The structure of layer for success factors of company project can be known by FSM which is available to recognize structure of the system. However, the relationship between the layers which belongs to the success factors of company projects can be unknown. From these viewpoints, this study is to analyze the structure of the relation between the layers contained the success factors of company projects using fuzzy system. Therefore, the relationship between lower vs middle layer and middle vs upper layer are obtained by evaluation model of company projects which has possibility and necessity of fuzzy system as fuzzy relation matrix. Using these results, fuzzy relation analysis is done and showed the usefulness.

This study examines the experience structure and success theme in the business experience of successful young entrepreneurs in the fashion field. The study was conducted as a qualitative case study. The participants were three CEOs with more than 10 years fashion businesses experience with small and medium enterprises. Data were collected from July 2016 to June 2017 through in-depth interviews in Seoul and Gwangju as well as literature collected from other journals, newspaper articles, and books. Collected data were first summarized in 284 meaning units and then reduced to 53 common meanings through description, analysis, and interpretation processes that produced 16 sub-themes. Finally, six successful themes were extracted. The study results are as follows. First, the experience structure for successful entrepreneurs is formed by the qualitative difference of experience according to time order. Second, there are six successful themes found in the fashion start-up process. 1. Developing talent as entrepreneurs with a sense of fashion and enthusiasm 2. Passing on trial and error as a chance to communicate with customers 3. Challenge the fashion retail market with global online start-up opportunities 4. Building a system that responds to market environment changes 5. Leading and distinguishing with expertise from entrepreneurs 6. Evolve into the coexistence of members.

The present study analyzes the relationship between research and development (R&D) inputs and performance of a national technology innovation R&D program using successive binary Logistic regression models based on a typical R&D logic model. In particular, this study focuses on to answer the following three main questions; (1) "To what extent, do the R&D inputs have an effect on the performance creation?"; (2) "Is an obvious relationship verified between the immediate predecessor and its successor performance?"; and (3) "Is there a difference in the performance creation between R&D government subsidy recipient types and between R&D collaboration types?" Methodologically, binary Logistic regression models are established successively considering the "Success-Failure" binary data characteristic regarding the performance creation. An empirical analysis is presented analyzing the sample n = 2,178 R&D projects completed. This study's major findings are as follows. First, the R&D inputs have a statistically significant relationship only with the short-term, technical output, "Patent Registration." Second, strong dependencies are identified between the immediate predecessor and its successor performance. Third, the success probability of the performance creation is statistically significantly different between the R&D types aforementioned. Specifically, compared with "Large Company", "Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise (SMS)" shows a greater success probability of "Sales" and "New Employment." Meanwhile, "R&D Collaboration" achieves a larger success probability of "Patent Registration" and "Sales."
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the success factors of information systems and the moderating effect of individual factors in mandatory environment. Methods: In order to test the model, a questionnaire survey is delivered from salespersons of an insurance company in Seoul, Korea. 200 questionnaires are finally analyzed. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is adopted to analyze the data and Smart PLS 2.0 is used for examining the moderator effect. Results: The extended model proposed in this paper adopted individual factors and examined their moderator effect among constructs. An empirical test is carried out accordingly in order to test the model proposed in this paper. The results reveal that individual factors (i.e. Computer Self-Efficacy, Anxiety, Personal Innovativeness in IT) have a significant moderating effect on individual performance in the environment of mandatory information system usage. Conclusion: This paper extended the research field of information system success model to information systems in mandatory environment regarding differences of individual factors.
This paper classifies the success factors of collaboration system in the shipbuilding industry. We propose the structural model that identifies the relationship between the success factors and organizational performance. To test empirically the relationship between the factors, we developed the measurement of each factors. This paper has examined the relationship between the independent variables and the mediating variables, also has examined the relationship between the parameters and a final dependent variable. The independent variables are as follows, (1) quality of system including reliability, flexibility, and accessibility, (2) the quality of information including contents, expressiveness, and (3) the partner relationship including the information sharing and the compatibility of strategies. The mediating variables are user involvement, parter trust, and user satisfaction. The final dependent variable is business performance. The hypotheses test proved that the system quality significantly affect user satisfaction, the information quality positively influence on the user participation, and the information sharing and strategic fit of partner relationship positively affect partner trust. Also, the user participation and partner trust significantly affect user satisfaction. Finally, the user participation, user satisfaction, and partner trust have a decisive effect on the organizational performance. The results of hypothesis test verified that the quality of information and system, also partner relationship are important to operate successfully the collaboration system in the shipbuilding industry. Also, the mediating variables are important to explain the structural relationship between the independent variables and organizational performance.

To increase the chance of the success of project, it is necessary to identify the important factors influencing the performance of project. Cognitive map has been used for analysing by investigating causal links among relevant factors. A fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) is an extension of a cognitive map with the additional capability of representing feedback through weighted causal links. Project performance is influenced by several factors such as input resources, possibility of achievement, concern of others and so on. The object of this paper is to develop the project success model of enterprise using a fuzzy cognitive map approach to investigate the degree of causal relationship between project performance and these factors.

This study aims to examine the Analysis of Factors Affecting Village Financial Management in Bali Province. Research with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 87 village heads who manage village finances and are responsible for village government financial reports. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results showed that the duality of village government (customary village and village apparatus), the capacity of village government officials and the competence of village assistants had a significant effect on the success of village fund management. Meanwhile, accountability does not affect the success of village fund management due to the lack of responsibility of village government officials for village financial management, which causes a negative impact on the sustainability of village governance. Empirically, the better the level of accountability, the better the success of village financial management. Other research results place the synergy of government, the capacity of government officials and the competence of village assistants as social capital, which have a positive effect on the success of village financial management, so that it becomes the focus of the village government in implementing public services and controlling government performance, both financial and non-financial.
Since the late 1990s, the Korean government has attempted to develop the Architectural Information System (AIS, SEUMTER), led by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation, in order to improve civil complaint convenience and administrative efficiency in architectural administration. Since then, for nearly 30 years, the Korean government has been continuously upgrading the SEUMTER system. Based on these advancement projects, it is now possible to conduct civil affairs through the Internet, and civil petitioners can file complaints with government offices without visiting and without documents. In addition, statistical work and performance management became possible in real time for civil servants. And recently, by clouding the SEUMTER system, intelligent services have become possible. In this paper, the development process of the SEUMTER was divided into four stages and evaluated, and the main success factors were derived. The main success factors of SEUMTER are 1) Promotion as a National Agenda - Leadership of the President and Ministers, 2) Outsourcing of Information System Development and Dissemination, 3) Overcoming Selfishness between Ministries - Integrating Building Permits System and Building Ledger Systems, 4) Continue to Promote Information System Advancement. Subsequently, three global diffusion strategies for SEUMTER were presented: 1) the Need to Establish Globalization Strategy: Linkage with Smart City Business, 2) Small and Medium-sized System Model Needed for Globalization and ODA, and 3) System Success Needs to be Publicized Internationally.

The purpose of this study is to find out which factors determine the success of start-up in the initial market and what are the most important determinants. For the empirical analysis, the questionnaire related to the analysis of success factors for start-up success was designed according to the quantitative analysis (AHP technique). First, we selected 8 representative success factors for successful start-up in the initial market. In order to determine the degree of priority among these factors, we surveyed 12 entrepreneurs who are interested in entrepreneurship, universities, research institutes, and public officials. As a result of the empirical analysis, 51% of the funds in the tier 1 were ranked as the top priority to determine success factors. Followed by research and development (32.5%), management (8.7%) and marketing (7.8%). In particular, when each of the four items is calculated as 100 according to the result of the tier 1, and the tier 2 is converted, the foreign investment is analyzed as 43.7%. It was followed by 15.14% of R & D facilities, 14.07% of ideas, 8.7% of managerial ability, 7.29% of domestic investment, 5.85% of buyer feedback, 3.3% of development strategy and 1.95% of marketing strategy. Among the eight success factors, overseas investment items showed the closest preference to half, and it was the most important variable that determines the success or failure of market entry. The implication of this study is that many start-ups in Korea expect to receive investment and support from overseas accelerators. This means that overseas investment itself has been recognized as a start-up that makes services and products that can be used in the global market. A high preference for attracting foreign investment is due to the fact that the amount of investment is larger than that of Korea and that it can flexibly cope with the pressure on the performance compared to domestic investors. In this study, it was meaningful that we could confirm this fact through questionnaires of start-up experts. In future research, we need to find a viable alternative through studying how to provide start-up to foreign direct investment at the national level.
Purpose: Existing precedent studies include success factors of individual management innovation activities constantly. However, those studies have limitations about the common key success factors of individual management innovation activities. Methods: For this study, we investigate the key success factors using literature research of the most typical management innovation activities adopted and implemented by many companies in Korea, such as 6sigma, TQM, Lean 6sigma, ERP, TPM, BPR, Project Management, System Engineering. Factors emerging repeatedly was combined into common factors and inherent factors that are necessary for the success of individual management innovation activities are designated to essential factors. Results: 'Essential factors for Six Sigma' consist of 5 items. Black belt operating system, personnel management system linkage, the correct management of the data, perform improvement projects associated with financial performance financial result, linked to financial performance improvement project, project progress management. 'Essential factors of TQM' are arranged 4 items. Quality team's independence and role, goal-setting, Quality Information System, corporate's philosophy of quality first. 'Essential factors of Lean Six Sigma' are the selection of value stream which is based on the customer needs and the value creation and identify the project based on the selected value in the company. 'Essential factors of ERP' are investigated 6 items. Ongoing system maintenance and upgrades, the measurement and support of user satisfaction, the operating systems and the policies for the maintenance, IT infrastructure, change adaption condition monitoring, focusing on improving business performance. 'Essential factors for TPM' are arranged 4 items. Motivated and energetic Bottom-Up, CEO's recognition of the importance facility management, long-term perspective of necessity and ongoing patience. 'Essential factors for BPR' are the pursuit of change process and the staff's sense of crisis management. 'Essential factors for Project Management' are the strategy that reduce the risk management skills through risk management and the understanding and organized management for the project participant's needs. 'Essential factors for System Engineering' consist of 2 items. The first is the design for the best balanced system with pre-analysis about the compromise the cost, schedule and the performance. The second is the analysis of large problem into small problems which can solved. We have found the solution considering components of the interface through the systematic perspective. Conclusion: Common factors and essential factors presented in this study will properly help to introduce the individual management innovation activities for the each business sector and implement management innovation. After this study, new literature research that reflect new studies should accomplish steadily.
