  • 본 논문은 생산에서 판매, 경영에 이르는 모든 과정을 통합하여 효율적인 생산체제의 구축을 위한 CIM에 대한 네트워크 프로토콜에 관한 연구로써, 생산자동화를 위한 통신프로토콜인 MAP 규격에 의거, 실시간 응용이 가능한 Mini-MAP을 스테이션 토대별로 하여 LLC및 응용계층 프로토콜인 MMS를 설계하였다.

  • 전력거래소는 전력산업 국가전략과제 중 하나로 추진된 한국형에너지관리시스템(이후 K-EMS)의 개발(2005~2010)을 성공적으로 완수하였으며 이를 바탕으로 차기계통운영시스템(이후 차기EMS)의 설계 및 도입(2011~2014)을 위한 작업을 진행 중에 있다. 차기EMS는 EMS를 중심으로 신규 시스템과 기존 시스템이 통합, 연계되어 사용자가 필요한 데이터를 원활하게 제공할 수 있는 서비스 중심 인프라스트럭쳐를 지향하고 있으며 이를 구현하기 위한 주요 기술 중 하나로 전력계통 모델링을 위해 IEC 국제표준규격인 CIM(Common Information Model)을 적용하였다. CIM은 차기시스템의 핵심 설비인 차기EMS와 차기MOS 간 공통 플랫폼을 제공하여 시스템의 신뢰성 뿐 아니라 유지보수 비용 측면에서의 개선을 기대할 수 있다. 차기EMS는 CIM의 적용을 통해 CIM을 채택한 이 기종 시스템과의 연계를 위한 호환성 및 유연성을 가진 시스템으로 개발될 것이다.

  • 자동화기술 및 정보통신의 급속한 발전 등의 환경 변화에 따라 컴퓨터를 기반으로 하는 통합생산 시스템 구축의 필요성이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 통합생산(CIM)시스템을 구축하기 위한 제안 요구서에 따라 각 업체에서 제안한 업체별 구현방법을 효율적으로 평가하기 위하여 퍼지집합을 이용한 컴퓨터통합생산시스템의업체별 평가 방법을 제안한다.

  • A Process Quality Information System (PQIS) for the CIM environment is presented. The system includes three subsystems which are qualify control, statistical analysis, and information management. As part of CIM, the PQIS was designed by using the ICAM Definition(IDEF) methodology. The Oracle-CDE was utilized as a graphic development tool which made the system more user friendly. PQIS operates on IBM or compatible PCs under MS-Windows and Oracle DBMS. The methodology developed in this research provides a foundation for the application of CIM subsystems.

통합생산을 위한 생산정보 모델에 관한 연구 (An Information Modeling Methodolgy for CIM)

  • An ecconomically competitive automated manufacturing system integrates the various control processes and data used in design, manufacturing, sale and service of products. CIM is a way to achieve such integration through computers and computational techniques in design, planning, and manufacturing. Developing effective CIM architectures is hampered by integration problems. The key to resolving these problems lies in a better understanding of manufacturing function and how it is related to other manufacturing functions. Integration of CIM environment requires coordinated solutions to data management problems for individual application system as well as for exchange of data between these applications. This requires a common framework for data management throughout the CIM environment. This paper discusses the design paradigm as a framework for this purpose. Designing an organizational structure to meet those goals involves 1) analyzing the functions through functional decomposition, 2) developing a data model to coordinate functions. As a result, we propose an object-oriented design methodology for manufacturing information system.

금형산업에 있어서 CIM 도입과 효과분석 (CIM Implementation and Its Effects in Dies Manufacturing Industry)

  • In dies manufacturing industry, quality, cost, and production leadtime are very important. In this study, we describe the current status and characteristics of dies industry in Korea. AS a case study, we introduce a CIM system implemented in a leading dies manufacturer and describe its components and functions. Subsequently, we analyze the effectiveness of the CIM system by using the real data between 1987 and 1992 from the company. It is indicated that the most significant impact of CIM is the reduced cost, followed by increased sales, reduced leadtime, and improved quality of dies. All these four variables show positive correlations with one another. However, the data indicate that the number of employees are not directly related with other variables : probably because additional personnel are required for operating new technology such as CAD/CAM and information network.

  • As the significance of quality in the sense of customer satisfaction is growing, the management of quality becomes one of the main interests in the manufacturing systems research. This paper presents the concept of quality-driven CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing) system which is composed of a business process domain and a quality domain. In the business process domain, business functions are integrated by conventional design and manufacturing databases on the one hand, and an integrated quality system is interlinked to them via several quality modules on the other hand. Quality information model connects the business process domain with the quality domain where various types of quality data are stored in the form of quality database. This framework helps a manufacturing enterprise to implement the quality-driven CIM system to achieve its final objective "customer satisfaction".ion".uot;.

  • There is a wide variety of system and applications in the power system. However, they have compatibility issues because they use different data standard and communication method. With the introduction of the smart grid, power system has been grow and diversified. Therefore power system need to be compatible with each other and the interoperability between applications is increasingly important. Thus, the IEC established IEC61970 and CIM Standard data exchange model for interoperability and system integration. Server-Client system was constructed which using CIM HSDA(Part4), a standard communication model, presented in IEC 619710. Also, self-developed real-time voltage stability analysis application and contingency analysis application was used. CIM HSDA was used for data input and real-time analysis. Tolerance of result which is in the range of allowable derived by Perform real-time voltage stability and contingency analysis of Jeju power system, and then compare it's result with PSS/E result.
