이 연구에서는 모바일 웹 서비스를 제공하는 공공도서관을 대상으로 국제 웹 표준 기구 W3C에서 만든 웹 접근성 평가도구인 모바일OK 검사를 실시하여 공공도서관 모바일 웹 서비스의 웹 접근성을 평가하였다. 모바일OK 검사 실시가 가능한 81개 공공도서관에 대해 모바일OK 검사를 실시하고 W3C에서 제정한 모바일 웹 모범사례를 바탕으로 이를 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 공공도서관 모바일 웹 서비스 확대 및 개선을 위하여 지방자치단체와 지방교육청의 정책적 지원, 웹 표준에 맞는 모바일 웹 서비스 설계, 웹 설계 과정에서 유해요소 제거, 가벼운 모바일 웹 문서 제작, 분산되어 연결된 여러 개별 파일들의 합병 등의 방안을 제시하였다.

SINE-R retroposons have been derived from human endogenous retrovirus HERV-K family and found to be hominoid specific. Both SINE-R retroposons and HERV-K family are potentially capable of affecting the expression of closely located genes. From cDNA library of human fetal brain, we identified seven SINE-R retroposons and compared them with sequences derived from GenBank database. The SINE-R retroposons from human feta1 brain showed 85∼97% sequence similarities with the human-specific retroposon SINE-R.C2. They also showed 88∼96% sequence similarities with the sequence of the schizo-cDNA clone that derived from postmortem frontal cortex tissue of a schizophrenic patient. Phylogenetic analysis using the neiqhbor-joining method revealed that the seven new SINE-R retroposons from cDNA library of the human feta1 brain have proliferated independently during human evolution. The data indicate that such SINE-R retroposons are expressed in human fetal brain and deserve further investigation as potential leads to understanding of neuropsychiatric diseases.

The purpose of this study is measure library use behaviors among faculty members and faculty awarenesses toward bibliographic education for undergraduates. Questionnaire listings offered by C university library were sent 200 faculties. 56% responded questionnaires were analyzed. The results are as follows. $\circledS1$They used library one more times per a month and during vocations & prefered to use scholarly journals. $\circledS2$They wanted 'subscription for scholarly journals,' 'inter-library loan,' but they seldom experienced in inter-library loan. $\circledS3$They gained the library skills in experiences and they had the average level of library skills. They used secondary sources and recognized traditional reference services. $\circledS5$They intended to bibliographic education for the faculty and the wanted group of 10 less and education for the new faculty members. $\circledS6$They though the students should be able to learn needed library skills. but wasn't necessary. $\circledS7$They intended to intergrate bibliographic education and cooperate with librarians. But they hadn't been familiar with librarians and encouraged students to use library.

이 연구는 광주광역시 C대학 도서관에서 운영하는 독서토론클럽 참여자의 인식을 조사하고 평가하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 참여자의 인구통계학적 특성, 참여기간과 태도에 따른 참여효과 차이, 독서토론클럽의 문제점에 대해 조사하였다. 자료의 수집은 설문조사와 인터뷰를 통해 이루어졌으며, 분석 결과 참여기간이 1년 미만인 참여자보다는 3년 이상인 참여자가, 참여태도가 나쁜 참여자보다는 좋거나 매우 좋은 참여자의 참여효과가 더 높은 것으로 드러났다. 또한, 향후 대학도서관 독서진흥프로그램의 운영에 일조하기 위해 독서토론클럽 문제점을 분석한 결과를 토대로 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

In this work, the preparations and characteristics of capacitors and inductors for RF IC as a integrated devices are investigated. These kinds of capacitors and inductors can be applicable to the passive components utilized in voltage controlled oscillator(VCO), low noise amplifier(LAN), mixer and synthesizer for mobile telecommunication of radio frequency band(900 MHz to 2.2GHz), and in a library of monolithic microwave integrated circuit(MMIC). The results show that these inductors and capacitors array for RF IC may be applicable to the RF IC passive components for mobile telecommunication.

Many educators and teacher-librarians have emphasized many times on the necessity and the educational value of the school library. But actually the necessity and the educational value of the school library is not recognized as the most important ones in the educational system. Therefore I tried to find out several ways on the development of the school library and the promotion of the teacher-librarian focusing on recognition of the necessity of school library. In order to develop the school library, it is necessary that the function of the school library should be maximized and transformed to effective system. I would like to suggest the following methods : 1) Transform the present school library into the school library media center. 2) Connect the running system S.L.M.C. to the curriculum of the school. 3) Emphasis of the reading education. 4) Guidance on the use of library. At last I studied on the definition, the legal status and the education of the teacher-librarian.

기존의 정보가전기기들은 기능이 제한적이어서 간단한 제어 프로그램으로 운영이 가능하였으나, 현재의 정보가전기기들은 IEEE 1394, USB, Bluetooth, PLC 등의 새로운 기술들이 출현하고 복잡한 멀티미디어 데이터와 같은 기능들이 확대되어 다양한 기능을 만족시키는 실시간 운영체제의 필요성이 증대하였다. 본 논문에서 이러한 실시간 운영체제들에서 독립적으로 응용프로그램 개발 인터페이스를 지원하는 API를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 API는 REDHAT사의 EL/IX 모델을 기반으로 하고, POSIX.1과 ISO C99의 표준 인터페이스를 지원하여 리눅스 및 다양한 실시간 운영체제에 공통적으로 탑재 가능하게 하였다. 또한 계층적인 구조를 가지게 하여 디지털 TV, 셋탑박스, 휴대용 정보단말기 등의 다양한 정보 가전기기에 적용될 수 있다. 실험 대상 RTOS로는 한국전자통신연구원에서 개발한 실시간 운영체제인 Qplus-P를 사용하였다.

본 연구에서는 병렬프로그램을 효율적으로 개발할 수 있고 병렬처리 프로그램의 성능을 향상시키는 이식성을 갖는 고성능 병렬 라이브러리인 HPCL(High Performance Computing Library)을 구현하였다. HPCL은 C 언어와 Fortran 언어로 구현되었으며, Fortran 프로그램에서 메시지 전송 인터페이스인 MPI(Message Passing Interface)를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 성능 분석은 PC 클러스터와 상업용 슈퍼컴퓨터인 IBM SP4를 이용하여 병렬프로그램의 성능 향상 및 통신 오버헤드 등에 대하여 다양하게 이루어졌다.

Syntax notation one (ASN.1) defined by ITU-T and ISO, is a formal abstrct specification language which has been widely used in international standards specifiation to inteconnect distributed open systems. It si necessary to have well defined encoder/decoder modules which taranslate ASN.1 datum to BER octets stream to interconnect distributed open systems. In this paper, we designed and implemented a new ASN.1-to-C compiler, called HYASNC (hanyang ASN.1-to-C), which atutomatically translates and ASN.1-to-C compiler, called HYASNC (hanyang ASN.1-to-C), which automatically translates an ASN.1 specification into C-language BER encoders and decoders with simple and neat I/F for the defined ASN.1 data types, and enhanced BER (basic encoding rules)encoding/decoding libraries, called HY(hanyang)BER library, and useful utility functions. And this paper discusses HYASNC compiler, HY BER runtime library's design and implementation principles, and also evaluates the perfomrance of HY BER library and the interoperability with other ASN.1 compilers.

담배가루이(Bemisia tabaci)는 외래해충으로 바이러스벡터로 작용하여, 토마토의 토마토황하잎말림병바이러스(TYLCV)를 비롯한 약 100여종의 바이러스를 매개하는 중요한 해충이다. 본 연구에서는 VIGS vector를 이용하여 담배가루이 방제를 위한 target 유전자들을 선발하기 위해 gateway system을 이용한 담배가루이 cDNA library 제작을 시도하였다. 첫 번째 방법으로 oligo d(T) primer를 사용하였을 때, 평균 약 1 kb의 insert와 $1.4{\times}10^4cfu$의 titer를 확인하였다. 그러나 insert size가 너무 커서 적절하지 않았다. 두 번째 방법으로 attB-N25 random primer를 이용하고, sonication을 6초 실시하여 다시 진행하였다. 그러나 확인되는 insert size는 다소 컸고, 몇몇은 insert가 너무 작아서 밴드가 확인 되지않았으며, $1.04{\times}10^54cfu$의 titer를 확인할 수 있었다. 세 번째 방법으로는 oligo d(T) primer를 이용하였고, sonication을 2초 실시하였다. 그 결과 300 bp~600 bp size의 insert가 확인되었으나, electro transformation을 사용한 첫번째, 두번째 방법에 비해 heat shock transformation을 사용하여 titer가 $5.2{\times}10^24cfu$로 매우 낮은 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 결과적으로 cDNA library를 만들 때 먼저 random primer를 사용하여 First strand를 합성하여 poly A를 제거하고, 다음으로 sonication을 1초 실시하여 300~700 bp정도의 적절한 size의 insert를 생성하고, 마지막으로 electro-transformation을 실시하여 transformation 효율을 높인다면 VIGS vector에 적합한 cDNA library를 만들 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.
