수종약물성분이 함유된 양치액의 구강질환 유발균 및 구강환경에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effect of Gargle Containing Citrex and Cetylpyridinium Chloride on the Oral Pathogenic Bacteria)

  • 본 연구에서는 천연항균제인 Citrex와 대표적인 치과영역의 항균물질로 사용되어 오고 있는 CPC를 복합적으로 처방하고 사용감이 좋은 양치액을 개발하기 위해 정밀구강검사를 통하여 특이한 구강질환이 없는 41명을 대상으로 하여 양치액의 기포 형성능력에서 사용감에 이르기까지 6개 항목의 관능평가와 개량 구강환경관리능력지수(M-PHP)를 평가하였으며, 또한 구강질환유발 미생물 Streptococcus mutans, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans을 대상으로 항균 효능평가를 수행하고 아래와 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 복합 양치액의 관능평가는 비교적 우수하게 나타났으며, 특히 사용감이 좋고 수렴감이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2. Citrex와 CPC 복합처방 양치액의 구강질환 유발 미생물에 대한 효능은 분명하였으며, 이들 미생물 3종에 대한 항균효과는 Streptococcus mutans, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans 순이었다. 3. 복합 처방된 양치액에 의한 5일간 M-PHP 변화는 첫째날 대조군과 실험군에서 약간의 차이는 인정되었으나, 이후 4일 동안 두 그룹간의 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

Studies of Repeated Fed-Batch Fermentation of Cephalosporin C in an Immobilized Cell Bioreactor

  • Acremonium chrysogenum was immobilized in ionotropic gel beads to develop semi-continuous production of cephalosporin C (CPC). Barium alginate beads were more stable than calcium alginate or strontium alginate beads in chemically defined media. The gel stability of Ba-alginate was further increased by cross-linking with polyethyleneimine (PEI). The presence of carboxymethyl cellulose inside Ba-alginate beads did not reduce mass transfer resistance. Ba-alginate microbeads that had little diffusion limitation increased CPC production rate 1.6 fold higher than that of normal beads. CPC fermentation with immobilized cells in Ba-alginate microbeads was performed continuously for 40 days by way of repeated fed-batch operations. Mathematical modeling was developed to describe the repeated fed-batch fermentation system. Results of the computer simulation agreed well with the experimental data, which made it possible to predict an optimal feeding rate that could maximize total CPC productions.

  • 양이온성 계면활성제인 Cetylpyridinium Chloride(CPC)와 비이온성 계면활성제인 Triton X-100(TX-100)의 혼합계면활성제가 n-알코올(메탄올, 에탄올, 1-프로판올, 1-부탄올 및 1-펜탄올) 수용액에서 나타내는 임계미셀농도값($CMC^*$)을 25$^{\circ}C$에서 UV 분광광도법으로 측정하였다. 이들 $CMC^*$ 값들로부터 여러 가지 열역학 함수값들을 유사상태분리모델(pseudo-phase separation model)을 이용한 식에 의해 계산하였으며 그 값들을 상호 비교하였다. 그 결과 n-알코올들을 첨가한 CPC/TX-100 혼합계면활성제의 미셀화는 비이상적 혼합미셀모델과 잘 일치하였으며, 이상적 혼합미셀모델과는 음의 벗어남을 보였다.

Analysis of Cationic Surfactants in Cosmetics By Reverse phase Ion-Pair Chromatigraphy with Suressed Conductivity Detector and UV Detector

  • Determination of several cationic surfactants in cosmetics has been investigated. Reverse phase ion pair chromatography was used to identify and quantitate cationic surfactants. Cationic surfactants analyzed in this experiment were cetylpyridium chloride, stearyltrimetylammonium chloride, bezalkonium chloride, benzyldicethylcetylammonium chloride, and bihenyltrimethyl ammonium chloride. The separation was achieved on a reverse phase coumn with 10mM HCl-acetonitrile eluent. In this condition, the most of cationic surfactants with exception of CPC and CTAC respectively with suppressed conductivity detector and UV detector connected in series. The calibration curves obtained by plotting the peak areas of the cationic surfactants were linear at levels ranging from 0.005 to 0.1% correlation coefficient, r=0.9988. The detection limits were 1 to 5ppm in sample solution. The average recoveries of cationic surfactants added to hair treatment cream and hair rinse in three to five experiments were 96.7 105.2% and relative standard deviations were 1.1-3.8%. The case that there were CPC and CTAC in same solution was also tested. CPC and CTAC which couldn't be separated on reverse phase column were quantitated with suppressed conductivity detector and UV detector connected in series. Recovery of CPC and CTAC were 101.6 and 89.2% respectively. The proposed method was applied to the determination of cationic surfactants in commercial hair treatment cream.

  • Various side-chains are introduced to the 7-amino position of 7-aminocepha-losporanic acid (7-ACA) to make semi-synthetic cephalosporin antibiotics. In order to convert cephalosporin C (CPC) to 7-ACA, two enzymatic reactions are generally imployed. Glutary1-7-aminocephalosporanic acid (Gl-7-ACA) acylase is involved in the second step where the reaction intermediate, Gl-7-ACa is converted into 7-ACA. It was recently reported that CPC amidase can convert CPC directly into 7-ACA in a single enzymatic reaction. A study was undertaken to screen microorganisms conferring enzyme activity to convert Gl-7-ACA or CPC into 7-ACA by one or two enzymatic reactions. In order to screen the microorganisms rapidly, a non-$\beta$-lactam model compund, glutaryl-$\rho$-nitroanilide, was utilized in an early stage, thereafter the selected microorganisms were examined with real substrates. One microorganism exhibiting both Gl-7-ACA acylase and CPC amidase activities was obtained by the colorimetry method and HPLC assay, and was identified as a strain of Serratia species, designated as Serratia sp. N14.4. The optimal fermentation conditions for Serratia sp. N14.4 was pH9.0 and 3$0^{\circ}C$.

十九大与新时代中国宪制的发展 : 基于宪法变迁史的视角 (The 19th CPC National Congress and the Development of the Chinese Constitutional System in the New Era: From the Perspective of the History of Constitutional Change)

  • The 19th CPC National Congress has a key historical significance in the development of China's constitution. It will also play a decisive role in the history of the seventy years'constitutional change in New China. XiJinping's new socialist thought with Chinese characteristics established in the report of 19th CPC National Congress will be written in the preface of the March 2018 National People's Congress's constitutional amendment. The fifth revision of 1982 Constitution will touch on many issues such as the leadership of the CPC into the constitution, the abolition of the tenure of the president, the constitutional oath system, and the reform of the national supervisory system. In addition, the constitutionality review system, the establishment of the National Security Council, the constitutional status of socialist public property and private property and the adjustment of major economic system has become a hot topic in the theory field. In the history node towards a socialist country ruled by law, the theory and practice of the China indeed have the academic ideas, value position and path model differences, which will delay the Chinese constitutional development, but also is the necessary pain in the process of moving towards the rule of law in China. Indeed, how to the development and where to go in the future of Chinese constitutionalism itself has sample value, which deserves rational attention and in-depth inquiry from Chinese and Western academics.

위상 다중화 홀로그래픽 메모리 시스템을 위한 CPC 위상코드의 성능 분석 (Performance Analysis of Complex Phase-code for Phase Multiplexes Holographic Memory System)

  • 본 논문에서는 최근 위상 다중화 홀로그래픽 메모리 시스템의 실질적인 구현을 위해 새로이 제시된 CPC(complex phase code)의 성능을 기존의 위상코드인 PR, RCE 및 WHM 등과 비교 분석하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에서 어드레스빔은 32$\times$32의 픽셀크기로 고정하였고, 위상코드를 표현하는 상용 공간광변조기의 비선형적 위상변조 특성을 고려하여 0~25%의 에러율을 갖는 위상 코드값를 의도적으로 부과하여 실험을 수행하였다. 또한, CPC 및 PR, RCE, WHM으로 코딩된 각 어드레스빔에 대한 자기상관 및 상호상관 값을 계산함으로써 위상코드간의 영상누화(crosstalk) 및 신호대 잡음비(SNR) 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 실험결과, CPC의 상호상관 결과의 평균값이 0.021, 표준편차값이 0.0113으로 다른 위상코드에 이하여 가장 작게 나타났으며, 신호대 잡음비는 27.4로 가장 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 32$\times$32의 빔크기를 기준으로 할 때 CPC의 어드레스빔의 개수는 6.344$\times$$10^{49}$ 으로 나타나 기존의 위상 코드에 비해 상대적으로 큰 것으로 분석되었다.

  • Recently, many natural medicines, whose advantages are less side effects and possibility of long-term use, have been studied for their capacity, their anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects and regenerative potential of periodontal tissues. Cervi Parvum Comu(CPC) have been traditionally study as an hale, growth. hematogenous, anti-aging, hack pain in Eastern medicine. The purpose of present study was to investigate the effects of CPC extract on cell cycle progression and its molecular mechanism in human fetal osteoblasts. CPC extracts (10 ${\mu}g/ml$) increased cell proliferation in the human fetal osteoblasts compared to non-supplemented control. There was no significant change in the G1 and S phase, hut a increase in the G2/M phase in 10 ${\mu}g/ml$ and 100 ${\mu}g/ml$ of CPC extracts group as compared to non-supplemented control. The protein expression of cyclin E, cdk 2, cycln D, cdk 4, and cdk 6 was higher than that of control group. The level of p21 was lower than that of control. But that of pRb and pl6 was not distinguished from control. These results indicate that the increase of cell proliferation by CPC extracts may be due t o the increased expression of cyclin E, cdk 2, cyclin D, cdk 4 and cdk 6, and the decreased expression of p21 in human fetal osteoblasts.

CPC와 ZWSC를 이용한 무선 망에서의 TCP 성능 향상 방안 (TCP Performance Enhancement over the Wireless Networks by Using CPC and ZWSC)

  • With the original Transmission Control Protocol(TCP) design, which is particularly targeted at the wired networks, a packet loss is assumed to be caused by the network congestion. In the wireless environment where the chances to lose packets due to transmission bit errors are not negligible, though, this assumption may result in unnecessary TCP performance degradation. In these days, many papers describe about wireless-TCP which has suggested how to avoid congestion control when packet loss over the wireless network. In this paper, an enhancement scheme is proposed by modifying SNOOP scheme. To enhance the original SNOOP scheme, CPC(Consecutive Packet Control) and ZWSC(Zero Window Size Control) are added. The invocation of congestion control mechanism is now minimized by knowing the cause of packet loss. We use simulation to compare the overhead and the performance of the proposed schemes, and to show that the proposed schemes improve the TCP performance compares to SNOOP by knowing the cause of packet loss at the base station.

Centrifugal Partition Chromatography에 의한 황백으로부터 Berberine의 분리 및 정제 (Isolation and Purification of Berberine in Cortex Phellodendri by Centrifugal Partition Chromatography)

  • 황백(Cortex Phellodendri: CP)은 황벽나무(Phellodendron amurense)의 건조된 수피로부터 얻어진다. 이 수피는 한국의 전통 한약제로서 설사, 황달, 무릎과 발의 통증, 요도관 및 피부 감염증에 폭넓게 사용되어 왔다. 이들 기능성 성분의 분리 및 정제는 박층 크로마토크래피, 컬럼 액체 크로마토크래피 및 HPLC와 같은 여러 분석법들이 동양의 약초연구에 이용되어 왔다. 본 연구는 CP로부터 berberine을 분리하기 위해 향류분배 크로마토크래피법(CPC)으로 효과적으로 수행하였다. 두 용매의 CPC 최적조성은 n-butanol: acetic acid: water(4:1:5 v/v/v)이었다. 이동상의 유속은 1,000 rpm 회전력에서 상승법으로 분당 3 mL 속도로 전개시켰다. CPC에서 분리된 분획분은 prep-HPLC로 정제하였다. $^1H$-NMR 스펙트럼은 4.10과 4.20 ppm에서 $3H(-OCH_3)$, 6.10 ppm에서 2H의 ($-OCH_2O-$) proton signal의 공명이 관찰되었다. 2개의 방향족 proton은 이중결합 패턴을 보였다. H-11과 H-12 doublet은 각각 7.98과 8.11에서 나타났다. $^{13}C$-NMR 스펙트럼에서는 C2와 C3의 methylenedioxy group($-OCH_2O-$), C9과 C10에 methoxy group($-OCH_3$)이 4개의 치환된 형태로 보였다. 분리 정제된 berberine의 화학구조는 $^1H$, $^{13}C$-NMR, ESI-MS 데이터 분석으로 확인하였다.
