Applicability estimation for cable assembling method of shield tunnel using field test construction (현장 조립 시험시공을 통한 쉴드터널 강연선 체결 기술의 적용성 평가)

  • In this study, the new segment assembling method using cable tensible force was developed to improve the problem of bolt assembling method of shield tunnel. In the field test construction, cable assembling method reduced the assembling time of segment in comparison with bolt assembling method because of guide role of segment shear-key. In the result of measuring the necessary time for segment assembling process, it took 420sec to assemble one segment in bolt method and 400sec to assemble one segment in cable method, but in case of using the cable automatic feeder, it could reduce the necessary time as 60sec in comparison with bolt assembling method. The cable automatic system modeling using BIM, that connected shield TBM also will be utilized in the area of design TBM, excavation plan, method process understanding, construction management and so on.

  • In this study, a new segment assembling method using cable tensible force and island-type shear key was developed to improve the problems of bolt assembling method of shield tunnel. The bolting system and island-type shear key system were compared to analyze the mechanical behavior that occurs in the segment. The study results obtained from structural investigation and numerical analysis technique showed that the shear strength of island-type shear key is higher than that of the bolt system. With the increase of the tensile strength, it is expected that the stability of the segment will be secured.

  • This paper introduces the improvement of connection method for segment in tunnel lining system using prestressed steel cable and presents the results of real-scale tests. It conducted a study about the applicability and mechanical behaviour analysis of the new method that connects segment tunnel lining using prestressed steel cable by real-scale test. Through the research, it was found that the new method has stronger connection than conventional assembling methods. Also, the new method can be expected to have integrated behavior and stability increase of shield tunnel lining. It is considered that the new method is much more effective than conventional assembling methods.

  • Taihan Electric Wire Co. developed accessories(PJ, EB-G, EB-A, EB-O) for 345kV XLPE $1C{\times}600mm^2$ cable as a small size conductor cable, after installed 345kV XLPE $1C{\times}600mm^2$ cable, PJ and EB-G on Youngseo${\sim}$Youngdeungpo project KEPCO planed in 2003. All of 345kV XLPE $1C{\times}600mm^2$ cable Accessories are finished the type tests successfully. Straight joint as a Prefabricated Joint(PJ) had shorter the days of assembling than those of TMJ used on the 154kV XLPE Cable. Particularly, the use of clean booth to prevent the dusts and the penetration of water also had made the quality of jointing improved.

  • Recently, on power system, it is used to high voltage of transmission and distribution due to safe power supply and have high quality and insulation in order to satisfy excellent insulator. Thus, according to underground of high voltage cable, is occurred break down by ground short. Therefore, it is used to high quality XLPE power cable to interrupt instantaneous voltage drop. If it appear inner defect for cable whose have high quality and insulation, it is reduced rapidly due to concentration of electrical field. After assemble to manufacture, in order to inspect cable condition, it is decided much inspection standard. In this paper, In inner defect of assembling cable at manufacture, for measure the variation of insulation condition by void. it tested the variation of insulating characteristics, using $\phi$-q-n distribution variation in partial discharge experiment.
