안전한 도심항공교통 운영을 위한 전략적 충돌 관리 방안 (Strategic Conflict Management for Safe Urban Air Mobility Operations)

  • 도심항공교통 (UAM; urban air mobility)의 상용화 가능성이 증가하고 있지만, 대규모 UAM 운항의 안전성을 확보하기 위한 기술적 기반은 아직 부족하다. 본 논문은 UAM 교통관리체계 내 전략적 충돌 관리 적용 방안을 도출하기 위해, 기존 항공 교통에서 활용되는 전략적 충돌 관리 기법과 UAM 관련 연구 및 기술 동향을 분석하였다. 이를 통해, 수요 및 수용량 관리 기법이 UAM 충돌 관리에 적용될 가능성이 크며, 시스템 전체론적인 접근의 필요함을 확인하였다. 특히, 비행시간의 불확실성과 대규모 운영 상황에서의 효과적인 구현을 위해 필요한 사항으로 데이터 공유, 확률론적 접근 방법 등이 식별되었다.

세무조사팀관리자의 갈등관리방식이 공정성지각과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Tax Inspection Team Administrator's Conflict Management Style on Team Member's Fairness Perception and Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 세무조사팀관리자의 갈등관리방식이 팀 구성원들이 지각하는 공정성과 직무만족에 어떤 영향 관계를 가지고 있는지 인과관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시와 경남지역에 소재하는 지방 국세청과 세무서의 세무조사자들을 연구대상으로 편의추출법을 이용하여 322부를 LISREL 8.70을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 세무조사팀관리자가 협력적 인화적 갈등관리방식을 사용하면 할수록 분배공정성과 절차공정성에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 경쟁적 갈등관리방식은 유의한 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 분배공정성과 절차공정성은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 팀구성원들이 인식하는 직무만족은 팀관리자의 갈등관리가 팀구성원들의 공정성 지각을 매개로 영향을 미치며 팀관리자의 갈등관리방식이 팀의 조직성과에 중요한 요인이 된다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Effects of Bullying Experience on Psychological Well-Being Mediated by Conflict Management Styles and Psychological Empowerment among Nursing Students in Clinical Placement: A Structural Equation Modeling Approach

  • Purpose: This study aimed to test a proposed structural equation model in which bullying experience, conflict management styles and psychological empowerment predict psychological well-being among Chinese nursing students in clinical placement. Methods: Three hundred and sixty-six nursing students recruited from five hospitals in J city and Y city were assessed with self-report questionnaires on bullying experience, conflict management styles, psychological empowerment and psychological well-being including depression, self-esteem, and academic major satisfaction. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20.0 and AMOS version 22.0. Results: The evaluation parameters included the comparative fit index at .90, the goodness of fit index at .93, the root mean square error of approximation at .07, and ${\chi}^2/df$ ratio at 2.66, indicating that the proposed structural equation model provided a good fit to the data. Experience of being bullied during clinical placement, conflict management styles and psychological empowerment explained 93.0% of the variance and had significant effects on psychological well-being, with conflict management styles and psychological empowerment mediating the association between bullying and psychological well-being. Conclusion: The findings indicated that mediation by conflict management styles and psychological empowerment alleviated the negative influence of bullying on psychological well-being. To limit bullying and its negative effects, development of effective guidelines to deal with bullying will be a critical tool for both Chinese nursing students and their instructors. Further research should incorporate conflict management styles and psychological empowerment into the specific intervention strategies for handling bullying behaviors among nursing students and staff nurses and promoting nursing students' psychological well-being.

갈등 관리 프로세스에 의한 ABS협상의 갈등 사례 분석 (Analyzing the Negotiation Process for the Adoption of Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing Arising from their Utilization using the Conflict Management Process)

  • 생물다양성협약이 발효되면서 유전자원의 물질적 거래 즉, '유전자원에 대한 접근과 이의 이용으로 발생한 이익의 공평한 공유(ABS)'의 구체적인 기준을 정립하기 위한 나고야 의정서가 채택되었다. 이 의정서는 선진국과 개도국 간, 생물자원 부국과 빈국 간, 생물자원을 이용하는 다국적 기업과 전통지식을 보전하려는 환경보전단체 간 갈등 과정 끝에 채택된 것이다. 이 사례를 바탕으로 갈등 과정, 갈등 주체와 쟁점을 분석하였고, 선행연구 고찰을 통해 주요 갈등 요인을 규명하여 갈등 관리 프로세스에 적용하였다. 이를 통해 소수의 개별 사례에 한정된 갈등 사례가 아닌 다양한 형태의 갈등 사례에 대해 갈등 예방 및 해결을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 일반 갈등 사례와 ABS협상 사례의 교집합적인 갈등 요인을 분석하기 위해 선행연구를 검토하여 본질적 측면, 자원 배분 측면, 의사소통 정보공유 측면으로 구분하였다. ABS협상 타결 과정에서 갈등이 예방 및 해결된 사례에 따라 이해당사자들 간 상호 신뢰 구축, 협상 중재자 양성을 위한 정책적 관심 제고, 갈등 관리를 위한 법적 정책적 체계 구축이 주요 시사점으로 제시되었다.

치과위생사의 근무환경 및 조직 내 갈등수준이 이직에 미치는 영향 (Work Environment and Conflict Level of Dental Hygienists Affect Turnover)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to understand how work environment and conflict level of dental hygienists affect turnover for the efficive manpower management of dental hygienists. Methods : Dental hygienists in dental (hospital)clinics near Daegu were randomly selected as the subjects of this study, and the followings analysis results are from 249 questionnaires: which were collected from March 2 to March 31 2011. Results : Among the 249 dental hygienists surveyed, 33.7% experienced turnover and 59.0% had turnover intention. From the analysis of the demographic, working environment and levels of conflict, dental hygienists had significantly higher turnover experiences based on following factors: older age, employment at a dental clinic rather than a dental hospital, longer working hours, longer total career as a dental hygienist, and longer of length of time at their current job. Furthermore, dental hygienists had significantly higher turnover intentions based on the following factors: younger age, more ignorant and higher level of discomfort due to conflict levels. Conclusions : Therefore, the working environment of dental hygienists has to be improved to inspire motivation, and conflict management has to be taughht within an organization to allow free communication and active participation in decision-making.

한·중 비즈니스 관계의 갈등과 그 해결방안에 대한 모색 (Korea-China Conflicts in Business: A Search after their Solutions)

  • This research is, first of all, a theoretical study concerning 'conflict.' Only then, we could obtain ways in which we manage and resolve various problems arising from conflicts in business between Korean and Chinese companies. In doing this, we also tried to grasp cultural characteristics, or factors, in Chinese ways of carrying out negotiations that lead to conflicts with us. On the basis of these preliminary considerations, we developed practical techniques of conflict management and types of negotiation strategy. We thereby could suggest broader strategic implications for better performance in international business. Concretely, this research investigates techniques of conflict management and types of negotiation strategy. For such techniques and types, we suggest, (1) Sharing technique or reconciliatory compromising negotiation and its compromise strategy, (2) collaborative technique or cooperative negotiation and its win-win strategy, (3) competitive technique or competitive negotiation and its profit-seeking attack strategy, (4) accommodative technique or receptive negotiation and its relation-maintaining yield strategy, (5) avoidant technique or evasive negotiation and its indifference-showing avoidance strategy. This research contributes to promote understanding on negotiation culture of chinese corporate. and we provide the guideline of the conflict management and the insight for the efficiency strategy of chinese business negotiation. But, empirical data and statistical examinations should be added to our present research for the future prospective ones.

  • 최근 사물인터넷 시대가 열리면서 다양한 장치들이 무선 통신을 통해 연결되고 있다. 사물인터넷이 적용되는 장치들은 제한된 통신성능을 가지므로 축약 ID를 이용해 효율적으로 데이터 전달을 수행할 수 있다. 그러나 장치의 이동에 따라 축약 ID의 충돌이 발생할 수 있으며 ID 충돌은 네트워크의 성능감소를 유발하므로 ID 충돌 관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 축약 ID를 이용하는 동적 사물인터넷 환경에서 ID 충돌을 회피하도록 하여 통신의 효율성을 향상시켰다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능평가를 수행하였으며, 전송 성공률이 32.4% 향상되었고, 중복 데이터가 66.3% 감소됨을 확인하였다.

  • In this era of cut-throat competition, innovation is a source of competitive advantage, and securing core competency through innovation plays a pivotal role in ensuring the survival and growth of an organization. In an organization, R&D team is a core division driving innovation, and creative tension and conflict among researchers fuels innovative performance. Despite heated debate over the positive and negative effects of conflict, insufficiently-identified process factors have left sophisticated mechanisms between conflicts and effects unaddressed. This study assumes that team learning behaviors can bean important process factor given that conflict propels learning, and that learning is a decisive factor in creating competitive advantage. This study conducted an empirical analysis of the relationship between relationship/task conflict and team innovative performance, and the mediating role of team learning behaviors using data collected from a questionnaire sent out to the heads of 262 R&D teams and second highest-ranking officials thereof. The analysis conducted based on structural equation model indicates that relationship conflict has negatively affected team learning behaviors, whereas task conflict has positively influenced team learning behaviors(full mediation effect), team learning behaviors has positively influenced team innovative performance. Based on these results, the study has suggested implications of intra-team conflict and team learning behaviors for team innovative performance.

  • This study is aimed at searching for the ways to effectively cope with the conflicts found among the members of the hospitals by analyzing the conflict control practiced differently depending on the scale of the organization and characters of its members. The result of analysis into the types of conflict control by the members of the hospital comprising a multitude of manpower is presented as follows. 1. The hypothesis 1 which assumes that the sex will determine the type of conflict control is adopted in part at the level of p<0.05. 2. The hypothesis 2 which assumes that the working position will determine the type of conflict control is adopted in part at the level of P<0.05. 3. The hypothesis 3 which assumes that the age will determine the type of conflict control is adopted in part at the level of p<0.05. 4. The hypothesis 4 which assumes that the size of hospitals will determine the type of conflict control is adopted in part at the level of p<0.05. 5. The hypothesis 5 which assumes that the career will determine the type of conflict control is adopted in part at the level of p<0.05. 6. The hypothesis 2 which assumes that the educational background will determine the type of conflict control is adopted in part at the level of p<0.05. This study requires extended follow-up study to cover the cause of conflict and job satisfaction of the medical manpower.

요양기관 간병인의 갈등 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Determinants of Caregivers' Conflict Experience in Elderly Care Institutions)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of caregiver's conflict experience in elderly care institutions. This study focused on the three key independent variable groups(e.g., socio-demographic, job-related, and individual personality). The sample used in this study are 311 caregivers who are randomly selected from 21 elderly care institutions in Korea. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire by mail from Oct. 15 to Nov. 30 in 2007. The collected data were analyzed using logistic regression. The major findings of the study are as follows: 1) Nearly 40% percent of the respondents reported that they had experienced conflicts with elderly patients. The conflict with other caregivers ranked as second(20.6%), followed by patients' families(18.6%) and hospital employees(15.1%). 2) The personality, especially uniqueness caused conflict with patients or other caregivers. The professional identity reduced conflict with patients. The negative work experiences caused conflict with patients or family. The service attitude reduced conflict with family. The service-centered culture reduced conflict with hospital employees. Those who lived with the elderly showed lower level of conflict with family or hospital employees.
