현재, Covid-19의 밀접접촉자를 찾아내어 진단검사를 통해 Covid-19 확산을 차단하고 있다. 하지만 확진자의 잠복 기간이 2주가 되고, 확진자의 동선을 추적하여 접촉자를 찾기에 많은 인력과 시간, 비용이 소요된다. 특히, 확진자의 수가 증가할수록 접촉자를 찾아 사전에 차단하는 비용이 기하급수적으로 증가하여 한계점을 가진다. 접촉자를 찾기 위해 전 국민이 상점이나 식당 등 편의시설을 방문할 때마다 전자출입명부를 기록해야 하는데 이는 개인의 위치 정보에 대한 프라이버시 침해 가능성이 높다. 본 연구에서는 자신의 위치와 시간을 실시간으로 저장하고, KDCA에서 수집된 감염자의 동선 정보를 다운받아 겹치는 지점이 있을 경우에 사용자에게 통지하여 사전에 진단검사를 유도하는 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 제안 기법은 상점을 방문할 때 전자출입명부를 기록해야 하는 번거로움을 해결하면서 개인정보를 사전에 KDCA에 제공하지 않아 프라이버시 침해를 차단할 수 있다.

Objectives This study aimed to report the effectiveness of abdominal Daoyin and lymphatic circulation technique in conjunction with whole-body articulation mechanics technique therapy in treating indigestion. Methods Three patients who suffered from dyspepsia and abscess after consuming foods incompatible with their constitution, following a 10-year implementation of a constitutional diet at a local Korean Medicine clinic, visited a Korean Medicine Hospital. The patients underwent treatment with abdominal Daoyin and lymphatic circulation technique. The effects of these techniques were analyzed using a retrospective record analysis method. Results Following the implementation of abdominal Daoyin and lymphatic circulation technique for indigestion, the numeric rating scale scores improved significantly. Case 1 improved from 9 to 2, case 2 from 6 to 0, and case 3 from 5 to 1. Conclusions While acknowledging the limitations of being a case report involving only three patients and the absence of specialized outcomes for digestive issues, this report may provide a preliminary basis for considering the efficacy of Chuna manual therapy in indigestion treatment.

경북 문경군에 거주하는 48세의 남자가 반복되는 상복부의 선통을 주소로 점촌의 외과의원에서 진찰과 검사를 받은 결과 담낭내에 담석이 있음을 확인받고 수술을 위해 영남대학병원에 입원하였다. 1984년 11월 30일에 담낭절제술을 받아, 담석을 제거하였고, 수술 당시의 관찰에서 간과 담도에 별다른 소견이 없었다. 절제된 담낭의 병리 조직표본에서 담도에서 4cm되는 부위에 궤양, 출혈, 담낭벽이 국소적인 파괴 및 호산구를 위시한 염증세포의 전반적인 침윤등이 관찰되었고 괴사된 조직과 경계부에서 충란이 관찰되었다. 이 병변 부위를 긁어 모아 충란을 관찰한 결과 길이가 $143~155{\mutextrm{m}}$이고 난개가 있어, 간질(Fasciola sp.)의 충란으로 진단하였다. 이 증례를 문헌상 간질의 5번째 국내감염례로 보고한다.

Objectives : The research is designed in order to know how much Traumatic Symptom Checklist fur Children(TSCC) is effective in the case of child abuses, especially in the estimation of the psychopathology of child sexual abuse. Methods : A sample includes a group of thirty children of 4th, 5th and 6th grade whose sexual abuse have confirmed and also a group of thirty four normal kids who have no abuse. Along with TSCC, Children's Depression Inventory (CDI) and Revised Children's Manifest Anxiety Scale (RCMAS) were used to children and child behavior checklist (K-CBCL), sexual behaviors (CSBI), and Kiddie-Schedule for Affective Disorder and Schizophrenia-Present and Lifetime version (K-SADS-PL) record sheets were used to kids' parents. Results : In case of the sexual abuse group, the most meaningful difference from the analyzed result is shown at sexual concerns scale which is one of the clinical scale in TSCC (p<.01). Also, the sexual abuse group has the meaningful higher score than the general group's one in the stress scale after the other anxiety, depression, anger and dissociation (p<.01). Conclusion : The scale of TSCC has relatively shown the characteristic symptom and severity which were gained from the children who have experienced trauma, especially sexual abuse.

e-Governance is a medium to offer various services to citizens through a web portal, that exists in many countries nowadays. The existing e-Governance technology is a vast, centrally managed database and a set of applications that connect to it via web interfaces. Despite the modernisation of services, it remains with the lack of transparency. Thus, the existing infrastructure of e-Governance paves the way for corrupt practises by the bureaucrats. e-Governance needs a powerful underlying technology which doesn't provide any way to allow tampering of the record and which in turn eliminates corruption. In this paper, we took land registration as a use-case for building e-Governance by keeping Blockchain as an underlying technology, to put off the corrupt practices and to bring transparency. Once transactions in land registration added to the Blockchain, it is immutable as it is cryptographically secured. Besides, the blockchain technology is secured as the ledger is distributed over the network. If a hacker wants to modify the ledger, he needs to hack every node in the blockchain network. Hyperledger Fabric, a permissioned Blockchain adopted for implementation and Hyperledger Caliper for performance analysis with these evaluation metrics such as throughput, latency and execution time.

The objective of the study was to observe the difference of moving function of lower-limb in relation to the length 8t silouutte of tight skirt. Four types of tight skirts (2 lengths$\times$2 silhouettes) were made for the experiment. The surface E.M.S in four different locations of leg muscles (Rectos femoris, Semitendinosus, Tibalis anterior, Gastrocnemius) were recorded. The sensory test to decide how to be fatigued after longtime wearing of skirt were examined two times per a day. The fatigue sensory test was scored a Likert-type scale (1= no fatigue, 5=heavy fatigue). Data were analyzed by the repeated ANOVA ann Duncan's multiple range test with use of SAS Package. The main results of this study were as follows: 1. As a result of analysis of E.M.S., in case of walking on the floor there was significant difference in the moving function according to length of skirt and in case of stepping there was significant differnce in three ways (length silhouette, length, silhouette). 2. From the record of walking the step-length, stride-length, step-width were found affected by garments, but foot-angle was not affected. The moving function of slim type was lower than that of semi type and that of ankle-length skirt was lower than that of knee-length skirt. 3. The results of the sensory test agreed with that of E.M.G and Footprints.

함수적 사고(functional thinking)는 대수적 사고의 주요 요소로써 둘 또는 그 이상의 다양한 양들 사이의 관계에 초점을 두는 사고이다. 본 연구는 초등학교 3학년을 대상으로 함수적 상황을 제시하여 학생들이 함수와 관련된 대수적 사고를 어떻게 구성해 나가는지를 면밀하게 분석하였다. 연구 결과 학생들은 함수적 상황을 잘 이해하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 서술, 그림 등을 사용하여 양들의 대응 값에 대한 기록을 창안할 수 있었다. 그러나 학생들은 패턴을 찾고 일반화하는 활동에서 여러 가지 어려움을 겪었다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 초등학교 저학년에서부터 학생들의 함수적 사고를 촉진시킬 수 있는 시사점을 탐색한다.

Objectives : We present a case of pancreatic carcinoma patient with lymph node metastasis. Methods : We analyzed the medical record of a pancreatic carcinoma patient with lymph node metastasis who had been treated with traditional Korean medicine from 2006 until 2007. He complained of abdominal pain, dyspepsia and anorexia. We prescribed him HAD, PSM, BKH and other oriental medicines. Results : For 18 months he was treated with oriental medicine. Over this time, the pancreatic tumor remains stable disease (SD) and most symptoms have disappeared. Cconclusions : When it comes to the therapeutic effects, it could be suggested that oriental medicine has effects on keeping SD and improving symptoms.

벨마비는 원인이 명확하지 않은 급성 말초성 안면 신경마비로 주로 편측으로 나타난다. 일부에서는 완전히 회복되지 못하여 안면 근육의 불완전 마비, 구축 등의 후유증으로 인해 하악의 편측 변위 또는 편측 저작 습관 및 부조화가 나타나며, 따라서 만약 무치악 환자에서 총의치로 수복한다면 더욱 세심한 주의가 필요하다. 본 증례에서는 벨마비의 후유증과 불안정한 하악 운동으로 인해 술자에 의한 중심위 채득이 어려운 무치악 환자에서 고딕아치 묘기법으로 재현성 있는 중심위를 채득하고, 중심위와 환자의 습관적인 하악 기능 운동 범위 간의 자유도 부여를 위해 설측 교합을 이용하여 총의치를 제작함으로써 기능 및 심미적으로 양호한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다.

Objectives This study was designed to report the effect of Samultang-gamibang(四物湯加味方) for insomnia caused by blood deficiency (syndrome) after excessive weight control treatment with herbal medication Methods This is a retrospective case report. We reviewed the patient's medical record after taking the patient's informed consent. Results After treatment, a patient feels calm and satisfaction emotionally as sleeping time has increased from 2hours to 6hours, the fatigue after sleeping has been reduced, and the quality of sleep has become better. Conclusions This case report suggests that Samultang-gamibang can be effective in improving sleep duration and quality if the patient suffers insomnia due to hyul-heo syndrome. Also the woman who have symptom of hyul-heo(血虛) after weight control through decreased food consumption, should bo-hyul(補血).
