The Ministry of National Defense announced 'Defense Reform 2.0' that aims to strengthen the country's security for decrease of regional uncertainties, growing requirements for advanced technologies, and a need for more efficiency in the Republic of Korea(RoK) Armed Forces this year. It said RoK Armed Forces have to change efficiently in preparation for rapid decline in military service resources as demographic cliff turning into reality, and the rapid evolution of the "battlefield environment" caused by developments in military science and technologies. RoK Navy combat Management System(CMS) made by domestic proprietary technology since 2000s and development centered on Agency for Defense Development require design changes for added requirements. So in this paper, I propose method of design a low cost and high efficiency navy CMS architecture based on high performance server and virtualization technology. And I create a test environment for analysis performance and compare the performance of proposed navy CMS and existing navy CMS.

Flexibility and efficiency in producing a large number of productions in small-to-medium lot sizes are necessary to be competitive. Many firms are concerned about cellular manufacturing system(CMS) to surmount the abrupt change in management environment and to innovate their manufacturing systems. The purpose of this study 1) align BPR with CMS, 2) present the methodology for constructing a CMS and 3) apply to a firm ad verify it. The results of this paper are to present 1) the systematic methodology for constructing CMS at first in our country, 2) the methodology integrating managerial aspects, technological aspects and behavioral aspects, 3) the customer-oriented methodology based on customer value.

오늘날 사용자제작콘텐츠(UCC: user created content)가 급속도로 확산되고 있으나, 그 제작 및 재생 플랫폼이 서로 달라 콘텐츠 상호간의 호환성이 떨어지고 저작 환경의 상호운용성이 부실하여 방대한 콘텐츠의 제작, 배포, 관리에 있어 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 상호운용성이 개선된 콘텐츠관리시스템(CMS: content management system)을 제안하고, 콘텐츠를 생성 변형 가공할 수 있는 표준 플랫폼과 콘텐츠 탑재 또는 이관 시 반복적인 작업을 최소화함으로써 효과적이고 신속한 배포 관리를 가능하게 하는 새로운 시스템을 설계한다. 특히 제안된 시스템은 서비스 범위 내의 사이트가 다양하고 대용량일 경우, 기존의 점대점 콘텐츠 이동에서 발생하는 호환성 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 콘텐츠 배포방식을 단일형 배포방식에서 중앙집중형 배포방식으로, 서비스 형태를 사이트 링크 방식에서 DB 링크 방식으로, 콘텐츠 상호 연결 형태를 단방향에서 양방향으로 개선함으로써 상호운용성이 크게 개선된 콘텐츠관리 기술을 채택하였다. 기존 시스템과의 비교를 통하여 제안된 시스템이 호환성 및 상호운용성 측면에서 개선된 성능을 나타냄을 입증하였다.

정보시스템 장애는 단순한 소프트웨어 오류에서부터 프로그램 시험 미비, 물리적인 방재시설 미비 등 다양하다. 비록 장애가 사소하더라도 그 결과는 엄청난 피해를 야기 시키기도 한다. 최근에는 이런 문제를 해결하는데 있어 단순한 외부 보안시스템만으로는 어렵게 되었다. 이제는 기업의 전반적인 정보기술에 대해 위험과 관련된 종합적인 대응책 수립과 적절한 대응이 필요한 시점에 도래하였다. 이와 관련하여 본 논문에서는 조직체 내에서 IT자원에 대한 무결성, 가용성, 기밀성을 고려하여 조직 내부와 외부에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 정보 및 시스템과 데이터에 대한 통제는 물론이고 위험에도 대처 할 수 있는 종합적인 위험관리시스템을 모델링하기 위한 특성에 대해 연구하였다.

본 연구에서는 웹기반 멀티미디어 정보환경에서 자원관리 패러다임 변화와 함께 도서관의 장서관리가 지식컨텐츠관리로 변화할 필요성을 제시하였다. 효율적인 웹 컨텐츠관리는 개인별 맞춤화 서비스를 제공함으로서 궁극적으로 이용자 만족을 최대화 할 수 있다. 특히, 메타브라우징 방식을 이용한 컨텐츠 맞춤화 서비스는 이용자 개인이 일하는 핵심컨텐츠만을 집중 서비스함으로서 이용자 만족의 극대화에 기여한다. 본 연구에서는 이와같이 이용자의 만족을 강화하기 위한 웹 기반 멀티미디어 지식컨텐트 관리방안에 대해서 관리요소와 서비스방안을 중심으로 연구하였다.

The input and output device requires precise color representation and CMS (Color Management System) because of the increasing number of ways to apply the digital image into electronic publishing. However, there are slight differences in the device dependent color signal among the input and output devices. Also, because of the non-linear conversion of the input signal value to the output signal value, there are color differences between the original copy and the output copy. It seems necessary for device-dependent color information values to change into device-independent color information values. When creating an original copy through electronic publishing, there should be color management with the input and output devices. From the devices' three phases of calibration, characterization and color conversion, the device-dependent color should undergo a color transformation into a device-independent color. In this paper, an experiment was done where the input device used the linear multiple regression and the sRGB color space to perform a color transformation. The output device used the GOG, GOGO and sRGB for the color transformation. After undergoing a color transformation in the input and output devices, the best results were created when the original target underwent a color transformation by the scanner and digital camera input device by the linear multiple regression, and the LCD output device underwent a color transformation by the GOG model.
