위상천이특성을 이용한 새로운 Phase-Only CGH 계산 (Novel Optimization Method of Phase-Only Computer-Generated Hologram Using the Phase-Shift Characteristic)

  • 본 논문에서는 푸리에 변환의 위상천이 특성을 이용하여 기존의 계산방법보다 처리 속도가 빠르고, 이상적인 CGH의 재생이미지와의 차이가 크지 않은 Phase-only CGH의 새로운 최적화 계산방법을 제시한다. 기존의 수치적인 해를 얻는 접근과는 다르게 푸리에 변환 자체의 위상천이 특성을 이용하여 노이즈를 선택적으로 필터링하는 방법으로 Phase-only CGH를 얻기 때문에 계산속도를 현저하게 줄일 수 있다. 이상적인 CGH와 기존의 방법, 그리고 새로운 계산방법을 통한 CGH를 시뮬레이션을 통하여 각각 SLM에 저장하여 수렴렌즈를 이용한 푸리에 홀로그램 방식으로 이미지를 재생하였다. 그리고 시뮬레이션 재생 이미지를 비교하여 본 연구의 타당성을 살펴보았다. 기존의 방법과 비교하였을 때, 이미지 물체의 질감과 예리도가 이상적인 CGH와 비슷한 정도의 수준으로 향상되었고, 계산속도 또한 크게 줄었음을 알 수 있다.

  • The design sensitivity analysis based on the finite element method is presented for the eddy current problem with a voltage source. Since, in this problem, the complex variable is used as the state variable, new approach to the sensitivity calculation for the complex variable system is required. Its result is applied to the design of the rotor slot shape of squirrel cage induction motor. As a analysis model, only one slot pitch of rotor is analyzed by using a Periodic boundary condition. The use of this minimal modelling method leads to much saving of calculation time. The design objective is to obtain the desired slip-torque characteristic. Because the shape of rotor slot has much influence on the slip torque characteristic, the design variables are taken on the interface shape between rotor core and rotor bar. The initial shape of rotor slot is the trapezoidal type with rounding corners. The obtained final shape is quite similar to the double squirrel cage type.

처방 유사도 분석의 효율성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Prescription Similarity Analysis for Efficiency Improvement)

  • Objectives : This study aims to increase efficiency of the prescription similarity analysis method that uses drug composition ratio. Methods : The controlled experiment compared result generation time, generated data quantity, and accuracy of results between previous and new analysis method on the 12,598 formulas and 61 prescription groups. Results : The control group took 346 seconds on average and generated 768,478 results, while the test group took 24 seconds and generated 241,739 results. The test group adopted a selective calculation method that only used overlapping data between two formulas instead of analyzing all number of cases. It simplified the data processing process, reducing the quantity of data that is required to be processed, leading to better system speed, as fast as 14.47 times more than previous analysis method with equal results. Conclusions : Efficiency for similarity analysis could be improved by reducing data span and simplifying the calculation processes.

의류제품의 생산성 향상을 위한 방법 및 작업측정에 관한 연구-MTM법을 중심으로- (A Study on the Method and Work Measurement for Productivity Improvement of Clothing Products-With concentration in MTM Analysis-)

  • The purpose of this study was to improve productivity for maximum effects with the present equipments and staff. This study compared and analyzed the mea-sured time by using stop watch method and MTM, which was the new measuring method. The flow and results of this study were as follows: 1. This study investigated the theoretical background the efficiency for production management, and the way of productivity improvement through documentary research. 2. Setting up the standard flow on the experi-mental company production, making out a process chart and measuring the actual working hour. 3. The study measured the allowance time applying work sampling. 4. Each process of the movement analysis was filmed by video to use basic data. 5. MTM analysis was taken by choosing 10 processes from front bodice according to the basic movement of MTM. Through the results, this study exclude unneccesary movements and suggest a method for working ways. 6. Using the actual working hour measured by a stop watch calculated the pitch time and presumed the amount of daily productivity. 7. The result of the work sampling came out as 38% of allowance rate. It was 13% higher than the standard amount of woman's jacket allowance rate, which was 25%. The most influencing factor was work discussion. That was because there were commuication problem of the work way between the operator and leader. More adequate use of flow table and level passing table was needed. There were the problems that inappropriate places and sizes made the distance of movements longer and often needed more adjustment of works and surroundings. To prevent breakdowns equipments check ups were necessary before works. 8. The results of MTM analysis were as follow : the time was reduced 40% than the actual measured time by a stop watch. This was because the leveling of the operator was included in the real calculation. Also, leveling was included in MTM analysis and all the conditions were standarized. Therefore MTM method was a scientidic measuring way of establishing the standard time. The presented method of this study, suggested an ideal method eliminating unneccesary motions, and presented standardization of works. Improvement of working methods, work condition and simplifying motions in each 10 processes reduced the working time from total 656 seconds to 301 seconds. 9. The way and time of working was linked together in the MTM analysis methods. Thus data from MTM help suggest not only establishing standard time but also establishing stan-dard work. Plus it includes various ability for improvements of working ways. So it is an objective method which can be widely used in other work studies. 10. The function of a time study is to determine the amount of work produced with a given method. The work rate is used to establish the cost of labor. The wage of worker must be calculated per unit time which is deter-mined before the time study is made. This study tried to introduce the incentive rule for deciding wages according to the standard time by MTM method.

물가변동제도 운영방식 개선방안 (Improvement on the Managerial Method of Price Fluctuation System)

  • 공공건설공사의 계약금액조정사유로서 물가변동제도는 1969년 시설공사계약일반조건으로 처음 도입되었다. 조정요건은 계약일로부터 90일 경과 및 입찰일로부터 등락률 3%이상을 동시에 충족하여야 하는데 이 때 적용하는 등락률 산정방식은 품목조정과 지수조정의 단 두 가지뿐이다. 4개 공공기관의 163개 사업장을 조사한 결과 모두 지수조정방식을 적용하고 있었고, 조정기준일부터 계약금액조정 승인일까지 6개월을 초과하는 사업장이 전체의 90%를 상회하였다. 계약금액조정까지의 장기간 소요는 복잡한 등락률 산정방식이 주원인이므로 이를 다양화하여 시공자의 선택권을 확보하는 것이 필요하다. 현행 발표되는 한국은행의 생산자/소비자물가지수의 평균지수, 건설공사비지수에 대한 보정계수를 적용하는 방식을 추가한다면 별도의 추가비용 없이도 다양화를 만족시켜 조정신청지연을 최소화할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물가변동으로 인한 계약금액조정을 신속하고 효율적으로 이행할 수 있도록 물가변동률 산정방식의 다양화와 시공자의 선택권 확장 등의 물가변동제도 운영방식 개선방안을 제시하였다.

병원간호인력의 수요추정에 관한 연구 -환자분류체계에 의한 간호인력 수요추계의 방법을 중심으로- (A Study of Staffing Estimation for Nursing Manpower Demand in Hospital)

  • Changing concepts of health care, are stimulating the demand for health care, thereby orienting society to health care rights to such an extent that they are deemed as fundamental ones inalienable to man. Concomitantly, qualitative as well as quantative improvement is being sought in the nursing service field. Today, efforts are being made in various areas, especially to qualitatively improve nursing services. A second issue concerns proper staffing. It is important to study staffing, in as much as it continues to be the most persistent and critical problem facing hospital nursing administrators today. It involves quantity, quality, and utilization of nursing personnel. A great deal of attention has been focused on this problem since mid 1930's when nursing services began to be felt as an important segment of hospital operation representing the largest single item of hospital budgets. Traditionally, the determination and allocation of nursing personnel resources has relied heavily on gloval approaches which make use of fixed staff-to-patient ratios. It has long been recognized that these ratios are insensitive to variations between institutions and among individual patients. Therefore, the aim of this thesis is to point to the urgent need for the development of methodology and criteria suited to the reality of Korea. The present research selected one place, the W Christian Hospital, and was conducted over a period 10 days from January, and nurses who were them on duty in their unit. The total num-her of patients surveyed was 1,426 and that of 354. The research represents many variables affecting the direct patient care time using the result from the direct observation method, then using a calculation method to estimate the relationship between the patients care time and selected variables in the hospital setting. The amount of direct patient care time varies with many factors, such 89 the patients age. diagnosis and time in hospital. Differences are also found from hospital, clinic to clinic, ward to ward, and even shift to shift. In this research, the calculation method of estimating the required member of nursing staff is obtained by dividing the time of productive patient care activity(with the time of patient care observed), by the sum of the productive time that each the staff can supply, i.e., 360 minutes, which is obtained by deducting the time for personal activities. The results indicate a substantial difference between the time of productive patient care observed directing and the time of the productive patient care estimated using calculating method. If we know accurately the time of the direct patient care on a shift, there required number of staff members calculated if the proper method can be determinded should be able the time of the direct patient care be estimated by the patient classification system, but this research has shown this system to be in accurate in Korea. There are differences in the recommended time of productive patient care and the required number of nursing staff depending upon which method is used. The calculated result is not very accurate, so more research is needed on the patient classification system.

  • 우리나라 열병합 발전소에서 운영되고 있는 최신 증기터빈의 출력과 효율 향상을 위한 첫 번째 기술적인 진보는 고온, 고압의 증기를 사용할 수 있는 소재 개발의 진척이라고 할 수 있다. 소재의 발전과 더불어 증기터빈의 내부효율 향상을 위한 설계적 노력의 결실로 높은 효율의 증기터빈이 제작되었다. 오랜 기간 운전 중인 증기터빈의 내부효율은 기계적 수명의 한계로 점차 손실이 발생하고 효율과 출력이 떨어지게 된다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 상용프로그램을 이용하여 열병합 발전소용 고압(HP)-중압(IP) 증기터빈의 증기유로 성능해석을 수행할 수 있는 모델을 개발하고 성능계산 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 증기터빈의 복잡한 성능계산방식으로 인해 증기터빈 실무자들에게 실질적으로 유용한 참고문헌이 될 수 있도록 주요 변수들을 제시하였다. 또한 증기터빈 성능계산에 필요한 열정산도 분석과 증기터빈 성능계산 결과의 적합성을 성능시험 결과와 비교 확인하였다.

적응시간 간격 알고리즘을 이용한 KIM의 계산 효율성 개선 (The Improvement of Computational Efficiency in KIM by an Adaptive Time-step Algorithm)

  • A numerical forecasting models usually predict future states by performing time integration considering fixed static time-steps. A time-step that is too long can cause model instability and failure of forecast simulation, and a time-step that is too short can cause unnecessary time integration calculations. Thus, in numerical models, the time-step size can be determined by the CFL (Courant-Friedrichs-Lewy)-condition, and this condition acts as a necessary condition for finding a numerical solution. A static time-step is defined as using the same fixed time-step for time integration. On the other hand, applying a different time-step for each integration while guaranteeing the stability of the solution in time advancement is called an adaptive time-step. The adaptive time-step algorithm is a method of presenting the maximum usable time-step suitable for each integration based on the CFL-condition for the adaptive time-step. In this paper, the adaptive time-step algorithm is applied for the Korean Integrated Model (KIM) to determine suitable parameters used for the adaptive time-step algorithm through the monthly verifications of 10-day simulations (during January and July 2017) at about 12 km resolution. By comparing the numerical results obtained by applying the 25 second static time-step to KIM in Supercomputer 5 (Nurion), it shows similar results in terms of forecast quality, presents the maximum available time-step for each integration, and improves the calculation efficiency by reducing the number of total time integrations by 19%.

저압식 진공 침탄(LPC) 열처리 공정 기술 개발 (Development of Process Technology for Low Pressure Vaccum Carburizing)

  • Vacuum carburizing continues to gain acceptance as an alternative to atmosphere carburizing particularly in the car industry. The advantages of low-pressure carburization over atmospheric gas carburization is not only the creation of a surface entirely free of oxide and the environmentally friendly nature of these methods but also an improvement in deformation behaviour achieved by combining carburization with gas quenching, a reduction in batch times by increasing the carburization temperature, low gas and energy consumption and the prevention of soot to a large extent. In present study, an improved vacuum carburizing method is provided which is effective to deposit carbon in the surface of materials and to reduce cycle time. Also LPC process simulator was made to optimize to process controls parameters such as pulse/pause cycles of pressure pattern, temperature, carburizing time, diffusion time. The carburizing process was simulated by a diffusion calculation program, where as the model parameters are proposed with help the experimental results and allows the control of the carburizing process with good accordance to the practical results. Thus it can be concluded that LPC process control method based on the theoretical simulation and experimental datas appears to provide a reasonable tool for prototype LPC system.

수조 성능 향상을 위한 공동 수조 내 방향 전환부 설계 (First Elbow Design for the Improvement of Tunnel Performance)

  • In the cavitation tunnel, the first corner playes role for the flow direction to execute 90-degree turn. So, energy loss is serious, and the cavitation phenomena well occur in the guide vane surface. In this paper, the flow in the first corner was numerically calculated. From the calculation result, cavitation phenomena mainly occurred in the suction side of the last guide vane and vicinity that vane and tunnel wall adjoin each other. And bubbles occurred from all guide vanes if the flow velocity in the test section reaches the any critical value. We could analogize with our experience in the water tunnel that bubbles that occurred in time not vanish, and become miniature in the flow although the pressure recover. So, they circulate with flow in the tunnel, and come into view in the test section. Therefore, first corner must be designed for bubbles not to appear in the test section according to the flow condition like velocity and pressure demanded by the experiment. We analyzed flow in case that the first elbow configuration was redesigned and some of the existing guides vanes were eliminated. And we presented that first elbow can be easely designed for the improvement of tunnel performance through the computational analysis.
