This study explored the current implementation status of corporate social responsibility (CSR) among textiles and apparel manufacturers and retailers in Korea, based on the Triple Bottom Line (TBL). We also investigated the provision of information related to CSR practices on the websites of companies. A quantitative content analysis was conducted to analyze the website disclosures of 61 listed companies categorized in the textiles, apparel, shoes, and luxury industry. Analysis was focused on the presence, accessibility, and the level of CSR website disclosure. Seven themes emerged by applying the constant comparison analysis. Using Scott's formula for pi, a high level of inter-coder reliability was achieved, ranging from 0.91 to 0.97. Regarding the three dimensions of CSR suggested in TBL, economic dimension was relatively more emphasized in the website disclosures of most companies, compared to social and environment dimensions. Website disclosures were further investigated, based on the product categories of each company. Limitations of this study and suggestions for future studies are discussed.

The KPI of the four perspectives in BSC need to modify because of the change of management environment. In particular, the KPI of the financial perspective needs to modify necessarily. The KPI of financial perspective has been consisted of short-term measures: net profit current year, operating profit, ROE, ROIC, and EVA. But this financial indicators cannot afford to represent essential corporate sustainability management in the change of management environment. So this study suggests CSV(Creating Shared Value) as an additional KPI of financial perspective. And this study investigates whether CSV represents business performance as the additional KPI in BSC adoption firms. To verify a hypothesis, the sample includes listed firms announcing CSR index publicly between 2005 and 2010. The results of this study are summarized as follows. The high CSV firms is higher on the value relevance of firm in comparison with low CSV firms. Moreover, The firm value of BSC adoption firms is lower than otherwise, but it is insignificant. Limitation of Our study is that we have no choice but to use dummy variable. Because it is a material question as CSV measurement. Nevertheless, contribution of our study is to suggest new KPI of BSC perspective to meet management environment.

In today's fast-paced capitalistic society, a primary concern is whether to invest capital in any way to increase profits. In recent years, many companies have emphasized ethics and practiced corporate social responsibility activities. These activities are not only required to have at the end of the company. Bringing the ultimate goal of profit maximization is one way to contribute to the development of society and the economy. Investors are aware of corporate social responsibility activities and have begun to reflect this in their investments. We studied the behavior of a newly incorporated company's stock price on the KRX SRI Index using a scale that indicates the level of social responsibility for companies in the domestic stock market. Socially responsible investment involves an excellent company that looks out and looks for additional effects on the stock price of imports and improves the reliability of investors through an event study. The results show that the company we examined has a positive impact on the market. This study confirms the hypothesis that additional stock market reaction will occur when superior companies are newly incorporated in the KRX SRI Index and gain investors' trust. The results demonstrate that becoming a newly incorporated corporation in the KRX SRI Index is positive information to investors.
