  • Backlight Profile과 Image Pixel의 Homogeneity 분석을 통한 Block 단위 LCD Backlight Nonideality 및 Crosstalk Compensation 방안이 제안되었다. Image에 따라 Block Size 및 연산에서 제외되는 Block 범위 그리고 연산에 고려되는 Backlight 범위를 최적화하여, 화질을 유지하면서 연산량을 최소화시켰다. 실제 영상을 바탕으로 하는 Simulation을 통해 제안된 Compensation 연산량과 화질이 평가되었다.

  • Aiming at the negative sequence and harmonic problems in the operation of railway static power conditioners, an optimization compensation strategy for negative sequence and harmonics is studied in this paper. First, the hybrid RPC topology and compensation principle are analyzed to obtain different compensation zone states and current capacities. Second, in order to optimize the RPC capacity configuration, the minimum RPC compensation capacity is calculated according to constraint conditions, and the optimal compensation coefficient and compensation angle are obtained. In addition, the voltage unbalance ${\varepsilon}_U$ and power factor requirements are satisfied. A PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm is used to calculate the three indexes for minimum compensating energy. The proposed method can precisely calculate the optimal compensation capacity in real time. Finally, MATLAB simulations and an experimental platform verify the effectiveness and economics of the proposed algorithm.

불가항력적 의료사고에 대한 국가보상의 공법적 검토 (A Study on Irresistible Medical Accidents Victims Relief System in the Perspective of Public Law)

  • Medical practice is characterized by various physiological response and uncapacity of prediction, therefore when medical accident occur it's hard to prove medical professionals' mistake. Though medical accident by medical professionals' mistake will be compensated anyhow, about irresistible medical accidents, no one should be not bound to compensate, victims get into very difficult situation. So, the nation don't negligent irresistible medical accidents but compensate anyway. As in the past, to the legal principle's constitution of irresistible medical accidents, theory of liability without fault was adapted, and it was said this theory was illogical in theory of liability with fault. But the subject of compensation to irresistible medical accidents is nation, nation don't participate in medical treatment therefore there is no room to occur mistake. And it is not reasonable to regard medical agency as a truster of public service, to cast to it responsibility of medical accidents. The problem of compensation to irresistible medical accidents is understood under the theory of social compensation. Social compensation is consisted of compensation to sacrifice and contribution to nation and society and compensation to sacrifice revealed under danger, the compensation to irresistible medical accidents belongs to the latter. This is near to concept of relief, is applied to national compensation system supplementarily, and compensation have no option but to compensate minimum. And there are not relation between national compensation system of irresistible medical accidents and proof liability transposition and theory of liability with out fault, merely in side of sharing responsibility burden between medical treater and victim, it is reasonable to discuss transportation of proof liability and compulsive liability insurance together.

경영진과 종업원 간 보상격차가 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 승진가능성 및 기회, 경영진에 대한 만족도의 조절효과 (The Compensation Gap between Top Management Team(TMT) and Employee, and Firm Performance : Moderating Role of Promotion Probability and Opportunity, and Satisfaction with TMT)

  • Purpose: Prior studies have sought to find antecedent to improve firm performance. However, research on compensation systems and employees' psychological mechanisms have been relatively limited. In this sense, this study has investigated the impact of compensation gap between TMT and employees on firm performance, and explored the factors that affect the above relationship. Specifically, this study analyzed the direct impact of compensation gap on firm performance. In addition, the process of compensation gap to firm performance is assumed to be significantly influenced by employees' recognized promotion system and satisfaction with TMT. Therefore, we examined moderating effects of both promotion probability and opportunity, and satisfaction with TMT on the relationship between compensation gap and firm performance. Methods: For empirical test, financial variables were collected from TS-2000 database, and moderating variables were collected form Job Planet for listed firms in Korea. We conducted hierarchical regression analysis to test hypotheses. Results: The findings of empirical analysis are as follows. First, compensation gap between TMT and employees had a positive effect on firm performance. Second, when promotion probability and opportunity was high, the effect of compensation gap on firm performance was strengthened. Third, when satisfaction with TMT was high, the positive effect of compensation gap on firm performance was also strengthened. Conclusion: Our findings have expanded prior research on human resource management and labor relation by identifying the positive role of compensation gap between TMT and employees on firm outcome. Moreover, our results also indicated that promotion probability and opportunity, and satisfaction with TMT, which has not been addressed well in previous studies, were important conditions enhancing the positive relationship between compensation gap and firm performance. Finally, this study suggest several theoretical and managerial implication with future research direction.

경영자 초과보상과 신용등급 (Executive Excess Compensation and Credit Rating)

  • 본 연구는 경영자의 초과보상이 신용등급에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 적정수준을 초과하는 경영자의 초과보상의 크기가 클수록 기업의 미래 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미친다는 선행연구에 근거하여 경영자의 초과보상이 신용등급에도 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 예상하였다. 이를 확인하기 위하여, 2014년부터 2019년까지 국내 상장비금융기업들을 대상으로 임원의 평균 보상을 통하여 경영자의 초과보상을 측정한 후, 초과보상의 크기가 차기 신용등급에 영향에 대하여 회귀분석하였다. 분석결과, 초과보상이 양(+)의 값을 가질 때, 즉 적정수준을 초과하여 경영자에게 보상이 지급될 때, 경영자 초과보상과 차기 신용등급이 음(-)의 관계로 나타났다. 또한 중소기업 표본에서 초과보상과 신용등급의 음(-)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났지만 대기업 표본에서는 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 초과보상이 기업의 미래 성과에 미치는 부정적인 영향으로 인하여 신용등급에 영향을 주며, 그러한 영향은 대기업 여부에 따라 달라질 수 있다는 결과를 제시함으로써, 경영자의 초과보상이 기업의 성과에 미치는 부정적인 영향에 대하여 시장의 인지 가능성을 확인하였다는 점에서 공헌점이 있다.

Covid-19 Occupational Risk Incidence and Working Sectors Involved During the Pandemic in Italy

  • Background: Starting from March 2020 until December 2021, different phases of Covid-19 pandemic have been identified in Italy, with several containing/lifting measures progressively enforced by the National government. In the present study, we investigate the change in occupational risk during the subsequent pandemic phases and we propose an estimate of the incidence of the cases by economic sector, based on the analysis of insurance claims for compensation for Covid-19. Methods: Covid-19 epidemiological data available for the general population and injury claims of workers covered by the Italian public insurance system in 2020-2021 were analyzed. Monthly Incidence Rate of Covid-19 compensation claims per 100,000 workers (MIRw) was calculated by the economic sector and compared with the same indicator for general population in different pandemic periods. Results: The distribution of Covid-19 MIRw by sector significantly changed during the pandemic related to both the strength of different waves and the mitigation/lifting strategies enforced. The level of occupational fraction was very high at the beginning phase of the pandemic, decreasing to 5% at the end of 2021. Healthcare and related services were continuously hit but the incidence was significantly decreasing in 2021 in all sectors, except for postal and courier activities in transportation and storage enterprises. Conclusion: The analysis of compensation claim data allowed to identify time trends for infection risk in different working sectors. The claim rates were highest for human health and social work activities but the distribution of risk among sectors was clearly influenced by the different stages of the pandemic.

금형보정 모듈을 이용한 초고강도강 자동차부품용 프레스금형의 자동보정 (Automatic Tool Compensation for an UHSS Automotive Component Using a Compensation Module)

  • In the current study, automatic tool compensation is accomplished by using a finite element stamping analysis for a center roof rail made of UHSS in order to satisfy the specifications for shape accuracy. The initial blank shape is calculated from a finite element inverse analysis and potential forming defects such as tearing and wrinkling are determined by the finite element stamping analysis based on the initial tool shape. The blank shape is optimized to meet the shape requirements of the final product with the stamping analysis, and die compensation is determined with the information about springback. The specifications for shape accuracy were successfully achieved by the proposed die compensation scheme using the finite element stamping analysis. The current study demonstrates that the compensation tendency is similar when the proposed scheme is used or when the compensation is performed by trial and error in the press-shop. This similarity verifies that the automatic compensation scheme can be used effectively in the first stage of tool design especially for components made from UHSS.

도서관의 저작물 복제.전송 보상금제도 효용성 평가 (Evaluation on Effectiveness of the Compensation System for Reproducing or Interactively Transmitting Works in Libraries)

  • 도서관의 저작물 복제 전송 보상금제도는 2003년에 도입되었고, 2004년 7월부터 도서관에서 실시되어 7년 이상이 경과되었다. 본 연구는 도서관의 저작물 복제 전송 보상금제도의 운영현황을 조사하였고, 보상금제도의 효율성을 저자집단과 사서집단을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 먼저 저자집단과 사서집단 간의 보상금제도 효용성의 차이를 분석하였다. 또한 저자집단의 신분변수에 따른 보상금제도 효용성의 차이를 분석하였고, 사서집단의 신분변수에 따른 보상금제도 효용성의 차이 등을 분석하였다. 끝으로 분석 결과 도출된 문제점을 지적하고 이를 해결하기 위한 개선방향을 제시하였다.

고층건물의 멀티 기둥그룹에 대한 부등기둥축소량의 최적보정기법 (Optimal Compensation of Differential Column Shortening in Tall Buildings for Multi Column Groups)

  • 본 연구에서는 3개 이상의 기둥그룹에 대해서도 일반적으로 적용 가능한 기둥축소량의 최적보정기법을 제안하고, 이를 실제 시공된 건물에 적용하여 그 적용성을 평가하였다. 제안된 최적보정기법은 성능 및 시공상의 제약조건을 만족하면서 보정개소를 최소한으로 할 수 있는 층그룹 및 이때의 보정량을 산정하며, 상대보정뿐만 아니라 절대보정을 고려한 혼합보정도 가능하다. 최적보정에는 시뮬레이티드 어닐링(simulated annealing)이 주요 알고리즘으로 사용되었다. 제안된 기법을 실제 축소량 보정이 수행된 61층 건물에 적용한 결과, 보정량을 쉽게 산출할 수 있고 또한 실무방식보다 보정개소를 줄일 수 있어 적용성이 뛰어남을 확인하였다.

배상 규정의 법률유보 관점에서 환경과 언론 ADR 비교 (Comparative Evaluation between Environmental and Media ADR in terms of Legal Reservation of Compensation Clause)

  • Media ADR is currently emerging as one of successful cases in South Korea while environmental ADR was known not to satisfy both defendants and offenders. Thus, this paper is intended to present proper remedies for typical compensation schemes of environmental ADR by comparing the two ADRs regarding legal reservation of compensation clause. It was found that the media ADR helped clients achieve a more fast and easy dispute resolution by providing compensation standards based on various categories such as types and scopes of compensation. However, the compensation scheme of environmental ADR brought out public complaints and inadequate services due to inconsistency and instability in terms of legal reservation. The results indicate that the compensation clause based on the reservation of laws in media ADR could be used not only as a checklist to confirm limitations of environmental ADR, but also as realistic evidences to adjust the compensation standard systematically that is under development and requires remodelling. As a result, the research findings have opened the new possibilities of "the quality assurance of environmental ADR based on the domestic legislation", proposed as an initial aim of this paper.
