스마트폰 위치기반서비스에서 정보제공의도 : 프라이버시 계산 관점을 중심으로 (Intention to Disclose Personal Information in LBS : Based on Privacy Calculus Perspective)

  • LBS(Location-Based Service) is one of the smartphone application services which has been receiving great attention recently. Various applications of smartphone use LBS to provide innovative services. However, use of LBS raises privacy concerns because the location information of users is constantly exposed. Privacy calculus perspective attempts to understand the characteristics of the user's privacy. It is based on the risk-benefit analysis in the economics' perspective. That is, when the benefit expected through personal information disclosure is higher than risk, we are willing to provide personal information. This research suggested a research model based on the privacy calculus perspective to clarify the effect of information disclosure intention of smartphone LBS application users. Based on the main factors of privacy calculus, perception of privacy risk and privacy benefit, the relationship of the perceived value and the information disclosure intention was empirically analyzed by utilizing structural equation modeling(SEM) methodology. According to the results of the empirical analysis, it was found that all relations have statistically significant explanatory power except the relation between privacy concern and information disclosure intention. This study showed a strong evidence of antecedent factors based on privacy calculus of personal information disclosure in smartphone LBS applications.

치은 연하 치석 제거와 치근면 활택술시 Gracey curet과 Ultrasonic curet의 치석 제거에 효과에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparison of Effectiveness of Gracey Curet and Ultrasonic Curet on Subgingival Scaling and Root Planning)

  • Removal of subgingival calculus is essential for the success in periodontal treatment. Subgingival instrumentation is used for the removal of all bacterial plaque and calculus. In this study, Gracey curet and Ultrasonic curet were used on single rooted teeth to conduct subgingval scaling and root planning. The remaining amount of calculus was evaluated according to type of instrument, depth of pocket, and tooth surface. 24 teeth were extracted from 14 patients being treated at department Periodontology Seoul Advantist dental hospital were used. Total 96 area(4 surface per teeth) were evaluated. 12 teeth treated with Gracey curet were used as the control group and the other 12 teeth treated with Ultrasonic curet were examined for experimental group. The 4 surface of the teeth(buccal, mesial, lingual or palatal, distal) were observed through the stereomicroscope and the images of the surface were captured and saved in CCD. The images were displayed on the monitor and the amount of calculus remained was evaluated by overlapping $10{\times}10$ grid pixel screen produced by Microsoft power point. The results evaluated were as follows 1. There was no statistically significant difference in residual calculus and tooth position following scaling and root planning of all group, but statistically significant correlation with residual calculus, probing depth, instruments and tooth surface. 2. There was statistically significant correlation between residual calculus and probing depth, but no statistically significant difference in residual calculus, tooth surface and tooth position on experimental(Ultrasonic curet) group. 3. There was no statistically significant difference in residual calculus according to the pre-treatment pocket depth and tooth position, but statistically significant correlation with tooth surface. The amount of residual calculus increase with mesial, distal, buccal and lingual(or palatal) surface on control(Gracey curet) group. 4. The Gracey showed better results than ultrasonic curet in mesial and distal surface, and there is significant difference. The results demonstrate that ultrasonic curet alone is inadequate for thorough subgingival debridement and suggest that Ultrasonic curet with Gracey curet should be more effective.

녹용약침과 웅담.우황(BU)약침이 정상인의 심박변이도(HRV)에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu Pharmacopuncture and Bovis calculus.Fel Ursi Pharmacopuncture on the Heart Rate Variability)

  • Objectives : This study was to investigate the effects of Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu Pharmacopuncture and Bovis calculus Fel Ursi Pharmacopuncture on autonomic nervous system with Heart Rate Variability(HRV). Purpose of the trial was to observe what influence Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu Pharmacopuncture and Bovis calculus Fel Ursi pharmacopuncture have on the autonomic nervous system. Methods : 40 healthy male volunteers were divided into two experimental groups, such as Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu Pharmacopuncture group and Bovis calculus Fel Ursi Pharmacopuncture group. Study design was a randomized, double-blind clinical trial. 20 subjects in one experimental group were injected Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu Pharmacopuncture, 20 subjects in other experimental group were injected hydrolyzed Bovis calculus Fel Ursi Pharmacopuncture at GB21(Kyonjong). We measured HRV 7 times : baseline measurement and every 5 minutes for 30 minutes after injection. The SPSS 15.0 for Windows was used to analyze the data by the paired t-test(in group) and independent sample t-test(between the groups). Results A. Time Domain Analysis 1. Analysis of Mean HRV, SDNN and Complexity After injection of Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu Pharmacopuncture, Mean HRV was significantly decreased all the times after injection. SDNN was significantly increased at immediate and 25 minute after injection. Complexity was significantly decreased only at 15 minute after injection. After injection of Bovis calculus Fel Ursi Pharmacopuncture, Mean HRV was significantly decreased all the times after injection. Complexity was significantly decreased at 15 minutes after injection. 2. Analysis of HRV index, pNN50 After injection of Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu Pharmacopuncture, HRV index was significantly increased immediately after injection. pNN50 was significantly decreased at immediately, 20 and 25 minutes after injection. After injection of Bovis calculus Fel Ursi Pharmacopuncture, HRV index was significantly increased immediately after injection. pNN50 was significantly decreased at immediate and 25 minutes after injection. B. Frequency Domain Analysis 1. Analysis of Ln(TP), Ln(HF), Ln(LF), Ln(VLF) After injection of Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu Pharmacopuncture, Ln(TP) was significantly increased at immediate and 25 after injection. Ln(HF) was significantly increased all the times after injection. Ln(LF) was significantly increased at 15, 20 and 25 minutes after injection. Ln(VLF) was significantly increased at immediate and 25 minutes after injection. After injection of Bovis calculus Fel Ursi Pharmacopuncture, Ln(TP) was significantly increased at immediately and 25 after injection. Ln(LF) was significantly increased at 20 and 25 minutes after injection. Ln(VLF) was significantly increased at immediate and 25 minutes after injection. Conclusions : We results suggest that Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu Pharmacopuncture and Bovis calculus Fel Ursi Pharmacopuncture in healthy adult men tend to activate the autonomic nervous system and sympathetic nervous system within normal range.

Rapid upper limb assessment와 3차원 동작 분석을 활용한 치석제거 자세교정 교육의 효과 (Effect of posture correction training in dental scaling using rapid upper limb assessment and 3D motion analysis)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the change in the posture of dental hygiene students and clinical dental hygienists when implementing dental scaling before and after posture correction training using the rapid upper limb assessment (RULA) method and 3D motion analysis. Methods: Thirty-two healthy volunteers performed dental scaling to remove artificial calculus on dental manikin. The movement and angle of the joints were verified by RULA and 3D motion analysis during the procedure. The subjects were also photographed for 1 minute during the procedure for 10 minutes while the calculus was removed. After the removal of the calculus, the subject and the instructor checked the video together. Posture correction training was conducted by the instructor so that the subject could perform the calculus removal operation in the correct posture. Artificial calculus of the adjacent teeth was then removed for the same period of time, and the change in posture was reviewed. Results: The total score of the posture change using RULA was $5.72{\pm}0.58$ before training and $4.31{\pm}0.10$ after training, showing a significant decrease after training (p<0.001), and upper arm, lower arm, wrist position, neck and waist position showed significant decrease after training. The three-dimensional motion analysis showed significant differences according to the criteria measured at all measurement sites except the left shoulder (p<0.05) Conclusions: It was confirmed through RULA and 3D motion analysis that postural correction training using calculus removal images was effective, and that correct postural education is essential to preventing musculoskeletal diseases caused by removal of calculus.

중등수학 교과서가 다루는 미적분 역사 서술의 비판과 대안 - 17세기까지의 미적분의 역사를 중심으로 - (Criticism and alternatives of calculus history described by secondary school mathematics textbooks - Focusing on the history of calculus until the 17th century -)

  • 본 논문에서 미적분을 다루는 중등교과서가 미적분 역사를 어떻게 소개하고 있는지를 알아보았다. 문제점을 파악하기 위하여 우리는 기원전 350~기원전 50년에 목성의 위치를 계산하기 위하여 이루어진 바빌로니아인의 사다리꼴을 사용한 구분구적법 그리고 1000년경 이집트에서 이루어진 이븐 알 하이탐(ibn al-Haytham)의 원판을 이용한 구분구적법 등을 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로 미적분 역사에 대한 건설적인 서술 방안을 제시하였다. 결론적으로 우리나라 중등수학 교과서는 뉴턴과 라이프니츠가 미적분을 창안한 것으로 설명하고 그 뿌리를 고대 그리스에 둔다. 미적분의 창안은 바빌로니아와 파티마 왕조(Faṭimah Dynasty: 909-1171)(이집트)에 있으며 인도에서 멱급수의 발전이 이루어진 후 미적분이 유럽에서 발전된 것으로 교과서에 아시아 아프리카의 가치가 소개되는 것이 바람직하다.

치석제거 급여화 후 치과위생사와 치과의료기관의 변화 및 인식조사 (Changes and Cognition of Dental Hygienist and Dentistry after National Health Insurance of Dental Scaling)

  • This study focused on the change of environment and cognition of dental hygienists about dental calculus removal after the national health insurance. We conducted online and offline surveys for 290 dental hygienists working in dental clinics in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon areas. Differences in perceptions were assessed by independent t-test and ANOVA. 62.1% answered that the health insurance coverage of dental calculus removal was appropriate, and 49.6% said that the desired number of health insurance coverage about the dental calculus removal should be applied twice a year. 54.3% said that the age after 20 years-old was not appropriate in national health insurance coverage of dental calculus removal, and 49.3% said that the appropriate starting age of dental calculus removal should be applied from high school students. 26.3% said that the number of national health insurance applications should be increased yearly, 20.5% said that oral care education should be added. Most of the dental hygienists said that the number of scaling patients increased, but that the quality of the scaling did not deteriorate. According to general characteristics, in the recognition of the removal of calculus, the dental hygienists having a career for 7~8 years felt less change. The dental hygienist wanted to expand the scope of national health insurance about scaling removal so that more subjects could remove dental calculus removal. Dental hygienists wanted that national health insurance should be systematically supplemented in order to contribute to the promotion of oral health of the people.

2015 개정 교육과정을 반영한 대학 미적분학 교과에 대한 탐색 (A Study on the Curriculum of University Calculus Reflecting the 2015 Revised Curriculum)

  • 2015 개정 교육과정은 창의융합형 인재를 양성하기 위해 국가 사회적 요구를 학교교육과정에 반영한 문 이과 통합형 교육과정이다. 이러한 변화와 더불어 교육부에서는 2017년부터 대학교 4학년 때까지 전공을 변경할 수 있는 제도를 도입하였다. 따라서 각 대학에서는 2015 개정 교육과정을 이수한 학생들을 맞이하기 전에, 교육과정 및 제도 변화를 반영할 준비를 해야 한다. 대학은 신입생들이 수강하는 미적분학 교과목 운영과 교육내용을 준비할 때 2015 개정 교육과정 시행과 전공변경 시기 확대에 대한 대응방안을 연구할 필요가 있다. 한동대학교는 무전공무학부제로 1학년 때 전공을 결정하려는 신입생을 대상으로 수준별 미적분학 교과목은 운영하고 사전시험을 실시하여 신입생들에게 적합한 미적분학 분반을 배정하는 등 다양한 운영 방안을 모색해왔다. 이 사례는 2015 개정 교육과정의 기본 취지와 유사하므로 교육과정 개정 후 대학 미적분학 수업 운영 방안에 대한 시사점을 제시해줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, 최근 5년간 한동대학교 신입생 수학시험 결과와 학생들의 미적분학 교과 성적을 분석하여 상관관계를 도출하고, 한동대학교에서 운영하고 있는 미적분학 교과목 내용과 2015 개정 고등수학 교육과정을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 대학 전공계열에 적합한 미적분학 교과목을 5개 수준으로 구성하여 제안하였으며, 대학 미적분학 교과과정에 2015 개정 교육과정에서 부족한 구분구적법을 포함하여야 함을 찾을 수 있었다.

파이썬(Python) 기반의 코딩교육을 적용한 대학 미적분학의 교수·학습 (Teaching and Learning of University Calculus with Python-based Coding Education)

  • 본 연구에서는 다양한 배경을 가진 대학 신입생들이 단기간에 미적분학의 주요 개념을 이해할 수 있도록 돕고, 현실에서 접하는 복잡한 문제들에 대한 문제해결력도 기르면서, 동시에 컴퓨팅 사고력도 신장시킬 수 있는 미적분학 교수 학습에 대하여 논한다. 구체적인 방안으로, 본 연구진은 '파이썬(Python) 기반의 코딩(coding)교육을 적용한 대학 미적분학의 교수 학습' 콘텐츠를 개발하고 실제 수업 현장에 적용하여 유의미한 성과를 거둔 사례를 보고한다. 즉, 파이썬 언어 기반의 코딩교육을 적용한 미적분학 I, II의 구체적인 교수 학습 설계, 실천 계획안 그리고 평가라는 전 과정이 실제로 진행된 사례와 그에 활용된 자료들을 정리하여 공유한다. 개발된 교안과 코드 및 사이버 실습실은 언제 어디서나 무료로 활용할 수 있으며, 교수자와 학생은 공유된 콘텐츠와 학생활동 기록을 참고하며, 자유롭게 미적분학을 교수 학습하고, 주어진 코드를 활용하여 실습하면서 미적분학의 직관적인 이해를 높임과 동시에 컴퓨팅 사고력도 신장시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 교수자는 학생들의 질의 응답 참여, 보고서 발표, 팀워크 등이 포함된 플립드러닝(flipped learning)과 과정중심의 모든 데이터를 기반하여 평가함으로써 학생들의 미적분학 지식에 대한 상향평준화를 돕게 된다. 본 연구에서 제시한 대학 미적분학의 교수 학습 사례는 학생들이 미적분학 개념과 컴퓨팅 사고력을 동시에 신장시켜 사회가 필요로 하는 인재로 성장할 수 있도록 도울 수 있는 가능성을 보여주는 대학 수학 교육의 교수 학습 모델이 될 것으로 본다.

  • 스마트폰의 위치기반서비스가 활발히 사용됨에 따라 사용자들이 자신의 위치정보의 노출에 대한 염려가 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 프라이버시 계산 이론에 기반하여 스마트폰 사용자들이 자신의 위치정보의 제공을 어떻게 받아들이는지 확인하고자 연구모형을 개발하였다. 대학생을 대상으로 수집한 데이터를 SmartPLS를 이용하여 분석한 결과 프라이버시 계산 관점의 기존 연구와는 다른 결과를 얻었다. 프라이버시 계산이론은 인간은 합리적인 존재이며, 위험과 효과 측면을 고려하여 프라이버시 정보의 제공을 결정한다고 본다. 본 연구의 결과는 프라이버시 염려는 위험에 유의하게 영향을 미치나, 사용의도는 효과에 의해서 유의하게 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 감정적 판단과 행동적 판단이 서로 상이한 요인에 의해서 영향을 받는다는 행동경제학적 관점과 일치한다.

  • Feynman's operational calculus for noncommuting operators was studied by means of measures on the time inteval. And various stability theorems for Feynman's operational calculus were investigated. In this paper we see the time-dependent stability properties when the operator-valued functions take their values in a separable Hilbert space.
