Community attachment is an important variable for affecting community satisfaction. The study aims to identify the factors influencing community satisfaction on rural community capacity. Particularly, the study examine the moderating effects of the community attachment between community capacity and community satisfaction. Data were collected from 289 residents of rural villages through questionnaires. Results of a factor analysis yielded four dimensions of community capacity which are learning opportunity and technique, leadership, grasping problem, and community attitude. Results show that learning opportunity and community attitude among four dimensions of community capacities have significance for community satisfaction. And community attachment among community capacity factors has a positive effects as a moderator between community capacity and community satisfaction. Results also indicated that community attitude has an interactional effects with moderator. It was suggested that community attachment should be considered in rural community development policy.

There are many demands for vertical extension construction method in domestic large cities. In this paper, we analyzed and presented the results of examining the cases of ground floor extension and basement extension using the jack pile method. Since the Jack Pile method presses in all the piles without excavating the ground, the bearing capacity of the all the piles can be checked. It was investigated as a safe construction method unlike other small-diameter pile construction methods during underground extension.

This study begins with an interest in community capacity, the basis for mobilizing community action and the driving force of community development. The study aims to identify the structural equation model of community capacity, social participation, satisfaction in life, and the impact relationship and to verify the differences between urban and rural areas. The analysis data used the 2018Korean Social Integration Survey, which is the statistical data for national approval. The analysis method was performed by using SPSS was used to perform descriptive analysis and t-test, and the structural equation model. Multi-group analysis of AMOS was also performed to verify the research model. As the result of analysis, both the condition and status of community capacity and social participation, which are products of community capacity, showed a higher average of rural areas than urban areas. As a result of the analysis of the structural equation model between community capacity, social participation, and life satisfaction, differences between rural and urban groups were identified. In rural areas, both the capacity-condition and the capacity-status variables act as positive factors for social participation and life satisfaction, but in urban areas, the path of capacity-condition, social participation, capacity-status and life satisfaction was significant. On the other hand, social participation variables acted as a factor of direct and indirect negatively influence on life satisfaction. Therefore, it can be said that the quality of community capacity in rural areas is superior to that of urban areas.

Comprehensive rural village development projects were launched by MAF(Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry) and KARICO (Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Cooperation). Since 2004, they received much attention for rural development policy, such as the bottom-up approach, inducing participation of residents and enhancing regional capacity. However, there still remain several problems to be solved. The purpose of this study was to suggest methodologies to facilitate residents' participation in comprehensive rural village development projects by literature review. The core problems of comprehensive rural village development projects in the planning stage were the conflicts among residents and the lack of resident capacity for rural development. Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations were made to facilitate the residents' participation. In order to reinforce the residents' participation, the mediating skills of conflicts among residents and the strategies for strengthening the residents' capacity should be introduced in comprehensive rural village development projects.

The extension of DC battery backup time in the DC power supply system of nuclear power plants (NPPs) remains a challenge. The lead-acid battery is the most popular at present. And it is generally the most popular energy storage device. However, extension of backup time requires too much space. The lithium-ion battery has high energy density and advanced gravimetric and volumetric properties. The aim of this paper is development of the sizing formula of stationary lithium-ion batteries. The ongoing research activities and related industrial standards for stationary lithium-ion batteries are reviewed. Then, the lithium-ion battery sizing calculation formular is proposed for the establishment of industrial design standard which is essential for the design of stationary batteries of nuclear power plants. An example of calculating the lithium-ion battery capacity for a medium voltage UPS is presented.

Desktop-PC의 메모리 모듈 제품을 대상으로 실장 검사를 하는데 있어 발생하는 문제점인 메인보드 메모리 연결부의 파손을 보완하기 위해 확장 카드를 개발하였다. 확장 카드 개발 전 메인보드 연결부의 파손은 하루 15％의 수준으로 잉여설비를 15％이상 확보해야 하며 수리를 전담으로 하는 인력을 필요로 하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 확장카드의 개발로 소켓의 파손에 따른 업무 지연과 잉여설비의 capacity향상 및 작업성 개선을 통해 연간 7,800만원의 비용을 절감 할 수 있었다.

기능성 소재로서 각광받고 있는 뽕잎의 이용효율을 높이기 위해 특히 전라북도에서 보유하고 있는 뽕나무 유전자원을 이용하여 재배생태적 특성을 조사함과 동시에 품종별 및 시기별 뽕잎의 항산화능 변화 양상을 구명함으로써 항산화능이 높은 유전자원을 선발하고자 하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 종합적인 재배 생태적 특성 조사 결과 '신일뽕', '수원상 2호' 및 '일본금' 3계통은 뽕잎이 비교적 크고 수량이 많으며 병에 대한 저항성이 강해 전라북도 유전자원을 활용한 뽕 품종 선택시 우수 품종으로 활용할 가치가 큰 것으로 판단되었다. 전북 지역에서 뽕나무를 심을 경우 내동성에 약한 '구문용' 계통은 선택하지 않도록 주의해야 할 것이다. 2. 공시 계통 전체(15계통)의 뽕잎에 대한 항산화능을 품종별 및 시기별로 분석한 결과, 춘기 뽕잎의 경우 5개 엽기의 어린 뽕잎의 항산화능은 1380.1 nmol이었으며, 오디가 착색되기 직전에 채취한 뽕잎의 항산화능은 1611.8 nmol으로 다소 증가된 값을 나타냈다. 그러나 오디가 성숙함에 따라 뽕잎의 항산화능은 급격히 감소하였다. 3. 추기 뽕잎의 항산화능은 춘기 뽕잎의 항산화능에 비해 높았다. 즉 시기가 경과함에 따라 2109.8 nmol, 2,617.8 nmol, 3,311.5 nmol으로 증가하였다. 추기 1차(8월16일 채취)의 경우 '용천뽕'의 항산화능이 4026.7 nmol로 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 '불란서'가 2659.7 nmol의 항산화능을 나타냈다. 추기 2차(9월 15일 채취)에는 '갑선'과 '용천뽕'이 각각 3438.0 nmol, 3426.9 nmol로 높은 항산화능을 나타냈으며, 추기 3차(10월 17일 채취)의 경우 '용천뽕'(4439.1 nmol '덕천상'(4307.7 nmol)의 항산화능이 높았다.

The study aims to examine the effects of job education on organizational socialization of new extensionist who is working in extension organization. The subjects were 425 people and selected nationwide. The research model consisted of organizational socialization strategy as an independent variable, organizational socialization as a mediator, and organizational commitment as a dependent variable. The research hypothesis was com posed of three item s and different analysis methods were used for each research problem. The main analytical methods were descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the degree of organizational socialization was higher in males and females, in higher education, and in social workers than in non-males. Secondly, in the relationship between organizational socialization strategy and organizational socialization, job education significantly explained interpersonal relationship, organizational goal value, and work efficiency. Thirdly, job education has a statistically significant effectiveness on organizational commitment. Fourthly, in the relationship between job education and organizational commitment, organizational socialization variables such as interpersonal relationship, organizational goal value, and work efficiency were found to do a partial mediating roles.

This study aims to examine the moderating effect of regional agricultural leader's capacity between the sense of community of female farmers and the resident participation. A survey was conducted on 312 female farmers from October 20 to November 19, 2020. The main results of the analysis are as follows. First, it showed that the higher the sense of community, the higher the awareness of resident participation. Second, it was found that the sense of community had a positive effect on resident participation as self-directed learning capability was higher, and that self-directed learning capability had a moderating effect on the relationship between the sense of community and the resident participation. Third, regional agricultural leadership capacity was found to have a moderating effect in the relationship between the sense of community and the resident participation.

This article discusses a capacity planning method in QoS-guaranteed IP networks such as BcN (Broadband convergence Network). Since IP based networks have been developed to transport best-effort data traffic, the introduction of multi-service component in BcN requires fundamental modifications in capacity planning and network dimensioning. In this article, we present the key issues of the capacity planning in multi-service IP networks. To provide a foundation for network dimensioning procedure, we describe a systematic approach for classification and modeling of BcN traffic based on the QoS requirements of BcN services. We propose a capacity planning framework considering data traffic and real-time streaming traffic separately. The multi-service Erlang model, an extension of the conventional Erlang B loss model, is introduced to determine required link capacity for the call based real-time streaming traffic. The application of multi-service Erlang model can provide significant improvement in network planning due to sharing of network bandwidth among the different services.
