Objective: Seaweeds could be an alternative and functional feed resource. The purpose of this experiment is to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation of Sargassum meal on laying performance and egg quality of layers. Methods: Two hundred 36-wk-old layers were divided into five treatment groups. Each treatment had four replicates with 10 hens per experimental unit. The corn-soybean meal basal diet was formulated as control group. Sargassum meals were included 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, or 5% to diets for five treatment groups, respectively. Treatment groups were isocaloric-isonitrogenous diets. Laying performance and egg quality were measured for eight weeks. Results: Sargassum meal supplementation did not affect daily feed intake. Supplementation 1% to 3% of Sargassum meal in diets increased daily laying rate and egg mass compared with those from control group (p<0.05). Egg qualities among five groups were all similar. Supplementation of 3% Sargassum meal increased the lightness of egg yolk (p<0.05). Eggs produced from layers fed 1% and 2% Sargassum meal had a higher consumer's acceptability than the control group (p<0.05). In blood characteristics, contents of glucose, nitrogen, triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) increased as the increase of supplementation ratio of Sargassum meal (p<0.05). In serum antibody titers, supplementation of 2% Sargassum meal stimulated a higher immunoglobulin M (IgM) level than that from control group (p<0.05). However, IgM content of layers fed diets with Sargassum meal ≥3% were decreased (p<0.05). There was no difference in IgA and IgG titers among groups. Conclusion: Supplementation of 1% to 3% Sargassum meal has shown to increase egg laying rate and egg mass of Leghorn layers. However, high supplementation (5%) would negatively affect laying performance. In consideration of laying performance, egg quality, consumer responses, and blood antibody, supplementation of Sargassum meal was suggested 2% in the diet for layers.
This research aimed to appraise the effectiveness of four optimization approaches - cuckoo optimization algorithm (COA), multi-verse optimization (MVO), particle swarm optimization (PSO), and teaching-learning-based optimization (TLBO) - that were enhanced with an artificial neural network (ANN) in predicting the bearing capacity of shallow foundations located on cohesionless soils. The study utilized a database of 97 laboratory experiments, with 68 experiments for training data sets and 29 for testing data sets. The ANN algorithms were optimized by adjusting various variables, such as population size and number of neurons in each hidden layer, through trial-and-error techniques. Input parameters used for analysis included width, depth, geometry, unit weight, and angle of shearing resistance. After performing sensitivity analysis, it was determined that the optimized architecture for the ANN structure was 5×5×1. The study found that all four models demonstrated exceptional prediction performance: COA-MLP, MVO-MLP, PSO-MLP, and TLBO-MLP. It is worth noting that the MVO-MLP model exhibited superior accuracy in generating network outputs for predicting measured values compared to the other models. The training data sets showed R2 and RMSE values of (0.07184 and 0.9819), (0.04536 and 0.9928), (0.09194 and 0.9702), and (0.04714 and 0.9923) for COA-MLP, MVO-MLP, PSO-MLP, and TLBO-MLP methods respectively. Similarly, the testing data sets produced R2 and RMSE values of (0.08126 and 0.07218), (0.07218 and 0.9814), (0.10827 and 0.95764), and (0.09886 and 0.96481) for COA-MLP, MVO-MLP, PSO-MLP, and TLBO-MLP methods respectively.

Emission of air pollutants such as nitrogen oxides ($NO_x$), hydrocarbons (HC), $SO_2$, and particulate matter (PM) and $CO_2$ from ship during 2009 in Busan port was estimated based on activity-based method. The significant fraction (> 50%) of ship emission resulted from container and general cargo ships. Emission at port operation mode was the most dominant compared to at sea and maneuvering modes. Emission at North port was the largest source of air pollutants among ports. The magnitudes of air pollutants $NO_x$, $SO_2$, HC, $CO_2$, and PM in Busan port were $8.7{\times}10^3$, $8.23{\times}10^3$, $0.35{\times}10^3$, $4.86{\times}10^6$, and $0.67{\times}10^3$ ton/yr, respectively. The ratio of $NO_x$ to VOC is about 25. Our ship emission estimate is 2 times higher than that in CAPSS emission inventory.

A recombinant E. coli co-expressing ALA synthase (hemA), NADP-dependent malic enzyme (maeB), and dicarboxylic acid transporter (dctA) was reported to synthesize porphyrin derivatives including iron-containing heme. To enhance the synthesis of bacterial heme, five genes of the porphyrin biosynthetic pathway [pantothenate kinase (coaA), ALA dehydratase (hemB), 1-hydroxymethylbilane synthase (hemC), uroporphyrinogen III synthase (hemD), and uroporphyrinogen III decarboxylase (hemE)] were amplified in the recombinant E. coli co-expressing hemA-maeB-dctA. Pantothenate kinase expression enabled the recombinant E. coli to accumulate intracellular CoA. Intracellular ALA was the most enhanced by uroporphyrinogen III synthase expression, porphobilinogen was the most enhanced by ALA dehydratase expression, uroporphyrin and coproporphyrin were the most enhanced by 1-hydroxymethylbilane synthase expression. The strain co-expressing coaA, hemA, maeB, and dctA produced heme of $0.49{\mu}mol/g$-DCW, which was twice as much from the strain without coaA expression. Further pathway gene amplifications for the porphyrin derivatives are discussed based on the results.
Group features such as group cohesion and consistency on appropriation(COA), which have been constructed through social interactions, should be noted for characterizing online game, especially, clan based massively multi-players online game (MMOG). This study attempted to identify the relationship between group characteristics and users' effectiveness of MMOG considering group experience. For this purpose, a research model was suggested: group cohesion and COA are variables for explaining group features, perceived use control is a variable for individual competency of playing MMOG, and perceived winning and perceived enjoyment are dependent variables. Moreover, group experience was included as a moderating variables for two relationships, group cohesion-preceived winning and COA-perceived winning. For the validation of this research model, 100 users for Sudden Attack which is one of very well known MMOG games were surveyed by questionnaires. Before survey, they were grouped into 10 teams and were played over ten times by team for perceiving group consciousness. In result, most hypotheses were statistically supported except the relationship between group cohesion and perceived winning.

The goal of the study was to see how quality management (QMA), strategy (STR), and innovative capability (INC) influence the competitive advantage of a Thai information communication technology (ICT) firm (COA). The researchers collected 431 surveys from Thailand's owners and managers employed in ICT enterprises from the beginning of June 2021 to the end of September 2021using diverse sample strategies. A questionnaire with an index of item-objective congruence (IOC) value of 0.60-1.00 and a reliability value of 0.92-0.96 was used as the research tool. Participants in the survey were requested to fill out a seven-level opinion survey posted on Google Forms. A latent variable structural equation model (SEM) path analysis using LISREL 9.1 was used for the four latent variables, 31 manifest variables, and the five hypotheses testing. The analysis showed that all three causal variables positively affected COA, which had a total effect (TE) R2 value = 80% when combined with the other latent variables. Moreover, the values for the latent variables when ranked by total effect (TE) were STR, QMA, and INC with TE values of 0.95, 0.89, and 0.25, respectively. Finally, there were very strong influences from COA to STR (0.95), INC to QMA (0.86), and STR to QMA (0.71).
The main objective of this experimental investigation was $CH_4$ recovery from biogas generated in municipal and wastewater treatment plant. The polysulfone hollow fiber membrane was prepared in order to investigate the permeation properties of $CH_4$ and $CO_2$. Permeability of $CO_2$ in Polysulfone membrane was 11-fold higher than of $CH_4$ gas. A membrane pilot plant for upgrading biogas was constructed and operated at a municipal wastewater treatment plant. The raw biogas contained 66 ~ 68 Vol % $CH_4$, the balance being mainly $CO_2$. The effect of the operating pressure of feed and permeate side and feed flowrate on $CH_4$ recovery concentration and efficiency were investigated with double stage membrane pilot plant. The $CH_4$ concentration in the retentate stream was raised in these tests to 93 Vol % $CH_4$.
The GLP contains specific language concerning characterization of the test, control and reference substances used in toxicity studies. This paper will describe and discuss what types of documents are required to support test/reference substance characterization under GLP system. The purpose of this article is to present an overview of data needed in the characterization package that will adequately define the substance. Most sponsors use a certificate of analysis (COA) to communicate the test sub-stance characterization status information to the contracting research organizations. The COA should provide the test $material^{\circ}{\phi}s$ characterization results, substance storage requirements, expiration dates, verification of the collection of the retention sample, archival location of the data to support the characterization and GLP compliance status of the characterization.

현재의 인터넷은 IPv4를 기반으로 하며, CIDR(Classless InterDomain Routing)을 이용하여 IP의 고갈을 막으려고 노력하고 있다. 따라서, ISP들은 MPLS(Multiprotocol Label Switching)를 사용하게 될 것이다.
