JSP 모델 1로 개발된 웹 어플리케이션의 문제점은 HTML과 자바 코드가 같은 파일로 결합되어 유지관리에 어려움을 준다. HTML과 자바가 같은 파일로 결합될 때, HTML과 애플리케이션의 논리적인 측면 모두가 복잡해지기 때문에 여러 사람이 이들 파일에 대해 책임을 갖게 되는 것이 불가피해지는 문제점이 발생한다. 반면, JSP 모델 2(MVC 모델)는 객체지향 방법론의 구현으로 구현과 모델, 뷰를 분리함으로써 위의 문제점을 해소한다. 우리가 개선할 Web CMS도 JSP 모델 1로 개발된 웹 어플리케이션으로 JSP가 가지고 있는 문제점을 가지고 있었다. 이런 문제점을 개선하기 위해 기업에서 대학측에 Web CMS 개선 프로젝트를 제안하였다. 프로젝트에 적용한 기술들은 객체지향 모델링 언어인 UML을 기반으로 설계를 하고, 일정관리 도구인 MS-Project에 의해 일정관리를 하였다. 개발 프로그래밍 언어는 웹 어플리케이션 아키텍처인 자바 스트러츠로 개발하였다. 이에 본 논문은 새로운 기술인 객체지향 방법론을 적용하기 원하는 중소 SI 기업과 지역 거점 대학과의 산학협동 사례를 제시한다. 지방 중소 SI 기업과 그 기업에서 개발한 Web CMS를 지역 거점 대학과의 산학 협동을 통해 신기술로 개선한 과정과 방법, 결과에 대해 말하고자 한다. 또한, 기업과의 산학협동을 통해 얻은 교훈을 통해 대학과 기업이 서로 상생할 수 있는 방법에 대해 고찰해 보고한다.

중국심천 삼성코닝 프로젝트 (SSG Expansion Project)는 전문적인 건설인력이 없는 발주처를 대신하여 설계단계에서 최종 턴 오버(turn over)까지 건설 전 과정에 대하여 CM을 수행한 사례로서 한국기업이 중국에서의 CM 업무를 성공적으로 수행한 대표적인 사례이며, 대규모 공장건설에 있어 건설과 생산설비의 설치에 대한 종합적인 공정관리와 설계, 시공을 동시에 수행하는 Fast Track 방식에서 범할 수 있는 설계오류 및 풀질저하에 대한 사전 예측관리, 현지의 건설특성에 적합한 각종 공법 및 요소기술의 제시를 통한 시공성 향상, 원가절감, 공기단축에 기여로 유사 프로젝트 대비 4개월 이상 단축하여 성공적으로 제품을 생산하는 성과를 달성한 사례이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 프로젝트의 각 단계별 주요 CM업무 수행현황 및 중국건설의 특징을 고찰하고, 한국기업의 중국 CM시장 진출 가능성과 진출을 위한 사전준비에 필요한 사업 단계별 유의사항에 대한 검토를 목적으로 한다. 국내 건설경기가 침체되어 있는 현재 본 연구를 통하여 중국 건설현황에 대한 올바른 이해와 중국 CM시장의 진출 및 성공에 밑거름이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

CM services have been focused on the advancement of the CM industry and expansion to overseas market based on CM capabilities. However, there has been lack of quantitative and comprehensive research to investigate current CM trends and prospects for improving competitiveness. In this sense, the purpose of this study is to statistically analyze total of 3,453 CM service contracts over the past 18 years (between 1997 and 2014) in term of market type, contract size, owner's type, commodity type. Finding of this research reveal that 1) compared to 2005, CM market size in 2015 increased as much as 2.5 times, and that 2) domestic CM projects count for 87.5%, architectural project 88.4%, less than 1 billion won small contracts 75%, respectively. Also, recently as CM company are developing capability and competitiveness, 1) overseas CM market share has grown up to 20% among total CM contract amount, and 2) CM contracts by private owners has increased 3 times demanding the total management services based on high technical capability. Additionally, the result of this paper supports the growth path model proposed by Jung et al. (2014), where a path from Domestic Public (DP3) and Domestic Private (DC2) CM projects towards the expansion to International Private (IC5) contracts was quantitatively analyzed. Implications for other practical issues are also briefly discussed.

현재 많은 SI업계나 IT기업들은 소프트웨어 프로세스의 품질 향상을 위해서, 사실적 표준이 되어가고 있는 CMMI 인증을 취득하려 하고 있다. 조직은 이를 위해 여러 CMMI 지원 도구들을 이용하게 되는데 각 도구별 산출자산들의 데이터 형식이나 종류가 다를 수 있다. 따라서 그들을 표준화하여 통합 저장하고 관리할 수 있는 통합 저장소가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이질적인 산출물들의 효과적인 관리 지원을 위한 SIR-CM(SPIC Integration Repository-Configuration Management) 시스템을 제안한다. 이것은 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 센터(SPIC)의 각 지원 도구로부터 산출되는 이질적인 산출물들을 통합하여 저장, 관리 할 수 있다. 그리고 처음 SPI를 위해 CMMI의 인증을 받으려는 기업에게 충분히 필요한 시스템이라 판단되고 더욱 질 좋은 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 가져다 줄 것이다

The sustainable growth of Construction Management(CM) market depends on clients'acceptance from positive project outcomes of CM services. Achieving the positive outcomes requires CM firms'competency and efforts. Equally, it is critical to understand and overcome barriers of CM performance, which cause inefficiencies and under-performance of CM services. The objective of the study is to identify and discuss the barriers of CM performance during pre-construction stages in private CM projects based on the FMEA technique. Major findings basically suggest that clients and CM firms have roles to play, individually and collaboratively, in order to improve CM performance by eliminating performance barriers.

생각보다 조용했다. 한참 혈기왕성한 젊은 공대생 넷이 모여 앉아 뚝딱거리며 비행기를 만들 줄 알았는데 기대와는 많이 달랐다. 한쪽에서는 수치계산에 여념이 없고, 한쪽에선 시뮬레이션 작업에 촉각을 곤두세우고 있다. 이들의 이런 노력은 모두 책상 위에 놓여진 손바닥만한 비행기 때문이다. 길이 13.4cm, 무게 60g의 이 비행체에 그들은 꿈과 미래를 다 걸었다.

CMS(Contents Management Solution)는 컨텐츠를 관리하는 시스템을 의미. 시장조사기관 Ovum은 CMS에 대하여 'e-Business에 포함되는 모든 컨텐츠를 생성, 보관, 관리하는 일련의 작업(Task)과 과정(Process)'이라고 정의. 일반적으로는 '기업 내에 존재하는 다양한 포맷의 컨텐츠인 문서, 이미지, 동영상, 소리 등을 제작, 출판, 관리하는 솔루션으로 보통 컨텐츠 생성, 출판, 배포, 보관 등으로 정리되는 컨텐츠 라이프스타일 전체를 관리하는 것'으로 규정. (중략)

The CM(Construction Management) market has been growing steadily since 2000, but there are a lot of obstructing factors. Recently, many questions have been raised over the level of construction managers' technique, the appropriateness and efficiency of CM, and the performance of using CM because of its short history. In this respect, evaluating CM service quality is a very important issue not only to acquire a better position in unlimited competence markets but also to survive. Therefore, the objective of this study is to present a service quality evaluating model which can be adopted to CM companies.
