CBD법을 이용한 Cd1-xZnxS 박막의 광학적 특성분석 (The analysis on the optical properties of $Cd_1-_xZn_xS$ films deposited by CBD method)

  • Optical properties of $Cd_{1-x}Zn_{x}S$ films deposited by :chemical bath deposition(CBD), which is a very attractive method for low-cost and large-area solar cells, are presented, Especially, in order to control more effectively the zinc component of the films, zinc acetate, which used as the zinc source, mixed in reaction solution after preheating and the pH of the reaction solution decreased with increasing the concentration of zinc acetate. The films prepared after preheating and pH control had larger zinc component and higher optical band gap. As the more zinc substituted for Cd in the films, the optical transmittance improved, while the absorption edge shifts to a shorter wavelength and the optical band gap increased. The photo conductivity of the films was larger than the dark conductivity, while the ratio of those increased with increasing the mole ratio of zinc acetate.

CuO 및 MgO 첨가가 Mg-Zn Ferrite의 자기적 특성에 미치는 효과 (Effect of the Addition of CuO and MgO on the magnetic characteristics of Mg-ZnFerrite)

  • The magnetic characteristics of Mg-Zn ferrite that was fired at $1150^{\circ}C$ for 1hour and sintered at $1250^{\circ}C$ for 3hours was examined. The composition ratio of the ferrite was changed after sintering. In that case the composition ratio of ${Fe_2}{O_3}$ was increased but that of CuO was decreased. When the addition quantity of CuO was 3.8 mole%, it's shrinkage rate had maximum value. Magnetic permeability was decreased as the addition rate of CuO was increased and MgO was decreased. When the composition rate of CuO was 2.3 mol% and MgO was 10.9 mol%, the firing density had maximum value. In case that CuO was 2.8mol% and MgO was 10.4mol%, PL had minimum value.

  • 7-Nitroso-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonate(NHQS)는 pH 4.5에서 Co(Ⅱ)와 安定한 赤色 complex를 形成하므로 이것을 利用하여 NHQS에 依한 Co(Ⅱ)의 吸光光度定量方法을 檢討하였다. 吸光度는 528$m{\mu}$, $25^{\circ}C$에서 測定하였다. Co(Ⅱ)의 濃度 0.3∼6p.p.m에서 Beer의 法則은 成立하며 complex의 分子吸光係數는 $1.1{\times}10^4$이었다. 共存이온中 Fe(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅲ), Cu(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ), Hg(Ⅰ), CN-, EDTA 等은 本定量에서 妨害가 된다. Complex의 組成을 몰比法과 連續變化法으로 檢討한 結果 NHQS와 Co(Ⅱ)의 몰比는 3:1이었다.

  • $LiNiO_2$ is prepared by heating LiOH $H_2O$ and $Ni(OH)_2$ (mole ratio 1:1). In this study, we investigated X-ray diffraction, and charge/discharge property heat treatment condition and conductive agent sort and volume of $LiNiO_2$ prepared at various temperature and time. All $LiNiO_2$ prepared at this study showed hexagonal structure. In charge/discharge capacities, heated at $O_2$ than air and $750^{\circ}C$ than $700^{\circ}C$, specific capacity is higher. Therefore, when preliminary heat at $650^{\circ}C$ $O_2$ and heat at $750^{\circ}C$ carried out, charge/discharge property is best.

국내산 주요 갈조류 추출물의 항혈액응고 활성 (Anticoagulant Activities of Brown Seaweed Extracts in Korea)

  • 국내산 주요 갈조류 18종의 추출용매 및 온도에 따른 항혈액응고 활성을 측정한 결과 미역, 다시마, 감태, 대황, 곰피, 톳, 괭생이 모자반의 열수 추출물의 APTT가 190.0초 이상으로 활성이 높았으며, 이 때의 추출온도는 $90^{\circ}C$였다. 감태의 에탄올 불용성분의 항혈액응고 활성은 $500\;{\mu}g/mL$에서 에탄을 가용성 물질에 비하여 2배 이상 증가하였으며, 에탄을 불용성분의 분자량에 따른 항혈액응고 활성은 $100\;{\mu}g/mL$ 농도에서 EKJ-eim 1(100 kDa 이상)이 190초 이상으로 EKJ-eim 2(100-50 kDa) 및 EKJ-eim 3(50-10 kDa)에 비해 좋았으며, 이 분회의 화학적 조성성분은 fucose, xylose, mannose, galactose, glucose, sulfate로 구성되어 있으며, 몰비는 1 : 0.05 : 0.10 : 0.15 : 0.17 : 1.46으로 2 mole의 fucose에 3 mole의 황산기가 결합되어 있는 산성다당임을 확인하였다.

  • ${\gamma}-alumina$ membranes were prepared by sol-gel dip coating or pressurized coating of boehmite sols on slipcasted ${\gamma}-alumina$ support tubes. The particle size of sols synthesized via the modified Yoldas-method could be controlled below 5 mn according to the mole ratio of nitric acid/aluminumtri-sec-butoxide (0.07~1.0). The reproducible crack-free composite membranes were produced by the 2nd dip coating or the pressurized coating technique using very stable sols with the particle size of 45 nm. Nitrogen gas permeability through the top-layer in the composite membrane was about $70~55{\times}10^{-7}\;mol/m^2{\cdot}s{\cdot}Pa$. The thermal stability of the top layer was proved to be good enough upto the heat-treatment temperature of $500^{\circ}C$.

실리카질 재료로서 석분 슬러지를 사용한 콘크리트의 강도 특성 (The Strength Properties of Concrete Used Stone Powder Sludge as Siliceous Material)

  • The stone powder sludge occurred at aggregate production process is classified the specified waste, so it is disposed by appropriate method. But the problems of the shortage of the disposal-site, the environment pollution, and the increase of disposal cost can be occurred in handling process, therefore the stone powder sludge is required the development of recycling technique. The stone powder sludge includes SiO2 of about $63\%$. This characteristic is important at the production of hardened specimens under condition of hydro-thermal reaction. In this study, we investigated the strength properties of concrete used stone powder sludge as siliceous material. The test results under condition of hydro-thermal reaction shows the two main facts. The first, the stone powder sludge is affected to fluidity because the surface of the stone powder sludge has characteristics of flakily and angularity. The second, weight content of the stone powder sludge, is not effective factor to the properties of strength.

겉보리 및 쌀보리의 수화속도 (Absorption of Water by Husked and Naked Barley)

  • 겉보리(올보리와 강보리) 및 쌀보리(세도하다가와 백동)를 각각 40 및 30%도정한 다음, 20, 30 및 $40^{\circ}C$에서 6시간 침지하면서 수화속도를 검토하였다. 수화속도는 수화시간의 평방근에 비례하였고, 확산계수 ($D,\;cm^{2}/min$)는 D = $D_{0}\;{\exp}\;(-E_{a}/RT)$로 표시되었다. 확산계수 값은 강보리가 돌보리보다 다소 높았으며, 세도하다가와 백동은 비슷하였다. 쌀보리의 확산계수는 겉보리보다 다소 높았다.

  • We investigated effectness of sort and volume of conductive agent to charge/discharge capacity of LiMn$_2$O$_4$. LiMn$_2$O$_4$is prepared by reacting stoichiometric mixture of LiOH . $H_2O$ and MnO$_2$(mole ratio 1 : 2) and heating at 80$0^{\circ}C$ for 24h, 36h, 48h, 60h and 72h. All LiMn$_2$O$_4$cathode active materials show spinel structure. Cathode active materials calcined at 80$0^{\circ}C$ for 36h, charge/discharge characteristics and cycle stability have remarkable advantages. Used that super-s-black and 20wt% as conductive agent in LiMn$_2$O$_4$, it is excellent than property of cathode used Acetylene black or mixture of Super-s-black and acetylene black at charge/discharge capacity and cycle stability. Also, specific efficiency of cathode is excellent as over 98% and that of first cycle is excellent as 92%.

Redox Behavior of Sn and S in Alkaline Earth Borosilicate Glass Melts with 1 mol% Na2O

  • Redox investigation of Sn and S ion was attempted in alkaline earth borosilicate glass melts with only 1 mol% $Na_2O$ by means of Square Wave Voltammetry (SWV). According to voltammograms, there was only one peak due to $Sn^{4+}/Sn^{2+}$ in melt doped with $SnO_2$. The calculated standard enthalpy and entropy of the reduction of $Sn^{4+}$ to $Sn^{2+}$ were 116kJ/mole and 62 J/mol K, respectively. The determined redox ratio, [$Sn^{2+}$] / [$Sn^{4+}$] in the temperature range of $1300{\sim}1600^{\circ}C$ was in $0.4{\sim}2.1$. On the contrary, in the voltammogram of melt doped with $BaSO_4$ there was no peak due to $S^{4+}/S^o$ but shoulder that might be attributed to the adsorption of sulfur at the electrode. The absence of the peak related with $S^{4+}/S^o$ was discussed from the view-point of the thermal decomposition behavior of $BaSO_4$ in the glass batch.
