Between multiple components of the building, materials have a direct impact on the environment. For many researchers have proposed guidelines for green design materials. However they didnt provide concrete criteria for selecting materials for selecting materials for achieving green design. From the perspective of this point, this paper proposes. Performance information expressed numerically is the most important factor. The purpose of this study is to provide the specific information about the performance of materials that has been ranked quantitatively. The performance information can be utilited in selecting materials for green design.

본 연구는 수자원개발사업과 관련하여 국내 엔지니어링 업체나 기관이 세계시장에 진출하여 수자원개발사업 시행시 국제적으로 통용될 수 있는 공사시방서(영문)를 작성하는 데에 필요한 국제 전문시방서(영문)의 작성방향 정립을 위한 연구이다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위하여 수자원개발사업 관련 국내외 시방서를 조사, 분석하였다. 그리고 이 시방서들을 이용하여 국제적인 수자원개발사업에 적용하기 위한 전문시방서(영문) 작성방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. (1) 국제 전문시방서 작성의 원전이 되는 공종별 선진 외국 시방서는 북미 쪽과 유럽 쪽의 시방서 중 어느 한 쪽 시방서를 원전으로 삼되, 국내 전문가들에게 친숙하여 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 시방서를 원전으로 삼는 것이 필요하다. (2) 국제 전문시방서의 공종분류체계는 국제적인 시방서 공종분류체계에 따라 작성하되, 세계 전역에서 널리 사용되고 있는 미국시방서협회(CSI)의 MasterFormat(2004) 공종분류체계를 준용하는 것이 추천된다. (3) 국제 전문시방서의 표준규격, 적용법령 등 공사관리 방식은 국제적인 표준규격을 적용하고, 국제적으로 통용될 수 있는 내용으로 작성하는 것이 필요하다.
