In this study the results of optimal water supply analysis by operating constraints of reservoirs during drought period are as follows. During drought period, water supply reliability is possible about $97\~61{\%}$ by CASE 1-CASE 5. Water supply reliability is possible about $97.3{\%}$ in case of the Andong dam and $87.7{\%}$ in case of the Imha dam by CASE 3. Also, under the constraints of CASE 4, water supply reliability is possible about $87.5{\%}$ in case of the Andong dam and $73.3{\%}$ in case of the Imha dam. The reason what low of available water supply ratio is decreased inflow of Imha dam. When compare standard deviation of average storage with standard deviation of storage, stable storage can be secured during successive drought period. And it also can minimize shortage of water during drought. therefore, it is impossible that reservoir supply sufficient water but change of operating condition is better than pervious on that followed by full reservoir level. It is need that the study for optimal water supply during drought period has to be continued.

Purpose: This study was conducted to understand the trend in research by analyzing previous studies related to the case management of Medicaid and to explore the direction of future research. Methods: Thirty three studies conducted from January 2003 to June 2015 were analyzed according to characteristics of researchers and subjects, research methods, measurable variables, and key words. Results: Of the studies analyzed, 69.7% were conducted on Medicaid beneficiaries, and 65.6% were conducted on the group of high risk for over medical utilization. The mainly used research design was a survey study design, which was 51.5% of them, followed by experimental (24.2%), and qualitative (12.1%) study design. Most frequently measured variables were medical utilization (62.5%), needs for case management (41.7%), and health status (25.0%). The topics most frequently studied were related to medical utilization, effect of case management, self-care, and program development in Medicaid beneficiaries and job and socio-psychological factors in case managers. Conclusion: The future direction of nursing research in Medicaid case management is to be vitalized through the expansion of the research population, and concretization and diversification of the research topics. In addition, conduct of further studies on intervention strategies and contents for improving quality of case management program is also needed.

The purpose of this case study is to apply for the elderly development of health promotion through exercise program in urban health center. The subject of the case study was 20 elder women of volunteer in district aged house. Performance of exercise case program took for 14 minute in once, weekly, enforced 7 times from Oct. 1 to Nov. 26. The result was appeared improvement physical health status and self-satisfaction after the exercise program. In conclusion, this case study indicates that exercise program for the elderly could be effective in health promotion and this program could lead to health promotion service in urban health center.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise and acupuncture treatment in obese patients. Methods: The effects of exercise in obese patients receiving acupuncture therapy were investigated in this retrospective, case-controlled study in which subjects complying with exercise were enrolled in the case and non-compliers were enrolled in the control group. Results: There was a statically significant weight loss in both the study case group (94.39 ± 20.36; 88.91 ± 19.00; n = 22; p = 0.001) and the control group (103.18 ± 21.92; 99.56 ± 21.92; n = 34; p = 0.001) after 3 months. Weight loss occurred in all 22 patients in the case group. In the control group, while weight loss occurred in 27 of the 34 patients, weight gain occurred in three patients. Conclusion: In conclusion, the addition of modalities such as acupuncture, exercise and diet may provide effective improvement in weight control.

This aim in this study is to investigate the meaning of case management and management in general from the case manger's perspective, as well as case mangers' abilities and networks. We also propose a development direction for the establishment of a local integrated family-centered community management system. Regarding the collection of qualitative data, focus group interviews (FGIs) were conducted with 11 case managers from social welfare organizations in the city of C. The interviews consisted of open-ended questions in the following four categories: understanding of case management, case managers' abilities, case management environments, and local community networks. According to the interview analysis, a total of 16 subcategories in 9 categories and 4 domains have been identified. Due to the ambiguity regarding the concept of case management, case management was completely dependent upon individual case managers' abilities. In particular, family-centered case management was found to exist in several organizations in the same region. In terms of case management environments, the following problems have been observed: absence of related departments and staff, confusion regarding performance evaluation standards, limitations in sharing information among organizations, limitations in resource exploration and management, redundant support, and an uncomfortable relationship between the private and public sector. Horizontal exchange and cooperation among organizations are essential to establish and facilitate a local community network. After all, to establish a local family-centered community case management system, the roles of a Healthy Families Center and a Multi-cultural Family Support Center as parts of a family-centered transfer system should be fully emphasized in local society, and the performance of family-centered case management should be developed.

Background/Objectives: The purpose of the study is to derive a goal usable in the field by exploring the case management success experiences of case managers. Civil case managers state that what is still important in case management practice is qualitative change made in the practice process. Therefore, the study will deal with detailed contents about case management that civil domain case managers consider to be important. Methods/Statistical analysis: For data collection, the study used focus group interview on 20 professional case management social workers and used Grounded theory method by Glaser for data analysis. The analysis of collected data consisted of a process of finding the categories and characteristics of the research problem. Findings: As a result of analysis, 4 categories, 10 subcategories, and 25 elements were derived for success experiences of case management practice. The categories were divided into satisfaction and ability improvement of client, case manager ability improvement, establishment of organization and environment function, and multilateral trust relationship strengthening. Improvements/Applications: The results of this study further clarified the goal of field case management practice and it was suggested as a plan to reflect on future case management related institutions evaluation.

CASE tools are complex software products offering many different features. Systems professionals have evaluated various CASE products from a feature and attribute basis. Each product has a different mix of strengths and weaknesses as perceived by the end user. Specific CASE tools support different steps of the applications development process as well as varying methodologies. In this paper we develop a method for evaluating CASE tools. The model has an analytic hierarchy process for evaluating CASE tools in terms of functionality, management efficiency, and support ability of provider, and a data envelopment analysis for overall evaluation considering cost and AHP results. We applied the developed model to a real world case study.

The importance of reliability and safety, recently, shows a tendency to increases in railway system constructions and projects. At the point of view of safety, especially, the railway authority proposes an establishment of the safety case that is the documented demonstration that products comply with the specific safety requirements in railway industry. In case of reliability activities, there is no systematic documented demonstration in the railway industry. At this circumstance, this study presents the establishment of Reliability, Availability and Maintainability Case for railway system based on the MoD(Ministry of Defence) 00-42. This RAM Case will support that systems and products produced from suppliers or manufacturers meet the specific RAM requirements during the system life cycle(i.e, from design to operation & maintenance) through systematic process and evidences. Also, it is expected that railway system operations will be managed and supported from reliability activities in accordance with RAM Case.
