Education)

  • 본 연구에서는 지리 교과 속에 공존하고 있는 다양한 유형의 지식을 고려하여 그에 걸맞는 다양한 교육 방법의 실제를 제시하였다. 지리학의 5대 주제에 따라 지리 교육에서 지식의 유형을 살펴 보면 첫째, 기술적 통제력을 확장시키려는 관심에 의한 경험-분석적 지식 중심 내용은 절대적 위치, 자연 경관 및 인문 경관의 특색, 자연 환경과 인간 생활과의 관계, 사람과 물자의 이동(교통) 및 지식과 정보의 이동(통신)으로서 거리와 운송비, 교통망, 교통 유동의 공간적 패턴, 중력 모형 내용, 지역 구분 및 학습 사례 지역 설정 등이며 개념 탐구 중심 수업 설계에 적합하다. 둘째, 어떤 행동이 지역 전통에 비추어 적절한 지를 해석하려는 관심에 의한 역사-해석적 지식 중심 내용은 관계적 위치, 자연 경관 및 인문 경관의 이해, 인문 환경과 인간 생활과의 관계, 교통과 통신 발달의 영향, 지역의 변화 등이며 문제 해결 중심 수업 설계에 적합하다. 셋째, 가치관으로부터 의식을 해방시키려는 관심에 의한 비판적 지식 중심 내용은 상대적 위치, 다양한 지방 문화, 환경 보전의 대책, 정보화 사회, 지역계획 및 지역 협력 등이며 의사 결정 중심 수업 설계에 적합하다. 본 연구에서는 실험 수업 결과에 근거하여 지리 교육에서 지식의 유형에 따른 개념 탐구 중심. 문제 해결 중심. 의사 결정 중심 수업 방법의 효율성을 강조했지만. 실제 교육 현장에서 지리 교사들은 보다 다양한 시각에서 수업 내용을 자신들의 관심 영역에 맞게 구성할 수 있음을 밝혀 둔다.

의회중심의 행정체제 연구 서설 (Legislative-Centered Public Administration: Introduction)

  • 이 연구는 행정학 연구에 지배적인 집행부 중심의 사고를 보정할 수 있는 대안적 관점인 의회 중심행정이론을 소개하는데 그 목적이 있다. 먼저, 의회중심 행정이론의 이론적 선구자인 윌슨(Wilson)의 의회정부론, 윌로비(Willoughby)와 메리암(Merriam)의 의회의 행정역할에 대한 이론을 정리하였고, 이를 체계화시킨 로젠블룸(Rosenbloom)의 이론을 소개하였다. 또한, 미국 의회 사례에서 의회중심 행정체제를 구축하기 위한 역사적 전개와 제도적 발전을 검토하였다. 그리고 이러한 의회중심 행정의 이론과 제도적 맥락에서 한국행정에서의 입법부중심 행정체제의 발전 가능성을 탐색하기 위해, 국내의 기존연구 검토와 함께 한국 국회의 제도적 발전을 분석하였다. 이를 통해, 한국 행정연구에서 갖는 의회중심 행정이론의 의의를 이해하고, 향후 연구방향을 모색하였다.

교사 중심의 수학적 사고과정을 강조한 수업 효과 분석 (Analysis of Effectiveness of Teacher-Centered Instruction Stressed on Mathematical Thinking Processes)

  • 본 연구는 교사중심의 수업틀을 유지하면서 학습자의 사고활동을 강조한 대안적인 교수 활동의 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이 수업으로 수업을 받는 학생들은 학업성취도면에서 전통적인 교사중심의 수업을 받은 학생들 보다 우수하였다. 따라서, 대안적인 교수법은 학교 현장에 학생들의 이해를 촉진할 수 있는 교수법이며, 또한 교사 중심의 틀을 유지하고 있기 때문에 학교현장에 적용가능한 교수법이다.

지방의료원 간호사의 환자중심간호에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Affecting Patient-centered Nursing in Regional Public Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study examines the factors affecting patient-centered nursing among regional public hospital nurses, with a focus on communications, professionalism, organizational culture, and teamwork. Methods: We included 162 nurses working at five regional public hospitals in G province. Data were collected from October 7 through October 19, 2019 using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test or ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS (Version 24.0). Results: The factors affecting patient-centered nursing included an innovation-oriented culture, working in an intensive care unit, hierarchy-oriented culture, and nursing professionalism. These variables explained 43% of patient-centered nursing. Conclusions: These results suggest that enhancing an innovation-oriented culture is necessary for patient-centered nursing and to improve nurses' awareness about the importance of patient-centered nursing. Moreover, organizational efforts are required to increase nurses' professionalism through suitable educational programs in regional public hospitals.

FGI 분석을 통한 유아교사의 놀이중심교육과정 실행 역량 탐색 (Exploring the Play-centered Curriculum Action Competence of Early Childhood Teachers Based on FGI Analysis)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the early childhood education teacher's ability to implement play-centered curriculum that is recognized by an early childhood education expert based on an analysis of focus group interviews. Methods: Two professors of early childhood education, two directors of daycare centers, and two early childhood education teachers participated in the focus group interview. The interview was conducted three times. The interviewed data were categorized and compared. Results: The action competence of the play-centered curriculum required for early childhood teachers were categorized into the following categories; comprehending play, recognizing play, and practicing child-centered play. Detailed factor competencies were required for understanding play, reflective thinking, reading play, recording play, playing like a child, and supporting play. Conclusion/Implications: For actualizing play-centered curriculum, early childhood education teachers needed to comprehend, recognize, and practice for child's play. Furthermore, we discussed the necessity and direction of teacher education to improve the teacher's action competence for play-centered curriculum.

중환자실 간호사의 인간중심간호에 영향을 주는 요인 (Factors affecting to the Person-Centered Care among Critical Care Nurses)

  • Purpose : The person-centered care is essential for better patient outcome. This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting to the person-centered care among intensive care unit (ICU) nurses. Method : This study was cross sectional survey, and the participants included 107 ICU nurses who provided a written consent to participate in the study. Using a structured survey, nurse's compassion fatigue, compassion satisfaction, and person-centered care among ICU nurses were assessed. The collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation test with SPSS 23.0 program. The factors affecting patient-centered care were analyzed using multiple regression. Results : According to the multiple regression analysis, education level, perceived caregivers need priority and compassion satisfaction were positive affecting factors to the person-centeredness of ICU nurses. Conclusion : In conclusion, the compassion satisfaction was an affecting factor to the person-centered care, however compassion fatigue didn't affect to the person-centered care among ICU nurses. Therefore, the strategy enhancing compassion satisfaction among ICU nurses will be needed to increase person centeredness.

생태유아교육 프로그램에 대한 원장.교사 및 학부모의 인식과 요구도에 관한 연구 (Understanding of Eco-centered Early Childhood Education Program)

  • The purpose of this research was to provide recommendations for eco-centered early childhood education as a new paradigm in Korean society. Questionnaires were collected from directors, teachers, and parents of private & public kindergartens, as well as child care centers, in Bucheon city. The data were analyzed based on the frequencies, $X^2$ test, F test, and Scheffe test. The results were as follows. (a) Most directors, teachers, and parents positively agreed with the eco-centered early childhood education and recognized its benefits. (b) In order for the eco-centered early childhood education to be successful, development of various programs, systematic study, ongoing teacher training, and parents' education were required. (c) In order for the eco-centered early childhood education to develop more culturally appropriate program, close connection with local community, reorganization of the early childhood education curriculum, and government support were needed. The findings demonstrate that eco-centered early childhood education is necessary for the future wellbeing of Korean society.

A Study on the Relationship between Company Performance and Production Management in Apparel Manufacture

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate usage level of production strategies based on group of production environment, 2) to investigate usage level of production systems based on group of production strategy, and 3) to analyze each of company performance based on group of production strategy and system. For this study, the questionnaires were administered to 215 apparel manufactures in metropolitan area from Feb. to Mar. 1998. Employing a sample of 201, data were analyzed by factor analysis, descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, and multivariate analysis of variance. The following are the results of this study. 1. Concerning production strategy due to group of production environment, the stable group and the complicated group prefer to rice/quality centered strategy but the level of usage for strategies is so pretty that it is not significant to carry out them. 2. Concerning production system due to group of production strategy, the workers centered group is occupied high in the price/quality centered group & the complex group. And also the product centered system is occupied high in the flexibility centered group. 3. Concerning company performance due to group of production strategy and system, the price/quality centered group holds low position of performance comparing to another groups. And the performance of the managers centered group is higher than that of the workers.

입원아동 돌봄을 위한 가족중심 순회의 통합적 고찰 (An Integrative Review on Family-Centered Rounds for Hospitalized Children Caring)

  • Purpose: Involvement of families in rounds is one strategy to implement patient- and family-centered care to help families get clear information about their child, and be actively involved in decision making. The purpose of this paper was to identify the major concepts of family-centered rounds for hospitalized children. Methods: We searched five electronic databases for relevant articles and used Whittemore and Knafl's integrative review methods to synthesize the literature. Articles published between June 2003 and January 2016 were reviewed and through full text screening 24 peer-reviewed articles were found that met the selection criteria for this review. Results: Through in-depth discussion and investigation of the relevant literature, four overarching components emerged: (a) cognition of parents and medical staff, (b) effective communication, (c) collaboration of family and medical staff, (d) coaching of medical staff. Conclusion: For successful family-centered rounds positive cognition is important. Appropriate communication skills and consideration of multi-cultural family can lead to effective communication. Offering consistent and transparent information is important for collaboration between family and medical staff. Prior education on family-centered rounds is also important. Four major components have been identified as basic standards for implementing family-centered rounds for hospitalized children.
