Study on The Management Innovation Consulting of Small and Medium-Sized the Car Rubber Zabara Manufacturer through the ISO9001 Quality Management System (ISO 9001 품질경영시스템을 통한 중소 자동차 고무자바라 제조업체의 경영혁신 컨설팅에 관한 연구)

  • This Study aims to analyze the management performances of the rubber products from the perspectives of ISO9001 Quality Management System, which is a new management technique for management innovation, in order to secure the competitiveness of the small and medium manufacturers of rubber products for automobile as automobile application components. The results of the analysis can be summarized as follows: First, as the results of the analysis of effect of the (1) responsibility of the management, (2) resources management, (3) realization of the products, and (4) measurement, analysis and improvement, which are the 4 core requirements of the ISO9001 Quality Management System, on the management performances of the small and medium sized manufacturers of the rubber components for automobile, it was found that only the responsibility of the management and resources management affect the management performance. The above research findings imply that the company must absolutely rely on the upper ranked groups rather than the lower ranked groups, and on the responsibilities of the management rather than the upper ranked groups in order to elevate the management performance of the small and medium sized manufacturers of the rubber components for automobile.

  • We design level 1 traffic thematic map for common data structure. Level 1 means the road that can passing cars. If public office and private company use this form, they can save amount of money from overlapping update. And widely use of traffic analysis, navigation and traffic information system. For design common data structure we compared several data structure(traffic thematic map, ITS standard node/link, Car navigation map), and generalization these characteristic data. After generalization we considered about application parts. It can use of public part(traffic analysis, road management, accident management) and private part(car navigation, map product, marketing by variable analysis) etc.

  • 본 논문은 폐차제도가 도입${\cdot}$시행된 초기부터 현업에 종사하면서 현재 우리나라에서 행해지고 있는 폐자동차의 회수${\cdot}$처리 및 재활용 실태조사를 통하여 파악${\cdot}$작성된 자료${\cdot}$통계를 기본토대로 하여 준비되었다. 이외에도 지난 수년간 국내 자동차제작사를 위시한 환경관련학회 등의 폐차관련 연구보고서를 참고하였으며 또 외국의 폐차제도와 재활용 실태에 대한 자료와 현지방문을 통하여 수집된 자료와 본인이 기 발표한 폐차실태보고서를 적극 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결론을 얻기 위하여 현 폐차실태를 먼저 파악${\cdot}$분석하고 그 문제점을 도출한 후 우리 실정에 맞는 개선방안을 모색해나가는 귀납법적 연구방법을 채택하였다.

  • The environmental regulation of a product is a global trend. The environmental regulation directives such as RoHS, WEEE, ELV and REACH have impacted Korean export-oriented auto parts manufacturer and affects the export of the product to aboard. In electronics manufacture and auto parts manufacturer, there are different systems for environmental regulation compliance. Nowadays the automotive mechatronics parts in a car are increasing. The HEV and intelligent car will need more mechatronics parts. It is necessary to apply the environmental regulation system of electronics to the automotive parts. In this paper, we proposed the application of PDX standard used in electronic industry to the BOM of the auto parts manufactures and showed an example of generated BOM for selected auto part using PDX. The PDX-based BOM can be used for the recording of environmental substances of the automotive mechatronics part and help the collaboration across auto parts manufactures in accordance with environmental regulation.

  • In order to care about preserving the environment for future generations, each country has been required to make the laws of the environment. So car manufacturers must design, manufacture and sell cars and trucks that meet customer's need and must do this while meeting the needs of the environment. In this research we have developed product structure and configuration management system that treats electronic catalogs for recycling of automobile parts. This research focused on two system. One is XML-based electronic catalog that give the information about recycling of automobile parts. The other is product structure and configuration management system based on electronic catalog.

  • This paper focuses on a BOM(Bill of Materials) management problem for a small and medium manufacturing company that produce automobile parts. Automobile part's manufacturers produce various products due to various automobile characteristics such as types, colors, and the other options of car. These products are classified into product groups with common parts. And each product group is regarded as a product family. This paper proposes an efficient and effective EXCEL-based BOM management scheme using characteristics of the product family. And we have implemented the practical EXCEL-based BOM management system for real small and medium automobile part's manufacturing companies.

  • In this paper, we analyze and develop standard protocols for WAVE Networking Services described by IEEE 1609.3 which is one of standards for Intelligent Transportation Systems. In particular, we develop 'WAVE Management Entity(WME)' and 'WAVE Short Message Protocol(WSMP)'. For verification of development, we also develop Traffic Management System and RSU Manager, then we present results of verification by Traffic Management System in the car accident scenario.

  • Wireless sensor networks are used by various application areas to implement smart data processing and ubiquitous system. In the recent research of parking management system based on wireless sensor networks, adaptive sensing and efficient data processing are not considered. The effectiveness of implementing these distributed computing devices affects the performance of the applications in parking management. This paper proposes an adaptive sensing using fuzzy wireless sensor for the ubiquitous networks of parking management system. The fuzzy inference system is encoded in the sensor for efficient car presence detection. Moreover, a rule base adaptive module is proposed which wirelessly transmit the new values to each sensor for adapting the environment of car park area. The result of experiments shows that the fuzzy wireless sensor provides more throughputs and less time delays compared to a normal method of data gathering by wireless sensors.

  • Map databases for CNS (Car Navigation System) can be accessed quickly and compressed efficiently due to that these are usually recorded as in a PSF (Physical Storage Format). However, it is difficult to create and manage data storage based on a file-system. To solve these problems, DBMS needs to be combined with spatial data management. Therefore, we developed an embedded DBMS with which to store data and conduct quick searches in CNS. Spatial data could be easily managed and accessed using the compression method, Multi-Link, spatial index, and spatial division. In the result, the proposed embedded DBMS searched quickly and stably supported data management. If synchronization is applied in DBMS, it is expected to utilize the advantages of an embedded DBMS.

  • This paper introduces the parking guide service developed to address the inconvenience of parking in areas where demand for parking spaces is high, such as busy streets and tourist attractions. Due to difficulties in measuring and developing the actual parking lot while driving the car, we created a temporary parking lot and created Arduino RC Car to replace the actual car. Video processing based on Open CV allows users to identify the entire parking lot, parking space, and completed parking space, and track moving cars, and this information has been developed to enable users to see through the application. The application allows the user to book the desired parking space and introduce a way-finding algorithm to guide them through the optimal path to the selected parking compartment.
