  • This paper is proposed to algorithm for measuring traffic information automatically, for example, volume count, speed and occupancy rate, from CCTV camera images installed on highway, add to function of image detectors which can be collected the traffic information. Recently the method of traffic informations are counted in lane one by one, but this manner is occurred critical errors by occlusion frequently in case of passing larger vehicles(bus, truck etc.) and is impossible to measure in the 8 lanes of highway. In this paper, installed the detection area include with all lanes, traffic informations are collected using tracking algorithm with passing vehicles individually in this detection area, thus possible to detect all of 8 lanes. The experiment have been conducted two different real road scenes for 20 minutes. For the experiments, the images are provided with CCTV camera which was installed at Kiheung Interchange upstream of Kyongbu highway, and video recording images at Chungkye Tunnel. For image processing, images captured by frame-grabber board 30 frames per second, $640{\times}480$ pixels resolution and 256 gray-levels to reduce the total amount of data to be interpreted.

  • The safe return home system automatically tracks and makes a video-recording the client by selecting and controlling CCTV cameras near the client using GPS location information received from the smart device possessed by the service client. This service helps clients to return home safely when there is a crime-ridden district on their late night return home route. If the CCTV cameras that can capture the client are already occupied and used by other clients, concession of occupied CCTV cameras is required to capture the new client. To tackle the limitation, we developed an extended method that considered both the average distances between the client and CCTV cameras and the service rates. As a result, the average distance between CCTV cameras and clients is kept close, and service rates are improved.

  • After the import liberalization of agricultural products, The Imported agricultural products rapidly increased market share of domestic agricultural products. But Imported agricultural products include various agricultural chemicals and food additives. In order to improve competitiveness in domestic markets of farmhouses and to secure food safety, the farmers needs to introduce Systematic support and various system. In this paper, established system that use Monitoring technology, to inform production information and management information about agricultural products to consumer by real time. Therefore unused analog camera such as CCTV(Closed-Circuit Television) for real time Monitoring. This system Used web camera that offer picture quality that is good than CCTV at place that consists network without distinction in the place. An advantage of real time Monitoring system designed multi-vision interface showing multi images on single screen and, for the purpose of the improvement in efficiency, the functions of saving images and of scheduling the time to save the images.

  • In a power plant, an oil and steam leakage is generated once in a while. This is because the operating temperature and pressure of oil are very high. It is very difficult to monitor oil leakage, because oil leakage is almost invisible. Therefore a method to oil leakage detecting quickly and accurately is needs. In this paper, we proposed the method for the detecting oil leakage by using image processing and CCTV. To test the performance of this technique, experiments have been performed for simple case. Results show that the proposed technique is quite powerful in the oil leak detection.

  • In this study, we propose a liquid crystal-based polarization control technology that can control polarization by adjusting the voltage applied to the liquid crystal, and apply it to a Closed-circuit Television (CCTV) to transmit only the desired angle of polarized light. CCTV with conventional polarizing films cannot control polarization because they focus on backlight compensation, so light reflected from the water surface or highlights reflected from vehicles interfere with subject identification. However, the Vertical Alignment mode allows the polarization to be adjusted electrically, so that only the polarized light at the user's desired angle is transmitted, eliminating reflected highlights. The images obtained using this technique are optimized by computer software. Liquid crystal polarization panels, which can electrically control the polarization angle, transmittance, and polarization rate, have been applied to polarized image monitoring device to improve subject identification in conventional CCTV.

  • There are many inductive loop detectors under the highways in Korea. Among the other detectors, some are image detectors. Almost all image detectors are focused one or two lane of the road and are measuring traffic information. This paper proposes to an algorithm for detecting traffic information automatically from CCTV camera images installed on the highway. The information which is counted in one lane or two contains some critical errors by occlusion frequently in case of passing larger vehicles. In this paper, we use a tracking algorithm in which the detection area include all lanes, then the traffic informations are collected from the vehicles individually using difference images in this detection area. This tracking algorithm is better than lane by lane detecting algorithm. The experiment have been conducted two different real road scenes for 20 minutes. For the experiments, the images are provided with CCTV camera which was installed at Kiheung Interchange upstream of Kyongbu highway, and video recording images at Chungkye Tunnel. For image processing, images captured by frame-grabber board 30 frames per second, 640${\times}$480 pixels resolution and 256 gray-levels to reduce the total amount of data to be Interpreted.

  • This paper suggests a fast human detection algorithm that can be applied to a high-resolution CCTV camera. Human detection algorithms, which used a HOG detector show high performance in the region of image processing. On the other hand, it is difficult to apply to real-time high resolution imaging because of its slow processing speed in the extracting figures of HOG. To resolve this problems, we suggest how to detect humans into two stages. First, candidates of a human region are found using background subtraction, and humans and non-humans are distinguished using a HOG detector only. This process increases the detection speed by approximately 2.5 times without any degradation in performance.

  • As the industrial society is developing wars, terrors, and vicious crimes is getting increased. These dangerous factors are caused of casualty and subversiveness of social order. Such vicious crimes lead people to feeling of insecurity. That is why naturally people want to build and inspect strengthened security system. CCTV camera system which can be said as the most popular security system is being installed in public places has large number of floating population. This trend is required to develop the intelligent video security technology and propagate it since the importance of security technology is getting high. This thesis will be described regarding the trend of the intelligent surveillance camera and the scenario.

  • According to the government's announcement of the safety management enhancement policy for small and medium-sized private construction sites, the subject of mandatory CCTV installation has been expanded from large construction sites to small and medium-sized construction sites. However, since the existing CCTV at construction sites has been used for simple control for safety management, so research is needed for monitoring of construction sites. Therefore, in this study, three vanishing points were calculated based on a single image taken with a monocular camera, and then a camera matrix containing interior orientation parameters information was determined. And the accuracy was verified by calculating the height of the target object from the height of the reference object. Through height determination experiments using vanishing points based on a monocular camera, it was possible to determine the height of target objects only with a single image without separately surveying of ground control points. As a result of the accuracy evaluation, the root mean square error was ±0.161m. Therefore, it is determined that the progress of construction work at the construction sites can be monitored through the single image taken using the single camera.
