Conducted noise in power line contains both the common mode(CM) and differential mode(DM) noise. These two modes of noise are caused by different noise sources and paths. Therefore, CM/DM noise must be deal with individually in EMI filter. In this paper the technique to separate power line noise is presented, which can be used to measure both the CM and the DM noise from total generated noise. Also, noise-separator is designed and experimental results showed 30 dB above of separation performance in 10 kHz~10 MHz.
The flyback topology is being widely used in power adapters. The coupling capacitance between primary and secondary windings of a flyback transformer is the main path for common-mode (CM) noise conduction. A Y-cap is usually used to effectively suppress EMI noise. However, this results in problems in space, cost, and the danger of safety leakage current. In this paper, the CM noise behaviors due to the electric field coupling of the transformer windings in a flyback adapter with synchronous rectification are analyzed. Then a scheme with balance winding is proposed to reduce the CM noise with a transformer winding design that eliminates the Y-cap. The planar transformer has advantages in terms of its low profile, good heat dissipation and good stray parameter consistency. Based on the proposed scheme, with the help of a full-wave simulation tool, the key parameter influences of the transformer PCB winding design on CM noise are further analyzed. Finally, a PCB transformer for an 18W adapter is designed and tested to verify the effectiveness of the balance winding scheme.

It appraises that use an indoor noise standard, a NC value which is a noise appraisal, a dB(A) value, a N value in foreign country because it doesn't yet ready an appraisal standard in domestic. Also, It appraises that the supply and drainage noise which could change water supply pressure, $4kg/cm^2,\;3kg/cm^2,\;2kg/cm^2,\;1.5kg/cm^2,\;1kg/cm^2$, bring about a noise and inquires how does noise level indicates according to each instruments. In case of a water supply pressure standard, $3kg/cm^2$, a C-605is $3{\sim}5dB(A)$ lower than another instruments in directly overhead stories. It appears that all of them is similar to level in directly under level except c-407(2)Analyzed the NC value, c-605is the lowest level, NC-50, of a water supply pressure, $4.0kg/cm^2$, c-407 is the highest level, NC-55.(3) In case of N value, which is one of water supply methods in Japan, it is the lowest level, N-55, of a water supply pressure, $4.0kg/cm^2$ same as NC value and C-407is the highest level, N-60.(4) In case of water supply that is likely to noise level, It appears 6dB(A) level gap each instruments, and C-605 is the lowest level, 63.9dB(A).
In this study, noise arresting effect of the noise control room from the transmission of surrounding noise was tested when the packing noise control rooms were set up in the test room in which the prerecorded noise from an engine room was reradiated at the same level as the original pressure. The inner space of control room A is $3.389m^3(1.19\times1.19\times2.14m)$ having walls furnished with plywood board 9mm in thickness and noise control room door$(60\times45cm) $ and illumination lamp are placed. In case of the control room B, noise absorption board(10mm fiber board which holds the corntype concavity with diameter of 5mm, depth 5mm, space 15mm) is adhered to the internal ceiling and styrol foam boards(20mm) to the walls. The other struction is same as the control room A. Type C is the same as B except wool board(Glass Fiber, 33mm) on the walls. Type D is same as type A except that the thickness of wall is 12mm and wood pyramid type cone$(5\times5\times13cm)$ is adhered to the ceiling ana walls(Fig. 1). When the recorded noise and vibrated noise were controlled in various levels. The noise pressure which passed through the control rooms was measured by sound level meter(Bruel & Kjar 2205, measuring range 37-140dB). In order to calculate the absorption rate in the control rooms the noise pressure was measured at different distances when the recorded noise pressure was radiated. The followings are the results obtained from the experiment. 1. When the noise pressure of the test room was 60dB, transmission rate of type A was $69.7\%$ and increased $3.3\%$ per 10dB. At the same condition, the rate was $53.9\%$ and increased $4.5\%$ per 10dB in type D. Type D was the most effective in noise arresting of the four and the effect was D,C,B and A in order(Fig.2). 2. When the oscillator sound and vessels noise were radiated in 1,000Hz, at one meter distance to the type A and D, the oscillator sound pressure were 77dB and 73dB, while the vessels noise pressure were 73.3dB and 66.2dB respectivley(Fig.3). 3. Refering to the influence of the frequency to the lower oscillator sound(1,000Hz) pressure, both type C and D were almost same at 140cm but type C was 0.3dB lower than type D at 20cm distance(Fig.4).
This study was carried out to measure and analyze the characteristics of noise and vibration, and to analyze their effects on the productivity of layers, mechanical troubles, and abnormal wear-out failure of facilities and equipment of the layer house. The measurements of noise and vibration were taken at 13 layer farms nationwide for the operations of feed supplier system, feed distribution system, automatic egg collection system, ventilation system, blot conveyer for layer feces, and fur the case of with and without their operation by a sound level meter and a vibration measuring system in the layer house equipped with upright multi-tier cages. Measurement results showed that normal times were noise(N) 82 dB and vibration(V) 0.2072 cm/s, feed supplier system were 90 dB(N) and 2.8560 cm/s(V), feed distribution system were 90 dB(N) and 2.0222 cm/s(V), automatic egg collection system were 87 dB(N) and 0.1865 cm/s(V), ventilation system 88 dB(N) and 2.5364 cm/s(V), belt conveyer fur layer feces were 88 dB(N) and 0.2387 cm/s(V), and then maximum values of noise and vibration were 90 dB and 2.8560 cm/s, respectively, when feeding systems(feed supplying system and feed distribution system) were operated. Based on these results, an experiment is being conducted to find out the effect of noise and vibration on the productivity of layers in the layer house equipped with upright multi-tier cages.

The present paper reports the development of a computational code based on the Adaptive Group of Ink Drop Spread (AGIDS) for reconstruction of the neutron noise sources in reactor cores. AGIDS algorithm was developed as a fuzzy inference system based on the active learning method. The main idea of the active learning method is to break a multiple input-single output system into a single input-single output system. This leads to the ability to simulate a large system with high accuracy. In the present study, vibrating absorber-type neutron noise source in an International Atomic Energy Agency-two dimensional reactor core is considered in neutron noise calculation. The neutron noise distribution in the detectors was calculated using the Galerkin finite element method. Linear approximation of the shape function in each triangle element was used in the Galerkin finite element method. Both the real and imaginary parts of the calculated neutron distribution of the detectors were considered input data in the developed computational code based on AGIDS. The output of the computational code is the strength, frequency, and position (X and Y coordinates) of the neutron noise sources. The calculated fraction of variance unexplained error for output parameters including strength, frequency, and X and Y coordinates of the considered neutron noise sources were $0.002682{\sharp}/cm^3s$, 0.002682 Hz, and 0.004254 cm and 0.006140 cm, respectively.
In this paper, The proposed board is developed by EMI compliant Dash Camera with $360^{\circ}$ omni angle. The proposed board is designed by designing DM and CM input noise reduction circuit and applying active EMI filter coupling circuit. The DM and CM input noise reduction circuit design uses a differential op amp circuit to obtain the DM noise coupled to the input signal via the parasitic capacitance(CP). In order to simplify the circuit by applying the active EMI filter coupling circuit, a noise separator is installed to compensate the noise of the EMI source to compensate the CM and DM active filter simultaneously. In order to evaluate the performance of the board for the proposed EMI response, an authorized accreditation body has confirmed that the electromagnetic certification standard for each frequency band is satisfied.

Conventional EMI filters have tried to use an active EMI filter as a series by the series connection of two EMI filters for CM and DM noise. However, the proposed filter is formed into one circuit by using the active EMI filter which is able to filter CM and DM noise components together. As a result, the active EMI filter showed the outstanding quality in mass and volume under 50% and electric characteristics have been compared to the passive EMI filter in approximately 150kHz~10MHz. Furthermore, the proposed circuit has simple circuit components by comparing with the series EMI filters, and electrical characteristics are similar. The noise have been attenuated to maximum 20dBuV.

This paper describes a principle of the conducted noise separator which can separate the conducted noise to the common mode and differential mode(normal mode), and presents the transfer characteristics of the separator designed and manufactured. We separated the conducted noise generated from switched mode converter to the CM and DM conducted noise, and also analyzed the source and path of conducted noise in the converter by the conducted noise separator. Since we could easily get the characteristics of the CM and DM conducted noise by the separator, we could efficiently determine the contermeasures for the reduction of the conducted noise and establish the foundation of the systematic procedure for the design of low pass filter.
This paper describes the amount of food consumption and the change of total weight of abalone under a vibration with noise that can be occurred due to piling work. This experiment was conducted in the aquarium in Yosu National University. In normal situation the juvenile stage shell's(total length is 1~1.5cm) amount of food consumption was 0.81g, the middle stage shell(total length is 3~3.5cm) was 13.61g, and the adult stage shell (Total length is 7~7.5cm) was 43.l9g per 5 organisms in 24 hours, while the experimental group was observed low numerical value compared normal groups. The abalones' food consumption and total weight in both groups, the intermittent and continuance impact with noise and vibration, was reduced during this experiment. The abalones' food consumption and total weight in the experimental groups without vibration were recorded slightly high numerical value than the experimental groups with noise and vibration. Based on this experimental data we could conjecture the noise and vibration are harmful factors to bring up a physiological stress to abalones. Especially, the vibration impact by piling works could produce a considerably unfavorable effect to the abalones than noise impact.
