유기-무기 혼성화합물로 부터 정육면체 Cu2O 합성 (Synthesis of Cubic Cu2O from Organic-Inorganic Hybrid)

  • 구조의 유기-무기 혼성화합물 Cu2(OH)3(CH3COO)·H2O를 선구물질로 사용하여 Cu2O를 합성하였다. 75oC의 수용액에서 Cu2(OH)3(CH3COO)·H2O를 글루코오스로 환원시켜서 정육면체 Cu2O를 합성하였다. 선구물질과 글루코오스의 효과를 조사하였다. Cu2(OH)3(CH3COO)·H2O의 구조는 균일한 크기의 Cu2O를 만드는데 중요한 역할을 한다.

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서는 주요(主要) 항만(港灣)에서 채취(採取)한 해성점토(海性粘土)에 대(對)하여 각종(各種) 공학력(工學力) 성질(性質)들을 측정(測定)하여 이들의 상호관계(相互關係)를 분석(分析) 고찰(考察)하였는바 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 본(本) 시험지구(試驗地區)의 흙은 대구분(大部分)이 CH, CL, ML로 구성(構成)되어 있으며 초기압밀(初期壓密)이 진행중(進行中)인 것으로 사료(思料)된다. 2. 압축지수(壓縮指數)와 액성한계(液性限界)의 관계식(關係式)은 다음과 같다. CH : $C_c=0.0137$ (LL-22.6) CL : $C_c=0.0123$ (LL-14.64) 3. 압축지수(壓縮指數)와 초기간극비(初期間隙比)의 관계(關係)는 소성(塑性)이 높은 흙 일수록 기울기가 완만하였으며 그 관계식(關係式)은 다음과 같다. CH : $C_c=0.431$ ($e_o-0.504$) CH : $C_c=0.471$ ( $e_o-0.235$) ML : $C_c=0.641$ ($e_o-0.393$) 4. 압축지수(壓縮指數)와 자연함수비(自然含水比)의 관계식(關係式)은 다음과 같다. CH : $C_c=0.0133$ ($W_n-28.27$) CL : $C_c=0.0225$ ($W_n-23.56$) ML : $C_c=0.0106$ ($W_n-16.42$) 5. 초기간극비(初期間隙比) 및 자연함수비(自然含水比)와 압축지수(壓縮指數)의 관계(關係)는 높은 정(正)의 상관(相關)으로 그 관계식(關係式)은 다음과 같다. 드론영상을 활용한 논 유기물 관리 인자 조사 및 메탄가스 배출량 산정 (Application of Drone Images to Investigate Biomass Management Practices and Estimation of CH4 Emissions from Paddy Fields)

  • Rice paddy cultivation is one of the major sources in methane (CH4) emission of which accurate assessment would be a prerequisite for agricultural greenhouse gas management. Biomass treatment in paddy fields is an important factor that affects CH4 emissions and thus needs to be taken into account. The objectives of this study were to apply drone images to investigate organic matter practices and to incorporate into the estimation of CH4 emissions from paddy fields. Three study areas were selected by one from each of the three different regions of Yeongnam, Honam and Jungbu, which are the most active region in paddy cultivation. The eBee drone was used to take images of the study sites twice a year; Jul mid-season for identifying rice cultivation area; Jan for investigating rice straw management and winter crop cultivation. Based on biomass management practices, different emissions factors were assigned on an individual paddy field and CH4 emmisions were estimated by multiplying respective areas. The ratios of rice straw application and winter crop cultivation were 1.4% and 37.2% in Hapcheon, 1.3% and 19.8% in Gimje, and 0.0% and 0.5% in Dangjin, respectively. The CH4 emissions estimates for respective sites were 0.40 ton CH4/year/ha, 0.34 ton CH4/year/ha, and 0.29 ton CH4/year/ha. On average, estimated CH4 emissions of this study were 28.5% less than the current Tier 2 CH4 emission estimation method.

Palladium(II) Schiff Base Complexes Derived from Allylamine and Vinylaniline

  • Condensation of salicylaldehyde $(2-HOC_6H_4C(O)H)$ with allylamine afforded the unsaturated salicylaldimine, $2-HOC_6H_4C(H)=NCH_2CH=CH_2$. Similar reactivity was observed with substituted salicylaldehydes. Further reaction of these Schiff bases with palladium acetate or $Na_2PdCl_4$ afforded complexes of the type $PdL_2$, where L = deprotonated Schiff base. The molecular structure of the parent salicylaldimine palladium complex $[trans-(2-OC_6H_4C(H)=NCH_2CH=CH_2)_2Pd]$ (1) was characterized by an X-ray diffraction study. Crystals of 1 were monoclinic, space group $P2_1/n,\;a\;=\;14.0005(9)\;{\AA},\;b\;=7.2964(5)\;{\AA},\;c\;=\;17.5103(12)\;{\AA},\;{\beta}\;=\;100.189(1)^{\circ}$, Z = 4. Analogous chemistry with 4-vinylaniline also gave novel palladium complexes containing a pendant styryl group. Crystals of $[trans-(2-HOC_6H_4C(H)=N-4-C_6H_4CH=CH_2)_2Pd]$ (4) were monoclinic, space group $P2_1/c$, a = 13.7710(14) ${\AA}$, b = 11.0348(11) ${\AA}$, c = 7.8192(8) ${\AA}$, ${\beta}\;=\;98.817(2)^{\circ}$, Z = 2.

Synthesis, Structure, and Antitumor Activity of Novel Platinum(II) Complexes Involving Asymmetric Chiral Diamines as Carrier Ligands

  • New platinum(II) complexes with asymmetrically substituted chiral diamine ligands A₂PtX₂, (A₂ = NH₂CH(CH₃)CH₂NH($c-C_5H_9)$ (apcpa), NH₂CH(CH₃)CH₂NH($c-C_6H_11)$ (apcha); X₂ = 2Cl, isopropylidenmalonate (IPM), 1,1'-cyclobutandicarboxylate (CBDCA)) have been synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analyses, infrared and NMR spectroscopies, and X-ray crystallography. The crystal structures of (S-apcha)Pt[CBDCA] ·3H₂O (orthorhombic, P2₁2₁2(No. 18), a = 6.926(3), b = 15.243(3), c = 19.319(4)Å, V = 2039.5(10) ų, Z = 4, R = 0.072) and (S-apcha)Pt[IPM] ·2.5 H₂O (monoclinic, P2/C(No. 13), a = 9.882(1), b =18.502(1), c = 22.056(1)Å, V = 4032.8(5)ų, Z = 8, R=0.093) exhibit that the platinum atoms achieve a typical square planar arrangement with two nitrogen atoms in cis position and with the chiral center retained. The spectroscopic data disclose that these platinum complexes are stable and their molecular structures are retained in aqueous solution. Among these platinum complexes, the asymmetric diamine-Pt(II) complexes with chloride leaving group exhibit high in vivo activity comparable to cisplatin against leukemia L1210 cell line.

Conjugation of Cyclohexane Metabolite in Liver Damaged Rats

  • To evaluate an effect of pathological liver damage on the conjugation of cyclohexane metabolites, rats were pretreated with 50% $CCl_4$ dissolved in olive oil (0.1 ml/100 g body weight) 10 or 17 times intraperitoneally at intervals of every other day. On the basis of liver function, the animals pretreated with $CCl_4$ 10 times were identified as acutely liver damaged ones and the animals pretreated with $CCl_4$ 17 times were identified as severly liver damaged ones. To these liver damaged animals, cyclohexane (a single dose of 1.56 g/kg body weight, i.p.) was administered at 48 hr after the last injection of $CCl_4$. The rats were sacrificed at 4 or 8 hr after injection of cyclohexane. The cyclohexane metabolites, cyclohexanol (CH-ol), cyclohexane-1,2-diol (CH-1,2-diol), cyclohexane-1,4-diol (CH-1,4-diol), and their glucuronyl conjugates and cyclohexanone were detected in the urine of cyclohexane treated rats. The urinary concentration of cyclohexane metabolites was generally more increased in liver damaged animals than normal ones, and the increasing rate was higher in $CCl_4$ 17 times injected rats than 10 times injected ones. And liver damaged.ats, especially $CCl_4$ 17 times treated ones, had an enhanced ability of glucuronyl conjugation to CH-ol analogues compared with normal group. Futhermore, CH-1,2 and 1,4-diol were all conjugated with glucuronic acid in $CCl_4$ 17 times injected animals. On the other hand, the increasing rate of activities of hepatic cytochrome P450 dependent aniline hydroxylase, alcohol dehydrogenase and urine diphosphate glucuronyl transferase was higher in 17 times $CCl_4$-treated rats compared with normal and $CCl_4$ 10 times injected animals. Taken all together, it is assumed that an increased urinary excretion amount of cyclohexane metabolites in liver damaged rats might be caused by an increase in the activities of cyclohexane metabolizing enzymes. And enhanced conjugating ability of CH-ol in liver damaged animals and novel finding of conjugating form of CH-1,2 and 1,4-diol might be caused by increase in the activity of hepatic diphosphouridine glucuronyltransferase.

Chemopreventive Effects of Chelidonium majus L.(Papaveraceae) Herb Extract on Rat Gastric Carcinogenesis Induced by Ν-methyl-Ν-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG) and Hyoertonic Sodium Chloride

  • The modifying effects of Chelidonium majus L/(Papaeracea)herb extract(CH) ,and analgesic traditionally prescribed for gastric and duodenal ulcer patients, on gastric tumor development given Ν-methyl-Ν'-nitro-Ν-nitrosogyanidine(MNNG) were studied in sixty-four 6 week-old male Wistar rats. Group 1 rats were ini-tially given MNNG(200mg/kg b/w.) by gavage ar days 0 and 14 as well as saturated sodium chloride solution(S-NaCI, 1ml per rat) every 3 days during weeks 0 to 3(6 times) and then placed on basal diet containing 0.1 or 0.2% CH ofr 16 weeks from week 4. Rats of Groups 2 and 3 were treated with MNNG together with S-NaCI or saline(0.9% NaCI, 21ml per rat) respectively, timed as in Group 1 but without further treatment. All survival animals were killed at week 20 and histopathologically investigate. in the glandular stomach, the number of preneoplastic pepsinogen 1 altered pyloric glands(PAPGs) in the MNNG+S-NaCI→CH(0.1%) group(Group 1) was significantly smaller than in the MNNG+S-NaCI group(Group 2)(p<0.02). The inci-dences of forestomach neoplastic lesions (Papillomas and squamous cell carcinomas)also showed a tendency for decrease with the CH treatment. The results thus indicate that C"H exerts inhibitory effects on glandular for decrease with the CH treatment. The results thus indicate that CH exerts inhibitory effects on glandular stomach carcinogenesis in the rat, so that it may have potential as a chemopreventive agent for stomach cancer in man.

효소 저해법을 이용한 유기인계 및 Carbamate계 농약의 다성분 잔류 검출 (Detection for Multiresidue of the Organophosphorus and Carbamate Pesticides by Enzyme-Inhibition Method)

  • Enzyme-Inhibition방법으로 다성분 잔류 농약의 검출 기법을 개발하기 위해, 음용수 허용기준 설정 농약인 유기인계 농약으로 malathion, parathion, diazinon과 carbamate농약으로 carbary에 대한 acetylcholinesterase (AChE)과 cholinesterase (ChE) 활성저해 관계를 규명하였다. 병아리 뇌의 AChE와 ChE 활성도는 각각 166.6 및 5.8$\mu$mol/min/g protein이었고, 혈장에서는 각각 23.1$\mu$mol/min/g protein과 8.3 $\mu$mol/min/g protein 이었다. AChE와 ChE의 최적 PH는 각각 8.2및 7.8 이었다. Km은 0.034 및 0.045 mM 이었다. 유기인계농약에서 AChE와 ChE의 I$_{50}$ 값의 malathion이 55.82 및 99.42mg/L이었고, Parathion은 31.16및 29.13mg/L이었고, diazinon은 17.89 및 19.62 mg/L 이었다. Carbamate농약인 carbaryl의 AChE와 ChE의 I$_{50}$ 값의 0.10및 0.05mg/L이었다. 먹는 물 관리법에 의한 carbaryl의 먹는 물 허용 수질기준인 0.07mg /L을 AChE와 ChE의 I$_{50}$에서 검출할 수 있다. AChE및 ChE을 이용한 enzyme-inhibition(EI)법은 carbamate농약인 carbaryl을 먹는 물 허용 수질기준인 0.07mg/L가지 검출 할 수 있으므로, 다성분 잔류분석법 (MRM, Multiresidue Method)으로 이용할 수 있다. 따라서 Enzyme lnhibition방법을 이용하여 자연환경 중 carbamate계 농약을 쉽고 빠르게 검출할 수 있는 새로운 bioassay법으로 응용할 수 있다. 수 있다.

도계부산물을 활용한 냉면 육수의 개발 및 맛성분 조성 (Development and Taste Components Composition of Naengmyun Broth using Edible by-products of Chicken)

  • The objective of this study is to develope natural and economical Naengmyun broth using stock prepared with chicken heads. Proper mixing ratio of chicken head stock and chicken breast broth was determined through the sensory evaluation. In order to find out the attributes of chicken head-chicken breast broth(CH-CB broth), chicken breast broth and beef brisket(BB) broth were mixed to the chicken head stock and compared the preference and chemical elements between the broths were compared. The appropriate mixing ratio for reinforcing the meat broth and savory flavor, of was determined to 3:7(w:w). The comparison of CH-CB broth's and CH-BB broth's elements showed that the amount of crude protein and ash was the same and, in the case of crude lipid, CH-BB broth had 0.01% more than CH-CB broth. In the case of the total amount of free amino acids, CH-CB broth had 1.6 times more than CH-BB broth. A survey with 50 consumers showed that was prefered between CH-CB broth and CH-BB broth. 알코올 전처치한 흰쥐에 Cyclohexane 투여로 인한 간 세포 내 소포체 미세구조의 변화 (Ultrastructural Changes of Endoplasmic Reticulum on Hepatocytes by Cyclohexane Injection in Alcohol-pretreated Rats)

  • 주류의 섭취가 산업화학물질의 생체 내 독성유발에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검토하기 위해 흰쥐를 이용하여 15%에탄올을 6주간 섭취시킨 후, cyclohexane(CH)을 2일 간격으로 4회 복강 투여하고 24시간 후 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. CH의 투여로 인해 정상군과 비교하여 간 무게와 헐청내 xanthine oxidase활성은 증가되었고, 간 내 glucose-6-phosphatase활성은 감소되었다. 그리고 CH 대사효소인 cytochrome P450 dependent aniline hydroxylase와 alcohol dehydrogenase의 활성은 CH투여 후 유의적으로 증가되었으며, 알코올 전처치 후 CH투여군이 가장 높은 활성을 보였다. 미세구조적으로도 알코올 섭취군과 CH투여군 모두에서 조면소포체로부터 활면소포체로의 전환이 일어났으며, 전 실험군 중 알코올 전처치 후 CH투여군이 가장 높은 전환율을 보였다. 이러한 결과들로 볼 때, 병변을 초래하지 않는 수준의 알코올의 섭취는 CH대사활성을 증대시키는 것으로 판단되었다.
