청소년의 진로성숙도 및 불안과 학교적응간의 관계 (The Relationships between Career Maturity, Anxiety and School Related Adjustment Levels of Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between career maturity, anxiety and school related adjustments levels of adolescents. A sample of 319 1th grade high school students in Seoul Metropolitan area participated in this study. The subjects completed questionnaires on the levels of school related adjustments, anxiety and career maturity. Data were analyzed by means of Pearson's correlation coefficients, as well as multiple and hierarchical regressions. Career maturity, as well as anxiety was founded to be a predictor to the school related adjustments levels of adolescents; significant interactional effects were found between career maturity and anxiety in terms of school related adjustments. These results indicate the need for possible interventions in relation to adolescents' anxiety levels and to improve the school related adjustments levels of adolescents.

미용 전공 대학생의 취업스트레스가 진로결정 및 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Employment Stress on Cosmetology Students Occupation Decision and Job Hunting Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for career guidance to cosmetology students by examining the effects of job stress on career decisions and job preparation behaviors. Overall 214 parts were empirically analyzed as final samples. Collected data and statistical processing are based on SPSS ver. Analysis was performed using the 21.0 program. An analysis of the effect of job stress on career decision showed that employment anxiety (β= .206, p<.05), job anxiety(β=.824, p<.05), and anxiety in career search(β=.118, p<.05) showed a statistically significant effect(+). However, employment concerns(β=-.312, p<.001) in career determination and employment concerns(β=-.223, p<.01) in career search are statistically significant parts(-). An analysis of the effect of employment stress on employment preparation behavior found that employment anxiety(β=.364, p<.05) has a statistically significant effect(+) on information use preparation, It was found that the statistically significant part(-) affects employment anxiety(β=-.188, p<.01). The study found that the more anxious cosmetology students are about employment, the more they plan and explore career options, and make information-based preparations for employment. Through this research, we hope that there will be lively discussions among cosmetology students on career adaptability, life satisfaction, and employment anxiety.

특성화 고등학생들의 진로불안, 진로스트레스와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로정체감의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Career Identity in the Relationship between Career Stress and Career Preparation Behavior of Specialized High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 특성화 고등학교 중에서 상업계열 학생들을 대상으로 진로불안, 진로스트레스, 진로정체감 및 진로준비행동의 구조적 관계에서 진로정체감의 매개효과를 밝힘으로써 학생들의 진로지도 및 진로교육을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 진로를 준비하고 있는 상업계 고등학교 3학년 학생들을 대상으로 자료를 수집 및 분석하였다. 분석결과, 진로불안이 높아질수록 학생들의 진로스트레스는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 진로불안은 진로정체감과 진로준비행동에는 직접적인 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로스트레스는 진로정체감과 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로스트레스와 진로준비행동간의 관계에서 진로정체감의 매개효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 진로스트레스는 진로정체감을 통하여 진로준비를 위한 행동이 많아지는 것을 알 수 있다.

전문대학교 언어재활과 학생들의 실습 불안과 진로 결정 자기 효능감 및 진로결정 수준 인식에 대한 연구 (A Study of Practical Training Anxiety, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, and Career Decision Level of Students Majoring in Language Rehabilitation in College)

  • 본 연구는 전문대학교 언어재활과 학생들의 실습불안, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로결정수준을 평가하여 학생들의 진로 지도에 효율적인 지도 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 자료들은 18.0 SPSS 통계 패키지를 사용하여 학생들의 성적, 실습시간에 따라 Mann-Whitney test와 kruskal-wallis test 등 비모수 검정과 Bonferroni 사후검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 언어재활과 학생들은 학년에 따라 실습불안의 실습내용 및 운영과 실습평가와 진로결정수준의 확신수준에서 집단 간 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 둘째, 언어재활과 학생들은 성적과 실습시간에 따라 실습불안, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로결정 수준의 대부분 하위 요인에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과와 앞으로 다양한 분석과 표집을 통한 차후 연구로 전문대학교 언어재활과 학생들의 진로 지도 지원에 대한 토대를 이룩하도록 하여야 할 것이다.

초등학교 교사들의 수학 수업에 대한 불안 요인과 수학에 대한 태도 조사

  • The purpose of this study to analyze correlation for the tendency of mathematics anxiety, traits according to the factors of mathematics anxiety and mathematics attitude depending on the teacher variable through a survey of mathematics anxiety and attitude toward mathematics on teaching mathematics of elementary school teachers. To solve the questions above, sampled 250 elementary school teachers in Daegu province. As a result of the study, mathematics anxiety on teaching is not actually formed a lot. However, the more training experience with mathematics, previous academic career, education career were, the lower mathematics anxiety was. The results showed that mathematics anxiety is affected by previous academic career, training experience with mathematics in particular. In addition, we found that mathematics anxiety is affected by mathematics anxiety in their school, recognition of the ability to explain mathematics contents and attitudes toward mathematics.

Bizcool 창업교육과 연계한 진로탐색교육 효과분석 (Analysis of the Bizcool-Connected Career Exploration Education Effectiveness)

  • 연구는 진로탐색 교육이 취업불안, 진로성숙도 그리고 진로의사결정에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 실시하였다. 광주광역시에 소재한 B실업계고등학교에 재학 중인 비즈쿨 창업교육을 받는 학생 65명을 선정한 후 각각 실험집단 30명과 통제집단 35명으로 구분하였다. 매주 1회 총 9회기의 진로탐색 프로그램을 실시하였으며, 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 진로탐색 교육에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않은 통제집단보다 취업불안이 감소되었고, 진로성숙도와 진로의사결정이 향상되었다.

간호대학생의 진로정체감, 취업스트레스, 자기통제력이 시험불안에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Career Identity, Job-seeking Stress, Self Control on Test Anxiety in Nursing Students)

  • Objectives: This study examined the relationships among career identity, job-seeking stress, self control, and test anxiety in nursing students. Methods: Data were collected through self reported structured questionnaire form nursing students using convenient sampling methods form November 15 to December 10, 2015. The data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 19.0 using ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Factors that had an influence on test anxiety included job-seeking stress(${\beta}=0.40$ p<0.001), career identity(${\beta}=-0.17$, p=0.010), fourth grade(${\beta}=-0.14$, p=0.020). These factors together explained 25% of the test anxiety in nursing students(F=25.48, p<0.001). Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that job-seeking stress management strategies and academic career identity enhancement programs should be developed to reduce test anxiety in nursing student and that further study should be done on the effects of such programs.

대학생의 삶의 만족에 영향을 주는 변수들 - 사회심리적 변수들과 의복 쇼핑자심감 - (Factors influencing life satisfaction among college students - Social psychological variables and shopping confidence for clothing and accessories -)

  • Recently, there has been an increase in wellbeing marketing, which focuses on increasing consumer life satisfaction or consumers' sense of subjective wellbeing. Numerous studies have been conducted to identify which aspects contribute to consumer life satisfaction. In order to provide additional insights into consumer life satisfaction, this study aimed to identify the relationships among social psychological variables (consciousness of social face, social interaction anxiety, and career anxiety), shopping confidence, and life satisfaction. Shopping confidence in this study relates to confidence for clothing/accessories. It was hypothesized that social psychological variables influence life satisfaction not only directly but also indirectly through shopping confidence. Data were gathered by surveying university students in Seoul, using convenience sampling. Two hundred eighty six questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. Factor analysis of consciousness of social face revealed two factors, 'desire to gain face' and 'fear of losing face'. Factor analysis of social interaction anxiety, shopping confidence, and life satisfaction revealed that these variables were uni-dimensional. Test of the hypothesized path showed that all social psychological variables influenced life satisfaction indirectly through shopping confidence, whereas 'fear of losing face' of consciousness of social face and career anxiety influenced life satisfaction directly. The results give marketers some understanding of their consumers' life satisfaction in relation to consciousness of social face, social interaction anxiety, career anxiety, and shopping confidence.

코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 경험한 커리어쇼크가 주관적 경력 성공 인식 수준에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Career Shock Experienced in the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Level of Subjective Career Success Perception.)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the factors of shocking events in the career aspect experienced by Korean workers in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, and to find out whether these career shocks affect individual perceptions of the importance of subjective career success. Design/methodology/approach - In the survey of 146 respondents, the career shock events experienced in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic were largely divided into three categories; 'work change', 'employment anxiety', and 'life anxiety'. For the subjective career success, seven dimensions - 'financial security', 'financial achievement', 'entrepreneurship', 'positive relationship', 'positive impact', 'learning and development', 'work-life balance' - were used. Findings - As a result, there was no difference in the perception of subjective career success due to the experience of 'work change' during the Covid-19 period. However, the respondents who experienced 'employment anxiety' came to recognize that 'financial security' and 'financial achievement' were more increasing in terms of the degree of difference of importance. And respondents who experienced 'lifetime anxiety' perceived that the degree of difference of importance was increasing in the six dimensions except for 'social influence'. Particularly, the increase in the importance of 'work-life balance' and 'positive relationship' was found to be the greatest among the career success dimensions. Research implications or Originality - Finally, it was concluded that changes in the external environment such as Covid-19 pandemic influence as a career shock and affect the level of importance in subjective career success perception. Based on the results, the theoretical implication on current career study and some practical implications for organizational career management were suggested.

그릿향상 진로 집단상담 프로그램이 대학생의 그릿과 진로불안에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Grit Improvement Career Group Counseling Program on Grit and Career Anxiety of College Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 그릿향상 진로 집단상담 프로그램을 실시하여 대학생들의 그릿과 진로불안의 변화를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 4년제 대학생 24명이며 집단상담 프로그램은 2021년 9월 28일부터 2021년 11월 16일까지 주 1회씩 총 8회기 실시되었다. 연구도구는 그릿과 진로불안척도로 구성되었고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 맨 휘트니 유(Mann-Whitney U)검정을 실시하여 실험집단과 통제집단의 동질성을 확보하였고 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Wilcoxon signed-rank test)으로 프로그램 전후 효과성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과로는 실험집단의 대상이 통제집단에 비해 그릿이 높아졌으며 진로불안은 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.
