The insects and Benthic Macro-Invertebrates are very important for index of investigation. This reserch is executed a field investigation with a date analysis of the laboratory under such as above hypothesis and we have grasped the change of the creature according to the season through the executing of field investigation(We executed six times about the insects, seven times about the Benthic Macro-Inbertebrates each expending from Apr. to Oct. 2004). The result of summary in 2004 show that, we have grasped 12 orders 56 familys 116 species on 2001 and 10 orders 42 familys 78 species on 2002 through the investigation. Also we have grasped 13 orders 53 familys 114 species on 2003 and 12 orders 63 familys 121 speceies on 2004 through the investigation. In the case of enthic Macro-Invertebrates, we executed the analysis through the investigation result expending from 2003 to 2004 due to there is no literature investigation record from 2001 to 2002. We have grasped 8 orders 17 familys 24 species on 2003 and 7 orders 11 familys 24 species on Aug. 2004 through the investigation. We executed the analysis about an each condition due to it is difficult to compare the above result simply by the various variable at the investigation. We expect that it become the fundamental reference data to establish a efficient mode of life undo plan after grasped the inhabitation and movement route of creature inside the river through this reserch.

Objective : As today obese children have increased rapidly in Korea, the interest has been much increased. And parents concern about the effect of Herbal Medication(HM) on gaining weight. Therefore we had a retrospective study HM and obesity for children. Method : We examined medical record of 38 patients who visited to Department of Pediatrics in 00 medical center from 2002 to 2006 and took HM. Their Hight, Weight, Obesity Index(OI) were estimated at two points: before and after HM treatment. And they were divided into two groups according to the HM type and analyzed for differences of OI. Result : There were no significant changes in 38 patients's OI before and after treatment. But only one case gained over weight(OI: 21.31). OI increased slightly after treatment but there were not statistically significance. OI according to the HM type had slightly difference but there were not statistically significance. There were no connections between HM type, the number of days taking HM and changes of OI. Conclusion : On the basis of this study, we thought there were no connections between HM and obesity for children. But this study's cases are small in number so more study is need.

The purpose of this study is to know about solution of insecurity sense for solving the tediousness and inducing comfortableness in long time MRI examination. Studies were examined with total of 117 patients that the intention expression of self is possible for a month without dividing man and woman in november 2006. Examination methods were filled in questionnaire after testing using Siemens Impact 1.0T. The musical art were selected through intranet search and record sale inquiry using CD player and speaker. That kind of a music were selected with Korean classical music's 10 chapter, pop song 10's chapter, classic's 10 chapter and Korean popular song's 10 chapter. With analytical method, patients of under 40 year-old, or older and patients using ear-pad and head-phone were classified into groups. As analysis result with question item of questionnaire, most of the patients were showed a favor(36.72%) in playing a music, specially, examination of about 15.38% which uses the headphone prefer a music as older generation of over 40 year-old. In conclusion, with installing of the professional musical program in MRI test rooms, if listening to the music with selection by oneself before testing by season, age, time through development of appropriate musical program will be able to expect the more effect.

Objective : To determine demographic, clinical, health care utilization factors predicting unplanned readmission(within 28 days) to the hospital. Methods : A case-control study was conducted from January to December 2009. Multiple logistic regression was used to examine risk factors for readmission. 180 patients who had been readmitted within 28 days and 1,784 controls were recruited from an university hospital in Seoul. Results : Six risk factors associated with readmission risk were identified and include mail sex, medical service rather than surgical service, number of comorbid diseases, type of patient's room, lenth of stay, number of admissions in the prior 12 months. Conclusions : One of the association with readmission risk identified was the number of hospital admissions in the previous year. This factor may be the only risk factor necessary for assessing prior risk and has the additional advantage of being easily accessible from computerized medical records without requiring other medical record review. This risk factor may be useful in identifying a group at high readmission risk, which could be targeted in intervention studies. Multiple risk factors intervention approach should be considered in designing future prevention strategies.

The propose of this study was to investigate the management characteristics of assisted living facility(ALF) as an housing alternative for semi-dependent elderly. For this purpose, 5 ALFs which have been well known as best practices in rural Virginia were selected for a multi- site case study. Face-to-face interview with administrators or assistant administrators of i facilities were done. In addition to this, written materials about the each facility and personal record from researcher were used to analyze the data. Six management categories including 82 open-ended questions were analyzed and successful examples and management difficulties were identified from best practices. Based on the results, some recommendations for development of ALFs in Korean elderly were suggested. In short, this study found that best practices which were selected and analyzed in this study showed that successful management was resulted from continuous efforts of the stalls to provide better services in order for improving the quality of life of their residents.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between parents’attitude and their actual performance in home education and adolescent children’s acceptance, and to inquire the difference in relation to social-demographic variables with the subject of family with teenagers. The main results were as follows: 1) There were significant difference between father’s attitude and mothers in home education. And there were significant difference between father’s attitude and mothers according to variables in each area. 2) There were significant differences between father’s performance and mother’s in home education. 3) Adolescent children’s acceptance level was 3.26 (standard 5) and was average. there were significant differences in adolescent children’s acceptance level in accordance with parents’school careers, father’s job, child’s sex and school record. 4) There were relationships between parents’attitude and performance in home education when father’s attitude was confident attitude and situational attitude in education method, and when mother’s attitude was confident attitude. 5) There were relationships only when father’s attitude was confident attitude, and there were no relationships in other case. 6) There were relationships between parents’performance and adolescent children’s acceptance.

This study investigated collection status, characteristics of their collections, and service of five institutions holding modern public records such as museums, archives and libraries in Korea. Investigation found out that most of them lack total catalog of their collections and provide limited on-line service. In addition, there was a case that one record group from the same provenance is separatedly preserved at two to three institutions. As a result of the investigation, it is suggested that cooperation among museum, archives, and research institutes will be necessary in order to arrange and use modern public records scattered in each institution.

The effect of solving questions and learning via internet is getting more and more important these days. In this paper we propose an active learning method that makes a database for the information about certificates and practical examinations and accesses it easily. First of all, this method makes it possible to evaluate students individually, improves the motive of learning and gives students a sense of achievement by providing a user-specific question filtering technique using user profile information by weight. And, it elevates the acquisition rate of certificates by advising and managing for certificate-acquisition and it also draw more interest and understanding for future directions. The case using the method of this paper, the examination record of a certificate of qualification is elevated about 10 marks.

It seems that a primary concern of the project-based company, which provides a large scale product or service over long term period, is to run a successful project through systematic project process control and control costs. One of the typical project control methods is Earned Value Management System(EVMS) which analyses the precess through performance measurement. Even though the EVMS is a highly efficient tool in the managerial aspect, it cannot easily determine the Planned Value(PV), Actual Cost(AC), or Earned Value(EV) due to the indistinct criteria and extensive data. The accurate calculation of AC in particular, is the basic of project management, but most companies record direct personnel expenses or direct expenses only. Since they calculate indirect expenses based on the estimated ratio, it limits the systematic project management that reflects changes in profit and loss of a company. This study introduces a EVMS for project management and its actual case based on EVMS and ERP system which some additional modules are installed for performance measurement. It is expected that this new method enables a company to save time and effort, and also to improve transparency by specifying expense items in detail and to switch quarterly settlement to monthly by reducing the time of calculation.
