  • 최근 정보 기술의 발달과 급격한 인터넷의 확산으로 전자 상거래의 규모는 해가 거듭될수록 크게 확산되고 있다. 국내 중소기업들 또한 활발한 전자 상거래를 통하여 현재 그리고 미래를 위한 수익 창출에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 중소기업간 수평적 B2B의 성공적 e-CRM 구축 방향을 제시하여 매출 증진에 도움이 되고자 한다.

  • As preventive measures have received tremendous attention to prevent any possible accident in advance, many work places have introduced safety and health management systems. However despite of this government's effort, the industrial accident rate of small-scale businesses with less than 50 employees does not decline, which is mainly because the projects are not differentiated according to the risk level of individual business. To evaluate the risk level of small-scale businesses with less than 50 employees and then establish effective safety and health management systems according to the risk level, this study has conducted the following processes. The small-scale businesses with less than 50 employees were evaluated through accident type, and potential accident risk factor was evaluated through location, business type, and business size. The results of this analysis are expected to make contribution to improving the effectiveness of the safety and health management supports to small-scale businesses with less than 50 employees.

SCM을 위한 정보시스템의 확산이 채찍효과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study on effects of the diffusion of information systems for SCM on bullwhip effects.)

  • The size of the market for SCM information systems have globally and steadily increased. And there are businesses that obtained innovative business performance by introducing SCM information systems. However, many businesses have still undergone trial and error in the process to introduce and operate SCM. As external factors including suppliers, customers, etc. and internal factors of businesses have been analyzed to be failure factors of executing SCM information systems, the businesses that try to introduce SCM information systems need to understand possible failure factors and establish the solutions. Therefore, this study tries to verify the diffusion of SCM information systems and effects on bullwhip effects. The study is expected to suggest empirical data that people will refer to the establishment of next counterstrategies according to the lapse of the period that systems are introduced based on theoretical bases related to the diffusion of SCM information systems.

  • Family businesses play a significant role in the overall economy of all countries, and the importance and weight of family businesses are increasing in various fields. Many factors are essential for a family business to grow into a long-lived business, that is, a sustainable business, but the most important one is succession. TRUST Lab at Hanyang University studied the importance of factors influencing the succession of the family business from the standpoint of the successor. As a result, it was confirmed that mutual trust is the most crucial factor, and conflict can destroy that trust. Therefore, in this study, we research conflict as a central topic for successful succession, which is the most fundamental reason for family businesses. This study was conducted as a qualitative research case study. By setting criteria suitable for the purpose of the study, we conducted interviews with ten successors who either worked or planned to work in a family-related company. Through this study, conflict management of key players is the most important to achieve a continuous succession of family businesses.

이주 노동자를 대상으로 하는 상업 지역의 성장과 민족 네트워크 -안산시 원곡동을 사례로- (Growth of the Business Area for Migrant Workers and Ethnic Networks : In Case of Wongok-Dong, Ansan)

  • 본 연구는 안산시 원곡동 일대에 형성되기 시작한 이주 노동자들의 집단 거주지 및 관련 상업 활동의 공간적 집적현상에 주목하여, 외국인 대상 업소의 입지 특성과 해외에서 이주한 사업주들의 창업과 입지 선정과정 및 상거래에서 나타나는 공간적 특성을 민족 네트워크를 중심으로 규명하고자 하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면, 거주자의 대부분을 차지하는 중국인 대상 업소가 외국인 대상 업소들 가운데 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 업종도 다양하게 나타나는 반면, 이주 노동자의 규모가 작은 국가 출신 이주자들을 대상으로 하는 업소는 출현 빈도도 낮고 주로 중국인들과 서비스를 공유할 수 없는 업종을 취급하는 경향이 있다. 해외에서 이주한 사업주들은 이주자 네트워크에 의한 입국을 통해 자국 출신 노동자들이 거주하고 있는 원곡동을 사업의 입지로 선정함에 따라 창업 과정에서 민족 네트워크를 고려하는 경향을 보이며 주로 국내 업체가 취급하지 않거나 공급하기 어려운 품목을 중심으로 틈새시장에 주력하고 있다. 더욱이 지역 내 다수를 차지하는 중국인을 대상으로 하는 업소의 경우에는 상권이 원곡동 내지 안산시로 제한되는 반면, 이주 노동자의 규모가 작은 경우에는 민족 네트위크를 따라 상권이 전국으로 확대되면서 광범위하게 형성되고 있다.

A SD approach to the ecosystems of Korean venture business

  • Since 1998, government-led Korean venture business boom now proceeds into the stage of market-oriented venture business growth. At such a moment, this research is to clarify the relations between the Critical Success Factors of Korean venture businesses, based on domestic and foreign literature surveys and inquiry surveys over domestic venture capitalists. This research starts from the necessity to overcome the limits of the existing researches by uni-dimensional Korean venture businesses and to manifest the multi-dimensional relations between the success factors from the various viewpoints. And this research adopts System-Dynamics methodology to manifest and utilize relations among those factors, avoiding the existing metrical approaches. This research can be called a new approach to the current ecosystems of Korean venture in which whether venture businesses in Korea succeed is considered to depend on the list on the stock market. For this, this research implemented verification analysis through the simulations of each factor at various levels to build causality map which clarifies the causality of success factors of venture businesses through the System-Dynamics methodology and to utilize it as a way of support to decision-making of venture businesses. This research will be able to suggest the reactions depending on various internal and external situations. This research tried to manifest the causality map of each factor on the basis of inquiry surveys and literature surveys to clarify Feedback among each factor by the SD methodology and simulate it. This research will be a basis to establish the chance to bolster up the still fragile probing research into success factors of substructure of venture businesses through the suggestion of possibility as an efficient analysis framework via the verification of SD methodology and the utilization of results of this research.

Application of the L-index to the Delineation of Market Areas of Retail Businesses

  • As delineating market areas of retail businesses has become an interesting topic in marketing field, Lee and Lee recently suggested a noteworthy method, which applied the hydrological analysis of geographical information system (GIS), based on Christaller's central place theory. They used a digital elevation model (DEM) which inverted the kernel density of retail businesses, which was measured by using bandwidths of pre-determined 500, 1000 and 5000 m, respectively. In fact, their method is not a fully data-based approach in that they used pre-determined kernel bandwidths, however, this paper has been planned to improve Lee and Lee's method by using a kind of data-based approach of the L-index that describes clustering level of point feature distribution. The case study is implemented to automobile-related retail businesses in Seoul, Korea with selected Kernel bandwidths, 1211.5, 2120.2 and 7067.2 m from L-index analysis. Subsequently, the kernel density is measured, the density DEM is created by inverting it, and boundaries of market areas are extracted. Following the study, analysis results are summarized as follows. Firstly, the L-index can be a useful tool to complement the Lee and Lee's market area analysis method. At next, the kernel bandwidths, pre-determined by Lee and Lee, cannot be uniformly applied to all kinds of retail businesses. Lastly, the L-index method can be useful for analyzing the space structure of market areas of retail businesses, based on Christaller's central place theory.

제주 농촌지역의 에너지사업 유무에 따른 경관색채 분석 연구 (A Study on the Landscape Color Analysis of the Energy Industry in Jeju Rural Area)

  • The objective of this study is to propose a color plan for rural villages that seeks harmony between natural and artificial environments in consideration of the fact that as new and renewable energy businesses increase drastically, problems of landscape color occur in rural areas. To this end, the current color conditions over the target regions are examined in context of energy businesses; a land simulation is developed; a survey on the preferences is conducted with the result analyzed; and finally, a color plan for villages where energy businesses and non-energy businesses are conducted. For the survey, 40 photos including simulation photos and original photos of villages were used: the photos before and after the simulation was applied were shown to village residents. The validity of the selected colors was then evaluated accordingly. The survey was conducted among 15 residents in villages where energy businesses were conducted and 15 in villages where non-energy businesses were conducted. As new and renewable energy methods such as solar energy panels are utilized over rural villages in the future, selecting artificial environmental colors that can better represent the region's identity and that are in harmony with natural environments will be an important factor in community center or housing remodeling projects, local community development projects, and so forth. It is expected that the present study can be utilized as the basis for village color plans that seek to consider actual local conditions based on objective data rather than selecting colors uniformly or based on subjective judgment.

사업체의 생존·폐업 기간을 활용한 서울시 상업공간의 변화분석 (An Analysis of Spatial Changes in Commercial Districts using Survival-Exit Dynamics of Commercial Businesses in Seoul, Korea)

  • 최근 높아진 개·폐점률로 인해 자영업자들의 생존율은 낮아지고 조기폐업은 증가하고 있으며, 이는 개인의 부채 증가, 고용불안정과 같은 사회적 문제뿐만 아니라 도시공간 공동화라는 도시문제까지 야기하고 있다. 이와 관련해, 상업공간 내 사업체의 변화양상과 높은 창·폐업률에 미치는 영향요인을 밝히는 연구가 진행되고 있으나 연구의 범위가 한정적이어서 서울시 전체지역 내 사업체의 변화에 대한 객관적인 진단이 부족한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구는 서울시 내 주요상권을 대상으로 폐업 및 생존한 사업체의 영업기간 변화를 활용해 각 상권의 특성을 논의한다. 분석 결과, 서울시의 상업공간 변화특성은 크게 두 가지로 구분할 수 있었다. 도심상권(중구 및 종로구)과 영등포 상권은 사업체들이 안정적으로 영업하는 양상을 보이며, 국지적으로 활발한 사업체 변화를 보였다. 또한, 강남상권과 마포상권은 전체적으로 생존한 사업체들과 폐업한 사업체들 모두 짧은 영업기간을 보였다. 이런 상권별 변화특성의 차이는 영업체의 생존과 폐업활동이 상업공간의 장소적 특성과 밀접하게 연관되어 있음을 의미하며, 공간별 사업체 변화에 따른 적절한 해결책 제시가 필요함을 시사한다.

신도시 생활밀접업종에 관한 시민 니즈 빅데이터 분석 연구 (Big Data Analysis of the Citizen's Needs regarding the Life-friendly Businesses in New City)

  • 일상생활에 필요한 상점의 존재는 주민의 주거환경 만족도를 높여주는 요인이 되며, 창업자의 입장에서 지역주민의 니즈가 높은 업종의 창업은 사업 성공을 좌우하는 요인이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 시민들이 체감할 수 있는 일상생활과 밀접한 업종의 창업현황을 알아보고, 이러한 상점의 형성이 신도시 초기 소비자 니즈에 부합하는지 분석하여 창업자와 소비자가 모두 윈윈할 수 있는 의미있는 결과를 도출하고자 한다. S시를 대상으로 신도시 출범 직후부터 현재까지의 생활밀접업종 현황과 시민의 니즈를 분석한 결과, 생활밀접업종에 대한 주민의 니즈는 새로운 거주지로 이주시 가장 중요하게 생각하는 니즈가 도시 조성 초반에 강하게 나타나는 특성을 가지고 있다. 그리고 정착 과정에서 니즈의 해소 및 증대에 따라, 니즈의 크기가 변화하는 특성을 가지고 있다. S시의 경우, 교육에 대한 니즈가 도시 조성 초반 강하게 나타나며, 시간의 흐름에 따라 일정부분 약해지는 특성을 보인다. 반면 생활의 기본요건이라고 할 수 있는 음식에 대한 니즈는 낮게 시작해서 지속적으로 증대되는 특성을 가지고 있다.
