Monolayers of graphite can be grown by fine controlled surface graphitization on the surfaces of various metallic and semiconducting materials. Epitaxial graphene grown on polished silicon carbide crystal surfaces has drawn much attention due to well known vacuum annealing procedures from surface analysis methods, especially scanning tunneling microscopy(STM) and scanning tunneling spectroscopy(STS). In this study, we have grown single layer and few layer graphene on silicon terminated 6H-SiC(0001) crystals. The growth of graphene layers were observed by low energy electron diffraction(LEED) patterns. Scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy measurements were performed to illustrate the electronic structure which may display some clue on the influence of the underlying structure. Spatially resolved STS results acquired at the edges of epitaxial graphene show in detail the electron density of states, which is compared to theoretical calculations. STM measurements were also done on graphene films grown by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) and transferred onto a SiC(0001) crystal. These observations may provide a hint for the understanding of carrier scattering at the edges.

The paper proposes a new sonic resonance test for a dynamic elastic constant measurement which is based on time-average electronic speckle pattern interferometry(TA-ESPI)and Euler-Bernoulli equation. Previous measurement technique of dynamic elastic constant has the limitation of application for thin film or polymer material because contact to specimen affects the result. TA-ESPI has been developed as a non-contact optical measurement technique which can visualize resonance vibration mode shapes with whole-field. The maximum vibration amplitude at each vibration mode shape is a clue to find the resonance frequencies. The dynamic elastic constant of test material can be easily estimated from Euler-Bernoulli equation using the measured resonance frequencies. The TA-ESPI dynamic elastic constant measurement technique is able to give high accurate elastic modulus of materials through a simple experiment and analysis.

유전자의 구조 예측 및 발현 기작에 대한 연구는 매우 중요한 사안으로 대두되고 있다. 특히 유전자 발현 제어에 중요한 역할을 하는 프로모터 영역을 예측하는 것은 전체 생명체 네트워크 규명을 위한 단초를 제공하기 때문에 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 진핵생물의 유전자 프로모터 예측을 위한 Support Vector Machine(SVM) 활용방안에 대한 연구내용을 다루고 있다. 특성 벡터 값 생성을 위한 인코딩 방법 및 학습 데이터들의 구성에 대한 다양한 실험을 통해 SVM활용 방안에 대한 올바른 방향을 제시하고 있다.

When a crime occurs, the information necessary for solving the case, and various pieces of the evidence needed to prove the crime are collected from the crime scene. The tangible residues collected through scientific methods at the crime scene become evidence at trial and a clue to prove the facts directly against the offense of the suspect. Therefore, the scientific investigation and forensic handling for securing objective forensic in crime investigation is increasingly important. Today, digital systems, such as smartphones, CCTVs, black boxes, etc. are increasingly used as criminal information investigation clues, and digital forensic is becoming a decisive factor in investigation and trial. However, the systems have the risk that digital forensic may be damaged or manipulated by malicious insiders in the existing centralized management systems based on client/server structure. In this paper, we design and implement a blockchain based digital forensic management model using Hyperledger Fabric and Docker to guarantee the reliability and integrity of digital forensic. The proposed digital evidence management model allows only authorized participants in a distributed environment without a central management agency access the network to share and manage potential crime data. Therefore, it could be relatively safe from malicious internal attackers compared to the existing client/server model.

Mobile IPv6는 이동 단말의 이동 중에도 세션을 유지하는 기법 중 하나이다. 기존 Mobile IPv4에서의 삼각라우팅 문제를 해결하기 위해, Mobile IPv6에서는 단말과 대응노드가 서로 직접 통신할 수 있는 기법을 제공하고 있다. 하지만, 현재 Mobile IPv6의 기법은 공격자가 일반적인 사용자의 세션을 뺏어오거나, 그것을 응용한 여러 공격이 가능하도록 하고 있어 개선이 필요하다. 우리는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 기존에 사용되던 두 개의 토큰에게 연관성을 부여하는 방법을 통하여 보안을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 현재 표준의 문제점을 분석하고, 보다 강화된 보안을 제공하기 위한 요구사항을 도출 및 이를 만족하는 프로토콜을 정의하였다. 그리고 여러 방면에서의 성능 분석을 수행하였다.

$Ren{\acute{e}}$ Char and Yi Yuk-Sa have similarities to be accepted as representative poet of resistance in France and South Korea's history of literature. These similarities lead us to make a comparative study on two poets not having any positive influencing relationship. Their experiences as a independence fighter have a great effect on their whole works. This study applies concept of "Po-ethica" to compare features and values about their works. This concept anticipates ethical and existential throwbacks not an aesthetic throwback. Their poems are remarkable that they not only present a ethical perspectives surpassing the "lettrism" but also show the lyricism in poems of resistance surpassing patriotic and ideological appeal. This lyricism results from the pursuits of a true life not a confidence of the goodness. The similarities and differences in their works can be a clue for rediscovering the meaning and values of poems of resistance. Rilke said, "The Poem is the experience". Char's poems are more experiential than any other poet's poems. His poems of resistance show a personal life than deconstruction of discourse such as nationality and father land. On the other hand, Yuk-Sa's poems show a prospect of nature and the macrocosm. This naturalization of a resistance surpass a pastoral attitude of forgetting their phases of the times and reality. Therefore, their "Po-ethica" of resistance is valid today.

China's Yueyanglou(岳陽樓) cultural landscape and cultural landscape of Korea, respectively Yueyanglou(岳陽樓) investigated and the following results were extracted. Second, Korea is entirely China's 'sun' Lou Yueyanglou(岳陽樓) was a significant effect of cultural landscape. The beautiful landscapes of the Joseon Dynasty literati in the Joseon reported only in words and pictures they admired China's leading natural and cultural landscape and paste the name of the famous' sun Lou watch it was transformed into a cultural landscape. For this reason, the current remaining two 'sun' Lou, but probably the Joseon Dynasty, called the 'sun tower base and is estimated to be more common than now. In addition, in Hadong Yueyanglou(岳陽樓) near the sun 'Lou, China has also attached near the nomination could be an important clue.

토지이용변화는 환경 변화에 영향을 주는 대표적인 인자이기 때문에 수문 모델링에 있어서 상당히 중요하다. 특히 급격한 도시화가 이루어지는 지역에 대해서는 토지이용변화를 반드시 고려하여야 한다. 인구와 지형자료를 이용하여 토지이용변화를 모의할 수 있는 CLUE-S 모델이 개발되었지만 아직까지 대부분 수문모델은 토지이용변화를 고려하지 못하고 있었다. 이에 Pai, N. 와 D. Saraswat은 SWAT2009_LUC Tool를 개발하여 시공간적으로 변화하는 토지를 고려한 수문모의를 가능하도록 하였다. 하지만 SWAT2009_LUC는 새로운 종류의 토지이용종류를 고려할 수 없어 유역 내 새로운 토지이용도가 추가될 시 이를 모의할 수 없다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해서 Friedrich J. Koch Koch는 Land use Update and Soil Assessment(LUPSA)를 개발하여 새로운 토지이용도 및 변화된 토지이용도의 경사도를 추가적으로 고려할 수 있도록 하였다. 하지만 LUPSA 모듈은 공개되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 SWAT 사용자들이 토지이용변화를 많이 고려할 수 있도록 Web 기반의 LUC 모듈을 개발하였으며, SWAT BFlow Alpha Factor와 경사도 기반의 CN을 산정할 수 있는 모듈을 추가하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 Web 기반의 LUC는 국내뿐만 아니라 해외 SWAT 사용자들로 하여금 급격하게 토지가 변화한 유역에 대해 정확한 수문모의를 하는데 기여할 것이라 판단된다.

The status of artificial insemination was surveyed by investigating 20796 heads of adult dairy cattle out of 30464 heads at 1649 dairy farms located Seoul and Gyung-Gi and Chung-Cheong province area, and the results are as follows: 1. There were 286 small farms feeding less than 5 heads occupying 17.3% of total farm number, and 1083 medium sized dairy farms feeding between $6{\sim}20$ heads occupying 65.64% and also 280 large dairy farms feeding more than 21 heads occupying 17.06% of total. 2. Population of cow aging from 2 to 6 years were 87.26% and among 20907 heads of dairy cattles which had calved previously 13196 heads had histories of one to four calving 90.40%. 3. The successful conception rate with first A. I. occupied only 53.43% and 92.4% after third A. I. service. The average A. I. frequency for successful conception per/head was 1.8 times. 4. The breeding status was pregnancy 61.72%, uncertain pregnancy 19.39%, and as physiological vacancy 12.48% and reproductive disorders 10.62%. 5. Among 1264 heads of reproductive disorders 856 heads were clue to ovarian diseases and occupied 68.98% of total disorders and uterus diseases 10.64% and repeat breeders occupied 17.64%.

연소기 내의 연소반응 촉진 및 연소불안정성 해결의 단초를 제공하기 위해, 정상초음파가 개재된 프로판/공기 예혼합화염의 구조거동을 고찰하는 연구를 수행하였다. 화염대의 구조 변이를 가시화하기 위해 슐리렌 기법을 이용하였으며, 당량비에 따른 화염선단의 형상 및 화염 전파속도의 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 정상초음파는 화염선단을 찌그러뜨렸고, 난류 화염으로의 천이를 가속시켰다.
