In this paper, we wish to develop suitable TPM Model (C-TPM) in Korea's medium and small enterprises. TPM technique was informed well and there are a lot of success instances but there was problem that is not fitness in medium and small enterprises. In this study, we propose C-TPM model in medium and small enterprises by examining TPM success example variously. This model construction constructed based on medium and small enterprises field supervision and experience, and verification of model is assignment late.

We consider a network storage model whose administrator can not be fully trusted. In this model, we assume that all data stored are encrypted for data confidentiality and one owner distributes the decryption key for each time period to users. In this paper, we propose three privilege management schemes. In the first scheme, called Temporal Privilege Management (TPM), we use a symmetric encryption based on one-way function chains for key encapsulation. In the second scheme, called Asymmetric Temporal Privilege Management (ATPM), anyone can encrypt the data using the public key of owner, but only privileged users can decrypt the encrypted data. Finally, we present a scheme to restrict writers' privilege using ID-based signatures in ATPM. In our schemes, the privilege managements are based on the time and the addition of users is efficient. Specially, applying TPM and ATPM, we can solve the back-issue problem.

In 1996, GS E&C became the first in the industry to adopt a Project Management System using EVM(Earned Value Management) to link schedule with profit/loss. In 2006, the TPMS(Total Project Management System) was completed by adding the concept of Lean Construction and JIT(Just In Time) to the Project Management System. This was done with the purpose of reducing waste and creating optimal work processes. This has been implemented on all sites and has enabled drastic increase of productivity. The portal provides customized information to the client, inspector and subcontractor personnel. Since various parties are receiving information that suits their requirements and is easy to use, usage has increased and since they are on the same platform, quick decisions and information sharing is possible. The purpose of the PMIS's success model in construction projects, this paper tests and proves the TPMS's efficiency and productivity to Dongnam Distribution Complex project.
