광대역 무선인터넷의 고객수용 의향분석 및 서비스 제공전략

  • Since 1990s, despite the emergence of innovative telecommunication services in accordance with technological changes, only few services have attained satisfactory number of subscribers, and create revenues. As with other products or services, the possibility for the success of new telecommunication services is low, thus a systematic business strategy by businesses is required to achieve market success with broadband wireless Internet. For the current broadband wireless Internet to successfully enter the early market with an early growth, a customer oriented market strategy and service provisioning strategy is inevitable. In this study based on the market survey of individuals and business customers, the customer demand and related needs of broadband wireless Internet have been analyzed in depth. Then with the analysis and establishment of the killer applications and market segmentation, market development strategy is proposed.

  • The growing mobile products market is expected energy efficiency. So product design is more important focusing on reducing power consumption than improving technology of color sense. A Organic light emission diode is in limelight of the best display to satisfy market expectation. A Organic light emission diode is achieved low power consumption, pixel response which was fast for its time, high contrast of brightness and wide color reproduction raio. Therefore there is a fierce competition for the organic light emission diode development between a country and another country over business. The technical value's life is short because of a fierce development competition, and there is little probability that technical success become business success. In this study, the purpose is reduce the time for life test by accelerated current and it can do production possible design by accelerated life model in design phase.

혁신확산이론 기반의 CRM 품질요인과 성과에 관한 연구

  • Under the rapid change of business circumstance to E-business, CRM is one of the major strategic choices to reinforce the relationship with customers. In this point, this study attempts to understand the relationships among the quality of CRM and the variables of post adoption on the innovation diffusion theory. With integration of information system success model and innovation diffusion theory, it developed a research model and several hypotheses focusing on CRM performance of post-adoption. To testify the hypotheses, it conducted a survey on insurance industry and performed a statistical analysis for the research model with structure equation model. The results show that the factors of CRM quality (system, service, and information) have significant relationships with level of CRM usage and satisfaction. And the relationships between satisfaction and CRM performance and between CRM performance and intension of CRM extension are found as statistically significant.

국내 인터넷 주식거래를 위한 비즈니스 모델에 관한 실증연구 (Empirical Study on a Business Model for the Internet-Based Stock Trade)

  • The objective of this paper is to propose additional features for the success of the Internet-based stock trading companies in Korea which attempt to improve competitiveness in the stock trading market. Literature about this issue has been rarely reported. To clarify our research intention, therefore, we surveyed 24 stock trading companies which support the Internet-based stock trading systems, and gathered data about appropriate Internet business model which is deemed promising and effective in the future. Analysis results revealed that besides cheap trading transaction cost, those additional features such as convenience, reliability, speed delay, superiority, and profitability are also important as well for the success of the Internet-based stock trading.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the success factor of local food markets compared to other types of markets such as large discount stores. Methods: SWOT analysis was conducted. In addition to the analysis, we also have interviewed the local farmers and retailers to elaborate the analysis results. Results: The study shows the success factors to the local markets are minimizing the stages of distribution channels, shortening the travel distance from producers to consumers, providing fresh foods, maintaining small amount of production system, and supporting customers. Conclusion: Customer satisfaction is one of the key factors for the successful growth of local food markets. It is strongly recommend to find strategic ways of meeting customer needs since the local food markets are facing tough competition form the large retail stores armed with huge amount of capitals and infrastructures.

  • This paper examines the use of the EFQM Model in H.E. Institutions in the UK and offers a case study of how one University used the Excellence Model as a means to change the way it operated. It identifies and discusses the critical success factors for a university utilizing the Model, in particular Leadership (criteria 1), People Management, particularly with regard to performance evaluation (criteria 3), having key processes in place (criteria 5) and the identification of the correct key performance results for its various stakeholders (criteria 9).

  • This research explores how the success of smart factory adoption is influenced by firm's dynamic capability. This research describes the underlying processes on how organizations manipulate or adapt organizational elements harmoniously to implement smart factory successfully. Although understanding of these processes is essential to many researchers and practitioners in the field, the information system research literature contains very few examples of this type. The research is conducted in the following sequence: first, the concept of dynamic capability is presented followed by research methodology; and then the analyses of case data are presented followed by discussions and future directions. The results of this research show that the firms with higher dynamic capability adopted smart factory more easily through alignment of various organizational elements.

  • There are many studies on spin-offs from college, but there is little concern on start-ups, which are set up by college and operated by professors. We call this type of start-up as college start-up. We check the problems and solutions of this type of start-ups. We propose three factors for success; prior checking of profitability of the business, preparation of relevant school policies and profit sharing with school and professors participated.
