기술혁신과 미래숙련수요 대응-그린카 발전을 중심으로 (Innovation and Future Skills Needs-Green Car)

  • 탄소배출에 대한 글로벌 규제 확대는 새로운 산업규제와 무역장벽을 가져오고 있으며, 세계 각국은 재생에너지 개발, 에너지 효율 증대, 환경 개선 등을 동시에 추구효과는 녹색투자를 통해 경기부양을 도모하고 있다. 한국 정부는 이러한 환경변화 속에 녹색투지를 통한 새로운 성장기회를 모색하고 있으며, 기업은 저탄소 친환경 구조로의 전환을 생존의 문제로 직면하게 되었다. 이는 산업구조의 변화와 전환을 가져올 뿐만 아니라, 인력 구성의 변화와 함께 요구숙련의 변화를 요구한다. 이러한 녹색경제로의 전환에서, 미래 숙련수요에 대응한 인력양성은 녹색경제의 전환에 대한 대응으로서 뿐만 아니라 녹색성장을 견인하는 추동력이 된다. 본 연구는 자동차산업을 중심으로 미래 숙련 수요에 따른 인력양성 방안을 모색한다. 그린카 관련한 미래 숙련 수요에 대해 현 대학 교과상의 문제점을 살펴보며 이에 대한 개선방안을 모색하기로 한다. 이를 통해 녹색성장에서 그린카 만이 아닌 타 부문에서의 미래 숙련 수요에 대응한 인력양성 방안도 마련할 수 있는 방법론의 개선을 도모한다.

Analysis of the Car Industry Trade Structure between Korea and China

  • Purpose - This study, in seeking to understand the trade structure of both Korea and China, aims to strengthen Korea-China economic cooperation; it examines trade impediments by analyzing the problems affecting trade and addressing these problems, thereby discovering ways to expand trade between these countries. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - The index of trade intensity developed by the trade intensity theory (Kruger, 1997) is used to analyze the trade decision factors of both countries. Although specific factors should have materialized from the analysis of trade decision factors, determining concrete explanations is difficult in reality, as there are many unsolved and diverse factors. Results - First, the index of A value/B value is the index of Korean versus Chinese market share/Korean versus world market share, which is a measure of comparative market intensity. Second, Korea has a comparative advantage in export specialization and, conversely, China has a comparative advantage in import specialization. Third, compared to 2000, the revealed comparative advantage (RCA) indexes are considerably improved. Conclusions - This study used quantitative measurement for analysis, applying trade intensity theory, trade specialization, and RCA indexes to gauge how inter-trade relations have changed between Korea and China during the past 10 years (2000, 2005, and 2012).

  • 이동통신 기술의 발전과 자동차 산업의 발전은 현재 텔레매틱스 서비스라는 또 하나의 지능형 통신기반 자동차 서비스 산업을 일으키고 있다. 각국은 텔레매틱스 서비스의 무한한 산업적 시장성을 기대하며 본격적으로 연구 및 표준화 활동을 벌이고 있다. 텔레매틱스 서비스 제공을 위하여 차량안전통신 기술이 향후 가장 중요한 서비스 위치를 차지할 것으로 예상되며, 최근 이에 대한 연구가 기대되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ad-hoc 네트워크를 이용하여 차량 간 통신을 통한 차량 사고에 대한 위험인지와 회피 방안에 대한 설계를 제안하고자 한다.

국산 자동차 소비자의 제품 선택 기준에 대한 중요도 인식 분석 (Study of Importance Awareness of Domestic Car Consumer's Product Selection Criteria)

  • The study had subject to find out what factors Korean automobile consumer is considering in their decision to purchase cars in the situation of the growing competition in the domestic automobile market. In order to this end, the previous study was reviewed to select various factors considered in the process of buying cars. Based on this, Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to prioritize which factors were considered more important by consumers. In the result of study, we could find that performance had the highest priority, and the second ranking was the price. In contrast, image of brand and convenience of maintenance were shown to be relatively low in importance, ranking $3^{rd}$ and $4^{th}$, respectively. Beside, we could recognized the ranking of other detailed factors. This study has an academic implication in that it is able to grasp the latest tendency of consumers' purchase choice of car and to make conclusion by applying AHP analysis method to study of related subject. It also have practical significance that can be a basis for make sense what factors should be taken by the automobile industry to uprise the purchase of the consumers through the identification and preparation of the purchase selection criteria of domestic automobile buyers.

자동차 리싸이클링의 현황과 과제 (Current Status and Future Prospects for The Car Recycling System in Korea)

  • The Korean Auto industry has developed remarkably over the past 30 years. In 2000 alone, Korea produced 3.11 million vehicles, and the number of vehicles registered surpassed the ten million mark. As the number of vehicles registered in Korea has increased, yew after you, a rising number of cars have been scrapped. In 2000, a total of 455,592 automobiles were scrapped, up dramatically from only 101,158 in 1989. The system for handling of ELV(End-of-Life Vehicles) in Korea is governed by the "Motor Vehicle Control Act". The Act places the responsibility for vehicle scrapping directly on the vehicle owners. h vehicle owner can only can eel a vehicle registration after he gets a certificate from an authorized vehicle dismantler showing that his vehicle was properly scrapped according to the law. The take-back rate of ELV reaches nearly 100% in Korea. The vehicle scrapping process in Korea is very similar to those in other countries. fluids such as fuels and oils are first removed, and recyclable parts are collected and separated. Engines and transmissions are dismantled and recycled for use as raw material. Plastics, which are not easily reused, are generally treated as industrial wastes. The "Motor Vehicle Control Act" prohibits reuse of certain parts in order to guarantee the safety of the used auto parts. However, some restrictions on the reuse of auto parts have recently been eased to promote recycling. In this paper, additionally, car recycling policy of the foreign countries such as Japan, Germany and EU were reviewed.

유럽 수입 차량의 소음개선을 위한 NVH소재 적용연구 (A study on the noise improvement of the European vehicles, with using NVH material)

  • The latest trend in the automotive industry demands the development of high stiffness car bodies and the securement of inter-system performance for low vibration and noise vehicles. This demand, however, conflicts with need for light weight design and greater fuel efficiency, thus raising the importance of optimization design to satisfy both developmental goals. We chose two European medium sedans, which has gasoline engine and diesel one, to elucidate the noise characteristics of diesel passenger cars, whose sales have been increasing in both Korea and Europe. In the present study a systematic experiment was conducted to analyze the noise characteristics in diesel cars. we made it possible for differentiating car management according to customer demand while allowing for improved commercial feasibility. it was possible to improve interior noise by 2 dB(A) on average sound pressure level. As a result, by 4% higher on articulation index(AI).

How Do Advisors Influence Mergers and Acquisitions?: An Analysis of Acquisitions in Japan

  • The objective of this study is to examine the differentiated influence of sell-side advisors and buy-side advisors on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Unlike prior studies on M&A advisors, the study addresses different roles of target and acquirer advisors, and explores their influences on the cumulative abnormal returns (CAR) and acquisition premiums with an empirical analysis of longitudinal data of M&As conducted by Japanese listed firms except financial companies from 1995 to 2012. M&A data were obtained from the Securities Data Corporation's (SDC) database, and the individual firm data were collected from the Nikkei Economic Electronic Databank System (NEEDS), which provides a wide range of corporate information including financial status, operational performance, and strategy. Using a sample of 452 cases for the CAR and 498 cases for the analysis of acquisition premiums, the empirical results support the hypotheses of the target advisor's positive association with CAR and acquirer advisor's positive association with acquisition premiums. The findings of this study indicate the target advisor's positive contribution to the success of acquisition process and performance, and acquirer advisor's negative influence on the deal progress. The study provides theoretical implications on M&A research and practical insights into the investment banking industry.

마그네슘 소재를 이용한 차량용 시트의 충격 흡수 기구 개발 (Development of an Energy Absorbing Mechanism for Car Seat using Magnesium Alloys)

  • A new energy absorbing mechanism for car seat was developed to reduce the neck injury in rear impacts. Energy absorbing principle is based on the shear-bolt behavior of thin-walled cast components subjected to static and dynamic loads. Results of shear bolt test using AM60 of Mg alloys showed robust behavior giving an approximately constant mean force during failure processes. Simply designed energy absorbing mechanism was assembled with the recliner between seat backs and seat rails. We have simulated the sled test of seat with dummy under the rear end impact using the finite element method. Results of simulation show that the new seat mechanism reduces thorax acceleration to a considerable extent, but it is not sufficient to mitigate neck injury indices e.g. neck shear force, neck tension force and NIC. With heightened headrest and narrowed backset, the energy absorbing mechanism resulted in good performance of protecting the neck injuries.

열부하 및 회생 제동 특성을 고려한 경형 친환경차의 제동시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Brake System of Light Eco-Friendly Car Considering Heat Load and Regenerative Braking Characteristic)

  • Recently, there is a big issue of downsizing on brake system according to fuel efficiency and regenerative braking cooperation control. Especially, small cars have improved in a variety ways such as electric vehicle and smart car compared to previous small cars. So, small brake system is strongly required in the car industry. A new small brake system for light compact vehicles was proposed in this paper. For this system, the solid type disc and caliper were newly developed. And the important design factors were considered to reduce brake size. First, we calculated the temperature rise of disc through heat capacity formula and CAE analysis. Second, we analyzed the housing and carrier stiffness of caliper to select the reasonable condition. Finally, the superiorities of the developed brake system were verified by heat capacity, consumption liquid level, braking feeling, judder, wear test and regenerative braking cooperation control analysis. A developed brake system is expected to be useful for brake system of light compact platform.

차대 동력계에서의 디젤 차량의 매연 측정을 위한 여지 반사식 및 광투과식 측정법의 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Measurement of Smoke from Diesel Vehicle on Chassis-dynamometer using Reflection Photo and Light Extinction Method)

  • Diesel car's smoke measurement equipment and method were investigated based on the exhaust gas regulations. Reflection photo method and light extinction method for measuring smoke were compared under conditions of both no load mode and Lug-down 3 mode. Free acceleration mode at no load condition was used for regular inspection of diesel car, and Lug-down 3 mode was used for fine inspection of the diesel car. A correlation between no load mode and Lug-down 3 mode was investigated in this research. The smoke measured with reflection photo method was 1.5${\sim}$2 times higher than that of light extinction method The correlation coefficient between reflection photo method and light extinction method for measuring smoke was 0.83, which shows comparatively high correlation between the two methods for measuring smoke in diesel engines.
