The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of elementary and secondary parents on 'Informatics' education to solve the various social problems that can occur due to the application of mandatory 'Informatics' subject and find the stable public education settlement plans. For this purpose, we conducted and analysis of questionnaire survey on 'Informatics' education for parents of elementary and secondary students who participating the SW education camp in K university. The major results of this study are as follows. Firstly, both of elementary and secondary parents show high interest in the SW education policy of the government, but they are showing distrust about the timeliness of the actual SW education policy and the support of elementary and secondary education. Secondly, both of the elementary and secondary parents showed high awareness of the necessity and importance of 'Informatics' education and they recognized that 'Informatics' education should be done in high school. Thirdly, parents of elementary and secondary school students perceive that there is not enough time for 'Informatics' education and both of elementary and secondary parents to secure teachers with professional competence as a leading factor for stable settlement of 'Informatics' education in public education field. In this study, we suggested the stable settlement plans in public education field based on the analysis results.
This study explores the effects of philanthropy education for elementary school students by using a mixed method. To examine the effects of philanthropy education, two different approaches in research methods are conducted with different data collected from different target groups on the same phenomenon: a) experimental designs to analyze students' change(prosocial behaviors) by philanthropy education program performed in a summer camp(43 participants) and elementary schools(162 students); and b) qualitative analysis on students' changes in perceptual, attitudinal, and behavioral aspects by students' diary and memorandum(66 participants) and intensive interviews with teachers(5 teachers) and parents(4 mothers). The analysis of both quantitative and qualitative results shows that philanthropy education has effects on students' changes in diverse aspects including prosocial behavior. First, the results of quantitative analysis show that in every component of the prosocial behavior such as helping, being kind, empathizing, sharing, protecting, and cooperating, students have positive changes after philanthropy education. Such changes are statistically significant as well. Second, the results of qualitative analysis show that students after having philanthropy education display positive changes in diverse aspects. Particularly, the quantitative results are converged with the qualitative results from students, parents, and teachers. On the other hand, unique finding from qualitative analysis is that students after having philanthropy education can have fundamental changes in their personality. Such a change is commonly confirmed by students, parents, and teachers. This study makes it possible to compare results or to validate, confirm, or corroborate quantitative results with qualitative findings on the effects of philanthropy education for students.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the outcome of 'The second plan for identifying and nurturing of science-gifted student' and investigate the implications for the third plan. 'The second plan for identifying and nurturing of science-gifted student' was made for the promotion of science-gifted education from 2013 to 2017. This plan is composed of three strategies with 25 sub-projects: a systematic identification of science-gifted students with potential, an activation of creative and integrated science-gifted education and an establishment of optimized science education supporting system. We supposed six implications through the investigation of the performance analysis of each sub-project. First, the third plan should be composed of projects to be able to be supported directly. Second, the paradigm shift is needed from quantitative expansion to qualitative expansion. Third, third plan should include a special support for profoundly gifted students. Fourth, a specialization plan for science-gifted institute is required. Fifth, it is necessary to establish a camp or residential type gifted institute. Sixth, it is needed to have a quality management of science-gifted programs and MOOC (massive open online course) on science-gifted programs are needed.
The purpose of this study is to make more reliable researches on the tendency of shirking from the mathematics by including those of the students in the other country, and there are a series of researches such as 'math-camp to raise the mathematical tendency of the students who make little progress in the study', 'establishment of factors causing the shirking tendency from the mathematics and development of the analyzing instruments for it' and 'study on the preference to each category of the school mathematics.' For this purpose, I used a test developed by the shirking tendency research team. I compared the average score and standard deviation between the Korean and the Australian students. As for the average score, that of the Australian elementary school students is about one point higher than the Korean students, and there was no remarkable difference in the deviation. Comparing the math-shirking tendency of the two groups, they show higher shirking tendency in the aspects of emotional and mathematical recognition that belong to the psychological and environmental sphere. And, as for an extent of association in difficulties according to each school grades, its degree of the Australian students is comparatively lower than that of the Korean students, therefore, the shirking tendency of the Australian students is intermediate level whereas that of the Korean students is the lowest. They show us a peculiar result in teacher factor. It is noteworthy in that the Korean students show a positive reaction in that factor, however, the Australian students show a comparatively weak reaction. It might be caused by a cultural difference. I also have compared the accumulated percentage according to each shirking tendency factors. It will not only be very efficient for teachers to establish a teaching plan but also a good data to understand the shirking tendency of each student. This will be a very good data for the planners of teaching policy to remedy the causes of shirking tendency. And, it will also be used effectively to write a new textbook. It has been uncommon that a psychological test is used in the research for the improvement of teaching and learning mathematics. In this aspect, I am sure that this study including the preceding research will be a good in studying the shirking tendency factors by using a psychological test. I believe that this research will be a help to grasp the outline of the shirking tendency and I will have to try continuously to make it be a reasonable and reliable study.
The aim of present study was to characterize phosphate uptake and to investigate the mechanism for the insulin and insulin-like growth factor(IGF) stimulation of phosphate uptake in primary cultured rabbit renal proximal tubule cells. Results were as follows : 1. The primary cultured proximal tubule cells had accumulated $6.68{\pm}0.70$ nmole phosphate/mg protein in the presence of 140 mM NaCl and $2.07{\pm}0.17$ nmole phosphate/mg protein in the presence of 140 mM KCl during a 60 minute uptake period. Raising the concentration of extracellular phosphate to 100 mM$(48.33{\pm}1.76\;pmole/mg\;protein/min)$ induced decrease in phosphate uptake compared with that in control cells maintained in 1 mM phosphate$(190.66{\pm}13.01\;pmole/mg\;protein/min)$. Optimal phosphate uptake was observed at pH 6.5 in the presence of 140 mM NaCl. Phosphate uptake at pH 7.2 and pH 7.9 decreased to $83.06{\pm}5.75%\;and\;74.61{\pm}3.29%$ of that of pH 6.5, respectively. 2. Phosphate uptake was inhibited by iodoacetic acid(IAA) or valinomycin treatment $(62.41{\pm}4.40%\;and\;12.80{\pm}1.64%\;of\;that\;of\;control,\;respectively)$. When IAA and valinomycin were added together, phosphate uptake was inhibited to $8.04{\pm}0.61%$ of that of control. Phosphate uptake by the primary proximal tubule cells was significantly reduced by ouabain treatment$(80.27{\pm}6.96%\;of\;that\;of\;control)$. Inhibition of protein and/or RNA synthesis by either cycloheximide or actinomycin D markedly attenuated phosphate uptake. 3. Extracellular CAMP and phorbol 12-myristate 13 acetate(PMA) decreased phosphate uptake in a dose-dependent manner in all experimental conditions. Treatment of cells with pertussis toxin or cholera toxin inhibited phosphate uptake. cAMP concentration between $10^{-6}\;M\;and\;10^{-4}\;M$ significantly inhibited phosphate uptake. Phosphate uptake was blocked to about 25% of that of control at 100 ng/ml PMA. 3-Isobutyl-1-methyl-xanthine(IBMX) inhibited phosphate uptake. However, in the presence of IBMX, the inhibitory effect of exogenous cAMP was not significantly potentiated. Forskolin decreased phosphate transport. Acetylsalicylic acid did not inhibit phosphate uptake. The 1,2-dioctanoyl-sn-glycorol(DAG) and 1-oleoyl-2-acetyl-sn- glycerol(OAG) showed a inhibitory effect. However, staurosporine had no effect on phosphate uptake. When PMA and staurosporine were treated together, inhibition of phosphate uptake was not observed. In conclusion, phosphate uptake is stimulated by high sodium and low phosphate and pH 6.5 in the culture medium. Membrane potential and intracellular energy levels are also an important factor fer phosphate transport. Insulin and IGF-I stimulate phosphate uptake through a mechanisms that involve do novo protein and/or RNA synthesis and decrease of intracellular cAMP level. Also protein kinase C(PKC) is may play a regulatory role in transducing the insulin and IGF-I signal for phosphate transport in primary cultured proximal tubule cells.

The royal tombs of the Joseon dynasty are very important cultural heritage with the palaces and Jongmyo. They being promoted as World Heritage of UNESCO and are archaeological sites that need to complex approach. The purpose of this study is to propose the restoration plan of Gimpo Jangreung. The results are as follows: First, in the area of Gimpo Jangreung, there are many land-use except the royal tombs such as a military camp and industrial districts, Public Cemetery, they have to be removed and new routes have to be established same as the original form. Second, the traditional trees such as a pine tree, a fir tree, a big cone pine and a rhododendron etc. have to be planted in the traditional forest. We introduce upper trees and lower trees in the entrance part and religious service part, and pine tree forest in burial mound part and maintain the lawn. Third, the traditional buildings and facilities such as Hongsal-gate, Jaesil, Suragan, Subokbang and Uhjwong have to be restored maintained, and we planed some convinient facilities and rest facilities for visitors.
This study aims to examine what danmyeongmuye was enforced to military in Hullyeon dogam, Geumweyeong, and Eoyeong-cheong through Siye in chapter gunjeong of Mangiyoram. The conclusions are as in the following. First, the typical type of siye performed to military were jungsun and gwanmujae. magun and bogun were performed separately with chosi as their center and the basic forms of test have wongi and byeolgi in common. Second, there was a special restriction of application in jungsun. applicants in waegeomgyojeonsu must not apply yedo and hyeopdo in duplicate and applicants in yedo and hyeopdo must not do in the same manner. this was a considerate system to the military because they could be a professional through a systematic training of only one kind of danmyeongmuye. Third, one of the special features in gwanmujae was bogun byeolgi. waegeomgyojeon, yedo, hyeopd eonwoldo, jedokgeom, bongukgeom, gichang, deungpae, nangseon, jukjangchang, dangpa, gwonbeop, gonbang, mokjangchang were designated and performed. 13gi except mokjangchang were martial art in muyedobotongji. danmyeongmuye was actually supplied and very helpful to the military. Forth, Siye made the military practice skills and improve martial art ability of their own free will and it was a great reward system to an excellent military at the same time. through this study we can understand the concrete meaning of danmyeongmuye at the central military camp in late Joseon dynasty.
This study used Natural Monument water spiders and their habitats as educational contents, so those students could have a scientific literacy and the beautiful memories of Eundaeri's marshes through developing a virtual fieldwork courses (VFC) and observing the ecology of water spiders. In order to develop the program, the 2015 revised national curriculum and its textbooks were analyzed. In accordance with the STEAM model, we developed teaching-learning materials for 7 classes. Students produced 3D panorama virtual fieldwork courses (PVFC) about water spider by team-based cooperative learning, enabling them to emotionally experience the meaning and value of water spiders. A panel of six education experts verified the validity of the program and found it to be fairly valid at 4.24 (CVI = .88) on the 5-point Likert scale. In order to confirm the suitability of the program, students in the middle school science clubs participated in pilot testing camp. Their average classes satisfaction was 4.24 and students were very satisfied with the usefulness of the program, the fresh learning contents, and the suitability of the convergence education class. This study could contribute to convergence education related to ecology and virtual reality for adolescents.

The study aims to analyze teachers' perception of the "personality" area, which can be subjective in the in-depth interview process of selecting gifted children and is easily shunned due to its weak immediate effect. To this end, First, when asked about their difficulties as gifted teachers, many of them answered "professionalism and workload" and cited personality as the most important area to address in-depth interviews in selecting gifted students. It also recognized that personality interviews are necessary for the most basic virtues of education and social contribution, and cited cooperation, consideration, and concession as the sub-components to be dealt with in the personality interview. It was necessary to check whether each student's capabilities were evaluated in a variety of ways in an in-depth interview of the teacher's observing and recommending system. And it needed to be supplemented by in-depth observations such as the development of a valid question, camp or debate in the evaluation of the personality area. In order to reflect the needs of the education field, it will be necessary to supplement the personality interview in the gifted children's selection. And there is also a need to continue to study how to guide the personality education of already selected gifted children.
A new sprout-soybean cultivar, "Hoseo" was developed at the Honam Agricultural Research Institute (HARI) in 2007. Hoseo was selected from a cross between Camp and Nattosan. The preliminary, advanced, and regional yield trials to evaluate the performance of Iksan 57 were carried out from 2003 to 2007. This cultivar has a determinate growth habit with purple flower, grayish brown pubescence, yellow seed coat, grayish brown hilum, rhomboid leaflet shape and small seed size (7.4 g/100 seeds). The maturity date of "Hoseo" is 12 days earlier than the check variety, "Pungsan". It has good seed quality for soybean-sprout and resistance to lodging. This cultivar has resistance to soybean mosaic virus (SMV) and necrotic symptom (SMV-N). The average yield of "Hoseo" was 2.51 ton per hectare in the regional yield trials (RYT) for double cropping carried out for three years from 2005 to 2007.
