The ceramic filters were developed using technology similar to that of quartz crystal and electromechanical filter. However, the key to this development involved the theoretical analysis of vibration modes and material improvements of piezoelectric ceramics. The primary application of ceramic filters has been for consumer-market use. Accordingly, a major emhpasis has involved mass production technology, leading to low-priced devices. A typical ceramic filter includes monolithic resonators and capacitors packaged in unique configurations. Nakazawa developed a double-mode resonator as two acoustically coupled single resonators. And he developed 10.7MHz crystal filters using multi-energy trapping mode of thickness shear vibration. He succeeded in realizing a two-pole band pass filter response without external inductance by splitting a dot electrode to creat coupled symmetric and antisymmetric vibration modes. Accordingly, the simulation for ceramic filter were important. So that, this paper were investigated the pass frequency of filter on the electrode length and thickness of ceramic.

본고에서는 기술정보를 관리할 필요성을 느끼면서도 재정적인 이유와 조직구조상의 문제로 정보관리실이나 정보관리담당자를 둘 수 없는 중소기업이 낮은 비용으로 기술정보를 효과적으로 관리함으로써 업무의 중복을 피할 수 있고 기술혁신을 가져올 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 방안은 차세대 웹 브라우저로 등장하고 있는 하이퍼웨이브를 기술정보관리시스템으로 활용하는 것으로서 다음과 같은 장점을 가지고 있다. 첫째, 하이퍼웨이브는 어느 누구나 기술정보를 용이하게 관리할 수 있다. 둘째, 하이퍼웨이브를 이용하여 기술정보를 관리할 경우 정보자료의 입력, 수정, 삭제를 용이하게 할 수 있다. 셋째, 하이퍼웨이브 시스템은 관련된 문헌 혹은 이미지들을 연결시키기 위해 링크를 간단하게 생성할 수 있다. 넷째, 다양한 검색기법을 제공한다. 다섯째, 하이퍼웨이브는 가격이 저렴하고 기업의 특성을 살려서 기술정보를 조직할 수 있다.

This paper is to clarify a cognitive structure of green environment in the traditional urban residential areas. The following is the result of analysis; 1) According to the survey of created actual condition of the green environment, the main space was consisted of court(74%). The percentage of preference locations for green environment at the court and the alley are 71, 60 respectively. The main reason to creat green environment resulted admiration and enjoyment. 2) The degree of $\ulcorner$agreeableness$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$nobleness$\lrcorner$ of the house were increased by creating green environment in a house, and the degree of $\ulcorner$neighborhood$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$familarity$\lrcorner$ were increased by creating green environment out side of house. 3) According to the analysis of a correlation between the degree of satisfaction and the image, $\ulcorner$agreeableness$\lrcorner$ has an interrelation with all factors of image. Therefore, the creating of $\ulcorner$agreeableness$\lrcorner$ is a main problem for raising the whole image of the residential areas.

서지데이타베이스는 창작성이 있는 경우와 없는 경우의 두가지로 나눌 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 전자에 대하여는 저작권법의 문제를, 후자에 대하여는 특별입법을 고려하는 차원에서 검토한다. 그리하여 도서관 및 정보서비스 기관의 협동에 의하여 제작되는 각종 데이타베이스의 보호를 위한 현행 저작권법의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 둘째 서지유틸리티 데이타베이스 이외에 도서관 등에서 제작된 서지데이타베이스가 소재의 선택이나 배열에 창작성의 결여로 저작권 보호를 받지 못하는 경우 이를 위한 법적 방안을 제시하였다.

This study attempted to creat patent map 163 cases of patent for technology of apparel design using computer technology and researched the trend of Patent application by count교, technologies, applicant and filing date. In regard to application by country, the United States mark the first place with 99 cases (61%), Japan marks the second with 34 cases (21%), Korea the third with 19 cases (12%). Comparing the patent applications in specialized technologies, we find the United States is overwhelming the technologies for garment Production Process, Patterning Process and preparatory process, and Japan is currently undergoing development work in this area, while most of Korean applications are focused in the technologies for selection or substitution methods related to Purchase and sale of apparels, body image and design service Therefore, it is required to preoccupy and defend patent rights as well as develop technologies aggressively and extensively in preparation for the expansion of e-commerce market. Analysing the speed of progress in technology in terms of number of applicants and application cases, we can say it entered into developing stage from the middle of 1990s and it seems that they will continue the development work from now on. in case of Korea, they began in 1996, somewhat late, but reached a similar level with the United States in 2000.

The purpose of the current study is to examine the aerodynamic characteristics of two hypersonic vehicles in near space. One is derived from waverider shape, and the other from liftbody. The objective of this study are threefold. The first is to creat an computational database for hypersonic vehicle configurations. The second is to examine the effects of individual vehicle components on hypersonic configurations and to determine the differences in aerodynamic characteristics that result from integrating all vehicle components. The third objective is to evaluate the controllability of each of the fully integrated vehicles and the effectiveness of the control surface design. These objectives were accomplished using DSMC solutions and aerodynamic code developed in Northwestern Polytechnical University. The results are analyzed also in three sections. First, the results of the waverider shape and liftbody shape without integrated vehicle components are presented. Second, the results of adding aircraft components to the waverider shape and liftbody shape are presented. Finally, the aerodynamic characteristics of the fully integrated waverider-derived configuration and liftbody-derived configuration are examined and compared with those of the pure waverider shape and liftbody shape. Comparation between fully integrated waverider-derived configuration and liftbody-derived configuration are also presented in this paper.

Surrealism, appeared in the beginning of the 20th century and affected almost all art fields, is one of the most representative art trends. Surrealism, not restricted from any rules and traditions but tried to produce a new appreciations in the world of dream and unconsciousness, also has affected fashion. In this paper, I have tried to find out how the surrealism has been expressed in the modern fashion, especially in Thierry Mugller's design. Thierry Mugler is one of the most famous designers who have expressed surrealism in their fashion designs. I have classified his designs and researched them by the application into the human body and the nature, by the metaphor and transformation of things, and by the metamorphosis of location and an optical illusion. It was based on Depaysement which is one of the ways in surrealistic expressions. The result of the study is followings; First, surrealism made fashion design possible to creat unlimitedly and sublimated it anew modern beauty by attempting the varieties of the fashion, not restricted from any rules and traditions. Second, surrealism made the general public to complete anew recognition and valuation about fashion by expressing the external character and the internal meaning on the clothes. Third, surrealism made people to recognize, which clothes is not simply wearing thing but also one of the art expression forms.

본 연구는 국내 최초로 설립되는 해사중재센터에 대한 실무적 관점에서 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 따라서 해사중재의 특징과 적합성에 대한 조사를 진행하였으며 해사중재센터가 가지게 될 의의에 대해 제시하였다. 그리고 해사중재센터가 앞으로 해사 분야에서 국제적 명성을 얻기 위해서는 다음의 사항들이 계획성 있게 마련되어 진행되어야 할 것이다. 우선 해사중재에 적합한 중재규칙을 제정해야 한다. 그리고 중재에 있어 가장 중요한 요소라 할 수 있는 중재인 양성 프로그램이 준비되어야 한다. 또한 실무분야에 종사하는 사람들과의 공감대 형성을 위해 다양한 프로그램 개발 및 간담회 등을 추진해야 한다. 이밖에 절차 진행이 제대로 이루어지기 위해 법원 등과의 유대관계가 필요할 것이다. 끝으로 중장기적 전략을 수립하기 위한 방안으로서 학계와 공동으로 연구를 진행해야 할 것이다.

지금까지 군인가족(배우자) 복지를 주제로 한 연구는 주로 소극적 복지차원에서 군인아파트 개선, 별거가족 치료 및 심리안정, 복지시설 개선 등에 한정됨으로써 군인가족의 취업지원 등과 같은 적극적인 지원 정책과 노력은 미흡하였다. 군인가족에 대한 최고의 복지는 수혜적 복지가 아니라 취업을 통한 능동적인 복지라 할 수 있다. 때문에 군인가족의 취업 확대를 위해서는 잦은 이사, 별거, 격오지 거주 등 열악한 취업 환경에 처해 있는 군인가족의 취업제약 요인들을 극복하기 위한 방안이 강구되어야 한다. 또한 군인가족 복지에 대한 인식의 전환, 군인가족에 대한 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램 확대 적용의 법제화, 지자체 및 관련 기관과의 협업을 통한 취업기회 확대, 국방개혁과 연계한 군인가족 유망 일자리 창출 등과 같은 적극적인 정책이 추진되어야 한다. 이를 위해 이 글은 정부기관 및 지방자치단체, 군부대의 협업 노력을 강조하고 있다.
