An E-capless AC-DC CRM Flyback LED Driver with Variable On-time Control

  • LED is a promising new generation of green lighting with the advantages of high efficiency, good optical performance, long lifetime and environmental friendliness. A pulsating current can be used to drive LEDs. However, current with a high peak-to-average ratio is unfavorable for LEDs. A novel control scheme for the ac-dc critical conduction mode (CRM) flyback LED driver is proposed in this paper. By using the input voltage, output voltage and average output current to control the turn-on time of the switch, the peak-to-average ratio of the output current can be reduced. The operation principle is analyzed and an implementation circuit is put forward. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

  • 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 발전은 사용자들로 하여금 많은 정보들은 손쉽고 빠르게 접할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 이로 인해 사용자들의 정보 수집 및 활용의 수준 또한 높아져 방대한 분량의 정보가 이용되고 있으며, 원하는 정보를 얻는데 많은 시간이 소비되고 있다. 따라서 사용자들은 신속하고 정확하게 필요한 정보만을 요구하게 된다. 입찰정보도 그 대표적인 예로 볼 수 있는데 간단한 입찰정보의 제공만이 아닌 입찰정보의 분석과 결과물을 고객의 특성에 맞게 서비스를 제공해줌으로써 e-CRM 개념의 고객 맞춤형 입찰정보 형태로 변해가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 입찰정보를 사용하는 고객들의 특성을 입찰 성향에 근거하여 조사하고 결과를 토대로 입찰정보를 분석한다. 이를 토대로 고객들에게 신속하고 정확한 입찰정보를 제공해주기 위한 여러 기법들을 통합하여 최적의 입찰정보를 제공하는 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

  • General customer uses internet, SMS(Short Message Service), ATM(Automated Teller Machine), DM(Direct Mail), and telephony services, etc, for service of big businesses and small and medium enterprises, securities, financial institutions, bank. In particular, the case of Fire insurance & Securities, financial institutions, banks must meet Real-Time constrain control through QoS(Quality of Service) ensure. In this paper, we design and implement a system model about Fault-Tolerance IVR(Interactive Voice Response) of Multi Channel Service based on CRM(Customer Relationship Management) environment for the first inbound position of customer. The proposed model can be widely used in Large-scale Customer Response service.

  • CTI(Computer and Telephony Integration) 기술이 1970년대 처음 선 보인 이래, 정보통신 기술의 눈부신 발전과 함께 그 인기가 날로 높아져 가고 있다. 정보기술(Information Technology)의 발전으로 향상된 컴퓨터의 기능을 활용한 다양한 서비스가 출현하면서 고객과 기업간의 상호 접촉이 증가되고 있다. 과거의 CTI기술은 Inbound 위주의 Voice and Call Communication 만을 위한 소극적인 개념이었으나, 현재의 대 다수의 기업들은 좀더 발전된 CTI 기술을 활용하고 있다. 최근 들어 기업간의 경쟁이 치열해지고 고객에 대한 우위를 높이기 위해 새로운 돌파구가 필요했다. 이에 대한 경영 솔루션으로, 인터넷 환경을 통합한 CITI(Computer and Internet Telephony Integration)와 eCRM 개념을 활용한 시스템의 사용으로 질 높은 서비스와 매출증대, 경비절감 등과 같은 경쟁력을 개선시킬 수 있었다. 본 논문은 CTI 기술과 CRM 개념을 활용한 시스템을 설계 구현하였다 이는, 전화의 호 전송, 호수신, 호 전달 등의 기능과 CTI 와 사설교환기(PBX)의 링크를 통합한 시스템이다. 제안된 시스템은 콜센터(Call Center)나 기타 고객의 접촉이 집중된 기업에 응용 되도록 설계되었다.

  • Nowadays, most domestic construction companies are concentrating their interests on IT areas, so a variety advanced techniques such as CRM, SCM, ERP have been adopted by them. this is one of the ways to survive in the domestic market. It is the current tendency in the construction business. But, Home Pages of domestic construction companies are composed of simple structures which are limited to simple advertisements of each company or simple system application. It has been reported that customers are still maintaining low participation in this situation. This study first will analyze implementation situations in other business area's and survey people's opinions in construction-related areas. Then we will provide basic data for web-site's stimulation of construction companies.

  • Rotorcraft operating in the domestic aviation safety techniques are applied CRM training is conducted but, aircraft accidents caused by human factors has not shown a declining trend. Thus, knowledge of aviation safety and human factors for the spread of awareness of improved rotorcraft flight operations department managers to understand the complexity of nature and culture, and to perform high-risk mission helicopter pilot study of local activation and enhance safety awareness research was conducted in order to. In this study, the development direction of CRM training studies in order to identify the leading NOTECHS (Non-Technical Skills; non-technical pilot skills) of the four categories as the independent variable and the dependent variable corresponding to the resulting effect on the key variables awareness of the differences were studied. In addition, the direction and strength of the relationship were analyzed to determine the relationship of each independent variable to assess the impact on the dependent variable regression analysis was performed. Pilot training and evaluation of non-technical skills related to the teaching reflected in the CRM training and assessment must be carried out with 5 star rating scale was preferred. Therefore, to meet our country rotorcraft operating environment 'NOTECHS' aviation safety by developing training programs reflected in the educational process, implementation, and periodic training and assessment is done in future research on this analysis and feedback is done to reflect the specific performance expect.

Research on Consumer Responses to Similar Social Value Seeking Activities Conducted by Fashion Social Enterprises and Cause-Related Marketing (패션 사회적기업과 공익연계마케팅의 유사한 사회적가치 추구 활동에 대한 소비자 반응 연구)

  • This study first investigates relationships among fashion consumer's positive emotion toward social value seeking activities (SVSA), enterprise image (EI), enterprise-perceived quality (EPQ), and purchase intention. Additionally, it demonstrates if the confirmed relationships are different in similar SVSA between social enterprise and cause-related marketing (CRM). An online experiment using a 2 (the implementation organization of social values: social enterprise vs CRM) ${\times}2$ (SVSA: support of vulnerable group vs environmental protection) factorial design was conducted to test the established hypotheses. Participants were randomly assigned to one of four conditions, and the collected data were analyzed using a partial least squares structure equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and partial least squares multi-group analysis (PLS-MGA). The results revealed that positive emotion toward SVSA directly influenced EI and purchase intention. EI and EPQ were identified as sequential mediators linking positive emotion toward SVSA and purchase intention. A finding for similarity in consumer response paths between social enterprises and CRM highlights that social enterprises need to develop a marketing strategy distinguished from CRM.

  • The CRM(Customer Relationship Management) is a business strategy model which can reap higher profits and can provide a competitive edge to an enterprise in today's new business environments. Early next year (2009), the Capital Market Consolidation Act will be in effect in South Korea. This is required for a qualitative growth to provide QoS (Quality of Service) and ensure growth in finance, IT industry & service. Accordingly, the securities and insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions make efforts to improve their derivative financial product and also enhance their services. In this paper we design and implement a Channel Server model for a Scalable Service Channel Server to efficiently manage the high volumes of inbound customer interactions based on the requirements of a CRM center. The proposed Scalable Service Channel Server supports integration with other third party service and standardization of multiple inbound service channels. The proposed model can be efficiently used in an inbound CRM center of any banking, finance, securities and insurance establishments.

  • The CRM(Customer Relationship Management) is the business strategy model for higher profits and competitive power of the enterprise in a new business environment. The large-scale customer response service technique uses internet, e-mail, SMS (Short Message Service), Telephony service, DM(Direct Mail) by customer channel point. Recently, business model diversify for new contract and retaining existing customer to the effort for a profitable model of business. This paper is based on Avaya PDS(Predictive Dialing System) model for CRM bond center. If the number of "available" agents are less than the number of inbound channels, then there may be real-time response problems in PDS system implemented. The Organization cannot afford to have many agents in available mode because of the high cost of manpower. This paper provides two contributions to the study. First, we present Call Object Management Mechanism of Customer Channel integration for reduce outbound consulting and reduce CallBack data in the PDS. Second, we design and implement the proposed system. Our simulation results show analysis of old model and proposed model. The proposed model can be efficiently used in Large-scale CRM.

This paper aims to present the safe data integrity modules of the wireless internet terminal, for service providing correct real-time promotion information, by using users' disposition, situation, Purchase information.
