지렁이 분변토 발효사료가 고품질 계란생산 및 악취 저감에 미치는 영향 (Effect of fermented earthworm cast feed on the production of high-quality eggs and odor reduction)

  • 본 연구의 목표는 분변토로부터 분리한 Bacillus subtilis외 2종의 복합 생균제를 이용하여 제조한 발효사료가 산란계 생산성, 계란품질 및 양계장 악취저감에 미치는 효과를 조사하는 것이었다. 산란계 240마리를 4개의 처리구로 구분하여 완전임의 배치하였다. 실험 처리구는 대조구, 분변토발효사료 0.3, 0.5% (FECF3, FECF5), 일반생균제 0.2% (CP)로 구분하였다. 산란율은 일반사료를 섭취한 대조구와 비교할 때 FECF 처리구는 유의하게 높았으나 CP 처리구는 차이가 없었다. 호우유닛, 난각두께, 파란강도, 난황색 지수 및 농후난백 높이는 대조구와 비교할 때 FECF 처리구가 증가하였으나 CP 처리구와 차이는 없었다. 계란의 n-3 함량은 대조구와 비교할 때 FECF 처리구가 높았으나 n-6/n-3 비율은 낮았으며 CP 처리구와의 차이는 없었다. 계분을 실온에서 5일간 방치 후 암모니아 발생량은 대조구와 비교할 때 CP와 FECF 처리구가 낮았다.

  • 기능성 계란의 생산을 위하여 유기성 폐기물인 분변토와 지렁이를 산란계의 사료에 첨가하여 생산성 및 영양학적 조성에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 분변토는 산란수와 선별률, 사료 잔량 등을 비교해 볼 때 대조구보다 효과가 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 지렁이를 사료로 공급시킨 경우 계란 선별율에서 왕란의 숫자가 증가하는 현상을 보였으며 사료의 잔량도 증가하는 것으로 나타나 영양적으로 효과가 높은 것으로 생각된다. 분변토는 전체사료에 10% 첨가된 실험구가 대조구보다 평균산란수 96.8개로 5% 높게, 계란의 선별율은 왕란이 5%, 특란이 1.1% 저하되었지만, 대란은 5% 상승하였으며, 평균 사료 잔량은 662.5g으로 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 유용미생물로서 Beauveria bassiana (백강균)을 접종하여 병원성균의 증식을 막고 필수아미노산의 공급을 기대하였다. B. bassiana KACC 40039를 접종한 실험구는 마리당 평균산란수 0.82개이며 B. bassiana HYB를 접종한 실험구는 0.77개로 대조구와 3%~8% 높은 산란율을 나타냈으며, 파란율은 0%를 나타낸 B. bassiana KACC 40039가 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며, 성분분석을 통한 계란의 영양적 검토에서도 단백질의 증가와 콜레스테롤의 저하로 대조구보다 우수한 결과가 나왔고, 결과값에 따라 생산농가에 큰 소득증대의 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

신개발 국산 부가중합 실리콘 인상재의 젖음성과 기포발생에 관한 비교 연구

  • Wettability of addition silicone impression material is very important property for making an accurate restoration. This study examined theimpression quality in clinical condition and the wettability of impression material. Three commercially available addition silicone impression material (Imprint; 3M, USA, Examix; GC, Japan, Perfect; Handae, Korea) were studied. A total of 90 putty/wash impressions of semi-dried premolars and wet molar teeth were examined for void production in impression body. The percentae of the sulcus reproduction ability of each material was calculated from the sulcus depths of cross-sectioned casts from the impressions with stereomicroscope. Three impression materials were used to produce die stone casts from vcid entrapment die. Voids in the stone casts were counted with the stereomicroscpe. From the experiment, the following results were obtained: 1. In direct observation, Imprint showed greatest numbers of void in impression body (P<.001).However, correlations were not found between sulcus reproduction and void production. 2. Sulcus reproduction ability of additional silicone impression material was diminished in order of Imprint, Examix, Perfect. The significant difference was found between Imprint and other material (P<.001). 3. In void entrapment laboratory test, void productions was diminished in order of Examix, Imprint, Perfect. All voids in casts were less in delayed poured cast than immediately poured cast. 4. Especially, the stone pouring time of Perfect impression material should be delayed.

지렁이에 의한 돈분 퇴비화용 유기성자원 연구 (A Study on Organic Resources for Pig Manure Treatment by Vermicomposting)

  • The effects of the processing mixture of pig manure and various organic wastes on the growth, cast production of earthworm, and conversion of organic matter to earthworm tissues by vermicomposting. The substances used in this experiments were sawdust, rice hull, coffee waste, brewery waste, litters, turfgrass cutting residues, rice bran, vegetable wastes and rice straw and were mixed with pig manure at a ratios of 50:50 (v/v), and pig manure 100% (control), respectively. The highest values of growth parameters, cast production and conversion efficiency of organic matter to earthworm tissues were obtained at the mixtures of pig manure with coffee waste, it may due to the favourable diet conditions to process with pig manure by vermicomposting. But, all of the earthworm died in the pig manure 100% (control) and pig manure with vegetable wastes treatments by vermicomposting was impossible in this experiment. The vermicast contained a higher values of total nitrogen, available phosphorus, exchangeable cations and cation exchange capacity than their parent materials with increased availability of nutrients and improved physicochemical properties.

  • The ductile cast iron is austempered at 300, 350 and 40$0^{\circ}C$ temperature in order to investigate the basic factors for monitoring drill wear in automatic production process, and cutting force and AE RMS signals are measured with changing cutting condition for ADI(Austempered Ductile Cast Iron) with different mechanical properties. The signals of cutting force were influenced by cutting speed and feedrate greatly. On the other hand AE RMS signals are influenced by cutting speed where as it is not related with feedrate. As the depth of drilling increases, cutting force shows a slow increase and the value of AE RMS increases until the range of h/d=4. But over the range it increases greatly due to an amount of chip discharge and friction with inner wall of drilling hole, etc. As the drill diameter increases at a constant depth of drilling. Cutting force increases linearly, but the level of AE RMS does not increases linearly due to circumferential velocity and great influence of h/d.

AM80-xSn 마그네슘 합금의 반응고 주조 및 압출에 따른 미세조직 및 기계적 특성 (Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of AM80-xSn Magnesium Alloys with Semi-Solid casting and Hot Extrusion Process)

  • In a recent study, the microstructures and mechanical properties of AM80-xSn magnesium alloys with semi solid casting and hot extrusion process were investigated. With increasing Sn content, the amount of ${\beta}$(Mg2Sn) phase increased, while the ${\alpha}-Mg$ dendritic size decreased. The hardness was increased by the Mg2Sn as the Sn content increased. With increasing Sn content, permanent mold cast and semi solid cast AM80 Mg alloy showed less reduction of hardness and also of extruded AM80 Mg alloy after annealing. In the case of the mechanical properties, the extruded semi solid casting AM80 Mg alloy showed higher tensile strength and yield strength with increasing Sn content compared to the extruded permanent mold cast AM80 Mg alloy at room temperature.

  • The effects of mold materials on the microstructure and tensile properties were investigated to develop a mass production technique of aluminum alloy parts with excellent mechanical properties using a lost foam casting method. The microstructures of the plate-shaped cast alloy showed a tendency to be finer in proportion to the thickness of the plate, and a remarkably fine structure was obtained by applying a steel chill or a ball as a mold material compared to general sand. When a steel ball was used, it was observed that the larger the ball, the finer the cast structure and the better the tensile properties. The microstructure and tensile properties of the cast parts with complex shapes were greatly affected by the gating system, but the positive effects of the steel chill and the steel ball as a mold material were clear.

금형재료용 주철강의 복합열처리 특성 (Combined Heat Treatment Characteristics of Cast Iron for Mold Materials)

  • Currently, there are two main issues regarding the development of core technologies in the automotive industry: the development of environmentally friendly vehicles and securing a high level of safety in the event of an accident. As part of the efforts to address these issues, research into alternative materials and new car body manufacturing and assembly technologies is necessary, and this has been carried out mainly by the automotive industries. Large press molds for producing car body parts are made of cast iron. With the increase of automobile production and various changes of design, the press forming process of car body parts has become more difficult. In the case of large press molds, high hardness and abrasive resistance are needed. To overcome these problems, we attempted to develop a combined heat treatment process consisting of local laser heat treatment followed by plasma nitriding, and evaluated the characteristics of the proposed heat treatment method. From the results of the experiments, it has been shown that the maximum surface hardness is 864 Hv by the laser heat treatment, 953 Hv by the plasma nitriding, and 1,094 Hv by the combined heat treatment. It is anticipated that the suggested combined heat treatment can be used to evaluate the durability of press mold.

Flexural behavior of partially prefabricated partially encased composite beams

  • An innovative partially precast partially encased composite beam (PPECB) is put forward based on the existing research. In order to study the flexural performance of the new composite beam which has precast part and cast-in-place part, six prefabricated specimens and one cast-in-place specimen are designed with considering the influence of the production method, the steel flange thickness, the concrete strength grade and the stirrup process on the behavior of the composite beam. Through four points loading and test data collection and analysis, the behavior of partially prefabricated specimen is similar to that of cast-in-place specimen, and the casting method, the thickness of the steel flange, the concrete strength grade and the stirrup process have different influence on the crack, yield and peak load bearing capacity of the component. Finally, the calculation theory of plastic bending of partially precast partially encased concrete composite beams is given. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which can be used for practical engineering theory guidance. This paper can provide reference value for further research and engineering application.
