고객지향적 병원 급식서비스 운영을 위한 질 평가 도구 개발 및 적용 (Development of Quality Assessment Tool and Application to Customer-Oriented Hospital Foodservice Management)

  • The purposes of this study were to : a) develop the quality assessment tool of hospital foodservice management, b) evaluate the S hospital's foodservice quality by this tool, and c) do the feasibility study about this tool in hospital food-service field by establishing quality management strategies. The developed quality assessment tool of hospital food-service management was consisted of 20 items for quality evaluation by Likert 5 point scale and two additional questions with the most satisfactory item and the most unsatisfactory item. As a result of evaluation, S hospital's foodservice quality was somewhat high, on the factor 'personnel attitude', especially. The IPA technique proved nine items including Q5, Q7, Q8, Q11, Q12, Q13, Q15, Q16, Q17 were in 'Doing Great, Keep It Up' and seven items such as Q1, Q2, Q3, Q6, Q9, Q18, Q19 that got high expectation and low perception needed to be focused in quality management strategy.

  • In this report, we provide the focus on suggesting a method of estimating and measurement of CBM(Customer Behavior Model). Through the use of internet, a new trend of business for e-CRM on B2C Web Site known as EC has emerged. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the customers of a shopping mall and CBM characteristics. It can be used to gain a better understanding of customers. from this we can determine trends, and so refine business toward customer's needs and target new products to particular customer groups. Result shows that there is a significant relationship between the customers pattern of shopping mall and CBM, CVM(Customer Visit Model).

고객만족도 설문 분석 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis System of Customer Satisfaction Survey)

  • 기업이나 기관들의 효율적인 성과관리를 위해서는 고객이 원하는 서비스 요소를 추론하여 제공하고 그 결과를 평가하여 지속적으로 서비스품질을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 위한 중요한 요소는 고객 만족도의 정확한 피드백인데 우리나라에는 고객 만족도 측정에 대한 정량적이고 표준화된 시스템이 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 고객만족도를 효율적으로 평가할 수 있는 설문분석시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 서비스 품질요인별로 측정요인을 설정하고 이를 통한 체계적인 설문 조사가 가능하도록 구성되어 있다. 특히, 스코어링 시스템을 도입하여 서비스 및 단위서비스에 대한 품질 수준을 정량적으로 평가하고, 개선해야할 요소의 우선순위를 제공하여 효율적인 관리가 가능하다. 또한 모바일과 온라인 시스템으로 설문작업이 이루어지므로 실시간으로 데이터를 분석할 수 있으며 언어별로 설문지를 작성할 수 있도록 하여 외국인도 사용 가능하다. 실제 체험학습 프로그램에 참여한 학생들 대상으로 만족도 설문분석을 적용한 사례를 제시하여 본 시스템의 유효성을 입증한다.

DFSS/C의 CTQ 후보 체계적인 도출을 위한 체계적 방법론 연구 (A Systematic Generation of CTQ Candidates in DFSS/C : Methodology Development and A Case Study)

  • The project objectives, called critical-to-quality (CTQs) in six sigma, should be defined to faithfully reflect the customer requirements. The identification of such a set of CTQs, which is currently done using brainstorming in practice, is a challenging task. Notwithstanding the rapid growth of the six sigma literature, development of a systematic procedure for identifying CTQs has scarcely been addressed. This paper proposes a systematic method for generating CTQ candidates based on the given voice of the customer in the DFSS/C (Design for Six Sigma / Commercial) context. By providing a step-by-step procedure, the proposed method ensures that all the important CTQ candidates are identified and subjective judgments are minimally required. Hence, the shortcomings associated with the existing practice based on brainstorming can be effectively overcome. The unique characteristics of the proposed method are also demonstrated via a case study.

패스트푸드 레스토랑의 소비가치가 고객만족, 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Consumption Values on Customer Satisfaction and Behavior Intention in Fast-Food Restaurants)

  • Purpose - Until recently, studies on customer values for restaurants recognized two path structures; the SERVQUAL model, that is, service quality? perceived value? customer satisfaction? behavioral intention, and the customer value? customer satisfaction? behavioral intention path that categorizes customer values into functional value and hedonic value. This study, instead, classifies the consumption values of fast-food restaurants based on the consumption value system provided by Sheth, Newman and Gross (1991) and illustrates the new path structure, consumption value? customer satisfaction? behavioral intention, targeting college students for a generalization of the consumption value system of fast-food restaurants. Research design, data, and methodology - This study establishes five hypotheses based on the relationship between each type of consumption value (functional, emotional, social, and epistemic) and customer satisfaction, and the relationship between customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. For this analysis, data was collected by conducting a pre-test and administering a survey to 213 college students who are regular customers at fast-food restaurants in Seoul, Korea. The data collected was then analyzed using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 6.0 statistical packages. Results - The study showed that: First, the consumption values of fast-food restaurants are classified into the following four categories: functional value, emotional value, social value, and epistemic value while consumption value can be applied to customer value of fast-food restaurants. Second, the functional and epistemic values had a positive impact on customer satisfaction. The resulting satisfaction is attributed to the intrinsic characteristics of fast-food restaurants like the consistent quality of food, reasonable prices, fast service, and unique or new experiences on every visit. On the other hand, emotional and social values did not affect customer satisfaction. The results on emotional value differed from the general studies on restaurants while the results obtained for social value were not consistent with the studies on high-end restaurants. Third, customer satisfaction had a positive impact on behavioral intention. The survey showed that college students reflected behavioral intention - repurchase intention and word-of-mouth - if they were satisfied with the food quality and employee services provided. Simultaneously, it was seen that the impact of functional value on customer satisfaction of fast food restaurant goers was more than that of epistemic value. Conclusions - The consumption values of fast-food restaurant users could be classified into four categories, functional, emotional, social and epistemic values, based on the consumption value system provided by Sheth, Newman and Gross (1991). It proved that the customer values of restaurant goers can be extended to the path structure of consumption value? customer satisfaction? behavioral intention to confirm its generalization. The study also showed that marketing managers need to focus more on the factors that influence functional value as the fast-food restaurant users consider timely services with the consistent quality of food at a reasonable price and at a convenient place more important than the new experiences or uniqueness.

  • This paper proposes an analysis methodology that enables the establishment of improved customer satisfaction via decision support system using customer satisfaction index data and customer database of a company. The proposed methodology establishes rational future goal of a company by applying DEA, finds potential customers which correspond to demographic features of the previous target group, and improve quality factors which distinguish the quality-satisfaction-group from the quality-dissatisfaction-group through the use of machine learning tools, SOM and C4.5. Finally, we illustrate the effectiveness of our research methodology using actual data of a camera company.

  • IT 아웃소싱은 전략적 차원에서 추진되는 조직의 중요 사안이나 이를 추진함에 있어 명확한 목표와 분명한 계약이 없이 단순한 생각으로 접근했을 경우는 그 결과에 대해 주관적인 실패로 인식하기 쉽다. 특히 아웃소싱 관리에서는 공급자와 고객 간의 계약 특히 심리적 계약에 근거한 관계 관리가 매우 중요하다고 인식되며, 본 연구는 아웃소싱 관계 수준과 아웃소싱 성과에 영향을 미치는 아웃소싱 공급자와 수혜자인 고객의 책무 사항에 초점을 두고 이루어졌다. IT 아웃소싱에 대한 공급자의 책임영역은 아웃소싱 수행 기반적 요소 및 수행 능력과 관련된 요소로 대별할 수 있으며, 고객의 책임영역은 아웃소싱 수용 환경적 요소 및 수용 능력과 관련된 요소로 대별할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과로는 수행기반, 수행능력, 수용능력이 아웃소싱 관계수준에 영향을 미치고, 아웃소싱 관계수준은 아웃소싱 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 공급자의 수행능력은 아웃소싱 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 한다. 그리고 공급자와 고객의 4가지 책임영역은 상호간에도 유의적 관계가 있다.

서비스 품질 속성 IPA 분석을 활용한 테마 레스토랑 입지별 LSM 전략수립 (Development of LSM(Local Store Marketing) Strategy Using the IPA Analysis of Service Quality Attributes by the location in a Theme Restaurant)

  • The purposes of this study were to a) examine using status, b) measure the service quality attributes, c) analyze IPA and customer satisfaction, d) develop the LSM(Local Store Marketing) by location of K theme restaurant such as residential type(A), complex type(B) and downtown type(C). The questionnaires were handed out to 346 of 450(usage rate 76.9%). The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS(ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, $X^2$, t-test, ANOVA, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple linear regression. From an analysis on service quality attributes, most importance of service quality attributes was more highly perceived than performance of those, except for 'attractive exterior', 'variety of kid's menu', 'convenient facilities for kid' and perceived importance and performance were also significantly different by location of branch restaurant. The attributes to be improved were 'convenience of restaurant's parking lot', 'food tast', 'speedy service' and 'service competency' as branch A(residential type) restaurant, 'convenience of the restaurant location' as branch B(complex type) restaurant and 'convenience of the restaurant location' and 'speedy service' as branch C(downtown type) through IPA analysis. The Overall customer satisfaction was 3.74 and service quality factors had significant effect on overall customer satisfaction. Location of restaurant, which gives a great effect on its operation and marketing, has a important correlation with success or failure of restaurant business enterprises. Therefore, marketing strategy by restaurant location should be developed.

전자상거래 시장 유형에 따른 거래협상 문서의 특성 및 구조에 관한 연구 (A Study of Characteristics and Structure of Negotiation Message using Electronic Commerce Market Classification)

  • With the proliferation of EC, many customers have been participating into online auction or group-buying market over searching internet shopping-malls to purchase goods. To support the customer's convenient transaction, lots of agent systems are developed to facilitate the customer's product brokering, merchant brokering, and negotiation of transaction. However, many of these systems have focused upon supporting transaction at only one type of marketplace. Since these marketplaces have different transaction settlement mechanism, it is necessary to develop the system that utilizes the customer's transaction including the selection of the type of marketplace to buy. Then we classify the kinds of B2C electronic marketplace according to the protocol by which the market operated. The structure of negotiation message is developed using XML schema and RDFS under the characteristics and message example of each marketplace in this research.

최대부하제어(最大負荷制御)의 경제적(經濟的) 타당성(妥當性) 검토(檢討) (Economic Feasibility Study for Peak Load Control)

  • Demand side management (DSM) is the planning and implementation of those utility designed to influence customer use of electricity in ways that will produce desired changes in the utility's load shape. It is conspicuous that the peak load control of DSM is efficiently adopted. In this paper, the package type air conditioner(A/C) mounted radio controlled switch. During the summer of 1990 KEPCO conducted tests in Seoul areas to determine the economic feasibility of interrupting A/C units for short periods of time during peak load periods. These tests were performed between July 30 and September 20 and were limited to the hours of between 1 and 6 p.m. These tests indicated that each A/C contributes approximately 4.5kW to the system peak and can be switched off 10 minutes out of each 1/2 hour without causing the customer any discomfort. Switching each A/C off for 10 minutes out of each 1/2 hour results in a peak load demand reduction of one kW per unit.
