This research aims to examine the influence of Korean high school girls' perceived family adaptability and cohesion on maturity with regards to career attitude. In order to verify statistically the research questions, Cluster Sampling with Stratification was conducted among high school girls in Seoul; a total of 670 questionnaire sheets were administered to 10th graders；and Multiple Regression was used for data analysis. Subsequently, the following results were obtained： a high school girl's perceived family adaptability and cohesion significantly influenced her maturity with regards to her career attitude. Particularly, the sub-variables such as democratism, participation, supportiveness, and unity of family adaptability and cohesion had significant relevance to career attitude maturity. In general, family adaptability and cohesion had an R square of 47.3% with regards to a female 10th grader's career attitude maturity.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between career maturity, anxiety and school related adjustments levels of adolescents. A sample of 319 1th grade high school students in Seoul Metropolitan area participated in this study. The subjects completed questionnaires on the levels of school related adjustments, anxiety and career maturity. Data were analyzed by means of Pearson's correlation coefficients, as well as multiple and hierarchical regressions. Career maturity, as well as anxiety was founded to be a predictor to the school related adjustments levels of adolescents; significant interactional effects were found between career maturity and anxiety in terms of school related adjustments. These results indicate the need for possible interventions in relation to adolescents' anxiety levels and to improve the school related adjustments levels of adolescents.

This study examined the effects of parent-, peer-, and teacher-attachment on development of career maturity via the mediating effects of self concept. There were 2844 elementary school students, ages 12 to 13 years old, who participated in the Korean Youth Panel Survey. All data were used for the analyses. Gender differences were found in most of the variables, including attachment, self concept, and career maturity. The Structural Equation Modeling technique applied to the data revealed that there were both concurrent and lagged effects of attachment and self concept on career maturity. It was found that self concept played a mediating role on career maturity.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 직업훈련만족도가 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 하여 진로태도성숙에 효과가 있는지를 살펴보는 데 있다. 연구대상은 서울시 4개의 직업전문학교에서 편의표집하여 설문조사에 참여한 386명이며, 통계 처리에는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업훈련만족도와 진로태도성숙간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 직업훈련만족도는 진로태도성숙에 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로태도성숙간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로태도성숙에 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 청소년의 직업훈련만족도와 진로태도성숙간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 부분매개의 효과가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 청소년들이 직업전문학교에서 직업훈련만족도가 높아지면 진로결정자기효능감이 높아지고, 진로결정자기효능감이 높아지면 진로태도성숙도 역시 향상되어 진다는 것을 시사한다.

본 연구의 목적은 진로집단상담프로그램이 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로태도성숙도와 진로결정자기효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과 진로집단상담프로그램은 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로태도성숙도의 하위 영역 가운데 현실성, 준비성 영역에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으나, 결정성 영역에서는 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한 진로집단상담프로그램이 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로결정자기효능감 하위 영역 가운데 목표선택, 직업정보, 미래계획 영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으나, 문제해결에서는 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 진로집단상담프로그램이 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로태도성숙도와 진로결정자기효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 증명한 것이다. 앞으로 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로태도성숙도와 진로결정자기효능감의 향상을 위해 더욱더 체계적인 진로집단상담프로그램에 대한 연구가 필요하며 실제로 활용도를 높여 가야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a student's career maturity during a career exploration program based on the ecological system perspective and to propose directions for the career maturation process to help H. Meister High School students to get jobs. A single-case 12-session career exploration program was applied to a first-year student at H. Meister High School in U. City for 90 minutes per session twice a week. To verify the effects of the program, this study conducted a pre-test and post-test of career maturity to analyze changes. In addition, the study qualitatively analyzed changes in the program activity sheets and process evaluation sheets per session. The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, the career exploration program based on the ecological system perspective conducted with the student at H. Meister High School improved the student's career maturity. Secondly, changes were observed in the scores in the sub-factors of career maturity between the pre-test and the post-test. Significant differences in the results of the analysis of the sub-factors of career maturity indicate that the program had a statistically positive impact on the career maturation process of the participant. In conclusion, as a result of the in-depth implementation of the program for 12 sessions, the participant expressed his desires which were clarified. In addition, a positive career maturation process appears to have taken place, owing to the self-directed program that led the participant to initiate plans and explore his career by himself. This study was conducted as a single case based on the ecological system perspective concerning career exploration and the career maturation process, but it will be necessary to expand the study to investigate the effects of group counseling, information exchange considering peer influences, common discussions on goal-setting, and other methods on the career maturation process.

이 연구는 초등학교 6학년생 443명을 대상으로 지각된 부모의 교육적 관여, 학업적 자기효능감과 학교생활적응 및 진로성숙도들 간의 관련성에 대해 살펴보고, 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 지각된 부모의 교육적 관여가 진로성숙에 미치는 영향에 있어 학업적 자기효능감과 학교생활적응 변인의 매개효과가 있는지에 관해 알아보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 지각된 부모의 교육적 관여의 하위변인들 중 학습지도와 자녀교육지원이 진로성숙도의 하위변인들과 비교적 높은 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 또한 학업적 자기효능감은 진로성숙도의 하위변인들 중 자기이해와 미래직업태도와 상대적으로 높은 정적인 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 연구모형 적합도 검증결과 지각된 부모의 교육적 관여가 학업적 자기효능감과 학교생활 적응을 완전히 매개하여 간접적으로 진로성숙도에 영향을 주는 모형이 적합하였다. 셋째, 초등학생들의 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 직 간접적인 효과 분석결과 총 효과는 학업적 자기효능감과 지각된 부모의 교육적 관여가 상대적으로 높았고, 직접적인 효과는 학교생활적응이 가장 높았으며, 간접적인 효과는 지각된 부모의 교육적 관여가 높았다. 이상의 결과들을 토대로 실제 학교현장에서 초등학생들에게 맞는 진로교육프로그램 개발 및 운영에 관한 시사점을 논의하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 미용전공대학생의 학년별 진로성숙도와 진로의사결정유형의 차이를 파악하고 진로성숙도와 진로 의사결정유형의 영향을 분석함으로써 미용전공대학생의 진로 상담 및 교육 시 체계적으로 이루어지도록 도움이 될 수 있는 지침개발의 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 수도권 지역의 미용관련학과 336명이다. 진로성숙도는 고학년일수록 높게 나타났으며, 진로성숙도가 높을수록 합리적 진로의사결정유형에, 진로성숙도가 낮을수록 의존적 진로의사결정과 밀접한 상호관련성을 보였다. 고학년일수록 진로 결정을 위해 다양한 정보를 수집하며 체계적인 단계를 거쳐 논리적으로 결정하는 합리적인 유형을 나타냈고. 저학년일수록 자신의 현재 감정이나 상황에 따라 정서적 자각을 통해 결정 내리는 직관적 유형과 주변인이나 환경의 영향에 따라 결정 내리는 의존적인 유형으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 진로성숙도와 진로의사결정유형은 학년별 차이를 보였으며 또한 두 변인 간의 중요성이 밝혀진 만큼 저학년부터 진로성숙도를 높이고 그에 따라 합리적인 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 학년별 체계적인 프로그램과 함께 진로지도가 이루어진다면 학생들이 진로를 결정하는데 있어 도움이 될 것이라 사료된다.

본 연구는 진로에 대한 구체적 고민이 시작되는 중학생을 대상으로 진로장벽과 진로성숙도간의 관계를 분석하여 청소년 진로지도에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충청남도지역의 중학생 672명을 대상으로 진로장벽과 진로성숙도에 관한 설문조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 청소년의 특성(성별, 학년, 사회경제적 수준, 학교성적)에 따른 진로장벽과 진로성숙도의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 각각의 특성에 따라 의미 있는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년이 지각한 진로장벽과 진로성숙도 간의 관계를 분석한 결과 부적관계에 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 청소년이 지각한 진로장벽의 하위요인 가운데 어떤 요인이 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과 진로장벽의 하위요인 중 자기이해의 부족, 자신감 부족, 성역할 갈등 및 성차별, 진로 및 직업정보의 부족 등이 진로성숙도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 할 때, 청소년의 진로성숙도를 높이기 위해서는 청소년들이 인식하고 있는 진로장벽을 낮추는 교육적 노력이 필요함을 시사 받을 수 있다. 아울러 본 연구는 청소년들이 지각하는 진로장벽이 청소년시기 진로지도나 상담 과정에서 중요하게 다루어져야 할 주제임을 다시 한 번 확인하였다.
