In the recent years, there has been a remarkable growth in the popularity of health education and health promotion. Health educators are increasingly confronting serious ethical quandars. Health educators need to be fully prepared to meet the challenges presented by these situations. The objectives of this study are as follows: 1. It explores some fundamental concepts concerning ethics, morals, and values. 2. It identifies several critical ethical issues confronting the field of health education with which individual health educators must wrestle during the course of their careers. 3. It examines the process of applying ethical principles to guide rational resolution of complex value-laden issues and moral dilemmas. 4. Collectively, these provide health educators with a basic understanding of ethics and how ethics may be used to facilitate sound decision making. This study challenges health educators to consider the ethical issues and implications associated with certain practices or advances in the field of education.

Recently, engineering work become very important for the leaders of the information society for the future knowledge in the 21st century and the goal of engineering education is to prepare people to practice engineering as a profession and also to spread technological literacy, increase student interest in technical careers through science and math education. The College of Engineering (COE) of Korea Maritime University (KMU) aims to be the center of both IT-related high industrial technology and the industries related to port, shipbuilding and the ocean. Especially COE focuses on the educational principles to contribute to the development of the country and the regional communities by educating specialists that have international competitiveness. With the need to expand international collaboration in terms of engineering work, it is proposed to initiate a new state of the Asian-Pacific body of engineering conference. To the extent possible the basic discussion was made to expose elements and supports as full-scale illustration of the engineering conference. The result is a body that evokes multi agreement and joint declaration among members.

It was difficult for high school teachers to guide the careers of their students on the behalf of the time and place limits. Accumulation and sharing datum about career guidance was not easy, either. This study aims at more systematic and objective career guidance and counseling by overcoming the current problems using Data Mining Techniques for career guidance. Moreover, the systems can also be helpful to students who use this positive search system based on world wide web for the career information on the basis of their own need.

Load master is authorized to be controlled all of loading stuffs for safety of flight such as passenger, baggage, cargo and e.t.c. There are many things are missed even though the weight and balance is the most important process. This study analyzes how the differences of C.G. by among ten load masters of each careers. This study is tested how load-master takes load-control by the respective result based on differences of each practical experiences, gender and a number of certification. In result, all of load masters set C.G. on the stability region. But the practical experience of load master is relative to set better C.G. for economical effectiveness of weight and balance control work.

Research results show (1) there are two dimensions characterizing Korean IS practitioners : 'project -operation' and 'product-orientation-strategic-orientation', (2) there are two distinctive and main career paths of Korean IS practitioners : generalists who support using information systems in the context of operation and specialists who are engaged in software development or improvement projects, and (3) Korean IS practitioners are experiencing serious and pervasive knowledge and skill deficiencies. Research results also provide clear evidence that Korean universities fail to provide eligible entry-level software developers and that the shortage of eligible entry-level software developers distorts both IS specialists' careers and knowledge and skill requirements for them.

Recent changes in the health care environment have directed increasing attention to the number and specialty mix of practicing physicians. A major concern identified in Korean health care system is the serious oversupply of specialists and a relative lack of primary care physicians. Currently only 21% of Korean physicians are primary care physicians(general practitioners and family physicians), and less than 10% of recent medical school graduates are choosing to enter primary care. More primary care physicians are needed to deal with major problems in the current health care system, such as cost and access. The infrastructure that relies on primary care physicians is needed to deliver cost-effective and efficient care. To achieve a better balance of primary care to non-primary care physicians. more medical students need to choose careers in one of the primary care specialties(family medicine. internal medicine and pediatrics). This paper suggests the necessity of reforming the Korean graduate medical education system, that is, establishing the path of training primary care physicians in internal medicine and pediatrics residency training programs.

Consumption of edible oil at food service institutions in Inchon was surveyed to provide basic data for continuous education of dietitians. Manufacturing industry was the major food service institution(78.8%) in Inchon followed by schools, hospitals and social welfare service centers. Most dietitians were at the age of twenties and college graduates with professional careers of 1-5 years. Oil was purchased on the basis of its quality within 1-3% of total food costs four times a month. Proper frying temperature was determined by dropping salt or food coating materials into the oil. Soybean oil was the most frequently used and commercial frying mix powder and flour and eggs in water were the most common food coating materials. Fish and commercial frozen foods were the most frequently used materials for frying. Fried foods were stored with covers in a basket and consumed within 30 minutes after cooking. Frying oils were used one more time after filtering and color was the index for determination of re-use.

Traditionally, biologists have devoted their careers to studying individual biological entities of their own interest, partly due to lack of available data regarding that entity. Large, high-throughput data, too complex for conventional processing methods (i.e., "big data"), has accumulated in cancer biology, which is freely available in public data repositories. Such challenges urge biologists to inspect their biological entities of interest using novel approaches, firstly including repository data retrieval. Essentially, these revolutionary changes demand new interpretations of huge datasets at a systems-level, by so called "systems biology". One of the representative applications of systems biology is to generate a biological network from high-throughput big data, providing a global map of molecular events associated with specific phenotype changes. In this review, we introduce the repositories of cancer big data and cutting-edge systems biology tools for network generation, and improved identification of therapeutic targets.

The purposes of this study are to explore the management of Geang and to evaluate attitude of housewives toward it's management. The informations of this study were obtained from 720 housewives residing in various parts of Korea by using qustionaires during July 20 to September 10, 1985. The subjects were divided into several groups according to their ages, educational levels, careers, monthly incomes, numbers of family, areas of residence and types of housing. The $x^2$-test was applied to test the indivisual data, The following observations were made in this study : Soybean pastes and soy sauce such as Doh-an jeang, Gohoojeang and Ganjeang were prepared domesically in most cases and about 80% of the subjects performed this labor annually. Only 10% of the household used commercial Geang. The most widely used commercial Geang is Ganjeang.
