CPC 코드 기반 사물인터넷(IoT) 특허의 기술 연관성 규칙 분석 (Analysis of Technology Association Rules Between CPC Codes of the 'Internet of Things(IoT)' Patent)

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 ICT 기반기술의 핵심인 사물인터넷 특허의 CPC 코드 기반 기술 연관성 규칙 분석에 관한 것이다. 데이터 마이닝을 위한 오픈 소스인 R을 이용하여 CPC 코드간 기술 연관성 규칙을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 2019년 7월까지 특허청에 출원된 사물인터넷(Internet of Things) 관련 특허 605건 중 복합 CPC 코드를 가지는 369건을 대상으로 서브클래스(Subclass) 수준까지 분석하였다. 기술 연관성 규칙 분석 결과 지지도가 높은 CPC 코드는 [H04W ${\rightarrow}$ H04L](18.2%), [H04L ${\rightarrow}$ H04W](18.2%), [G06Q ${\rightarrow}$ H04L](17.3%), [H04L ${\rightarrow}$ G06Q](17.3%), [H04W ${\rightarrow}$ G06Q](9.8%), [G06Q ${\rightarrow}$ H04W](9.8%), [G06F ${\rightarrow}$ H04L](7.9%), [H04L ${\rightarrow}$ G06F](7.9%), [G06F ${\rightarrow}$ G06Q](6.2%), [G06Q ${\rightarrow}$ G06F](6.2%), [G06F ${\rightarrow}$ G06Q](6.2%) 순이고, CPC 코드간 상호 연결망을 분석한 결과 기술 연관성 관련 핵심 CPC 코드는 G06Q와 H04L이다. 본 연구 결과를 활용하면 앞으로의 특허 경향을 예상해 볼 수 있다.

세포 함유 젤라틴 파이버 응용을 통한 골 재생 유도용 인산칼슘 생체재료 세포 탑재 연구 (Cell-laden Gelatin Fiber Contained Calcium Phosphate Biomaterials as a Stem Cell Delivery Vehicle for Bone Repair)

  • Natural and synthetic forms of calcium phosphate cement (CPC) have been widely used in bone repair and augmentation. The major challenge of injectable CPC is to deliver the cells without cell death in order to regenerate new bone. The study objective was to investigate for the potential of stem cell-laden gelatin fibers containing injectable, nanocrystalline CPC to function as a delivery system. Gelatin noddle fiber method was developed to delivered cells into nCPC. Experimental groups were prepared by mixing cells with nCPC, mixing cell-laden gelatin fibers with nCPC and mixing cell-laden gelatin fibers containing BMP-2 with nCPC. Media diffusion test was conducted after dissolving the gelatin fibers. SEM examined the generated channels and delivered cell morphology. Fibers mixed with nCPC showed physical setting and hardening within 20 min after injection and showed good shape maintenances. The gelatin fibers mixed nCPC group had several vacant channels generated from the dissolved gelatin. Particularly, proliferation and attachment of the cells were observed inside of the channels. While live cells were not observed in the cell mixed nCPC group, cells delivered with the gelatin fibers into the nCPC showed good viability and increased DNA content with culture. Cell-laden gelatin fiber was a novel method for cell delivery into nCPC without cell damages. Results also indicated the osteogenic differentiation of gelatin fiber delivered cells. We suggest that the cell-laden gelatin fibers mixed with nCPC can be used as an injectable cell delivery vehicle and the addition of BMP-2 to enhances osteogenesis.

2종의 경화액과 혼합된 calcium phosphate cement의 유변학적 성질에 관한 연구 (Rheological Properties of Calcium Phosphate Cement Mixed with 2 Kinds of Setting Solution)

  • Calcium phosphate cement (CPC)는 우수한 생체 친화성을 바탕으로 치과 및 의과 쪽에서 성공적인 bone substitute로 사용되어 왔다. 긴 경화시간 및 washout tendency 등 CPC의 단점을 개선하기 위해 다양한 종류의 경화액 및 첨가제등에 대한 연구가 이루어졌다. 그러나 첨가제의 종류에 따른 CPC paste의 점탄성을 정량적으로 비교한 연구는 많지 않다. 이 연구에서는 2% hydroxyprophyl methylcellulose (HPMC)와 35% polyacrylic acid (PAA)의 두 가지 경화액과 혼합된 CPC의 유변학적 성질을 관찰하고 비교하고자 하였다. Dicalcium phosphate dihydrate (DCPD)를 2% HPMC 및 35% PAA와 각각 1:1의 분액비로 30초간 섞은 후 cone and plate geometry를 가지는 rheometer를 사용하여 frequency sweep test와 time sweep test를 통해 shear storage modulus (G'), shear loss modulus (G''), 그리고 complex viscosity (${\eta}^*$)를 측정하였다. 2% HPMC군과 35% PAA군의 complex viscostiy의 차이를 Mann-whitney test with Bonferroni's collection을 사용하여 분석하였다. 실험결과 2% HPMC 및 35% PAA 군 모두에서 shear thinning과 yield behavior등 pseudoplastic property를 보였으며 complex viscosity는 HPMC 군에서 PAA 군보다 통계적으로 유의성 있게 높았다. (p<0.05).

가시파래 수용성 다당의 추출 및 화학적 조성 (Extraction and Chemical Composition of Soluble Polysaccharide from Green Laver, Enteromorpha prolifera)

  • 국내에서 양식되는 가시파래 (E. prolifera)의 효율적 이용과 새로운 기능성 식품소재로서 사용하기 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위해 가시파래의 수용성 다당을 추출 후 CPC와 음이온 교환수지로 분획하여 화학적 특성을 조사하였다. 가사파래를 열수로 3회 반복하여 추출하여 얻은 수용성 다당의 수율은 $23.7\%$였고 총당, 단백질, 황산기의 함량이 각각 $68.8\%$, $6.7\%$, $23.7\%$였다. 수용성 다당을 CPC처리하여 얻은 산성다당인 CPC-PS는 주 구성성분이 황산기, 우론산, rhamnose, xylose였으며 주요 구성당인 xylose : rhamnose : glucose의 몰비는 1 : 3.1 : 0.2 이었다. CPC-PS를 음이온 교환수지로 분획하였을 때 3개의 fraction (Fr-1, Fr-2, Fr-3)이 얻어졌으며 각 획분간의 화학적 조성상 큰 차이점 없었다. CPC-PS의 분자량은 620,000이었고, 이를 이온교환수지로 분획한 획분인 Fr-1은 710,000 ($84\%$), 90,000 ($14\%$), 70,000 ($2\%$), Fr-2는 510,000, Fr-3은 830,000 daltons으로 Fr-1을 제외한 나머지 획분은 단일피크로 대칭성을 나타내어 분자량이 균일함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 이 획분들을 전기영동 하였을 때 Fr-1과 Fr-3은 단일 band를 나타내었다.

천궁(川芎), 머위, 황연(黃連) 추출물 조성이 생쥐의 지질대사에 미치는 영향 (Anti-hyperlipidemic Effects of the Herbal Extract Mixture of Cnidium officinale, Petasites japonicus and Coptis chinensis on Mice with Tyloxapol)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the effect of the herbal extract mixture of Cnidium officinale, Petasites japonicus and Coptis chinensis (CPC) on the lipids metabolism in mice with tyloxapol. ICR mice weighing between 30-40 g were divided into four groups: normal group, 600mg/kg tyloxapol injected group, $50\;{\mu}g/g$ CPC treated group 6h after tyloxapol injection (SAM1), and tyloxapol and CPC treated group (SAM2), respectively. Tyloxapol or CPC was injected intraperitoneally. Tyloxapol caused an elevation of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides(TG), and LDL-cholesterol and a decrease of HDL-cholesterol. In addition, tyloxapol induced accumulation of lipid including cholesterol in both the liver and kidney. Serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-cholesterol were decreased whereas HDL-cholesterol was increased by CPC. CPC increased in HDL-cholesterol /total cholesterol ratio and lowered atherogenic index. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-cholesterol by CPC were rather lower in SAM2 than SAM1. CPC also inhibited lowering HDL-cholesterol by tyloxapol. CPC reduced lipid blots and cholesterol particles in both the deposition and size in the liver and kidney with tyloxapol. These results suggest that CPC might be expected to be beneficial for protection and treatment of hyperlipidemia by the disturbance of lipid metabolism.

Chromate Removal from Wastewater using Micellar Enhanced Ultrafiltration and Activated Carbon Fibre Processes; Validation of Experiment with Mathematical Equations

  • In this study, chromate and cetylperidinium chloride (CPC) removal from artificial wastewater was monitored by using micellar enhanced ultrafiltration (MEUF) and activated carbon fibre (ACF) adsorption hybrid processes. For the efficient chromate removal, molar concentration of the CPC should be five times that of chromate and it should be at least one critical micelle concentration (CMC). The MEUF was found to be effective in the chromate removal while ACF in the CPC adsorption to produce chromate and CPC free effluents. The chromate and CPC removal was 99.8% from MEUF-ACF process. Effluent chromate concentration was exponentially correlated with molar ratio of CPC to chromate and pH.

녹용약침액(鹿茸藥鍼液)의 간암세포주(肝癌細胞柱)에 대한 DNA 및 단백질 발현(發顯) (DNA and Proteomic Expression of Cervi parvum cornu Herbal-acupuncture Solution (CPC-HAS) in HepG2 carcinomar cells)

  • Objective : It has long been known about the osteogenic effect of CPC-HAS on bone tissues. However, it has not been determined the effect of CPC-HAS on cancer cells. The purpose of this study is to screen the CPC-HAS mediated differentially expressed genes in cancer cells such as HepG2 hepatoma cells. Oligonucleotide microarray and proteomics approaches were employed to screen the differential expression genes. Methods : CPC-HAS was prepared by boiling and stored at $-70^{\circ}C$ until use. Cells were treated with various concentrations of CPC-HAS (0.1, 0.5, 1.5, 10, 20mg/ml) for 24 h. Cell toxicity was tested by MTT assay. To screen the differentially expressed genes in cancer cells, cells were treated with 1.5mg/ml of CPC-HAS. For oligonucleotide microarray assay, total RNA was used for gene expression analysis using oligonucleotide Genechip(Human genome Ul33 Plus 2.0., Affimatrix Co.). For proteomic analysis, total protein was analyzed by 2D gel electrophoresis and Q-TOF mass spectrometer. Results : It has no cytotoxic effects on both HepG2 cell in all concentrations(0.l, 0.5, 1.5, 10, 20mg/ml). In oligonucleotide microarray assay, the number of more than twofold differentially regulated known genes was 23 with 5 up-regulated and 18 down-regulated genes in HepG2 cells. In proteomic analysis, three spots were identified by 2D-gel electrophoresis and Q-TOF analysis. Two down-regulated proteins were aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 and enolase 1, and up-regulated protein was fatty acid binding protein 1 by 1.5mg/ml of CPC-HAS. Discussion : This study showed the screening of CPC-HAS mediated differentially regulated genes using combined approaches of oligonucleotide microarray and proteomic analysis. The screened genes will be used for the better understanding of the therapeutic effects of CPC-HAS on cancer fields.

챔버 내 발생 입자를 이용한 CPC 수농도 비교 평가 (Intercomparison of Number Concentrations by CPCs using Generated Particles in Chamber)

  • Two butanol-based Condensation Particle Counters (CPC 3022, CPC 3025), three water-based CPCs (CPC3781, CPC3785${\times}$2), a Gardner Counter, a Fast Mobility Particle Sizer (FMPS), and an Aerosol Electrometer (AE) were deployed to measure the number concentrations from atomized aerosol under six different conditions. Comparisons of particle number concentrations measured by the CPCs, FMPS, and AE were conducted to evaluate the performance of the each CPCs using laboratory generated artificial particles such as NaCl, succinic acid ($C_4H_6O_4$), and particles generated by propane torch & heat gun in the chamber. Good correlation between the CPC3025 and FMPS was observed for the total particle number concentrations in the size range 15 nm to 90 nm. In addition, this paper suggests that photometric mode in water-based CPC3785 could not be used as quantitative of number concentrations for CPC3785.

Anew formula CPC22 regulates bone loss, hot flashes, and dysregulated lipid metabolism in ovariectomized postmenopausal mice

  • Background and objective: A new formular CPC22 consists of Cynanchum wilfordii root, Pueraria thomsonii flower, and Citrus unshiu peel and has been developed to improve the postmenopausal symptoms. The research intended to evaluate whether CPC22 would regulate bone loss, hot flashes, and dysregulated lipid metabolism in ovariectomized (OVX) postmenopausal mice. Method: The OVX mice were orally administered with CPC22 daily for 7 weeks. Results: CPC22 regulated OVX-induced bon loss by enhancing serum osteoprotegerin, alkaline phosphatase, and osteocalcin levels and diminishing serum receptor-activator of the NF-κB ligand (RANKL), collagen type 1 cross-linked N-telopeptide, and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase levels. As a result of CPC22 treatment, notable decreases in tail skin temperature and rectal temperature were observed, along with diminishment in hypothalamic RANKL and monoamine oxidase A levels and enhancement in hypothalamic serotonin (5-HT), norepinephrine, dopamine, 5-HT2A, and estrogen receptor-β levels. CPC22 enhanced levels of serum estrogen and diminished levels of serum follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone. CPC22 regulated levels of serum lipid metabolites, including total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Furthermore, CPC22 diminished levels of serum blood urea nitrogen, creatine kinase, alanine transaminase, aspartate aminotransferase, and lactate dehydrogenase and restored vaginal dryness without affecting uterus atrophy index and vagina weights. Conclusion: Therefore, these results indicated that CPC22 improves OVX-induced bone loss, hot flashes, and dysregulated lipid metabolism by compensating for estrogen deficiency without side effects, suggesting that CPC22 may be used for the prevention and treatment of post menopause.

Results: It has no cytotoxic effects on SNU484 cell in all concentrations(0.l, 0.5, 1.5, 10, 20 mg/ml). In oligonucleotide microarray assay, in SNU484 cells, the number of more than twofold up-regulated genes was 5 while, the number of more than twofold down-regulated genes was 10. Conclusions: This study showed the screening of CPC-HAS mediated differentially regulated genes using combined approaches of oligonucleotide microarray. The screened genes will be used for the better understanding of the therapeutic effects of CPC-HAS on cancer fields.
