Nowadays, It is undeniable that the threat of network security is growing as time flows due to worldwide development of wire/wireless, various Internet platform and sophisticated hacking techniques. The amount of traffics that Network security solution has to handle is increasing and recently many occurrence of explosive traffic attacks from PulseWave are being observed which has many similar characteristics to New DDos. Medium and small sized firms abroad have developed and distributed Snort and Suricata that are based on open-source Intrusion Detection System(IDS) / Intrusion Prevention System (IPS). The goal of this study is to compare between Windows7 by applying suicata 4.0.0 32bit version and Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS by applying suicata 4.0.0 version which is an open source Intrusion Detection System / Intrusion Protection System that uses multi threads method. This experiment's environment was set as followed C1100 server model of Dell, Intel Xeon CPU L5520 2.27GHz*2 with 8 cores and 16 threads, 72GB of RAM, Samsung SSD 250GB*4 of HDD which was set on RAID0. According to the result, Suricata in Ubuntu is superior to Suricata in Windows7 in performance and this result indicates that Ubuntu's performance is far advanced than Windows7. This meaningful result is derived because Ubuntu that applied Suricata used multi core CPU and RAM more effectively.

Recently, it is increasing the interest in previous web and web 2.0 which mean differentiation. The previous system is typical Static web based on client and server model, while web 2.0 mean next generation web which web change and evolve fundamentally. In this paper, I suggest that the module on RSS reader available under web 2.0 standards. A currently used RSS feed do correct the part distortion which can be possible resolve the encoding problem of Hanguel and third-world language. The suggested module is implemented using Ajax. I developed the module for the use of effective contents on web 2.0 through the DragBox module based on the programming on mobility of Ajax and the design and implementation of automatic update module of RSS feed.

신뢰성 있는 수문자료는 홍수와 가뭄의 피해를 경감하기 위한 각종 수공구조물의 설계 및 기준 수립에 필요한 기초적인 자료이다. 또한, 국내 수문특성을 대변할 수 있는 고품질 수문자료의 확보는 경제 산업적으로도 필수적이고 기본적인 사항이다. 이러한 여건들과 사회적인 요구에 부응하기 위해서는 적극적인 품질관리를 통해 신뢰성 있는 수문자료를 제공해야 한다. 수문자료의 중요성과 수문자료 품질관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있는 사회적인 요구를 반영하고자 국가 수문자료 품질관리 기준을 제시하고 현업에 적용 가능한 시스템을 구축하여 수문자료 관리 체계를 확고히 함으로써 수문자료 신뢰성을 확보하는 데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 한강홍수통제소 관할 수문관측소의 실시간 수문자료(우량, 수위)에 대해 기왕자료 분석을 통해 지점별 이상치 자동점검 기준을 설정하였고 이에 따른 자동 품질관리를 거친 후 이상 및 결측치를 수동으로 수정, 보완할 수 있는 기법을 적용하여 수동 품질관리를 수행할 수 있도록 C/S(Client/Server) 방식의 전산프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 구축된 국가 수문자료 품질관리시스템에 의해 수행된 품질관리 과정을 통해 수정, 보완된 자료는 원시자료, 자동품질등급, 수정자료, 수동품질등급의 자료 품질 표지가 이루어지고, 자료의 현황을 자세히 알 수 있도록 구성되었다. 국가 수문자료 품질관리시스템을 통해 수문자료 품질관리업무의 효율성을 증대시키고 수문자료의 신뢰도를 높이는 수단으로 활용될 것이다.

Peer-to-peer(P2P) has potential strength and possible factors which enable it to develop toward a new business by supplementing the limitation of the existing central server-type network. In various business sectors, various attempts have already been made to apply P2P. The computing power which was possible to be formed through peer-to-peer networking will become a powerful tools for expanding toward new business area depending the utilization methods by sector. Although the technology-centric P2P concept is a major interest now, its development direction will head toward service-centric P2P concept for satisfying desires of end-users(individual peers) for reliable contents and improving their purchasing convenience. But the solution requisites should be solved for the efficient application of P2P to business such as the establishment of and supplement for the industrial standard and legal system for P2P, the enhancement of peers recognition of P2P. Presently e-commerce using P2P is being implemented by a few enterprises locally by means of B2C. But if many enterprises enter this type of e-commerce, and the standardization of peer programmes, goods and documents is made, it will be able to be extended to B2B. Also it seems that it can be utilized in international transactions as well as in domestic transactions. So there is much room for the application of P2P to be extended further. Also there has been presented the necessity for related industries to support their work with theories and for academic studies to be made actively to set the direction of its development. It is hoped that multi-angled and in-depth studies on the utilization of P2P and various attempts to application of it to business be made on the basis of this study. For the development of P2P, continuous study and attempts are needed. The field of P2Ps application is very large and it will become a powerful tool, depending upon its application methods.

The communication between Ship and Land have bad communication environment and high cost comparing with land situation. In case of data communication for I-mail, the primary used speed is from 4800 bps to 9600bps. even this low speed user has difficulty to use data communication because of high cost. and this kind of data communication software is all imported from foreign country. In this paper we designed and implemented this communication server and client using Inmarsat A/B/miniM/M4/GAN(F77) by benchmarking of foreign product like Netverk, Marinet, Amosmail. the focus of this product is like next 1) communication cost down 2) Link between Ship Application and Land Office Application 3) Convenient of usage in Ship 4) perfect management of message to from ship.

In this paper, SaaS (Software as a Service) based transport and construction process safety management systems by utilizing the construction work process management and safety management and schedule, and results for various types of construction process, achieved through high-speed wireless Internet access by applying to ensure a systematic means for safety and can quickly and accurately manage all made within the process control system. The operator should be indicated by using a smart phone to work as a supervisor report the current status and results of the operation. Also be reported to the supervisor immediately in an emergency situation and there is no vibration occurs over a period of time the smartphone is to check the danger to the operator. If the commissioner is directed to specific business processes that establish and verify the results obtained and the result is satisfied by presenting the part down the measures insufficient command of the field workers risk situations. In the case of software (server) to store all the data relating to the operation member in charge of management and security.

In this study, a Vessel Shore Report Management System (VSRMS) is developed for the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Maritime Service Portfolio (MSP) Number 8, which comprises vessel shore reporting. Several documents have to be completed before the arrival/departure of a vessel at a port, as each national port has its own reporting format and data. The present vessel reporting system is inefficient, time-consuming, and involves excessive paperwork, which results in duplications and errors. To solve this problem, in this study, the vessel reporting formats and data contents of various national ports are investigated, as at present, the reporting documents required by the current IMO standard includes insufficient information which is requested by national ports. Initially, the vessel reporting information of various national ports are collected and analyzed. Subsequently, a database structure for managing vessel reporting data for ports worldwide is devised. To make the transfer of data and the exchange of information of vessel reports much more reliable, efficient, and paper-free, VSRMS, which is a software application for the simplification and facilitation of vessel report formalities, is developed. This application is developed using the latest Microsoft C#.Net Programming Language in the Microsoft Visual Studio framework 4.5. It provides a user interface and a backend MySQL server used for database management. SAP Crystal Reports 2013 is used for designing and generating vessel reports in the original report formats. The VSRMS can facilitate vessel reporting and improve data accuracy through the reduction of input data, efficient data exchange, and reduction of the cost of communication. Adoption of the VSRMS will allow the vessel shore reporting system to be automated, resulting in enhanced work efficiency for shipping companies. Based on this information system and architecture, the consensus of various international organizations, such as the IMO, the International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA), the Federation of National Associations of Ship Brokers and Agents (FONASBA), and the Baltic and International Maritime Council (BIMCO), is required so that vessel reporting is standardized internationally.

With the increase in a number of access technologies and data rates, a continuous connection among different networks is demand of the future wireless networks. In the last decade, user connectivity among different access networks remained a challenging job. Therefore, in this article, we proposed a user-centric and user-perspective based network selection mechanism for fast handover management in heterogeneous wireless networks. The proposed scheme selects the most appropriate network among available networks on the basis of resources i.e. cost, data rate, and link quality. Initially, we load the Media Independent Information Service (MIIS) with the information of cost and data rate provided by different network operators. Similarly, Mobile Node (MN) is also loaded with the user preferred cost and data rate for different applications. The MN obtains the information of cost and data rate from MIIS server upon a predefined threshold, and make a decision for handover according to its current cost and data rate. Furthermore, we employ an optimal threshold mechanism for initiation of the handover execution phase to minimize false handover indications. The proposed scheme is based on a survey for network selection and its implementation in C programming language to validate its performance and accuracy. The simulation result shows that the proposed scheme performs superior then the schemes present in the current literature.

21세기를 맞이하는 기업은 세계화와 국제화, 정보의 다양화 및 분산화, 제품수명주기의 단축과 수익률의 감소, 고품질의 제품, 지식산업의 등장, 고객 욕구의 증대 등 다양한 내 ${\cdot}$ 외적 환경변화에 대응해야 하고 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해 끊임없이 기업의 변화능력을 확보해야 한다. 기업은 제품을 생산하여 판매하는 기업의 시스템 전체가 경쟁력을 갖추어 총체적 우위를 확보하고 고객의 기호와 감성에 호소하는 제품을 만들 수 있도록 다양한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 필요로 하게 되었다. 즉, 시간과 서비스에 뒤진 고객지원체계는 기업의 성장에 절대적인 마이너스 요인이므로 고객 정보의 효율적 관리, 고객 요구에 대한 신속한 대응, 정기적 고객만족도 조사 등 고객이 원하는 것을 재빠르게 얻어낼 수 있는 고객 친밀형 정보시스템의 확립이 요구되는 것이다. 이를 해결해 줄 수 있는 새로운 경영정보시스템이 바로 WebERP인 것이다. WebERP는 기업의 원활한 자재, 구매활동을 위해 제안된 MRP에서 시작되었으며, 생산관리의 개념을 포함하고 있는 MRPII로 확대되었다가 다시 인사나 회계, 재무 등 조직이나 기업의 전업무영역을 수용하는 종합경영정보시스템으로 발전된 것이다. 현재는 전자상거래와 관련하여 WebERP의 필요성이 부각되었고, 모기업과 협력사간의 구매발주 및 납품관리를 확대시켜 소모성자재(MRO: Maintenance, Repair & Operation) 및 기타 공동구매서비스와 유사업종간의 그룹을 형성하여 ASP(Application Service Provider)의 공동 환경을 이용한 WebERP 환경을 이용한 WebERP활용이 현시점으로 적실히 필요한 것이다. 이는 중소기업들의 공동 협업체제를 도모하여 외세를 대비하는 응집력을 확고히 함으로써 집단체제의 e마켓플레이스 확립과 더불어 국제경쟁을 대비한 방안으로서 집단 공동의 웹환경 인프라가 필요한 것이다. 이러한 배경에서 ASP환경을 이용한 WebERP활용방안과 시스템 구축전략을 경남지역의 기계산업정보화사업단이 추진하는 일반기계, 전기기계, 금속기계, 수송기계, 정밀기계의 5개 업종을 4,877개 기업 대상으로 추진하고 있으며, 그 중 WebERP의 모델로서 2003년도까지 50개 기업을 선정하고, 이는 5개 업종 골고루 선정하여 적용과 표준화 모델로 전개해 나가는 것을 정리한 것이다.

The DIAMETER protocol provides Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) transactions across the Internet. SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) will be used for new types of signaling, such as instant messaging and application level mobility across networks. And SIP will be a major signaling protocol for next generation wireless networks. But the Digest authentication scheme is not using a secure method of user authentication in SIP, and it is vulnerable to man-in-the-middle attacks or dictionary attacks. This study focused on designing a SIP proxy for interworking with AAA server with respect to user authentication and security analysis. We compared and analyzed the security aspects of the scenarios and propose two proposals that a response which include the user address and password-based mutual authentication and key agreement protocol. It is claimed to be more secure against common attacks than current scenarios.
