  • This study was conducted to identify factors influencinging confidence in performing patient safety management (PSM) of nursing students. The subjects of this study were 230 nursing students in four universities in two cities. Data were collected between June 22 and June 26, 2020 using by completing structured self report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0. programs. In correlation analysis, significant positive correlations were found between confidence in performing PSM, PSM knowledge(r=.321, p<.001), PSM attitude(r=.584, p<.001), and clinical decision making ability(𝛽=.460, p<.001). In multiple regression analysis, PSM attitude(𝛽=.35, p=.005) and clinical decision making ability(𝛽=.23, p<.001) were factors predicting confidence in performing PSM, which explained 34.2% of the variance in the model. Therefore, we emphasize that continuing customized convergence educational programs are required to improve nursing student's confidence in performing PSM.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of Agile Culture, which is attracting attention as an organizational culture suitable for responding to changes in the recent corporate management environment, and to reveal the roles and relationships of leadership, Perceived Organizational Support(POS), and Agile Culture. The research was conducted on the employees of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and its subsidiaries, and SmartPLS 3.3.2 was mainly used for the research model test. As a result of the study, both Servant Leadership and Authentic Leadership had a positive effect on POS, and POS had a significant effect on all sub-dimensions of Agile Culture(Empowerment, Collective Intelligence and Continuous Learning). In addition, POS mediated the effects of the above two leaderships on Collective Intelligence and Empowerment, but there was no mediating effect in the relationship with Continuous Learning. These results suggest that leadership and Employees' perceptions of organizational support are important to build an Agile Culture.

  • Recently, due to the many features and advantages of cloud computing, cloud service is being introduced to countless industries around the world at an unbelievably rapid pace. With the rapid increase in the introduction of multi-cloud based services, security vulnerabilities are increasing, and the risk of data leakage from cloud computing services are also expected to increase. Therefore, this study will propose an AWS Well-Architected based security architecture configuration method such as AWS standard security architecture, AWS shared security architecture model that can be applied for personal information security including cost effective of cloud services for better security in AWS cloud service. The AWS security architecture proposed in this study are expected to help many businesses and institutions that are hoping to establish a safe and reliable AWS cloud system.

  • Currently, NTIS (National Technology Information Service) is building an interactive search service based on artificial intelligence technology. In order to understand users' search intentions and provide R&D information, an interactive search service is built based on deep learning models and morpheme analyzers. The deep learning model learns based on the log data loaded when using NTIS and interactive search services and understands the user's search intention. And it provides task information through step-by-step search. Understanding the search intent makes exception handling easier, and step-by-step search makes it easier and faster to obtain the desired information than integrated search. For future research, it is necessary to expand the range of information provided to users.

  • In this paper, an optimal controller design that guarantees absolute stability is proposed. The order of application of the thesis determines whether the delay time is included, and if the delay time is included, the delay time is approximated through the Pade approximation method. Then, the open loop transfer function for the process model and the controller transfer function is obtained, and the absolute stability interval is calculated by the Routh-Hurwitz discrimination method. In the last step, the optimal Proportional and Integral and Derivative(PID) control parameter value is calculated using a genetic algorithm using the interval obtained in the previous step. As a result, it was confirmed that the proposed method guarantees stability and is superior to the existing method in performance index by designing an optimal controller. If we study the compensation method for the delay time in the future, it is judged that better performance indicators will be obtained.

  • With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution, solutions that apply AI technology are being actively developed. Since 2017, the introduction of business automation solutions using AI-based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has begun in the financial sector and insurance companies, and recently, it is entering a time when it spreads past the stage of introducing RPA solutions. Among the business automation using these RPA solutions, it is very important how accurately textual information in the document is recognized for business automation using various documents. Such character recognition has recently increased its accuracy by introducing deep learning technology, but there is still no recognition model with perfect recognition accuracy. Therefore, in this paper, we checked how much accuracy is improved when pre- and post-processor technologies are applied to deep learning-based character recognition engines, and implemented RPA recognition engines and linkage technologies.

  • This study examined the dynamic role that automation has had upon employment, productivity, and profitability. For the analysis, 342 companies of the Workplace Panel Survey of the Korea Labor Institute conducted from 2005 to 2015 was used. For analytical models, the fixed effect model, which is capable of controlling the endogeneity problems of variables, was used. According to the analysis results, the increased ratio of automation in Korean companies (1) resulted in the increase of turnover in the short and long terms, a temporary decrease in employment, and (2) a decrease of productivity in the short and medium terms, and thereby (3) failing to change profitability in a positive manner.

  • This study was conducted to promote male nursing students' adaptation to college life by identifying life stress, grit, and degree of adaptation to college life, and the effect of grit mediating effect on the relationship between life stress and college life adjustment. became The subjects of this study were 209 male nursing college students enrolled in nursing departments in 5 major cities. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 25.0. Life stress showed a significant negative correlation with college life adaptation and grit, but grit showed a positive correlation with college life adaptation. As a result of mediating effect verification, the final model explained 43.5% of college life adaptation. Therefore, in order to improve male nursing students' adaptation to college life, it is required to develop a program that can lower life stress and increase grit and college life adaptation level.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the influences of the communication capability, the interpersonal relationship satisfaction, and the feeling of self-efficacy of the middle aged men on their psychological feeling of well-being. The survey was performed on 208 employees of 5 ordinary corporations. Data were collected using a structured questionnaires and analysed with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical regression. Study findings revealed that the factors that had the influences on the psychological well-being of the middle-aged men were the communication ability(β=.23, t=3.07, p=.002) and self-efficacy(β=.44, t=6.91, p=.000). And the explanation power of the regression model appeared as being 59.4%(F=24.30, p=.000). The findings indicate the necessity of developing nursing intervention programs for the middle-aged men to improve psychological well-being by enhancing communication ability and self-efficacy.
