LCD(liquid crystal display) 기판의 표면검사용 광학장치의 성능평가를 위한 변조전달함수 측정장치를 설계하고 제작하였다. 이 장치에는 3개의 막대물체 모양의 USAF(United States Air Force) 해상도 물체와 적분구로 구성한 물체발생장치와 2차원 CCD(charge coupled device)의 상분석 장치를 사용하였다. 시험렌즈의 변조전달함수는 물체와 상의 명암비를 나눈 명암전달함수를 구한 후 변조 전달함수로 보정하여 변환시켰다. 제작된 평가장치를 이용하여 배율 2.6배, F/13.65의 시험 광학계를 평가하였으며, 공간주파수 62.5 1p/mm에서 자오면에 대해서 30.6 %, 구결면에 대해서 26.1 %의 값을 얻었다.

본 논문에서는 실제 아파트 환경에서 2000번의 주파수 응답에 의한 통계적 UWB 실내 채널 모델을 연구하였다. 측정은 서로 다른 방, 서로 다른 위치에서 이루어 졌으며, 실험 결과를 통해 채널의 전파특성을 이론적으로 설명하였다. Time-domain상에서 측정할 수 있는 channel impulse response (CIR)와 frequency-domain상에서 측정할 수 있는 channel transfer function (CTF) 측정방법을 제안하였다. 측정데이터를 통해서 CIR과 CTF를 비교하여 분석하였고, 통계적 경로손실 모델 또한 제안하였다. 신호 대역은 10MHz에서 8.010Hz까지 사용하였다. 측정결과를 통해 time-domain상에서 확인할 수 있는 maximum excess delay, mean excess delay, ms delay spread를 나타내었다. 송신기와 수신기에는 전방향의 biconical 안테나를 사용하였다. 또한 제안된 아파트 환경에서의 채널 모델은 UMB용 안테나 특성이 포함된 결과이다.

양식산 넙치를 대상으로 아치사 만성농도의 PCBs가 자어기의 원시생식소와 신장의 발달에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 원시생식소 발달 과정은 4단계; 원시생식세포(primodial germ cell, PGC) 단계, 생식융기 (genital ridge type, GRT) 단계, 원시생식소 I형(primitive gonad type I, PGT I) 단계 및 원시생식소 II형(primitive gonad type II, PGT II) 단계로 구분할 수 있었다. 시원생식세포는 부화 후 3일에 발견되었고, 원시 생식소는 대조구에서 부화 후 24일에 나타나며 처리구에서는 부화 후 22일에 나타났다. 신장 발달과정은 4단계; 단일관형 중신관(unitubular type of mesonephric duct, UTMD) 단계, 분지형 중신관(the branched mesonephric duct, BMD) 단계, 세뇨관 형성(convoluted tubule formation CTF) 단계 및 사구체 출현(glomerulus appearance, GA) 단계로 구분할 수 있었으며, 신장의 구조적 완성시기는 대조구와 처리구 모두 부화 후 25∼30일로 나타났다. 하지만 원시 생식소와 신장 모두 대조구와 처리구에서 유의한 차를 보이지 않았다 (P>0.05). 그러므로, 넙치 자어기의 원시 생식소와 신장의 발달에 따른 PCBs(3.0 $\mu\textrm{g}$/L)의 영향은 없었다.

한국형발사체 추진기관 개발을 위한 연소기 연소시험설비, 터보펌프 실매질 시험설비, 엔진 지상 및 고공모사 연소시험설비, 추진기관시스템 시험설비 구축 계획에 대해 간략히 기술하였다. 연소기, 터보펌프, 엔진 시험설비에서는 75톤급 액체로켓엔진의 부품 및 엔진시스템의 개발 및 인증시험을 수행할 예정이고, 추진기관시스템시험설비에서는 한국형발사체 1/2/3단용 추진기관시스템의 개발 시험을 수행할 예정이다. 추진기관 시험설비는 나로우주센터에 건설될 예정이며 구축 일정, 예산, 안전거리, 효율성 등을 고려하여 구축하고자 한다.

This paper proposed an Inter-Carrier-Interference (ICI) Canceling Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) receiver for 5G mobile system to support 500 km/h linear motor high speed terrestrial transportation service. A receiver in such high-speed train sees the transmission channel which is composed of multiple Doppler-shifted propagation paths. Then, a loss of sub-carrier orthogonality due to Doppler-spread channels causes ICI. The ICI Canceler is realized by the following three steps. First, using the Demodulation Reference Symbol (DMRS) pilot signals, it analyzes three parameters such as attenuation, relative delay, and Doppler-shift of each multi-path component. Secondly, based on the sets of three parameters, Channel Transfer Function (CTF) of sender sub-carrier number 𝒏 to receiver sub-carrier number 𝒍 is generated. In case of 𝒏≠𝒍, the CTF corresponds to ICI factor. Thirdly, since ICI factor is obtained, by applying ICI reverse operation by Multi-Tap Equalizer, ICI canceling can be realized. ICI canceling performance has been simulated assuming severe channel condition such as 500 km/h, 2 path reverse Doppler Shift for QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM and 256QAM modulations. In particular, for modulation schemes below 16QAM, we confirmed that the difference between BER in a 2 path reverse Doppler shift environment and stationary environment at a moving speed of 500 km/h was very small when the number of taps in the multi-tap equalizer was set to 31 taps or more. We also confirmed that the BER performance in high-speed mobile communications for multi-level modulation schemes above 64QAM is dramatically improved by the use of a multi-tap equalizer.

The upstream regulatory region (URR) of bovine papillomavirus type 1 (BPV) contains promoters and a conditional transcriptional enhancer that is trans-activated by the viral E2 protein. After deleting the 5' and 3' ends of BPV URR, BamHI linkers were inserted into several positions of BPV URR without causing an addition or a deletion of URR sequences. Most linker scanning mutations did not show any effects on the transcription of P7940 and P89 promoters in BPV URR. However, several mutants showed reduced transcriptional activities. Based on our results we found that the AP-2 and Sp1 binding sites were important for basal level transcription of BPV URR in the absence of the E2 protein and that the CTF/NF-1 site is dispensable for E2 transactivation of BPV URR transcription.

The electrical characteristics of Metal-Ferroelectric-Nitride-Oxide-Silicon (MFNOS) structure is studied and compared to the conventional Silicon-Oixde-Nitride-Oxide-Silicon (SONOS) capacitor. The ferroelectric blocking layer is SrBiNbO (SBN with Sr/Bi ratio 1-x/2+x) with the thickness of 200 nm and is fabricated by the RF sputter. The memory windows of MFNOS and SONOS capacitors with sweep voltage from +10 V to -10 V are 6.9 V and 5.9 V, respectively. The effect of ferroelectric blocking layer and charge trapping on the memory window was discussed. The retention of MFNOS capacitor also shows the 10-years and longer retention time than that of the SONOS capacitor. The better retention properties of the MFNOS capacitor may be attributed to the charge holding effect by the polarization of ferroelectric layer.

A goat ${\beta}$-casein gene was cloned and sequenced. Our previous study had determined the nucleotide sequences of the 5' flanking region and the structural gene including all 9 exons. In the present study, investigations were done on the regulatory sequences in the 5' flanking region of the goat ${\beta}$-casein gene by aligning and comparing it with the same gene from other mammals. The results showed that -200/-1 bp of the 5' flanking sequences contained six conserved clusters, in which the sites of gene expression regulated by the transcription factor and hormone might exist. It showed that fourteen glucocorticoid receptor elements, two cAMP responsive elements, two SV40 virus enhancer core sequences, two OCT-1 binding elements and one CTF/NF-1 binding element were dispersed in the 5' flanking region of goat ${\beta}$-casein gene. Our findings are perhaps valuable for the elucidation of the molecular mechanisms that control the expression of the goat ${\beta}$-casein gene.

In this paper modeled UWB system transmission channel in apartment environment while furniture and household electric appliance etc. existed. We measured from 10MHz to 16.01GHz by using method of CIR and CTF in both LOS and NLOS environment. Also we design channel model simulator by MATLAB. The Result of Simulation shows BER characteristics by SNR.

편리한 블로그 사용과 블로그에서의 정보 탐색을 위해서는 내용에 기반한 분류가 필요하다. 대부분의 블로그 사이트에서는 내용 기반 분류를 제공하고 있으나, 블로거들은 자신이 작성한 블로그에 대한 수동 분류를 입력하지 않는 경우가 많다. 본 논문에서는 분류가 제공되는 블로그 사이트에서 각 분류별 문서를 수집하고, 어휘빈도와 문서빈도, 분류별 빈도를 활용하여 문서 내 어휘의 자질 가중치를 부여하고, 다양한 학습기를 이용하여 분류 모델을 생성한 뒤 블로그의 특성에 적합한 자질 추출 알고리즘과 분류 알고리즘을 찾아낸다. 실험에서는 본 논문에서 고안한 CTF-IECDF와 나이브 베이즈 멀티노미얼로 조합한 분류 모델이 75.40%의 분류 정확률을 보였다.
